EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Energy Equity Epic (Sengkang) Pty. Ltd., (EEES) a Production Sharing Contract Contractor for BPMIGAS, with PSC Area in onshore South Sulawesi. EEES is seeking suitably qualified and experienced Indonesian National personnel for the following positions:

1. DRILLING ENGINEER
General Qualifications
• Degree in Engineering or similar tertiary Technical Institution
• At least five (5) years comprehensive experience in Petroleum drilling applications, preparing drilling program, monitoring operations including well site support for drilling, completions and workovers
• Knowledge of governmental procurement policies and other regulatory agencies
• Good understanding of health, safety and environmental laws and regulations
• Computer and application software experience working with Microsoft Office and Auto Cad application software systems
• Good Command of English and Indonesian languages verbal and written.

2. GEOLOGIST

General Qualifications
• Possess a S-1 Degree in Geology or Geosciences
• At least ten (10) years experience in similar rote
• Capability to work independently
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Possess a good working knowledge and experience with a suite of geosciences software: e.g. Petrel, Kingdom
• Familiar with various government regulatory bodies for reports and approvals
• Familiar with welt site operations and log evaluation.

3. GEOPHYSICIST

General Qualification
• Possess S-1 Degree in Geophysics or Geosciences At least five (5) years comprehensive experience in similar role
• Possess expertise on geophysical interpretation skills
• Capability to work independently
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Must have an extensive knowledge of Indonesian basin
• Possess a good working knowledge and experience with a suite of geosciences software, Kingdom would be advantage
• Enable to define, specify and manage any seismic acquisition program
• Familiar with various government regulatory bodies for reports and approvals.

4. PETROLEUM/RESERVOIR ENGINEER

General Qualifications
• Degree in Engineering or similar tertiary Technical Institution
• Knowledge of governmental procurement policies and other regulatory agencies
• Good Command of English and Indonesian languages verbal and written
• At least ten (10) years experience in Petroleum Engineering
• Good knowledge of GAP, Prosper, MBal software required
• Able to analyse production data
• Knowledge of Eclipse simulation software.

5. CONTRACTS AND PROCUREMENT OFFICER

General Qualification
• S-1 Degree in Technical, Business Studies, Accounting, Commerce or Laws
• At least five (5) years working experience in the gas & oil industry, or other Government regulated sector
• Understanding government regulations, and BPMIGAS policies and procedures in procurement process
• Strong verbal and written English communication and computer literate.

6. ENVIRONMENTAL AND SAFETY OFFICER

General Qualification
• S-1 Degree in Technical or Social disciplines
• Have minimum 5 years working experience in health, safety and environmental related works in oil and gas industry
• Familiar with AMDAL process and procedures and have understanding in environmental management system
• Enable to manage governmental relation.

7. PROCESS ENGINEER

General Qualification
• S-1 Degree in Chemical or similar tertiary technical institution
• At least five (5) years comprehensive experience in oil and gas processing or similar role
• Posses expertise on Process simulation software skills such as HYSYS
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience in LNG Plant process technology will bean advantage
• Computer and process application software such as HYSYS
• Process evaluation for existing gas facilities performance including gas compression, produced water disposal, process control and safety.

8. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

General Qualification
• S-1 Degree in Law or other Social disciplines
• Have 5-10 working experience in the oil and gas industry or extensive work with oil and gas clients
• Have extensive knowledge of labour laws and regulation
• Enable to manage good communication and relation with government officials or agencies
• Enable to set up career development program including planning, training evaluation and report.

All position based in EEES Jakarta office but must be willing to traveled work in EEES Area of operations as job requirements.

7. SENIOR ROTARY ENGINEER (SRE-Petro)

• Education: S-1 Mechanical Engineering majoring in Energy conversion.
• Experience: In engineering work of Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, chemical as Rotating Equipment Engineer for min. 7 years
• Sex: Male / Female
• Age: Max 40 years old
• Other Requirements:
- Good command of English (oral & written)
- Computer literacy (MS Office, MS Project, MS Word & Excel)
- Specialized knowledge and experience of techniques /skills about rotating equipment
- Familiar with International codes and standards related to Rotating Equipment
- Having knowledge and experience in reviewing ITB, prepare data sheet, specification, requisitioning, technical clarification/evaluations of vendor proposal, engineering coordination between vendors and related disciplines, review and control of vendor’s deliverables.
- Experience in leading a work group or task force.

8. HR Officer - Organization Development (Petro-HROD)

GENERAL QUALIFICATION:
• Education: S-1 degree. (Psychology, Law or Business Administration)
• Experience: At least 5 (five) years in Human Recourse Dept. (Organizational Development)
• Strong knowledge in Job Analysis and Job Description (able to write Job Description).
• Strong knowledge in Organizational Development (able to prepare RPTK)
• Strong knowledge in Job Evaluation using point system as Hay. (able to conduct Job Evaluation)
• Good English both speaking and writing.
• Pleasant personality to work with. Can deal with all people in various levels.
• Self starter, proactive and innovative
• Good Administrator (filing, sorting data, etc).

9. Sr. Project Control Engineer (SPCE-Petro)

• Age: Min 35
• Education: S-1 degree.
• Experience: min. 7 years of project control, with 5 years of which must be in cost and planning for oil and gas handling projects.
• Sr. Project Control shall fully comply with following qualification:
- Able to establish of the EPC project control execution plan
- Able to prepare controlling line and productivity line of project
- Able to prepare cost and schedule trend and forecast
- Able to prepare basis of schedule & critical path basis
- Able to operate primavera software /P3

10. Sr. Scheduler (SS-Petro)

• Education: S-1 degree.
• Experience: min. 7 years of overseas scheduling experience with project, with 5 years of which must be in scheduling for oil and gas handling projects.
• Sr. Scheduler shall fully comply with following qualifications:
- Able to and establish of the EPC master schedule including level of project control and resources load
- Able to identify critical path, milestone and built schedule with cost resources
- Able to prepare schedule trend and forecast
- Able to operate Primavera software /P3.

GENERAL QUALIFICATION:
• Strong interpersonal skills and organization experience
• Preferable Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
• Computer literate (MS office, MS Word, Ms Excel, Ms Project and related software)
• Familiar with regulation, code and standard in Oil & gas industry
• Self – starting and motivated as well as able to work in demanding area.
• Team building mind set.
