Perce’s Kenpo Karate studio recently competed in a Karate Tournament in Oxnard.  It was held on May 22nd at St. Johns Lutheran Church.  There were over 110 participates from all over Southern California.  Kata Division results were: White-Purple Belt 5-8 yrs. old. 3rd place Gabriel Tovar.  4th place Desirae Topete.  Participation Justice Rodriguez.  White-Yellow Belt 10-12 yrs. old 4th place Gabriel Martinez.

Perce’s Karate Studio of Fillmore competed in the 17th Annual Bryan Hawkins All American Kenpo Karate Tournament in Granada Hills on February 27, 2010. There were over 300 competitors from southern California.

Kata 13-15 yrs. old purple-green belt: 1st place Anthony Murray.  Kata 13-15 yrs. old brown-black belt: 4th place Andy Topete.

Freestyle 6-7 yrs. old purple-green belt: 2nd place Blake Boren. Freestyle 13-15 yrs. old brown-black belt: Participation Valery Rodriguez. Perce’s Kenpo Karate Studio recently held their annual inter-school karate tournament at Fillmore Middle School on October 18. The event was a success for the students as they competed against three other Ventura County studios.
