Tagliare il petto di pollo a pezzetti e irrorarlo con il succo di limone. Bisogna verificare bene le possibile cause (al di la della semplice difficoltà all'addormentamento), perchè il trattamento con ipnoinduttori, le classiche pillole per dormire può non essere efficace e/o perdere di efficacia nel tempo. Quindi prima di modificare la terapia, visto il persitere dei sintomi e qualche effetto collaterale dai farmaci, consiglio di indagare meglio le cause, di un problema che mi sembra di capire è persitente e da un pò di anni. 1 Kg. d'ossa con midollo&lt;br /&gt;
2 cucchiai di concentrato di pomodoro&lt;br /&gt;
2-3 carote tagliate a dadini&lt;br /&gt;
1-2 rami di sedano&lt;br /&gt;
2 cipolle tritate&lt;br /&gt;
½ L. di vino rosso&lt;br /&gt;
acqua&lt;br /&gt;
sale e pepe&lt;br /&gt;
1 mazzo guarnito&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparazione :&lt;br /&gt;
Mettere le ossa in una teglia con un poco d’olio e mettere al&lt;br /&gt;
forno per far brunire.&lt;br /&gt;
Prima della fine cottura aggiungere le verdure,il concentrato&lt;br /&gt;
di pomodoro,sale,lasciar rosolare a fuoco vivo.&lt;br /&gt;
Sglassare con il vino rosso e lasciar ridurre.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ricoprire le ossa d’acqua fredda,portare ad ebollizione e mettere&lt;br /&gt;
la fiamma al minimo.&lt;br /&gt;
Lasciar cuocere circa 8 ore.&lt;br /&gt;
Ogni tanto sorvegliare e se necessario aggiungere dell'acqua.&lt;br /&gt;
2 o 3 ore prima della fine cottura aggiungere il mazzo guarnito.&lt;br /&gt;
