The main point of the mass vaccination is to implant nanotechnology microchips that will allow external manipulation of the body mentally, emotionally and physically - including the so-called 'death chip' that can be used to assassinate targeted people or cause mass extermination.

We are now seeing accumulating evidence that this is the prime reason for the engineered 'pandemic'. Dr Ryke Geerd Hamer, who has taken on the German medical establishment with his own approach called New German Medicine, tells of an experience he had at a speaking event in Vienna, Austria.

He said that a woman in the audience explained that a friend who works for a pharmaceutical company in Vienna (vaccine-maker Baxter International has a subsidiary in Vienna) had told her that the swine flu injection needles contain nano particles in their very tip. They cannot be seen by the naked eye, but were clearly visible with as little as a twelve times magnification microscope.

The staff of the pharmaceutical company were told that these nano particles work in the human body like a motherboard in the computer and lots of data can be stored on them, the woman said. This fits precisely what I have been saying and writing for years about the human body being a biological computer that can be externally manipulated through implanted chips.

Dr Hamer said the woman explained how she was also working in the medical field and she had asked a lawyer who came as a patient how it was possible to avoid being chipped. The lawyer said he knew about the mass microchipping and most 'upper class' members of society were aware of the plan. He said there would be no compulsory vaccinations planned for this year and instead they would encourage people to be vaccinated voluntarily.

If too few chose to have the vaccine, he said, they would impose compulsory inoculation next year. He said the 'elite' and certain politicians would be exempt and, as a lawyer, he knew ways to avoid it, but for the majority of the population there was no escape.

We'll bloody well see about that.

Martial Law Alert Over Swine Flu

Fact check:

-- no Swine Flu threat exists;

-- reported H1N1 infections and deaths are uncorroborated;

-- WHO predicting a global pandemic affecting "as many as two billion people....over the next two years" is falsified hype.

-- vaccines don't always protect against diseases they're designed to prevent and often cause them;

-- all vaccines contain harmful toxins, including mercury, aluminum, formaldehyde, phenoxyethanol (antifreeze), and squalene adjuvants that weaken and can destroy the human immune system, making it vulnerable to many annoying to life-threatening illnesses; and

-- evidence suggests that the H1N1 strain could have been bioengineered in a US laboratory, and the vaccines being produced for it are extremely hazardous and potentially lethal.

Under no circumstances should anyone submit to them even if threatened with fines, quarantine, or incarceration.

Government and PhRMA Are Enemies, Not Protectors

On April 26, the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) issued a "Determination that a Public Health Emergency Exists....as a consequence of confirmed cases of H1N1 Influenza in four US states." At an April 27 press briefing, Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Janet Napolitano said:

Yesterday "I issued a public health emergency declaration" as part of "standard operating procedure" to make more government resources available to combat the spread of Swine Flu. She then ordered the FDA "to proceed to permit things like Tamiflu to be used for populations that they otherwise wouldn't be used for - in this case, for example, very, very young children."

Then on June 11, the World Health Organization (WHO) "raise(d) the level of (Swine Flu) influenza pandemic alert from phase 5 to phase 6," its highest level in declaring "The world is now at the start of the 2009 influenza pandemic," while admitting its severity would likely be "moderate (and) most people will recover from swine flu within a week, just as they would from seasonal forms of influenza." The WHO no longer reports "confirmed" Swine Flu cases globally, yet continues to hype the scare without corroborating proof.

There was no emergency earlier or now, but you'd never know it from hyped media reports to convince people voluntarily to submit to experimental, untested, toxic and extremely dangerous vaccines that damage the human immune system and cause health problems ranging from annoying to life-threatening.

Tamiflu

It is worth recalling that almost four years ago, on November 13, 2005, Japan's Health Ministry said it was "looking into reports of a number of sudden deaths of young people who had taken prescribed dosages of Tamiflu." The Ministry also "found 64 cases of psychological disorders linked to the drug in the past four years." The Japan Institute of Pharmaco-Vigilance head, Dr. Rokura Hama, said "Tamiflu appears to be similar to other powerful drugs that can cause behavioral changes" by affecting the central nervous system. It's the leading medication prescribed for the treatment and prevention of flu. In April, DHS ordered 12 million doses made available in locations around the country for quick access if needed.

George Bush's Executive Orders (EOs) 13295 and 13375, Homeland Security Presidential Directive-21, and Military Pandemic Planning

In addition to the federal laws below, the Bush EOs, HSPD-21, and Pentagon plan suggest a hidden agenda behind today's Swine Flu crisis as a way to institute martial law on the pretext of a public health emergency, using hyped fear to win popular acquiescence.

On April 4, 2003, EO 13295 issued a "Revised List of Quarantinable Communicable Diseases" that included cholera, diphtheria, infectious TB, plague, smallpox, yellow fever, severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS), and viral hemorrhagic fevers like ebola and lassa.

On April 1, 2005, EO 13375 amended EO 13295 by adding "the following new subsection:"

"(c) Influenza caused by novel or reemergent influenza viruses that are causing, or have the potential to cause, a pandemic."

The October 2007 HSPD-21 "establishe(d) a National Strategy for Public Health and Medical Preparedness which builds upon principles set forth in (the 2004) Biodefense for the 21st Century and will transform our national approach to protecting the health of the American people against all disasters."

It called for:

-- "nationwide, robust, and integrated biosurveillance...to provide early warning and ongoing characterization of disease outbreaks in near real-time;

-- countermeasure stockpiling and distribution....of medical countermeasures (vaccines, drugs, and therapeutics) to a large population....;

-- mass casualty care....created by a catastrophic health event;" and

-- "community resilience" whereby "civic leaders, citizens, and families are educated regarding threats and are empowered to mitigate their own risk;" in addition, the federal government must be involved in "medical preparedness to assist (nationwide) in the face of potential catastrophic health events."

In May 2007, the Department of Defense's (DOD) "Implementation Plan for Pandemic Influenza" prepared for a possible H5N1 (Avian Flu) pandemic that could affect up to one-third of the population and kill as many as three million in just weeks, it was claimed. It involved using US troops to put down riots, guard pharmaceutical plants and shipments, and restrict the movement of people inside the country and across borders.

This plan remains active and US laws authorize it, including Sections 1076 and 333 of the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007 that amended the 1807 Insurrection Act and 1878 Posse Comitatus Act. They prohibit using federal and National Guard troops for law enforcement except as constitutionally allowed or expressly authorized by Congress in times of a national emergency like an insurrection.

The president may now announce a public emergency, declare martial law, suspend the Constitution, and deploy US troops on city streets to suppress what he calls disorder.

The Legal Basis for Quarantines

Vaccine law expert Alan G. Phillips says:

"....underlying laws....allow states to mandate vaccines in an emergency....throw out exemptions....impose quarantines and isolation outside of our homes," and the only way around this is to "chang(e) state policy and law."

US laws are similar. They can mandate vaccinations and let states isolate and quarantine Swine Flu victims if authorities call the disease infectious and life-threatening.

Under the proposed Model State Emergency Health Powers Act (MSEHPA), civil liberties may be suspended in case of a public health emergency, with or without verifiable evidence.

The September 2003 Turning Point Model State Public Health Act (MSPHA) lets state, local, and tribal governments revise or update public health statutes and administrative regulations. According to James Hodges, executive director of Johns Hopkins and Georgetown University's Centers for Law and the Public Health, over half the states have these laws that can order flu testing, ban public gatherings, mandate quarantines, and issue other emergency public health directives.

Federal laws already do it, including the 2006 Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act that lets the HHS Secretary declare any disease an epidemic or national emergency requiring mandatory vaccinations. It also protects drug companies from tort liability, except in cases of "willful misconduct."

US State Responses to Swine Flu

Growing numbers of states are exploiting the hyped scare by declaring a public health emergency. Others are passing laws that order forced quarantines, impose fines or imprisonment for offenders, and prepare to govern under martial law with local police, National Guard, or federal troops for enforcement.

Florida ordered voluntary or mandatory detentions at home or in state-designated facilities as well as closures of suspected buildings and areas. Quarantine Detention Orders state:

-- "non-compliant" persons are ordered to "remain in detention quarantine until released by the State Epidemiologist or Health Officer;"

-- at home, they must wear surgical masks at all times in the presence of anyone, even family members, and follow other required instructions while in isolation;

-- in state-run facilities, they must "comply with all orders....regarding (their) medical care," and must "cooperate with the detention facility's access to (themselves) and (their) medical records for purposes of delivering and monitoring (their) medical care;" and

-- these "action(s are) taken under the police power authority of the health department and your cooperation is required by law;" failure to comply is a "crime."

Forms circulating on the Internet show that Iowa ordered home or facility quarantines for anyone suspected of possible H1N1 infection. However, Mason City, Iowa's KIMT TV 3 reported that "Health leaders in (the state) are reassuring people that there are no H1N1 related quarantines being ordered," yet preparations have been made to do it.

North Carolina's Draft Isolation Order calls for imprisonment for up to two years and pretrial detention for residents failing to comply with isolation orders.

Washington empowers local health authorities to issue emergency detention orders for up to 10 days.

On April 28, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger issued a "Proclamation to Confront Swine Flu Outbreak" and ordered "all state agencies and departments to utilize and employ state personnel, equipment and facilities to assist the Department of Public Health (DPH) and the State Emergency Plan as coordinated by the California Emergency Management Agency."

He further proclaimed a "state of emergency" because of "conditions of extreme peril" in the State.

On April 26, New York Gov. David Paterson activated the state's health emergency preparedness plan, thereby putting the state on "high alert to quickly identify and respond to any cases of swine flu." No further action was taken.

On April 28, Texas became the second state to declare a Swine Flu emergency as officials closed schools and cancelled sporting events after an alleged fatality was reported. At a press conference, Gov. Rick Perry said:

"I'm issuing a disaster declaration which covers the entire state. This will move Texas to a higher state of alert and release resources to address the spread of the virus." No further action was taken.

On May 1, Maryland's Gov. Martin O'Malley's executive order declared a public health emergency "based on an abundance of caution and concern for our students...If there is a probable case of H1N1 virus at any school, we will close that school and cease all extra-curricular activities for up to 14 days."

He also ordered "appropriate emergency protective measures (be taken to) assist public and private sector employers (take) proactive steps to prevent the spread to influenza workers and their families." He stopped short of more draconian measures, including statewide forced vaccinations and quarantines for resisters.

On August 6, the Minneapolis-St.Paul Star Tribune headlined: "As fall approaches, officials are taking a hard look at emergency plans in the event the virus strikes more aggressively." On August 10, the paper reported, without elaboration, that state officials "have a plan ready if Minnesota's health care system is swamped by 1.5 million cases."

