Why world fears MODI . . .

Whole world is against a Strong leader like Narendra Modi as PM of the Country which have always underutilized its resources and power.

Till now India was a country of Lions (read as Resources, young population, education, military power, manufacturing and service hub and agricultural might) led by a sheep.

World, specially developed nations like USA and UK fears that a Country of Lions will get a Lion as their leader. They may loose their upper hand on world's economy and a status of forced big brother.

They fear to loose to the mighty manufacturing capacity of India if a proper visionary come to Power.

They fear to loose the biggest market of their products, specially arms and ammunition if Modi starts his vision of domestic development and then exports of Indian products.

They fear to loose their upper hand and dominating position on the world's biggest Democracy.

Country like China and Pakistan fear to loose their Border activities if a leader with spine is the PM who can retaliate an attack of brick by stone.

We have tolerated much of this nuisance. Chinese army thinks Indian territory as garden. Comes, Camps and goes on will. And our govt defends China.

Pakistani Army cuts of heads of our soldiers and again our govt defends Pakistan Army.

China eats into our Manufacturing and our Govt blames Global Slowdown.

Bangladesh beats us in Cotton exports and Govt blames it on weather.

Naxals kills hundreds of our men and center blames state and state blames center.

Half of India still under dark and we export electricity to Pakistan.

Tourist spot like Taj Mahal have the dirtiest river beside it still, and we spent 3000+ crore on its cleaning.

Having huge coal deposits, we import coal from other countries because files go missing.

We export iron ore and imports steel, killing our own manufacturing industries.

We buy rejected war ships and induct it in our navy, for drowning our brave soldiers.

This has to stop, our may be in 2020, "SUPERPOWER" India may not exist in world's Map

That is why INDIA NEEDS NARENDRA MODI AS HER PM..

WHY MODI . . . . . . . .

Before going to my thinking of WHY MODI, I would like to introduce you to myself. I am a aam aadmi, a real one though, aged 25, educated middle class, a Finance consultant and an entrepreneur, based in Maharashtra.

I am not a political guru, all points are based on my experiences i have got in my work.

Now lets start. With elections in next couple of months and Mr. Narendra Modi as PM candidate from NDA, people of India are mainly divided into two groups of Pro Modi and Anti Modi. I am from the group of pro Modi.

Anti Modi group have few repeated points for being anti. Pro Modi group have a lot of points to be with him. I will counter anti Modi points with my experiences and logics one by one.

Modi is not secular...

This is one of the main points Anti Modi people go on singing. I doubt most of them know the real and practical meaning of Secular. We will find out that first.

Secular is the state of being separate from religion, or not being exclusively allied with or against any particular religion.

For being more accurate, Modi is said to be anti Muslim.

While I was on a visit to Gujarat in 2010 I visited lot of Highway side restaurants, mainly owned by Muslims. Industries, small shops, small workshops of Muslims. This forced me to think, Modi is very poor in his work, being anti muslim, how can muslims get this big restaurants and industries in his state? For 12 years, managing a state takes a lot of effort, specially to gain peoples love and support.

I managed to start a conversation with a restaurant owner. He said “we get good work here, 24*7 electricity, water and peace. What does a common man needs more in his life?” These are the words of a muslim from Gujarat.

Modi Favours only Industrialists...

Ambani, Adani and others, they are businessmen. Their first motive is to earn, and not to donate. While these owners earn, I suppose it gives livelihood to lakhs of employees they hire. From skilled to semiskilled to unskilled workers.

Its not only the owners who earns, its also the lakhs of aam aadmis and aurats who earn their livings.

If a cotton yarn production is done, apart from employees farmers get a way to earn more. Cotton is not grown in factories. I read in my childhood, Industrialization and Agriculture go hand in hand. I hope these politicians have read it too. For better understanding should refer to AXIS BANK tv ad, where they show the connectivity to different people and different work.

Modi is Hitler...

I take Hitler as one of the most Patriotic person in the world, some policies ofcourse not right. But Gujarat can be developed in Hitlerism, then it is the need of hour for India.

While i was to start my industry, I went to MIDC for enquiring about Land, I was asked that how much I am ready to spend under the table. This was asked as openly and fearlessly as it could be. There is no fear in Govt. Officials of anyone. There is not authority we can go to.

I was suggested by my machine dealer in Rajkot to setup a plant in Gujarat. You just need to call the GIDC authorities once, They will help you out.

