Many mortgage professionals feel that all title companies are the same.  They never stop to think about how the right title company can be a valuable tool in helping them close more loans.  The title company searches the property, sends a title commitment then shows up to settlement to notarize the docs.  “Who cares what company we use, they are all the same!”