Other states took similar actions, including Nebraska, Ohio, Virginia and Wisconsin, and still others are considering them as the fall flu season approaches and children return to school.

After earlier issuing a "Proclamation of Civil Emergency due to a Highly Infectious Disease," Maine Gov. John Balducci signed a Swine Flu civil emergency decree on September 1 that gives the WHO and UN martial law authority over the state and authorized the Maine Center for Disease Control to vaccinate the state's residents. Making this mandatory wasn't mentioned, but state civil emergency powers may allow it if ordered.

On April 28, the Massachusetts Senate unanimously passed the most draconian law to date, S. 2028, that imposes virtual martial law authority. If it's passed in the House and becomes law, it gives the governor sweeping powers, lets public health officials mandate vaccinations, and, with law enforcement and medical personnel, enter private residences and businesses without warrants, quarantine non-compliers, and impose $1,000-a-day fines and/or imprisonment for up to 30 days.

It also authorizes:

-- closures and evacuations to decontaminate residences, buildings or facilities;

-- the destruction of suspect materials;

-- restricting or prohibiting public gatherings;

-- public health authorities to use or supervise private health care facilities and requires private health personnel to provide appropriate services, including vaccinating state residents;

-- "the arrest without warrant (of anyone believed to have) violated an order for isolation or quarantine...;"

-- control over "ingress (and) egress" from public areas and human traffic within them;

-- enforcement measures for the safe disposal of "infectious waste and human remains;"

-- control over all medical supplies as well as other measures needed to respond to the emergency;

-- the use of state police for enforcement;

-- control over "routes of transportation and over materials and facilities including but not limited to communication devices, carriers, public utilities, fuels, food, clothing, and shelter;" and

-- public health officials to "institute appropriate civil proceedings against (properties) to be destroyed in accordance with the existing laws and rules of the courts of this Commonwealth or any such rules that may be developed by the courts for use during the emergency;" acquired properties may "be disposed of by destruction as the court may direct."

Massachusetts may be a trial balloon for what federal authorities plan everywhere as the fall flu season approaches, to be followed by hyped reports of nationwide Swine Flu outbreaks, perhaps caused by the vaccines intended to prevent them.

In early July, HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius announced that children, pregnant women, health care workers, and adults with chronic illnesses will be first to be vaccinated. Reports indicate that inoculations will begin in early October, preceded by media-hyped fear urging everyone to get one.

The Engineering of 'Pandemics'

The year was 1921. America was entering a decade of robust prosperity. Later called "The Roaring Twenties", it was a time of unparalleled economic expansion. Debt money from Wall Street banks was plentiful and easy to obtain. The "Great War" was over.

America was flexing her industrial muscles. Factories were being built and expanded in every major city. Automobiles began rolling off Detroit assembly lines in record numbers. The stock market began making millionaires. People were HEALTHY and HAPPY largely because the dreaded "world mystery disease" (which decades later became known as the "1918 Flu Pandemic") had disappeared. Two entire years had passed with no dreaded "mystery deaths" being reported. America had cause to celebrate, and celebrate they did!

As a matter of fact, the American Public in general was so optimistic and HAPPY in 1921, that relatively few people were unhealthy as well. For the first time in decades, hospital beds were empty. The fledgling American Medical Association, formed by John D. Rockefeller just a few years earlier, was worried. Business was sagging.

Profits from vaccines and drugs were spiraling. Something had to be done, and done immediately. False, faux epidemics of smallpox were created to solve the problem, and keep the Medical Mafia's cash registers ringing.

We know this dastardly plan actually happened, thanks to a citizen's WATCHDOG GROUP in Kansas City, Missouri named "The Advertiser's Protective Bureau", who filed, and successfully prosecuted criminal charges against the Missouri state chapter of the AMA the Jackson Medical Society. The 'Protective Bureau's" official report of this cold-blooded plot reads as follows:

"In the Fall of 1921, the health of the city was unusually good, but slow for the doctors. So the Jackson Medical Society met and resolved to make an epidemic in the city. According to the minutes of this meeting: 'MOTION WAS MADE AND SECONDED, THAT A RECOMMENDATION BE MADE BY THE COMMITTEE, TO THE BOARD OF HEALTH, THAT AN EPIDEMIC OF SMALLPOX BE DECLARED IN THE CITY. (Investigation later revealed that there was NO SIGN OF AN EPIDEMIC at the time, in the city, or anywhere in the state or region!)

'It was moved and seconded that a day be set aside, termed VACCINATION DAY, on which physicians would be stationed at ALL SCHOOLS, clinics, public buildings and hospitals to vaccinate "free of charge". (Vaccinations are never "free". The taxpayers are always forced to pay for every one of the "free" vaccines.)

"IT IS FURTHER RECOMMENDED THAT WIDE PUBLICITY BE GIVEN, STATING THAT VACCINATION IS A PREVENTIVE OF SMALLPOX, AND URGING THE ABSOLUTE NECESSITY OF VACCINATION FOR EVERY MAN, WOMAN, AND CHILD IN THE CITY."

The Protective Bureau proved in court that there WAS NO EPIDEMIC before the vaccinations!! The court records show that the Medical Society manufactured vast amounts of posters, fliers, newspaper stories and ads featuring horrific and lurid pictures of diseased children covered with massive smallpox sores and open wounds. Some pictures actually showed children's corpses covered with the same ugly sores. The PANIC-DRIVEN message was clear --- VACCINATE EVERYONE, or face a deadly public disease. There was a "sweeping epidemic" in the city; the disease was "highly contagious" and would "strike anyone who was not vaccinated" was the bill of goods sold! (Does this sound at all familiar today 88 years later??)

The Medical Mafia's propaganda blitz was successful, and over a million previously healthy and happy American citizens were hypnotized and terrorized into placing the vaccine toxins into their bloodstreams. All public school children in the region were vaccinated while at school! Parents who dared question the vaccination of their children were ostracized and publicly vilified.

THE COURT RECORD ON THIS CASE IS VERY CLEAR. In the weeks and months following the "mass vaccinations" the area's hospital beds were filled to over-flowing with VACCINE-INDUCED SMALLPOX CASES!

Tens of thousands of people became ill, and many hundreds of innocents died, and many more were permanently crippled! Of course, THE NEWSPAPERS THEN TRUMPETED HOW WISE THE MEDICAL ESTABLISHMENT WAS TO PROMOTE THE VACCINES stating how much worse the death toll would have been without the vaccination campaign!! Untold MILLIONS OF DOLLARS of profit was generated by this massive "medical" fraud.

Thanks to the ADVERTISER'S PROTECTIVE BUREAU, however; the massive fraud was exposed and criminally prosecuted to a successful conviction. During the trial, three amazing facts were proven beyond any "reasonable doubt".

Fact 1: The poster and advertising pictures showing the diseased and dying children used so successfully by the "doctors", WERE NOT EVEN CASES OF LOCAL SMALLPOX CASES AS THEY WERE BILLED TO BE! The Protective Bureau documented that they were pictures of ENGLISH CHILDREN who were victims of "court-proven" cases of SMALLPOX VACCINE POISONING!! One of the pictures was of a 5-week-old baby named Mona Stevenson, of Humphrey Street, Burnley, England. A previously healthy and happy baby, Little Mona had been vaccinated for smallpox at 5 weeks of age. Four weeks later, her pox-ridden little body was placed in a tiny coffin and buried. The horrific photos of Little Mona and others in England had previously been published in British newspapers where details of the resulting CRIMINAL TRIALS were also given. The full details of the trials, as well as the pictures, were also included in a comprehensively large medical boot titled "THE HISTORY AND PATHOLOGY OF VACCINATION" by Edgar M Crookshank, MD professor of Bacteriology at the ultra-elite Kings College, London England.

Fact 2: Vaccines containing LIVE VIRUSES, weakened (i.e. attenuated) or otherwise universally causes more diseases than the vaccine ever could prevent.

Fact 3: Vaccine-Induced-Disease (VID) is an extremely effective socio-economic tool. It has the potential to generate BILLIONS OF DOLLARS OF WINDFALL PROFITS, while permanently changing the social structures of large groups of people.

While the Protective Bureau won the criminal court case the American People lost. The case should have made front-page headlines around the nation, showing the Modus Operandi of certain corrupt "medical practitioners". How, by means of fraud, treachery, and trickery, they made millions of dollars in windfall profits while thousands of innocent, trusting, and naïve Americans suffered and died. The entire sordid affair, with all its damning details, was kept out of the American Press. John D. Rockefeller's AMA, with its millions of dollars of influence made sure of that!

Amazingly, even though thousands of people had died or become crippled by this managed manslaughter, the doctors involved were only given a light penalty in the form of a token fine. The medical establishment as a whole was not upset in the least by the exposure and has continued on unabated perpetuating the same crimes against humanity creating vaccine-induced-diseases while fleecing the people continually until this present day.

It is a proven (albeit little-known) fact, EPIDEMIC/PANDEMIC MANUFACTURING IS STANDARD PRACTICE with the world-wide "Medical Mafia" circles. In order to maximize profits and re-shape geographical regions, they often manufacture a false-flag "emergency". If there is an outbreak of mild seasonal virus, they call it an influenza pandemic, give it a fancy new name, and then actually CREATE THE PANDEMIC by means of mass vaccinations using ATTENUATED, or LIVE VIRUSES!! Remember the shocking words of the AMA's Dr. Simon Louis Katzoff who said: " DOCTORS LIVE BY DISEASE, SO THE PUBLIC CAN EXPECT THE SUPPLY OF DISEASE TO MEET THE DEMANDS OF THE MEDICAL PROFESSION."

OTHER DOCUMENTED CASES OF V.I.D.E.O.s (Vaccine Induced Disease Epidemic Outbreaks.)

Case 1: Following the lead of their colleagues in Kansas City, the exact same events occurred in Pittsburgh, PA under the direction of Pittsburgh's "Health Director", Dr. C.J. Voux in the autumn of 1924. As in Kansas City, a group of public watchdogs brought suit against Voux and his vaccine-promoters. As in Kansas City, the vaccine promoters were found guilty. The case documented that over 1,000,000 vaccine shots were "sold" to the residents of Pennsylvania, even though there had been ZERO documented cases of smallpox in the region. It was successfully proven that ONLY AFTER the million shots had been given, that a smallpox epidemic began.

This vaccine-induced, manmade "epidemic" resulted in 330 deaths and at least 1,680 cases of severe smallpox that caused permanent, crippling damage to the survivors. Moreover, it cost the city a total monetary loss of $3,069,616; although Dr. Voux and his accomplices had collected more than $10 million in hospital and related care revenues they were not forced to pay for damages or reparations. As in the Kansas City trial, a small, insignificant fine was levied, and the case was not widely publicized.