I can understand why Political parties oppose Modi. But one new party, getting heavy donations from USA must be having only one agenda, to not let India develop. Logic is very clear. India is one of the biggest markets of USA and China. If India develops and becomes good manufacturing hub, who will buy their products?

Even those countries who are supplying arms and ammunitions to India of billions of Dollors doesn’t want Modi to become PM as he have many times made it clear that India should have inhouse production of the same.

Pakistanis and terrorists must be wary of the fact that Modi is a hardliner in giving answers unlike present PM. Thus they may be funding anti Modi movement.

If you have ever visited Gujarat with a rational mind, I bet you will know the phrase ‘Development means Modi’ and ‘Modi is not the CM, but CEO of Gujarat Ltd’.

In my opinion, we have no better option for India. We have to choose between a few candidates.

1. Rahul Gandhi; Only point he have is that he is Gandhi Family Member.

2. Arvind Kejriwal; Ran away from duties of CM of Delhi in 49 days. Gets huge donations from USA for what? Never answered. No experience.

3. Nitish Kumar; After being CM of Bihar for long, still asking special status for Bihar. I don’t want him to be begging same for India.

4. Mamta Banarjee; All industries will be shut and India will be in full time strike mode.

5. Narendra Modi; CM of Gujarat for 12 Years. Rest of his achievements; VISIT GUJARAT ONCE. You will know for yourself.

I am not pro Modi, but Pro development. India needs to be a super Power, and Narendra Modi is the best medium we have to achieve it.

NIGHT PHOTOGRAPHY - Playing with the darkness . . .

For a good photograph, many things keep a lot of importance such as angle, frame, spot, light, focusing. But one of the most important aspect of a good photograph is light.

A photograph with good bright light catches your attention better than a photograph with bad lighting.

But night photographs, if taken properly also give a very beautiful view. Lets talk about landscaping at night. Flash wont work. Higher ISO will bring in lot of noice in photographs. Lower shutterspeed is difficult to handle. Focusing a big issue as autofocus rarely works in low light.

I had a trial session with such problems. I started searching in google for that. Got some very useful tips.

You need a tripod, a remote and a subject, and yes a camera ofcourse.

I too got a subject for myself, nothing else than Bidar fort. Got into the fort secretly at around 2215 hours. Note that fort closes at 1700 hours.

Pich dark, some light coming from moon helped a lot though. It was very difficult to even focus on the walls of the fort manually. Chilling winds, and cool climate of February. Took out my camera, set it to manual and started clicking with the help of tripod. Some shots taken lying on the road while some from top of my scorpio.

It was not playing with the light, but 'PLAYING WITH THE DARKNESS'.

Sky shows you its different colours at night. With extremely slow shutter speed, the moving clouds gives a very classic background, the fort walls appears reddish and no grains.

In short, my personal opinion is that i loved the Night clicking of subject with minimal lights.

BIDAR FORT

The history of the present fort at Bidar is attributed to the Sultan Ala-ud-Din Bahman Shah the first sultan of the Bahmani dynasty to 1427 when he shifted his capital from Gulbarga to Bidar since it had better climatic conditions and was also a fertile and fruit bearing land. Earliest recorded history of its existence as a small and strong fort is also traced to the first Muslim invasion of the region is traced to Prince Ulugh Khan in 1322, whereafter it came under the reign of the Tughlaq dynasty.^[1]^[2] With the establishment of the Bahmani dyanasty (1347), Bidar was occupied by Sultan Alla-Ud-Din Bahman Shah Bahmani. During the rule of Ahmad Shah I (1422–1486), Bidar was made the capital city of Bahmani Kingdom. The old Fort was rebuilt and beautiful madrasas, mosques, palaces and gardens were raised. Mahmmad Gawan who became the Prime Minister in 1466 was a notable figure in the history of Bidar. Bidar remained under the Barid Shahi dynasty until it was captured by the Mughal emperor Aurangazeb in 1656 A.D. In 1724, Bidar became a part of the Asaf Jahi Kingdom of the Nizams.^[1] It was annexed by the Bijapur Sultanate in 1619–20 but the Mughal viceroy of Aurangzeb took it in 1657 and thus became a part the Mughal Empire in 1686.^[5] Third son of Asaf jah l ( Nizam l ) Nawab Said Mohammed Khan Asaf ud Daula ( Salabath Jung ) ruled from Bidar fort from 1751 to 1762 till his Brother Mir Nizam Ali Khan Asaf Jah III Imprisoned him in this fort, and was killed in Bidar fort in 16 September 1763. Mohammedabad old name of Bidar is also on his name.

