I started dabbling more in luxury beauty products last year and I love how they always feel like such a treat, especially since I have a soft spot for beautiful and luxurious packaging.

I was very excited to get my hands on Valentino Eye2Cheek Blush & Eyeshadow and Rosso Valentino Refillable Lipstick with its bold and beautiful packaging (which also feels super lightweight) and new formulas to try! I can't wait to share with you my thoughts!

Valentino Rosso Valentino Refillable Lipstick ($55, refill $30) has a nice lightweight, very comfortable matte formula and the shade 111A Undressed Velvet Matte is a perfect shade for the Fall! It's a muted brick red/mauve shade with a warm undertone... not too dark yet not a nude... I absolutely love it!

Valentino Eye2Cheek Blush & Eyeshadow ($58) in shade Rosa Emozione is a cream-to-powder blush and eyeshadow and has a very soft and creamy formula and I am not sure if you can see it in the swatch but the pink has a nice golden shift to it so it looks beautiful both on the cheeks and eyes.
I've been wearing both of these products a lot recently and will definitely keep an eye on more releases!☺️

Can we take a moment and embrace how pretty Natasha Denona Love Palette ($65) and Love Glow Cheek Palette ($55) are?! I couldn't resist the Love eyeshadow palette color story and let me tell you it is even more beautiful in person! Love Glow Cheek Palette wasn't something I planned on buying but since it was on sale during last year's Black Friday I thought that it would go well with the Love eyeshadow palette.

I think the packaging and overall size of Natasha Denona Love eyeshadow palette is just perfect. It feels high quality yet compact. It offers a great mix of both matte and shimmer shades and I really like the fact that it comes with a mirror as well.

Natasha Denona Love Glow Cheek Palette

Like I mentioned above Love Glow Cheek Palette was more of a spontaneous purchase and aside from really liking the cream blush and Glow Impact Powder the blush shades didn't really work out for me but they still look beautiful when used on the eyes (more about it in my video).

EDIT: After playing more with the Super Glow shade in ND Love Glow Cheek Palette and applying it before powder (after my foundation ) I found it to work for me much better and gave my skin more luminous and even finish so, in the end, I like it! :)

Summary:

Overall I think that the Natasha Denona LOVE collection is absolutely gorgeous and I am simply in love with the beautiful color story of the eyeshadow palette. The shimmers she put in it are just stunning!

MELT COSMETICS FOUR TWENTY EYESHADOW PALETTE REVIEW & SWATCHES!

Oh, what a stunner Melt Cosmetics Four Twenty eyeshadow palette is! I was immediately drawn to its unique color story but didn't get it until recently because of its mixed reviews. After the ABH Subculture fiasco I was afraid that I will have a similar experience with Four Twenty but oh boy, was I wrong.

Four Twenty comes with 10 eyeshadows, 9 mattes, and only one shimmer which I would describe as having more of a pearlescent finish, with a slightly sheer finish, not your regular opaque finish. This eyeshadow palette retails at $58 and it's available on Sephora, Beautybay as well as on Melt Cosmetics website as many more. The three-dimensional packaging is super cool and goes well with the entire theme of the palette.

The formula of these mattes is definitely on the drier side but in my opinion, it does not affect the performance. There is a slight kickback when you dig your brush in the mattes but it's nothing compared to for example ABH Subculture. The most important thing that I wanted to mention in my review is the fact that Four Twenty mattes apply and blend easily, I personally had no issues with the formula. The only shade that I found to be a bit too powdery for my taste was Shot Gun, which swatches very saturated but when applied the intensity is not so prominent anymore.

I am so glad I picked up Melt Cosmetics Four Twenty Eyeshadow Palette. I had no issues with the formula and the color story is so unique and beautiful!

BH Cosmetics Blueberry Muffin Eyeshadow Palette Review & Swatches!

I love seeing brands progress over time not only by providing better quality products but also by being more creative with their releases. BH Cosmetics Blueberry Muffin ($18) eyeshadow palette caught my attention from the beginning with its fun color story but since I haven't ordered from them in years (by years I mean since 2013 when they were offering these 88 pan colorful eyeshadow palettes that every makeup enthusiast had to have because there wasn't a lot of other affordable options ha (: ) I wasn't really sure what to expect quality-wise.

Everything changed immediately upon receiving it and my first thought was simply a big WOW. Beautiful packaging and creamy, pigmented shades! I am also very happy that the brand is vegan, cruelty-free, and was able to keep the price point at an affordable level, still.

BH Blueberry Muffin eyeshadow palette retails at $18 (and that is without any additional coupons/discounts) and offers 16 shades with a nice mix of mattes and shimmers. Some shimmers have more of a metallic finish some are more sparkly and glittery but overall they show up on the eyes beautifully. It may seem like Blueberry Muffin palette is mainly a blue-toned eyeshadow palette and not enough everyday friendly but I actually found it to be super wearable because of the neutral mattes combined with flattering shimmers like Sweet, Cravings, and Yummy.

Worth noting is also the pretty packaging with a mirror that feels sturdy yet lightweight, perfect for traveling.

Summary:

I have absolutely zero complaints - I enjoy using this palette and I have been reaching out for it quite often. I especially like the formula of the shimmers - soft, creamy and pigmented. I think BH Cosmetics nailed the color story as well as the packaging and created a fun, unique palette with a great formula!

🌟REVIEW🌟I decided to just do an instagram review on my @selenagomez @rarebeauty makeup line instead of a video since I only got to try three products (travel size cream blush not pictured)⠀ ⠀ 🌟Rare Beauty Foundation $29 I seriously don't ever remember loving a foundation packaging so much like I love this one!😍 It has this simple and clean but not boring look...totally adorable, it's plastic but a nice quality and I love the whole idea behind the ball on the top (makes it easier to open the bottle for people with arthritis for example). The foundation itself has a very smooth texture, reminds me a lot of Tarte bb cream formula, it glides on the skin very easily, it leaves a mousse like powdery natural finish. It feels extremely lightweight too so I am really liking it! I already wore it three times and it stays on pretty well with minimum powder on top (cause of its powdery finish I only do minimal setting). I got shade 210N which is a great match (I am NW25 in MAC).⠀ ⠀ ⠀ 🌟Rare Beauty Lip Souffle Matte Lip Cream in Inspire⠀$20 ⠀ Beautiful bright warm toned red. It has a very similar mousse like formula like the foundation(weird comparison but if you have both you will know what I mean) it glides smoothly on the lips and has a soft matte finish.