Case 2: The initial batches of Dr. Jonas Salk's polio vaccine produced thousands of cases of poliomyelitis in vaccinated individuals. (One such case was Franklin D. Roosevelt who was stricken weeks after receiving a vaccine.) This was due to an unsafe amount of LIVE VIRUSES in the vaccine itself. Dr. Sabin then introduced his "improved" vaccine with "attenuated" or "weakened' live viruses in 1958, and the following year his vaccine was made to be compulsory (mandatory) in all school-age children in a number of states. As a result, polio increased a whopping 300% in these states. For example, Tennessee reported 119 polio cases in 1958, after "vaccination" this total increased to 386 cases in 1959, Ohio 17 cases in 1958, 52 cases in 1959, Connecticut 45 cases in 1958, 123 cases in 1959, and North Carolina: 78 cases in 1958 compared to 312 cases in 1959 AFTER forcing compulsory shots in school children. The modern record is equally damning. The ONLY cases of recorded polio in the modern era is immediately following vaccinations.

Poliomyelitis, you see, is a water-borne virus and is caused by drinking contaminated water.

During the early 60's, water-treatment facilities became standardized across America small amounts of CHLORINATION effectively wiped out polio viruses. The conquering of polio had NOTHING TO DO with the vaccine needles and swallowing sugar cubes.
In fact, as author Ed Haslem documents so well in his book, "http://doctormarysmonkey.com/" Dr. Mary's Monkey, the Sabin vaccines were actually contaminated with mutated GREEN MONKEY VIRUSES (SV-40 viruses to be specific) which has caused untold millions of SOFT-TISSUE CANCERS and deaths worldwide. (The cancer "industry" has reaped BILLIONS of dollars from this "contamination" over the years, of course.) Case 3: Knowingly added to "hepatitis" vaccines, HIV viruses were inoculated into thousands of homosexual men and intravenous drug users in America's inner cities resulting in the "AIDS epidemic" in the 80's. Purposefully placed in SMALLPOX VACCINE SYRINGES, HIV was also introduced into African nations as a tool of ethnic cleansing and GENOCIDE. The covert development and weaponization of the HIV/AIDS virus and its monkey-virus origins, along with the amazing story of how the scientists involved are tied to President Kennedy's assassination is well documented in "http://doctormarysmonkey.com/" Dr. Mary's Monkey. The covert biological experimentation labs responsible for this mayhem are today consolidated into the NIH, the NAIDS, the National Cancer Institute, and Ft. Detrick, Maryland. The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) in Atlanta became the centralized hub of pandemic and epidemic creations and propagation.

Case 4: The 1976 "Swine Flu" Fiasco and Fraud is perpetrated. A solitary soldier at Ft. Dix collapses and dies following a reaction to an "experimental" vaccine while completing an intense physical "forced march" exercise at Ft. Dix. Immediately, the CDC swings into action, declaring a nationwide SWINE FLU PANDEMIC is pending. Providentially, of course, the CDC just happens to have 200+MILLION DOSES of Swine Flu vaccine already stockpiled, prepared with ATTENUATED (live, yet weakened) viruses and experimental ADJUVANTS.

President Gerald Ford, (with proven ties to Big Pharma and Nixon's covert viral weapons labs also a key member of the "Warren Commission's" obfuscation of the JFK murder) rolls up his sleeves on national TV and dutifully takes the vaccine. 40 million vaccines are given to naïve American human guinea pigs. A rash of auto-immune disorders (Guillan-Barre Syndrome GBS, and lupus) as well as a large number of deaths is immediately attributed to the vaccine, and the mass vaccination campaign is halted. Case 5: During the first Gulf War Operation Desert Storm, an experimental anthrax vaccine was forcibly given to 140,000 rear-echelon support troops. This experimental vaccine included an oil-in-water adjuvant called squalene (aka MF-59 made by NOVARTIS). Despite voluminous studies showing dangerous toxicity factors conducted on "oil-in-water" adjuvants at such prestigious research labs as UCLA the U.S. Military brass consented to the experimental injections. As a result, ALL 140,000 troops developed a condition subsequently named "Gulf War Syndrome". ALL MODERN "PANDEMICS" ARE CAUSED BY VACCINE NEEDLES

As this author has repeatedly declared during many public radio interviews, the deadly 1918 Influenza Pandemic was the direct result of live-virus-contaminated Typhus Fever Vaccines mandatorily given to U.S. and Allied military personnel during World War I. During that era, viruses were not yet discovered and diseases were thought to be bacterial only. These deadly typhus fever vaccines were manufactured by John D. Rockefeller's research labs and Chinese pharma factories. The vaccine "seed stock" consisted of viruses harvested from human typhoid fever patients, cross-injected into swine herds to create increased "seed stock", and then injected into chicken and turkey eggs for further incubation of the pathogens. The final, harvested "vaccine material" then was injected into HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF HUMAN VEINS. The result was a massive 'pandemic' that claimed the lives of as many as 50 million people worldwide.

In 1918, the viral pandemic was an honest mistake the result of a combination of a very bad vaccine and gross ignorance about viruses and the diseases they cause. However, the continued denial of these FACTS, and the subsequent REVERSE ENGINEERING OF THE KILLER VIRUS in Ft. Detrick labs (1997-2003) is inexcusable and constitutes a veritable crime against humanity.

Moreover, the ONLY WAY a modern "SWINE FLU PANDEMIC" can actually materialize is by injection of certain LIVE VIRUSES via vaccine needles. Make no mistake, the world is NOT experiencing a true pandemic explosion at this time but it most assuredly WILL when and if the planned mass influenza vaccinations are completed worldwide.

THE DANGERS INHERENT IN "DUPLEX" VACCINES FROM DESIGNER VIRUSES

"Modern Medical Practitioners", including some well-meaning "osteopaths", would have the world believe the MYTH that vaccines containing attenuated (weakened) live viruses cannot cause the viral disease conditions they are targeting. This is a most dangerous misconception for the following SCIENTIFIC reasons.

Traditional "common" vaccines targeting measles, mumps and rubella for instance, contain small amounts of "attenuated" live viruses which have been "weakened" but not 100% killed outright. Research has shown that these weakened "live" viruses create a very mild form of the disease in the human that has been vaccinated, which in turn creates a cellular immunity from that pathogen. The science behind this is correct, and valid for the most part. To keep the targeted viral pathogen in a perpetually weakened state, specific amounts of formaldehyde and ether are typically added, and in some formulations, mercury in the form of thimerasol is added as a preservative to keep the egg albumin cells from decaying and dying prematurely. The established theory behind all of this 'vaccination' is the "protect the herd" theory which originated with Pasteur in the late 19th century. As in all vaccines, a certain small percentage of the herd will develop severe, 'full blown' disease states CAUSED by the attenuated viruses in the vaccine itself, and another percentage will exhibit side effects from the chemicals added to the vaccine but if the vast majority of the herd is "protected" from the disease condition the vaccine is approved and stamped "safe and effective".

Science has also proven that each viral pathogen has its own unique characteristics that produce its own set of symptoms in the human hosts. Thus, each viral pathogen has its own unique fingerprints of replication and reproduction as well. Each virus also has a different level of effectiveness in its attenuated (weakened) state.

Moreover, some viruses have shown the ability to "drift" and acquire additional genetic alterations over time. THIS IS ESPECIALLY TRUE OF THE SO-CALLED "NOVEL" RECOMBINATION VIRUSES that have been "reverse engineered" in the world's weapons laboratories!

When the RNA of the virus is spliced with other viral genes, the resulting "Franken-virus" is very unpredictable. Studies conducted (yet currently unpublished) by Terrence Tumpey, Jeffrey Taubenberger, and others at the NIH and CDC show that these 'resurrected pandemic viruses' do not exhibit the NORMAL tendencies of traditional, NATURAL influenza viruses such as seasonal H3N2 human strains. They are best described as "Viral Wild Cards".

This is just one problem with the headlong, mad rush to vaccinate Americans with a series of reverse-engineered lab-created viruses, attenuated or otherwise, in an UNTESTED, UNTRIED, EXPERIMENTAL VACCINE that has not been subjected to LONG-TERM CLINICAL TRIALS TO DETERMINE THE LEVELS OF "DRIFT" or even ATTENUATED TENDENCIES OVER TIME.

To supposedly minimize this "safety" issue, the CDC is now recommending a DUPLEX vaccination, of all things. A "duplex" vaccination basically involves a two-shot series. The first shot consists of a VERY WEAK, HIGHLY ATTENUTATED dose of the live virus.
This is intended to create an initial immune response patterning the specific virus injected. Within a couple of weeks of the 1st shot, a BOOSTER SHOT is given. The booster shot has only lightly attenuated, or even FULL STRENGTH VIRUSES in the injection. This 2nd shot is then intended to create a full-strength immune system response in the human subject.

This is, at the very least, BAD SCIENCE and borders on insanity for self-evident and fairly obvious reasons. By their own admissions, the NIH scientists in their various writings have declared that the level of potency of these REVERSE ENGINEERED VIRUSES show abnormal, almost RANDOM tendencies in their attenuated states. Nobody really knows what will happen over time as the inevitable "genetic drifts" occur. It is a literal crap shoot. It is highly probable that even the HIGHLY ATTENUATED FRANKEN-VIRUSES can swiftly regain their FULL POTENCY even in the presence of ether and formaldehyde. (See Addendum Below) Secondly, the full-strength BOOSTER shot viruses could just as easily "DRIFT" into something much more deadly than the "original' recombinant virus that it is targeting.

I submit that the scientists responsible for this "pandemic" are not stupid. They have to know these facts as well as I do.

Therefore, I can only conclude that this entire affair is following the Modus Operandi of the medical elite since the 1920 engineered smallpox epidemics. It is all being ORCHESTRATED first and foremost for MONEY, and secondly, for social and geographical restructuring of the "human herd".

Also, it must be understood that this "Novel 2009 Influenza" is not easily nor readily transmissible between humans. (See published study in the addendum). If this report is accurate, how then did the "Pandemic" begin, and why the need for mass vaccinations at all?? Like the "study" shows, the only way the test ferrets could contract or transmit the 2009 "Novel Swine Flu" was by and through INOCULATION OF THE DISEASE!! Humanity demands an answer, and demands it NOW!!!