Bidar Fort, or shall i say it, ' THE RUINS OF BIDAR FORT', should have been a very beautiful fort at its high time. This huge entrance gate tells you a part of it. Though for most of its glory have to be imagined, as our government have given it the HERITAGE status after its most of heritage have vanished.

The architecture and engineering involved in building of the fort have to awarded. For more than 550 years it have survived the harsh weather, number of wars, strokes of huge elephants, fire and what not. Walls still stands tall, Designs unique, huge curving roof without any pillar for support in middle, no machinery, no cements but still technically very sound.

Security of the fort contains many features;

Built on height, so that any movement in few KM range are easily in sight.
Triple layer trenches surrounding whole walls of fort. These trenches were filled with water. Some surprise for the fools who tried to swim to reach the fort, were crocodiles.

That is why may be, this fort is till date not defeated by any.

Bidar fort, even today is a very great spot to enjoy the natural scenes, with strong history with great architecture.

A trip to fog covered Pratap Gad Fort.

Introduction of the Fort;

Pratapgad fort is located 15 kilometres from Poladpur and 22 kilometres from Mahabaleshwar, a popular hill station in the area. This fort stands 1,080 metres above sea level.

The Maratha king Shivaji Maharaj commissioned Moropant Trimbak Pingle, his prime minister, to undertake the construction of this fort in order to defend the banks of the Nira and the Koyna rivers, and to defend the Par pass. It was completed in 1656.

Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj

Started early in the morning from Pune, a long drive. But a beautiful landscapes through out the drive helps you in not tiring.

This trip in risky rainy season paid off beautifully.. awesome landscapes, most of the time fully covered with fog and no sight, but once you get a sneek peek through the covers, its heaven.

From Pune to Mahabaleshwar, its easy to drive, but the 22 KM patch from Mahabaleshwar to the fort, you need some driving skills.

Tips to drive in Fog; Keep it slow with sounding regular horn. Keep the girls in the back seat with their mouth tightly shut.

First thing on entering the fort you notice is, narrow twisting paths, cannot get a vision of large part of the fort standing at one place.

We coudnt get a lot of vision of many parts of the fort due to fog, but one needs to be a bit poetic to spot the beauty in what ever one sees.

Tall, steep and slippery walls of the fort. Still standing with high head facing sun, rain and very high number of tourists.

Asian Openbill

Asian Openbill

The Asian Openbill or Asian Openbill Stork (Anastomus oscitans) is a large wading bird in the stork family Ciconiidae. This distinctive stork is found mainly in and around the Indian subcontinent. It is mainly greyish white with glossy black wings and tail and the adults have the beak with a narrow gap formed by the arched upper mandible and recurved lower mandible. Young birds are born without a gap in the bill and this structure is thought to be an adaptation that aids in handling their main prey of snails. Although mostly resident within their range, they make long distance movements in response to weather and food availability.

Generally these birds are seen in flocks around the water bodies. These are huge birds.

On my way to my factory site in Gondia, i got hold of a lone Stork sitting besides a small temporary water body near the road.

Luckily, i was not driving and saw this beautiful birdie, stop the car a bit far away from the Asian Openbill.

They are shy, so started clicking from a distance first before getting closer, as i wanted to make sure, i have some good snaps before coming to its notice.

Oh, and guess what?? My first click of these amazing bird, and i got it in its TRADEMARK position. One leg up. The position we have always remembered of these big birds since our childhood.

Getting nearer slowly and trying hard not to be spotted, i got some more clear shots. With this very small adventure of mine playing hide and seek, i realized, how much effort it takes for our soldiers to get closer to our enemies, who are constantly watching for them with weapons in hands. SALUTE.

Oops...... Spotted.... One wrong step and it alerted the birdie... Shit.. I wanted to get close for some better shots....

And it started flying off in scare... But i got an opportunity to get this shot of the amazing White Stork taking off. I LOVE THIS SHOT OF MINE.. and this moment i thanked the almighty power for my THAT WRONG STEP... I learned here practically - JO BHI HOTA HAI ACHE KE LIYE HI HOTA HAI..

