      <description>In March, members of the design team for the ongoing Re-Use Design Feasibility Study being organized by the Community Design Collaborative and sponsored by the PM&amp;PA and the Preservation Alliance of Greater Philadelphia walked thru the Pennhurst campus to assess the condition of the buildings.  Despite decades of neglect, the team determined that the buildings were in overall good condition, and were good candidates for preservation.</description>