On June 11, 2009, the World Health Organization (WHO) announced that it had declared "Level 6" pandemic emergency with regard to the "swine flu." Shortly thereafter, on cue, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced that we should expect mass vaccination in this country to begin as early as September, 2009. We have been covering the development of the global pandemic preparedness machinery in The IO since June, 1998. It is our belief that this machine has been in motion since March 28, 2009 and will not be stopped; that the global influenza pandemic the CDC and WHO have been predicting (planning) for at least a decade will be declared—whether people are pandemically sick and dying or not—and the global mass vaccination campaign for which they have been preparing since the 1970s swine flu fiasco will commence—soon. It is absolutely crucial that you share the following information with your friends, family and both elected and appointed bureaucrats within your community.

1. What are the ingredients of the annual flu shot?

• Egg proteins: including avian contaminant viruses such as avian leucosis

• Gelatin: known to cause allergic reactions and anaphylaxis - usually associated with sensitivity to egg or gelatin proteins

• Polysorbate 80 (Tween 80): can cause severe allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis

• Formaldehyde: known carcinogen

• Triton X100: a strong detergent

• Sucrose: table sugar

• Resin: known to cause allergic reactions

• Gentamycin: an antibiotic

• Thimerosal: 49.6 percent ethyl mercury (still in multidose vials)

2. Do flu shots prevent the flu?

Not in babies: In a review of more than 51 studies involving more than 294,000 children it was found there was "no evidence that injecting children 6-24 months of age with a flu shot was any more effective than placebo. In children over 2 years, it was only effective 33 percent of the time in preventing the flu. Reference: "Vaccines for preventing influenza in healthy children." The Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews. 2 (2008).

Not in children with asthma: In a study of 800 children with asthma, where one half were vaccinated and the other half did not receive the influenza vaccine, the two groups were compared with respect to clinic visits, emergency department (ED) visits, and hospitalizations for asthma. CONCLUSION: This study failed to provide evidence that the influenza vaccine prevents pediatric asthma exacerbations. Reference: Christly, C. et al. Arch Dis Child. 2004 Aug 89 (8):734-738

Not in children with asthma (2): "The inactivated flu vaccine, Flumist, does not prevent influenza-related hospitalizations in children, especially the ones with asthma...In fact, children who get the flu vaccine are more at risk for hospitalization than children who do not get the vaccine." Reference: The American Thoracic Society’s 105th International Conference, May 15-20, 2009, San Diego.

Not in adults: In a review of 48 reports including 66,000 adults, "Vaccination of healthy adults only reduced risk of influenza by 6 percent and reduced the number of missed work days by less than one day (0.16) days. It did not change the number of people needing to go to the hospital or take time off work." Reference: The Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews. "Vaccines for preventing influenza in healthy adults" 1(2006)

Not in the Elderly: In a review of 64 studies in 98 flu seasons of the elderly living in nursing homes, flu shots were non-significant for preventing the flu. For elderly living in the community, vaccines were not (significantly) effective against influenza, ILI (influenza-like illnesses) or pneumonia. 3. What about the new Swine (H1N1) Flu shot?

On June 11, 2009, WHO announced a Level 6 Pandemic

• A new report from a WHO advisory group predicts that global production of vaccine for the novel H1N1 influenza virus could be as much as 4.9 billion doses a year, far higher than previous estimates.

• The report states that vaccine makers are expected to produce about 780 million doses of seasonal flu vaccine for the northern hemisphere’s 2009-2010 flu season for the U.S.:

• 350 million doses will be ready by June 30, 2009

• 430 million doses will be ready by July 31, 2009

• Pandemic" H1N1 vaccine will be made in PER.C6 cells (human retinal cells) and contain either AS04 (by GlaxoSmithKline) or MF59 (by Novartis), an oil-in-water "squalene-based" adjuvant known to trigger severe autoimmunity in test animals (see chart below).

• Federal health officials will probably recommend that most Americans get three flu shots this fall: One regular flu shot and two doses of the new swine flu vaccine being rushed to market.

• The "working hypothesis" of the CDC is that most Americans will need two swine flu shots to get full protection, although "the elderly (people born before 1957) may be able to get away with just one," said Dr. Anne Schuchat, the agency’s director of immunization and respiratory disease.

4. Is "Mandatory Vaccination" with the new swine flu possible?

• 1946: the United States Public Health Service was established and Executive Order (EO) 9708 was signed, listing the communicable diseases that could be corralled using quarantines. Between 1946 and 2003, cholera, diphtheria, tuberculosis, typhoid, smallpox, yellow fever and viral hemorrhagic fevers were added.

• April 4, 2003: EO 13295 added SARS to the list.

• April 1, 2005: EO 13295 amended to include "Influenza caused by novel or re-emergent influenza viruses that are causing, or have the potential to cause, a pandemic.

• The power to quarantine was delegated by the President to the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) to be determined at his or her discretion.

• The Secretary of HHS was given the power to arrange for the "apprehension and examination of persons reasonably thought to be infected." A cough or a fever could put a person at risk of being quarantined for an extended period of time and without legal recourse.

• January 28, 2003: Introduction of Project BioShield during President Bush’s State of the Union Address. This created a permanent "indefinite funding authority to develop medical countermeasures."

• New authority was given to the National Institutes of Health to accelerate research and development of drugs and vaccines. Emergency approval would be given to "fast tracked" drugs and vaccines deemed necessary in combatting a biological warfare attack or pandemic, bypassing standard safety testing by the Food and Drug Administration.

• December 17, 2006: Division E—Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREPA) was added as an addendum to the Defense Appropriations Bill HR 2863 at 11:20 pm on Saturday night, long after House Committee members had signed off on the bill and gone home for the holidays. Section (b)(1) states, "The Sec of HHS can make a determination that a ‘disease, health condition or threat’ constitutes a public health emergency. He or she may then recommend ‘the manufacture, testing, development, administration, or use of one or more covered counter measures...’ A covered countermeasure, defined in Division E, is a ‘pandemic product, vaccine or drug.’"

• Division E also provides complete liability protection for all drugs, vaccines or biological products deemed to be a "covered countermeasure" for an outbreak of any kind. Protection has been given to the drug companies for any product administered for any public health emergency declared by the Secretary of HHS.

• Pharma is now protected from all accountability, unless criminal intent to harm can be proven by the injured party. Drug companies are protected from lawsuits, even if they know the drug will be harmful. (Criminal intent would be nearly impossible to prove).

5. What can we do to protect ourselves and communities?

• Share this information with everyone you know

• Contact local first responders (EMTs, paramedics, firemen, doctors and nurses) and let them know what is in the shots since "they" will be the first ones to get it.

• Contact your county commissioners, sheriff and local police to discuss your concerns about the looming threat of mandatory vaccination, quarantine and confiscation of private property for either quarantine or drug/vaccine dispensing clinics. Consider taking them some homebaked cookies to get in the door while attaching a friendly face to the cause of liberty and our fundamental right to exempt ourselves from forced medical experimentation.

• Contact local city council members about our constitutional right to refuse a pandemic vaccine that has the potential to kill or maim without the recipient having any legal recourse.

• Write a small article or letter to the editor for local, community newspapers. Check out sample articles and letters on DrTenpenny.com and VacLib.org/basic/flu/swineflu.htm

• Have at least a month supply of food and water in your home and be prepared to voluntarily self-quarantine if given no other options.

• Stock up on Vitamin D3 (3,000 IU per person), Vitamin A, Vitamin C, colloidal silver and homeopathics for both preventing and treating the flu.

Books being cooked to justify Level 6

According to the WHO as of June 19, 2009, 88 countries have reported the presence of a novel flu virus, with a total of 48,954 cases and 193 deaths worldwide attributed to the new "bug." WHO statistics for the U.S., which has the most reported cases of any one country, are 17,855 cases and 44 deaths. However, the CDC claims 21,449 cases and 87 deaths as of June 13 (In Mexico, the alleged epicenter of the current pandemic, the WHO reports a total of 9,007 cases and 118 deaths.) By looking on the CDC website, the case definition for those allegedly infected with the novel H1N1 virus changed on June 1, 2009, to include cases that are influenza-like illnesses (ILIs) that test positive for influenza A but negative for human H3 and H1; previously healthy adults 65 and older who are hospitalized for an ILI; a person who has an ILI that resides in a state without confirmed cases, but has traveled to a state or country where there are one or more confirmed or probable cases, or; a person with an ILI who has an epidemiologic link in the past 7 days to a confirmed case or probable case. The CDC is blatantly padding the numbers.

The CDC has also admitted that 71 percent of hospitalizations occurred in people with chronic underlying conditions such as cancer and autoimmune diseases. How many had received the annual flu vaccine was not revealed even though this past season’s flu vaccine contained "A/Brisbane/29/2007 (H1N1) -like virus (A/Brisbane/29/2007 IVR 148) and A/Brisbane/10/2007 (H3N2)-like virus (A/Uruguay/716/2007 NYMC X-175C)" and live flu viruses such as contained in FluMist are known to "mutate" while recipients are infectious for 21 days.

Although there was a lot of panic in Mexico over deaths attributed to the "novel" flu virus, Celia Alpuche, head of the main lab in Mexico that does influenza testing, told ScienceInsider that "There is no scientific evidence, up to date, that we have a different A (H1N1) virus other than human seasonal or swine-origin H1N1."

On April 25, 2009, Yeny Gregorio Dávila of Mexico City posted the following on the BBC News website: "As a doctor, I realise that the media does not report the truth. Authorities distributed vaccines among all the medical personnel with no results, because two of my partners who worked in this hospital (interns) were killed by this new virus in less than six days even though they were vaccinated as all of us were. The official number of deaths is 20, nevertheless, the true number of victims are more than 200. I understand that we must avoid to panic, but telling the truth it might be better now to prevent and avoid more deaths." It is apparent to anyone who understands the deadly nature of vaccines that the vaccine administered to the medical personnel in Mexico proved to be deadly.

But no proof that a novel H1N1 virus actually exists has been produced. Dr. Stefan Lanka from Klein-Klein-Aktion is offering €10,000 to anyone who is able to produce a scientific paper proving the existence of the alleged novel H1N1 flu virus. To date, not one scientist or public health official has come forward with the proof of a novel H1N1 flu virus and the media is generally uninterested in the fact that proof of a "virus" associated with a novel swine flu strain is nonexistent.

Doubt the government plans to impose martial law and round up dissidents and other malcontents? Well, the Army National Guard is advertising for qualified personnel to work as Corrections Officers and Internment/Resettlement Specialists.

“Avenge me, boys!” Fiction becomes fact. In the film Red Dawn, Harry Dean Stanton is put in a communist re-education camp.

“As an Internment/Resettlement Specialist for the Army National Guard, you will ensure the smooth running of military confinement/correctional facility or detention/internment facility, similar to those duties conducted by civilian Corrections Officers,” a classified ad posted on the web states. “This will require you to know proper procedures and military law; and have the ability to think quickly in high-stress situations. Specific duties may include assisting with supervision and management operations; providing facility security; providing custody, control, supervision, and escort; and counseling individual prisoners in rehabilitative programs.”