And its going away, for a new place to find its prey............Alone..........

These birds looks awesome in their natural habitat... For that matter every bird do.....

But sadly, we are working very hard and dedicated to destroy the natural habitat of the animals and birds for our homes. We are shrinking their numbers and exploding our population, for our luxury things we are destroying our mother nature.

This pic reminds me that, like us, even they have the right to live, eat, fly freely, without human intervention..
Always remember, they came first.. They have atleast equal right, if not better.

And it flown away, in search of a place where there is friendly human environment, and not with people who destroy them to show their FALSE power before Nature.........

And here comes the season of pretty birds flying all over my house, looking for insects to eat, and this keeps me busy with my camera on.

This little bee eater, hovering over my garden, working hard for delicious breakfast this morning. I too took out my camera, luckily found it charged, waiting for some nice shots.

Suddenly noticed some opportunistic watching for the prey to be caught by the little model of mine.

Meanwhile, my little bee eater still looking for a meal.

And focusing on the prey. Bee Eaters have a habit of catching a prey and coming back the same place to enjoy the food.

And yes, there it brought one, went off for couple of seconds from its watchtower, and there she flies back with a delicious meal. Getting it ready to be swallowed..

Eating, eating, eating, and me clicking clicking clicking....

Hey you little creature, that was pretty rude. Well i suppose they dont have a culture of sharing in their friendship, i was waiting for a bite dude. Atleast an offer would have been good.. Nevermind, I am a vegie..

Factory Setup - Procedure and Experiences.

Hello Friends, is anyone of you thinking to start a factory?

I will share my experiences and procedure for starting a factory in Maharashtra.

Tips;

First of all prepare your mindset that it will take atleast 2 years to get functional.
Hire a Consultant.
Do not read the citizen charter column of MIDC, no work is done in the time frame.
Keep a lot of Money in CASH, you will defiantly need that.

Step One;

Go to MIDC Regional Office, try and find out where are the available land for your Industry, But dont expect a very positive and detailed reply from the MIDC Babus.

Hire an Industrial Consultant who can do your MIDC work.

Experience;

I had visited MIDC for land since February 2011. For 3 long months i got one few repeated answers.

Ans 1; There is no land available.
Ans 2; First apply for land and then we will inform you about availability. (well this application requires us to mention the MIC area in which we want land)
Ans 3; Sahab nahi hai.

Finally and luckily, when i was about to drop the plan of setting up a factory, i met a person while plying cricket, he gave me a contact no of a MIDC Agent.

The Agent within 2 days told me the availability of land in few MIDC areas.

Step Two;

Get a SSI certificate from the concerned DIC, Prepare a project report, fill up the online application,get a printout of all, submit it to the MIDC RO with a DD of Rs. 2000/-.

Experience;

It looks very simple, but it is not. Keep everything acknowledged by the MIDC office, like taking received stamp with date on the copies of the documents submitted.

MIDC office are very good at misplacing files.

Step Three;

Wait for the communication from MIDC.

Experience;

Here wait doesnt means simply waiting, you need to keep buzzing the MIDC babus.

Eventually a meeting will be called and your interview will be taken. These people will decide whether you will get a plot or not.

You will get an offer letter asking you to pay 50% of the land value.

And next will get an allotment letter asking you to pay the rest of the amount.

Well it seems simple, i had to struggle for about one year to get these 2 letters.

Step four;

Get the agreement ready from the MIDC.
Pay the Stamp Duty.
Get your agreement registered.
Get the Possession receipt.

Experience;

Again, just do not go on the face value of the STEPS. You really need to fight with babus for all these documents and stamps.

I actually started meeting my clients in MIDC office. I used to show up in the MIDC RO as early as 1015 hours and used to stay there till the lights are off.

Even for one signature they will take 3-4 working days.

Never expect the MIDC babus to start the communication, you have to buzz the all around, even when they say that they will call you, dont believe, they never do.

Finally with all these procedures done, You get the Land.
It took me 15 Months even after applying all sorts of pressure on them.

Step Five;

Get an architect who does MIDC works, design your plant and submit it for approval.
Meanwhile apply for Pollution's control NOC and FIre NOC.

Experience;

They take a long time just to give a signature on your map, even when everything is correct as per their rules.

Step Six;

Get he approval and start building your Plant.
Meanwhile apply for electricity and Water connections.