The term “rehabilitative programs” is key. Glenn Beck and the corporate media may attempt to discredit the fact there are FEMA camps, but military documents demonstrate the government plans to herd people into internment camps. Army Regulation 210-35, entitled “Civilian Inmate Labor Program,” provides “guidance for establishing and managing civilian inmate labor programs on Army installations. It provides guidance on establishing prison camps on Army installations.”

In Mao’s China, the government established a sprawling system of administrative detention centers — known as Laogai — designed to reeducate dissidents and other social misfits through forced slave labor. In the Soviet Union under Stalin, a network of gulags — a Russian acronym for The Chief Administration of Corrective Labor Camps and Colonies — were established, primarily for political prisoners and as a mechanism for repressing political opposition to the Soviet state.

Rex 84 was created in the United States for basically the same reason. “The Rex-84 Alpha Explan (Readiness Exercise 1984, Exercise Plan; otherwise known as a continuity of government plan), indicates that FEMA in association with 34 other federal civil departments and agencies, along with other NATO nations, conducted a civil readiness exercise during April 5-13, 1984. It was conducted in coordination and simultaneously with a Joint Chiefs exercise, Night Train 84, a worldwide military command post exercise (including Continental U.S. Forces or CONUS) based on multi-emergency scenarios operating both abroad and at home. In the combined exercise, Rex-84 Bravo, FEMA and DOD led the other federal agencies and departments, including the Central Intelligence Agency, the Secret Service, the Treasury, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Veterans Administration through a gaming exercise to test military assistance in civil defense,” writes Diana Reynolds. “The exercise anticipated civil disturbances, major demonstrations and strikes that would affect continuity of government and/or resource mobilization. To fight subversive activities, there was authorization for the military to implement government ordered movements of civilian populations at state and regional levels, the arrest of certain unidentified segments of the population, and the imposition of martial law.”

Rex 84 falls under master military contingency plan, Operation Garden Plot, allegedly developed in response to the civil disorders of the 1960s and now under the control of the U.S. Northern Command. Garden Plot was last activated as Noble Eagle following the September 11, 2001 attacks.

Under National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive (National Security Presidential Directive NSPD 51/Homeland Security Presidential Directive HSPD-20, or called simply “Executive Directive 51″ for short), signed by George W. Bush on May 4, 2007, the government has the authority to declare a national emergency and impose martial law. NSPD 51 grants extraordinary police state powers to the White House and Homeland Security, presumably including detention of a large number of people as established under Rex 84 and other military programs.

On July 30, CNN reported that the U.S. military is gearing up to get involved in the H1N1 swine flu outbreak promised to strike later this year. “The U.S. military wants to establish regional teams of military personnel to assist civilian authorities in the event of a significant outbreak of the H1N1 virus this fall, according to Defense Department officials,” a proposal that is currently on the desk of Sec. Def. Robert Gates, according to CNN. “As a first step, Gates is being asked to sign a so-called ‘execution order’ that would authorize the military to begin to conduct the detailed planning to execute the proposed plan.”

It looks like the Army National Guard is gearing up to staff camps and “execute the proposed plan” of forcibly vaccinating the public and rounding up and hauling off those who refuse to be injected with a soft kill eugenics weapon as dangerous enemies of the state who need to be interned in forced labor and re-education camps. 10 Things You're Not Supposed to Know about the Swine Flu Vaccine

Let's not beat around the bush on this issue: The swine flu vaccines now being prepared for mass injection into infants, children, teens and adults have never been tested and won't be tested before the injections begin. In Europe, where flu vaccines are typically tested on hundreds (or thousands) of people before being unleashed on the masses, the European Medicines Agency is allowing companies to skip the testing process entirely.

And yet, amazingly, people are lining up to take the vaccine, absent any safety testing whatsoever. When the National Institutes of Health in the U.S. announced a swine flu vaccine trial beginning in early August, it was inundated with phone calls and emails from people desperate to play the role of human guinea pigs. The power of fear to herd sheeple into vaccine injections is simply amazing...

Back in Europe, of course, everybody gets to be a guinea pig since no testing will be done on the vaccine at all. Even worse, the European vaccines will be using adjuvants -- chemicals used to multiply the potency of the active ingredients in vaccines.

Notably, there is absolutely no safety data on the use of adjuvants in infants and expectant mothers -- the two groups being most aggressively targeted by the swine flu vaccine pushers. The leads us to the disturbing conclusion that the swine flu vaccine could be a modern medical disaster. It's untested and un-tried. Its ingredients are potentially quite dangerous, and the adjuvants being used in the European vaccines are suspected of causing neurological disorders.

Paralyzed by vaccines

I probably don't need to remind you that in 1976, a failed swine flu vaccine caused irreparable damage to the nervous systems of hundreds of people, paralyzing many. Medical doctors gave the problem a name, of course, to make it sound like they knew what they were talking about: Guillain-Barre syndrome. (Notably, they never called it "Toxic Vaccine Syndrome" because that would be too informative.)

But the fact remains that doctors never knew how the vaccines caused these severe problems, and if the same event played out today, all the doctors and vaccine pushers would undoubtedly deny any link between the vaccines and paralysis altogether. (That's what's happening today with the debate over vaccines and autism: Complete denial.)

In fact, there are a whole lot of things you'll never be told by health authorities about the upcoming swine flu vaccine. For your amusement, I've written down the ten most obvious ones and published them below.

Ten things you're not supposed to know about the swine flu vaccine

(At least, not by anyone in authority...)

#1 - The vaccine production was "rushed" and the vaccine has never been tested on humans. Do you like to play guinea pig for Big Pharma? If so, line up for your swine flu vaccine this fall...

#2 - Swine flu vaccines contain dangerous adjuvants that cause an inflammatory response in the body. This is why they are suspected of causing autism and other neurological disorders.

#3 - The swine flu vaccine could actually increase your risk of death from swine flu by altering (or suppressing) your immune system response. There is zero evidence that even seasonal flu shots offer any meaningful protection for people who take the jabs. Vaccines are the snake oil of modern medicine.

#4 - Doctors still don't know why the 1976 swine flu vaccines paralyzed so many people. And that means they really have no clue whether the upcoming vaccine might cause the same devastating side effects. (And they're not testing it, either...)

#5 - Even if the swine flu vaccine kills you, the drug companies aren't responsible. The U.S. government has granted drug companies complete immunity against vaccine product liability. Thanks to that blanket immunity, drug companies have no incentive to make safe vaccines, because they only get paid based on quantity, not safety (zero liability).

#6 - No swine flu vaccine works as well as vitamin D to protect you from influenza. That's an inconvenient scientific fact that the U.S. government, the FDA and Big Pharma hope the people never realize.

#7 - Even if the swine flu vaccine actually works, mathematically speaking if everyone else around you gets the vaccine, you don't need one! (Because it can't spread through the population you hang with.) So even if you believe in the vaccine, all you need to do is encourage your friends to go get vaccinated...

#8 - Drug companies are making billions of dollars from the production of swine flu vaccines. That money comes out of your pocket -- even if you don't get the jab -- because it's all paid by the taxpayers.

#9 - When people start dying in larger numbers from the swine flu, rest assured that many of them will be the very people who got the swine flu vaccine. Doctors will explain this away with their typical Big Pharma logic: "The number saved is far greater than the number lost." Of course, the number "saved" is entirely fictional... imaginary... and exists only in their own warped heads.

#10 - The swine flu vaccine centers that will crop up all over the world in the coming months aren't completely useless: They will provide an easy way to identify large groups of really stupid people. (Too bad there isn't some sort of blue dye that we could tag 'em with for future reference...)

Startling New Evidence That The 'Swine Flu' Pandemic Is Man-Made

Murder suspects are either convicted or acquitted at trial based on the prosecution's presentation of EVIDENCE which usually hinges on MOTIVE, OPPORTUNITY, and TIME-LINES combined with physical documents. To gather such hard evidence, detectives and/or federal agents often spend months following leads and interviewing witnesses. In the trial phase, re-creating the sequence of events is essential. I submit this paper will provide more than enough hard evidence to at least result in a series of criminal indictments of charges of MASS MURDER, and CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT WORLD GENOCIDE against Novartis Pharmaceutical principals and agents and others.

PRIMARY MOTIVE

The Primary Motive behind this alleged criminal activity is also the primary cause of most murders in the world today, and that motivation is simply: BIG MONEY. Billions of Dollars of windfall profits from government contracts worldwide, as a matter of fact.

I will provide evidence that will show that Novartis Pharmaceuticals of Basel, Switzerland has conspired with corrupt "scientists" at the U.S. Army Institute of Pathology Ft. Detrick, Maryland, to create a "novel" strain of weaponized "influenza" virus by means of "reverse engineering" the deadly 1918 killer strain which strain was maliciously and surreptitiously released upon the world in March and April of 2009 for the primary purpose of creating a panic-stricken world-wide demand for Novartis vaccine material.

The evidence will also clearly show that the Novartis vaccine material is in reality designed to facilitate the further mutation of the pandemic into more lethal waves of increasingly virulent and deadly disease, rather than to curtail and limit the existing outbreak. The evidence will show that Novartis is willingly being used, (and extremely well-paid) to facilitate the edicts of the global elite's Club of Rome; which edicts clearly call for a massive and sudden depopulation of certain segments of the earth's human population.

PRIMARY EVIDENCE

To realize such windfall profits on an engineered, global flu pandemic, detailed covert planning must take place of course.
Patents protecting the proprietary flu vaccine must be applied for and secured before the pandemic virus is released in order to minimize the competition and maximize the profit potentials. In a biological attack of this nature, timing is extremely critical.

Indeed, the evidence is clear Novartis applied for just such a patent on Nov. 4, 2005, and the U.S. Patent Office accepted this application and granted US 20090047353A1 for a "Split Influenza Vaccine with Adjuvants" on February 19, 2009. (See bottom of page).

The so-called "Swine Flu" grabbing headlines today is actually a recombinant, or "split-influenza" virus consisting of A-strain Bird-Flu (H5N1), Swine Flu (H1N1) and multiple strains of human flu (H3N2). Likewise, the 1918 Killer Flu that killed untold millions of people was a recombinant or "split-influenza" virus composed of Bird flu, Swine Flu, and multiple strains of human flu.

CRIMINAL TIMELINE

The criminal timeline begins in 1997, when Dr. Jeffrey Taubenberger assembled a team of geneticists and microbiologists to analyze the genome structure, and then to REPRODUCE (i.e. reverse engineer) what is arguably one of the most deadly viral structures the world has ever been cursed with the 1918 killer flu virus. According to numerous published stories and reports, Taubenberger and his team utilized super-computers to map the complex RNA and DNA structures of the killer virus, then utilized human plasmids to successfully re-create the 1918 killer. Taubenberger completed his work in early 2005, then immediately left the employ of the U.S. Army at Ft. Detrick to take a much more lucrative position with the National Institutes of Health. His new focus was to create a VACCINE against the very same 1918 killer flu that he and his team had, just months earlier, successfully "reverse engineered" and created.

This researcher is very confident that a focused criminal investigation would likely reveal prima facia evidence that Taubenberger was in reality working for Novartis while employed with the N.I.H. and was quite likely the primary author of Novartis' Nov. 6, 2005 "provisional" patent application. On page 2, paragraph 32 of the patent publication we read, quote: "The influenza virus [that the 'invention vaccine' is designed to protect against] may be a reassortant strain, and may have been obtained by reverse genetics techniques. Reverse genetics techniques allow influenza viruses with desired genome segments to be prepared in vitro using plasmids." The remnant of the paragraph then goes into very specific detail as to the actual mechanics of how the pandemic virus was actually created by Taubenberger's Ft. Detrick team. At the very least, the author of the patent application had to have studied Taubenberger's various published reports on his work at Detrick, for the wording and science is virtually verbatim.

Furthermore, this paragraph is even more damning by the words "may have been obtained". Who "obtained" this virus and for what reason was it "obtained"? Keep in mind the CDC and HHS would have Americans believe that the pandemic viral outbreak is totally a "natural" occurrence if so then how could Novartis have such an incredible advance knowledge to the point of developing a vaccine with such absolutely PERFECT TIMING???

WHO EXACTLY IS "NOVARTIS"??

Novartis International AG is simply the world's largest, multi-national pharmaceutical company with over $53 Billion USD revenue generated in 2008. It's headquarters is located in Basel, Switzerland, home of the vaunted "Swiss Guards" who provide all security measures for the Vatican and the Club of Rome. The company logo symbolizes the "eternal flame" of the Illuminati "enlightened ones". Dig into Novartis International AG's long history, and one finds that it began as a component of the infamous I.G. Farben combine, which in turn was primarily responsible for the rise of Adolph Hitler and the German/Austrian Third Reich.

Dig a bit deeper and you find that Novartis also wholly owns a company called Sandoz which was the inventor of LSD and other strong hallucinogenic "truth" drugs, and was the supplier of LSD to the CIA allowing them to scale new heights with their covert "MK ULTRA" mind control experiments. Documents released to U.S. Congressional investigators in 1977 show that Sandoz Labs had arranged for certain Nazi scientists to gain new identities in Allen Dulles' CIA at the conclusion of WWII. This was accomplished under a secret extraction program called "Operation Paper Clip".

The address listed on the Novartis Patent applications is a P.O. Box in Emeryville, California. Up until the summer of 2005, this Emeryville California address belonged to Chiron Inc. the world's second-largest INFLUENZA VACCINE MANUFACTURER. Chiron was doing very well, with reported sales of $357 million in fiscal 2002. Chiron's sales nearly doubled, peaking at a whopping $678 million in 2003 and it was mostly due to the marketing and sale of FLU VACCINE CONTRACTS to the federal government. Novartis, which owned much of Chiron's stock, was very pleased, until disaster struck in 2004 --- the entire year's stock of flu vaccine was found to be contaminated and was condemned.

Stock values plummeted on the news. With the stock at a historic low, Novartis quickly purchased the remainder of Chiron's stock and began immediately to work on the massive "novel pandemic flu" vaccine that they somehow knew would soon have worldwide demand especially if they controlled the exclusive patent they could effectively "corner the pandemic flu vaccine market"!!

OTHER CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES

I would submit that killing tens of thousands of innocent humans via the systemic creation of a "pandemic" in order to make billions of dollars is vile enough, but there is also evidence that there is an even more heinous hidden agenda at work here, and it is spelled GENOCIDE.

It is no mystery that Adolph Hitler advocated the elevation of a Nordic "Master Race" that would rule the world in a "New Order of the Ages" called the "Third Reich". Sadly, not all of the EUGENIC/GENOCIDAL National Socialists were executed at Nuremburg.

In reality, the elite financiers that actually dictated the agenda to Hitler, merely went underground, willing to bide their time until their godless agenda to liquidate BILLIONS of people could be successfully implemented.

The evidence that the Novartis-controlled "Pandemic Vaccine" may well be a tool of mass genocide, is actually quite overwhelming.

At this point, some readers may scoff and ask: "Why would any company want to kill off their customers?" The answer is that these "customers" control large blocks of assets and equity. As Kissinger's "NSSM-200" report outlines, the "spoils" of genocide include controlling large tracts of land and mineral assets. This is secondary, of course, to their warped dream of creating a Utopian World Order with only 500 million "worthy" humans allowed to share in it.

WHAT'S THE EVIDENCE?

While George H.W. Bush was busy saving the world from the evil dictator Saddam Hussein in 1991, pursuant to his U.N. speech to create a "new world order" an agenda for an "Initiative for Eco-92 Earth Charter" elitist meeting happened to fall into honest, Christian hands. This agenda basically reiterated the genocide outlined in Henry Kissinger's infamous NSSM-200 report of 1974, and called for "the immediate reduction of world population." My extensive research shows that by 1992, the massive death rate of AIDS had simply not materialized to the Elite's satisfaction, and a more efficient mass killer had to be engineered in order to fulfill the edicts cut into the "Georgia Guidestones".

Evidence shows that like the 2009 "Novel" Flu Virus the HIV virus was also engineered and manufactured in the labs of Ft. Detrick.

In 1969, during a House Appropriations Committee hearing, the Defense Department's Biological Warfare (BW) division at Ft. Detrick requested funds to develop, through complex gene-splicing (i.e. genetic engineering) a "novel" new disease that would both be resistant to, and break down a victim's immune system. The Congressional Record reads:

"Within the next 5 to 10 years it would probably be possible to make a new infective micro-organism which could differ in certain important respects from any known disease-causing organisms. Most important of these is that it might be refractory to the immunological and therapeutic processes upon which we depend to maintain our relative freedom from infectious diseases."

The funds for this "Dr. Strangelove" project were somehow approved. AIDS "magically" appeared within the requested time frame, and of course, just happens to exhibit the exact characteristics specified by the Ft. Detrick scientists.

Three years later, in 1972, the fledgling World Health Organization (WHO) published a very similar proposal to the one submitted to the U.S. House Appropriations Committee in 1969. The WHO proposed that: "An attempt should be made to ascertain whether viruses can in fact exert selective effects on immune function, e.g., by ...affecting T cell function as opposed to B cell function. The possibility should also be looked into that the immune response to the virus itself may be impaired if the infecting virus damages more or less selectively the immune cells responding to the viral antigens." (Bulletin of the W.H.O., vol. 47, p 257- 274.) This is a "textbook" clinical description of the function of the HIV/AIDS virus.

The W.H.O. shortly thereafter begins a massive "smallpox vaccination" program in Africa in 1975. Within two years, millions of smallpox vaccines are provided by Novartis et. al, under U.N.I.C.E.F. funding. A decade later, it is determined by independent journalists in the U.K. that the incidence of AIDS infections' MAPPED AND GRAPHED EPICENTERS in Africa coincided exactly with the locations of the W.H.O. smallpox vaccination program centers in the mid-1970's (Source, The London Times, May 11, 1987). Some 14,000 Haitians then on UN 'humanitarian missions' to Central Africa were also vaccinated in this campaign, and soon contracted HIV. Personnel actually conducting the vaccinations of the Haitians maintain they had been completely unaware that the vaccine was anything other than a routine shot.

In 1987, Dr. Hilleman, head of all vaccine production of Merck Pharmaceuticals stunned the world with his public admissions that the mass vaccination campaigns of the 1950s and '60s likely caused thousands of cancer deaths each year. This was due to the presence of a cancer-causing virus that contaminated the first polio vaccine, according to Dr. Hilleman. Known as SV40, the virus originated from dead monkeys whose kidney cells were used to culture the first Salk vaccines. Doctors estimate that the virus was injected into tens of millions during the vaccination campaigns, including several million in Canada, before being detected and screened out in 1963. Those born between 1941 and 1961 are thought to be most at risk of having been infected with SV40, and are estimated to have a 300% greater chance of developing cancer. Furthermore, research doctors in New Orleans reported in 1963 that a percentage of the Salk polio vaccines were found to have attenuated, (live) viruses, which actually CAUSED tens of thousands of polio cases during the 1950's.

Following the successful liberation of Kuwait in Operation Desert Storm, hundreds of thousands of victorious American troops are suddenly stricken with a wide variety of auto-immune disorders that doctors named the Gulf War Syndrome, (GWS). After a decade of medical investigation, the culprit is finally determined to be an ingredient in the anthrax vaccinations mandatorily given to the troops. This offending "adjuvant" is a synthetic material known as squalene aka, oil-in-water adjuvant. Understanding these historical facts is very important for this reason: Those that ignore history are doomed to repeat it. This is doubly true when it comes to blindly accepting a "novel" mass vaccination for a weaponized, "reverse engineered" virus.

The historical record is very clear attenuated, live viruses in vaccines SPREAD the disease very effectively. When combined with SQUALENE ADJUVANT the virus becomes many times more potent and lethal. When given to CHILDREN IN SCHOOLS, millions of "typhoid Matts and Marys" will be spreading the disease exponentially.

Chillingly, the Novartis patent for the "novel pandemic flu" declares that "African green monkey kidney cells" will be used for the "viral growth substrate" i.e. the carrier medium.

(Page 3, paragraph 0037) We also see that "oil-in-water" squalene-based adjuvants will also be included (page 8 0098) but most incredible of all, because this is a "recombinant" and "novel" split vaccine, it is deemed necessary to include fragments of attenuated viruses (i.e. live pathogens) in the vaccine medium.

On July 13, 2009, the W.H.O. sanctioned this lunacy by declaring: "In view of the anticipated limited vaccine availability at global level and the potential need to protect against "drifted" strains of virus, it is recommended that promoting production and use of vaccines such as those that are formulated with oil-in-water adjuvants and live attenuated influenza vaccines is important."

In conclusion and summation, it should be evident that the "2009 Swine Flu" could just as easily be called the "Bird Flu" because it is as much H5N1 (bird flu) as H1N1 (pig flu.) Novartis knew this in 2005 when it received hundreds of millions of dollars from Mike Leavitt's HHS to develop and patent the "bird flu" vaccine. I publicly charge that Novartis had advance knowledge of this "combination" because they had been in consultation with Jeffrey Taubenberger for years.