My plant is at the moment in STEP SIX.

Well you really feel like a war won when you successfully deals with govt babus.

Golkonda consists of four distinct forts with a 10 km long outer wall with 87 semicircular bastions (some still mounted with cannons), eight gateways, and four drawbridges, with a number of royal apartments & halls, temples, mosques, magazines, stables, etc. inside. The lowest of these is the outermost enclosure into which we enter by the "Fateh Darwaza" (Victory gate, so called after Aurangzeb’s triumphant army marched in through this gate) studded with giant iron spikes (to prevent elephants from battering them down) near the south-eastern corner. At Fateh Darwaza can be experienced a fantastic acoustic effect, characteristic of the engineering marvels at Golkonda. A hand clap at a certain point below the dome at the entrance reverberates and can be heard clearly at the 'Bala Hisar' pavilion, the highest point almost a kilometre away. This worked as a warning note to the royals in case of an attack

Much thought went in to building this gate. A few feet in front of the gate is a large wall. This prevented elephants and soldiers (during enemy attacks) from having a proper ramp to run and break the gate.

The fort of Golkonda is known for its magical acoustic system. The highest point of the fort is the "Bala Hissar", which is located a kilometer away. The palaces, factories, water supply system and the famous "Rahban" cannon, within the fort are some of the major attractions.

If i were an enemy of Golkonda, I still wonder how would i had climbed the mighty straight walls of this huge fort.

The below pic shows the prison in the fort. The square inlet was the only space for light, food and communication.

The above pic shows the NATURAL AIR CONDITIONER. And believe me, you will forget your ACs and Coolers if you get this cool air on you face. Afternoon with hard sunlight, this was the place all tiredness cols away.

A look from top of the fort. Each and every activity can be monitored. Who is coming and who is doing what.

These huge walls standing since more than 400 years, without use of cement or anything else. I wonder how our well constructed 4 Crore bridge fell in 4 days.(Commonwealth Games..remember?)

And i am yet to find out the way to climb these walls with my weapons without coming in notice of the Golkonda Gaurds.

While you can have proper view from the top, you can not have any idea of the movement in the fort from down.

A huge marvel.

This is a place where i came to know that 'Deewaro ke bhi kaan hote hai' Literally.... We could talk to each other, standing in the four corners and talking to the wall. We could hear each other quite clearly. Remember, its over 400 years old.

This is the pay they get and few other non monetary benefits. Now some of us will argue that soldiers do not join our forces for money. Ofcourse they do not.

But the families who have donated their earning member to the country, the families which have gone through tough emotional days when their member is out of contact for months and is in war, the families which have nothing but pride left of being one to sacrifice for our country, deserves a lot more than what they get today, monetarily as well as in kind.

Soldiers do not earn for country anything 'monetarily'. They earn , what non of us here can earn sitting at home. They earn the defense of our country, they earn us our pride, our sleeps, our families our life.

We are always mistaken that we earn our living by ourselves. But it is the Indian Soldiers who have a substantial share in such earnings.

And the things they sacrifice for earning us life is entirely their's. They sacrifice their family life, the joy of being in loved one's arms, relief of being with friends, watching their children grow up, helping their old parents in their last times, the sound sleep at night, the pleasant climate of home, enjoying festivals with family, buying a chocolate for kid and what not. And many of them sacrificing their life for our sake, for the people who tends to forget them very easily.

People of India only remembers our fighters only when they are in trouble.

Otherwise its the cricketer who is GOD and Bollywood actors who are HEROES. Its the politicians who earns in crores and terrorists who enjoy Chicken Biriyani. Its we who lives happily with our families, close and connected always.

And its all possible because a soldiers stays awake so that we can sleep, a soldier takes on bullets so that we can lite up crackers, a soldier gets all red due to blood so that we can play holi, a soldiers stays away from family for months so that we can stay with ours through out, Finally, there dies a soldier so that we can live, what we call as 'Our hard earned life'.

Think, do the Indian Soldiers really deserve only that what they get today, monetarily and non monetarily?

Wings of Freedom

Sitting in my home garden with a book in my hand and my all time buddy 'CANON 550D', i heard the sounds of parrots.

Just as is look around, to my delight i saw some 25-30 parrots on a mango tree adjacent to me.

Looking at these beautiful creatures of nature outside a cage, flying and playing as they wish, bought a big smile on my face.