It is further evident that Novartis' patent provides for "influenza vaccine kits" to be provided to other pharmaceutical manufacturers as well. These "kits" are the basic raw ingredients needed for the other companies to build their own vaccines under their own label.

In 2005, this "jobbing" of separate ingredients by multiple companies would never have been allowed because of the legal liability issues involved. However, in 2009, all liabilities for death and disability from faulty or contaminated vaccines have been stripped away. Any wrongful death or disability lawsuits against Novartis or any other company will today be summarily dismissed.
Novartis today has carte blanche blanket immunity for their actions and any large pharmaceutical company who so desires, can join them at the feeding troughs just by paying millions for their "kits".

Dear Friends and Fellow Truthers,

I have been following the H1N1 (Human-Bird-Swine-Flu) and Vaccine Agenda issue very intently since the story broke. The evidence that this is a lab created virus is overwhelming. They have teased us over the past 4 or 5 years with reports that the Bird Flu pandemic is coming and how bad it will be, but it never materialized. Now many people are under the impression that the so-called Swine Flu is another hoax. It's not. And so many people are complacent and not taking this seriously, which will result in many deaths. Indeed, some evidence suggests that the otherwise "healthy" may be most susceptible to this virus.
The rush to create vaccines has been on, with plans being formulated and announced to vaccinate entire populations. Most of you should already know by now, that vaccines are a cocktail of toxic waste and live viruses which, not only do nothing to protect you, but indeed, weaken your system and cause long term damage, even in healthy adults, and can cause acute illnesses and death in the young, elderly and weak.

I am convincd that this is a False Flag Operation. Actually a Double False Flag / PsyOp event. Using the Bird Flu hoax, they have PsyOp-ed people into thinking this too will be a hoax and nothing to worry about, especially as mild symptoms have been widely reported thus far. The H1N1, however, will, and is already, re-combining and will increase in lethality. As it does, the push will really be on to vaccinate everyone, and people will panic and allow themselves to be vaccinated. Indeed, governments will want to force vaccinate the population, and there have been many reports about these programs being formulated already, under the auspices of the W.H.O. under their International Health Regulations (I.H.R.) to which the USA and Canada are signatories.

Now we have learned that the Pharmaceutical giant Baxter actually patented a Swine Flu Vaccine in 2008. How did they know this was coming ? Just a lucky guess? Of course, they now stand to gain immensely from H1N1. They did trials on homeless people in Europe who subsequently died. They were also caught putting live viruses in vaccines. And there was an intentional release of this virus on board a train in Austria. By the way, pharmaceutical stock prices rose sharply right after H1N1 was announced, while airline, hotel and tourism related stocks fell. I'm sure in time we will find that there were people with advance knowledge of that who profited handsomely.

H1N1 / Vaccine issue is a HUGE issue that will be effecting ALL of us personally (as well as our friends and loved ones), very, very soon. If we do not get active on this, we are all going to have to make some serious, potentially "life and death" decisions about vaccines - alone. Or in fact, we may not even have a choice.

This issue is NOT going to go away, and NOT something that we can put off to a future date, hoping someone will eventually do something (like a new 9/11 Investigation, Stopping the War, the SPP, or effecting a War Criminals trial). While I am NOT stopping my activism on other important issues, and NOT forgetting them (and NOT asking anyone else to), we MAY have a chance at stopping the H1N1 vaccine agenda (and the horrors that will come from it) IF we get on it NOW, and start educating others, and offering a strong, united front of resistance against it. This may be the most important resistance movement ever, potentially stopping mass murder and genocide on a global scale, and hopefully halting the global take over plans by the elite psychopaths (NWO).

I encourage other "awake and aware" people in the 9/11 Truth Movement as well as W.A.C. Groups, CAP members, Ron Paul supporters (who all should have a good understanding of False Flag Ops and PsyOps by now) to get on board with this issue. You do NOT have to drop everything else, just prioritize. At the moment, I personally am giving this Priority Status '1', because it is happening here and NOW. In my opinion, this IS a False Flag attack on ALL OF US, taking place in real time.

I was definitely NOT looking for another issue to get involved in. I have more than enough activism stuff on my plate already, but this demands action of us all. We especially NEED others who do not normally get involved (beyond sending e-mails and discussing things on forums) to get involved and get physically busy with this and become the Human Internet, and NOT leave it to the few of us who already spend so much time on the streets talking to people and giving out DVDs etc. This effects YOU and YOUR loved ones. So PLEASE don't sit there and hope that someone else is going to do it all for you. We need EVERYONE to start taking action and taking a personal stand on this.

I will be meeting with some colleagues in Vancouver tonight (Friday, July 17th) who also understand the issues and who share my concerns. We hope that this will be the start of a decentralized, grassroots 'H1N1 Truth Movement'; an education and action movement concerning the H1N1 / Vaccine Agenda. WE NEED others who are concerned, interested and knowledgeable to get involved, and to take an active role. This has to be very focused over the next few months, as we head into Fall and Winter (Flu Season).

We don't have to be Micro-Biologists to know that the H1N1 virus was a lab creation. The combinations of virus genes contained in it cannot be anything else, and numerous credible people have said so. We also don't have to be rocket scientists to know that vaccines contain highly toxic substances and are inherently dangerous to ANY living person, animal or plant, or to know that the one they are trying to create won't work and, moreover, will probably harm or kill many. Nor do we have to be Lawyers to file injunctions and FOI requests, and do not have to be journalists to write letters or ask questions, and to demand answers and action. Nor do you have to be be a computer whiz to burn DVDs and hand them out.

I have just finished putting together 2 DVDs on these issues, and each is jam packed with about 5 or 6 hours of pertinent info) to help to educate others about this False Flag, about Vaccines, and the Vaccine Agenda (which is part of the NWO agenda and their End Game for humanity). It has been very time consuming and labour intensive to put these together. For a nominal fee to help cover my costs, I will send you the DVDs and you can begin burning them and handing them out to everyone you know, and to people on the street, as I am doing now. A number of others have also collected a wealth of information over the years about vaccines, so we will try make some handouts too. This info needs to go VIRAL!!

We will also need to write letters, make phone calls, file court injunctions against planned compulsory vaccinations, do some street actions, put on community seminars, etc (petitions are NOT enough) and I'm sure we can enlist people from our local health groups or even health food stores too in this effort. This needs to be LOCAL and in our own neighbourhoods and communities, and NOT just a "downtown", big city issue.

I don't think it will be a very hard issue to convince people of. I think most feel they are being bombarded with fear and propaganda on this (and already mistrust the media, given the War on Terror BS, WMDs and 9/11 Lies) and will be looking for answers from credible sources, of which there are plenty on the health front, and who are not on the payroll of the W.H.O. and BIG PHARMA, and who do not have investments in the Pharma Industry (like many doctors and politicians do). (Which is part of the "other Military Industrial Complex)

By the way, I think that dealing with this issue could help the 9/11 Truth movement to gain respect and trust from the general public, as it demonstrates true concern and compassion for our friends, family, colleagues and neighbours, and humanity as a whole. You should also bear in mind that there is a 9/11 connection;, that a number of "health protection agencies" were created globally in the wake of 9/11 to deal with the alleged threat of bio-terrorism (or maybe to create it).

NOTICE ABOUT FORCED VACCINATIONS

I have kept silent for a very long time about many things, but I have to tell you now that many years ago when I first started my Global Healing, God and Upstairs (my spiritual guides) told me that there was a plan to eliminate two-thirds of the world's population. You are now witness to that plan.

I have always taken the warning seriously. I hope you do so now.

For those of you who have known me for the last 20 years, you know that my words have always been solid. You know me, my character, and my uncompromising dedication to God and spiritual development.

When I received the above warning years ago, everything I did in my Global Healing was aimed at preventing it from happening. Many things came and went without happening, without the people and the world being aware. We had many successes but now I am deeply concerned. If they, TPTB are able to force vaccinations on people, many will die and they may finally succeed in eliminating two-thirds of the world’s population. Believe me when I say they are intent upon it.

I ask that you pray and pray damn hard that God will resolve and prevent this problem from going global. Apathy, denial, doubts and scepticism are no longer an option.

For my spiritual friends I say to you, being in denial or being apathetic about the evil in this world is not the way to go. That doesn’t solve anything. Ignorance by choice is never wise because you are then allowing the evil to control you, your life and this world. Having passive trust and faith in God is great, but He also needs you to be pro-active and open your mouth and shout, “Help us!” I should know what I am talking about. I have been doing this Global Healing for Him, on His instructions for the last 15 years. So therefore, I know how He works and what He wants. Open your mouth and shout, “Help us!”

You are not helpless. So for your sake and for those you love, DO SOMETHING! PRAY!

WHO moves forward in secrecy to accomplish forced vaccination and population agenda

WHO has refused to release the Minutes of a key meeting of an advisory vaccine group – packed with executives from Baxter, Novartis and Sanofi – that recommended compulsory vaccinations in the USA, Europe and other countries against the artificial H1N1 “swine flu” virus this autumn.

In an email this morning, a WHO spokesperson claimed there are no Minutes of the meeting that took place on July 7th in which guidelines on the need for worldwide vaccinations that WH0 adopted this Monday were formulated and in which Baxter and other pharma executives participated.

Under the International Health Regulations, WHO guidelines have a binding character on all of WHO’s 194 signatory countries in the event of a pandemic emergency of the kind anticipated this autumn when the second more lethal wave of the H1N1 virus — which is bioengineered to resemble the Spanish flu virus — emerges.

In short: WHO has the authority to force everyone in those 194 countries to take a vaccine this fall at gunpoint, impose quarantines and restrict travel.

There is verifiable, clear and unambiguous proof that WHO supplied the live bird flu virus to Baxter’s subsidiary in Austria, which was used by Baxter to manufacture 72 kilos of vaccine material in Febuary.

Baxter subsequently sent this material out to 16 labs in four countries under a false label designating the contaminated product as vaccine material, so nearly triggering a global pandemic.

Because Baxter must adhere to strict biosafety level 3 regulations when handling a dangerus virus such as the bird flu virus, the production and distribution of so much pandemic material cannot have been an accident but must have been done by Baxter with criminal intent.

The Austrian police are now investigating after I filed criminal charges in April.

It is increasingly clear that WHO and Baxter are just elements in a much bigger criminal organisation that is moving forward in a synchronised and coordinated way to fulfil the “elite” agenda of global population reduction in the coming months and years while putting in place a global government of which WHO will be an arm.

WHO, a UN agency, appears to play a key role in coordinating the activities of labs, vaccine companies and governments to achieve the goal of population reduction and political and economic take over of North America and Europe:

- First, WHO gives funds, support and cover to labs such as the CDC to bioprospect for pathogens, bioengineer them to make them more deadly, and also patent them.

- Second, WHO gives those same deadly bioengineered pathogens to companies such as Baxter in Austria, so that Baxter could use those viruses to deliberately, systematically contaminate vaccine material. If the contamination of the 72 kilos had not been detection on time by a lab technician in the Czech Republic, millions of people would have caught the “bird flu” from the injections.

- Third, in the event of a pandemic, WHO orders a compulsory vaccines for all 194 countries, following “recommendations” by an advisory vaccine group on which executives of Baxter also sit.

- Fourth, WHO awards Baxter, Novartis, Sanofi and other companies lucrative contracts to supply those vaccines.

Furthermore, WHO acquires new global authority on an unseen scale in the event of a pandemic.

Under special pandemic plans enacted around the world including the USA, in 2005, national governments are to be dissolved in the event of a pandemic emergency and replaced by special crisis committees, which take charge of the health and security infrastructure of a country, and which are answerable to the WHO and EU in Europe and to the WHO and UN in North America.

If the Model Emergency Health Powers Act is implemented on the instructions of WHI, it will be a criminal offence for Americans to refuse the vaccine. Police are allowed to use deadly force against “criminal” suspects.

Through their control of these special pandemic crisis committees with the power to enact legislation to be set up most countries, the WHO, UN and EU become the de facto government of a large part of the world.

Mass murder and death will also bring economic collapse and disruption, starvation and wars – and these events will lead to a further population reduction.

To sum up: WHO helps create, distribute and then release the deadly pandemic virus, and this pandemic virus allows WHO to assume control of governments in North America and Europe and also order forced vaccination on populations by the very same companies that have distributed and released the deadly viruses in the first place and all under under the pretext of protecting populations from a pandemic they have created.

The corporate mainstream media owned by the same “elite” group which funds WHO is systematically concealing from the general public the nature of the real danger of these H1N1 jabs by withholding from them key information concerning the interrelated activities of this group of organisations for their mutual profit.

As a result, most people still believe that the H1N1 virus is a natural swine flu when even WHO has officially dropped the term “swine” in tactic acknowledgement of its artificial origin.

Most people still believe the vaccine companies can deliver a cure when the vaccine companies are preparing a lethal series of shots containg live attenuated virus, toxic metals and other poisons.

The two-dose H1N1 shots are designed to disable the immune system and then load that system with a live virus in a process that mirrors the one described in two of WHO’s 1972 memoranda where the technical means for turning vaccines into killers is outlined.

The Strecker Memorandum also reveals that WHO has been actively searching for ways to weaken the immune system.

The best protection against the H1N1 virus that has now been released and that will inevtiably become more lethal as it mutates in autumn is colloidal silver and also vitamins to strengthen the immune system, face masks and other such measures.

However, none of the governments in North America or Europe have stocked up on colloidal silver or announced sensible health measures to contain the coming lethal wave.

Instead, there are growing signs, they will use the panic to terrify people into taking the toxic vaccines which are sure to cause injury or damage because of the presence of heavy metals alone.

This mass vaccination will moreover alllow ever more lethal strains to emerge and also provide a cover for a release of bird flu virus or other pathogens.

This is why steps need to be taken now to stop the mass vaccinations anticipated in autumn by taking legal action to block the distribution of vaccines and/or laws allowing govenrments to force people to take vaccinations.

An investigation into this international corporate crime syndicate has to be conducted in every country because it has its tentacles in every country, and to try to initiate this in the USA, I filed charges with the FBI against WHO and the UN among other defendants in June. I included President Obama among the defendants because I believe the time has come to identify and isolate the core members of this international corporate criminal group which has annexed high government office in the USA, and put them in prison once and for all, and there are reports that Obama has direct financial links with Baxter that need to be investigated by law enforcement.

There is evidence the Austrian Health Minister and other officials have been helping Baxter to cover its tracks.

Also, there is clear evidence that elements of the Austrian media are involved in actively spreading lies and misinformation to lull people into a false sense of security concerning Baxter’s manufacture and distribution of pandemic material in Austria this February.

Vital is for individuals and local authorities need to take effective measures to protect against the coming lethal wave of the H1N1 virus to minimise its impact.

Canadian Doctor. H1N1 Vaccination: A Eugenics Weapon for “Massive & Targeted Reduction of the World Population.”

Canadian doctor Ghislaine Lanctôt, author of the Medical Mafia, has underscored the lawsuit recently filed by Austrian journalist Jane Bürgermeister against the WHO, the UN, and several high ranking government and corporate officials. Bürgermeister has documented how an international corporate criminal syndicate plans to unleash a deadly flu virus and institute a forced vaccination program.

“I am emerging from a long silence on the subject of vaccination, because I feel that, this time, the stakes involved are huge. The consequences may spread much further than anticipated,” writes Lanctôt, who believes the A(H1N1) virus will be used in a pandemic concocted and orchestrated by the WHO, an international organization that serves military, political and industrial interests.

Lanctôt warns that the elite and their minions will introduce a compulsory vaccination that will contain a deadly virus and this will be used specifically as a eugenics weapon for “massive and targeted reduction of the world population.” Moreover, a pandemic will also be used to further establish martial law and a police state, according to Lanctôt, and activate concentration camps “built to accommodate the rebellious” and eventually transfer power from all nations to a single United Nations government and thus fulfill the sinister plans of the New World Order.

In her book The Medical Mafia, Lanctôt writes about the ineffectiveness and dangers of vaccination. “Because of my professional status, my words weighed significantly in the public eye. The Medical Board’s reaction was immediate and strong. Its leaders demanded that I resign as a physician. I answered that I would do so as long as they could prove that what I had written was false. The Medical Board replied with a call for my expulsion,” she writes. “As I witnessed the disproportionate reaction of the Medical Board, I realized that, for the health establishment, the subject of vaccination was taboo. Unknowingly, I had opened a Pandora’s box. I discovered that, despite official claims, vaccines have nothing to do with public health. Underneath the governmental stamp of approval, there are deep military, political and industrial interests.”

During her trial in 1995, Lanctôt used an episode from the March 11th, 1979, 60 Minutes TV show covering the massive vaccination program foisted on the American public supposedly in response to the 1976 swine flu outbreak. It was later established by the CDC that the virus originated out of Fort Dix in New Jersey. “The Fort Dix outbreak may have been a zoonotic anomaly caused by introduction of an animal virus into a stressed population in close contact in crowded facilities during a cold winter,” note Joel C. Gaydos, Franklin H. Top, Jr, Richard A. Hodder, and Philip K. Russell.

It was also characterized “a rare example of an influenza virus with documented human to human transmission,” according to Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in Baltimore. The virus is “thought to be a direct descendant of the virus that caused the pandemic of 1918,” explained Richard Krause, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases at the time.

“Public health experts, fearing a possible replay of the 1918 pandemic, engaged in an intense debate about how to respond. Eventually they launched a nationwide vaccination campaign, which was announced by President Gerald Ford in March. By the end of the year, 48 million people had been vaccinated,” write Robert Roos and Lisa Schnirring of the Center for Infectious Disease Research & Policy. “But the feared pandemic never materialized.”

Instead, numerous people came down with Guillian-Barre syndrome, a paralyzing neurologic illness, after receiving the government-hyped vaccination.

More than 33 years later, according to Dr. Russell Blaylock, a board certified neurosurgeon, “we are hearing the same cries of alarm from a similar lineup of virology experts. The pharmaceutical companies are busy designing a vaccine for the swine flu in hope that this administration will make the vaccine mandatory before another vaccine-related disaster can ruin their party…. Like SARS and bird flu before it, this swine flu scare is a lot of nonsense. Just take your high dose vitamin D3 (5000 IU a day), eat a healthy diet and take a few immune boosting supplements (such as beta-1, 3/1, 6 glucan) and you will not have to worry about this flu.”

According to a source known to former NSA official Wayne Madsen, “A top scientist for the United Nations, who has examined the outbreak of the deadly Ebola virus in Africa, as well as HIV/AIDS victims, concluded that H1N1 possesses certain transmission “vectors” that suggest that the new flu strain has been genetically-manufactured as a military biological warfare weapon.

In April, Army criminal investigators were looking into the possibility that disease samples went missing from biolabs at Fort Detrick. “Chad Jones, spokesman for Fort Meade, said CID is investigating the possibility of missing virus samples from the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases,” the Frederick News Post reported. “Obviously, in light of the current swine flu scare, and the new strain’s possible synthetic origin, the fact that virus samples may have gone missing from the same Army research lab from which the 2001 anthrax strain was released is extremely disturbing,” Paul Joseph Watson wrote at the time.

Jane Bürgermeister “charges that the entire ’swine flu’ pandemic business is premised on a massive lie that there is no natural virus out there that poses a threat to the population,” writes Barbara Minton for Natural Health News. “She presents evidence leading to the belief that the bird flu and swine flu viruses have, in fact, been bioengineered in laboratories using funding supplied by the WHO and other government agencies, among others. This ’swine flu’ is a hybrid of part swine flu, part human flu and part bird flu, something that can only come from laboratories according to many experts.”

Minton continues:

Using the “swine flu” as a pretext, the defendants [in Bürgermeister's lawsuit] have preplanned the mass murder of the U.S. population by means of forced vaccination. They have installed an extensive network of FEMA concentration camps and identified mass grave sites, and they have been involved in devising and implementing a scheme to hand power over the U.S. to an international crime syndicate that uses the UN and WHO as a front for illegal racketeering influenced organized crime activities, in violation of the laws that govern treason.

Obama’s Bilderberg Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius — and Bilderberg member — wants to make it easy for kids to get their toxin-laden eugenicist “swine flu” vaccine this fall. “Schoolchildren may be first in line for swine flu vaccine this fall — and might even be able to get the shot right at school,” the Associated Press reported on June 16.

As we noted last month, the government appears to be planning a mandatory flu vaccination program. In a recent article on the unfolding economic collapse, Rep. Ron Paul warns that the hysterically hyped H1N1 flu “pandemic” may result in the government requiring mandatory flu vaccinations. “Nearly $8 billion will be spent to address a ‘potential pandemic flu’ which could result in mandatory vaccinations for no discernible reason other than to enrich the pharmaceutical companies that make the vaccine,” writes Paul.

Considering the track record of the global elite, the government-mandated vaccination program now in the works — as Ghislaine Lanctôt and Jane Bürgermeister warn — will serve the eugenicist plan to depopulate the planet. A contrived pandemic will also set the final stage for the implementation of martial law and a high-tech surveillance and police state grid.
