It is ideally situated only one kilometre from the Old Town, walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants  and three kilometres from the beach and the Tourist Area.</p><p></p><p>The apartment has been furnished to a high standard, is fully air conditioned/heated, comprising 2 twin bedded rooms, one with en-suite facilities, kitchen, open plan diner/ lounge. The second bedroom, has 2 twin beds, a veranda with seats and a Jack &amp; Jill family bathroom, also being accessible from the lounge area.  </p><p></p><p>The apartment comfortably sleeps four in two twin bedded bedrooms, with an additional two in single sofa beds in the lounge if required. A balcony overlooks the landscaped swimming pool area and is furnished with a four seater table and chairs.</p><p>BEDROOM 1</p><p>The first bedroom is twin bedded with built in wardrobes en-suite shower facilities of shower, W.C., and wash hand basin, air con &amp; ceiling fan</p><p>BEDROOM 2 </p><p>The second is also twin bedded with wardrobes, a veranda and has an adjoining door to the bathroom, air con, ceiling fan. A hair dryer is supplied.</p><p>KITCHEN/DINER</p><p>The fully fitted kitchen with ceiling fan contains oven, hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, toaster and microwave and extractor fan and has all the crockery and cooking utensils necessary, should you wish to cook. An iron and ironing board is also available. This opens into an eating area and a spacious open plan lounge.</p><p>LOUNGE</p><p>The dining area has a dining table which seats six comfortably, leading on to a balcony over-looking the swimming pool and garden, and is along side the lounge area which has an air con unit, two single sofa beds, TV (Freeview is available), DVD, coffee table and casual chairs. Two ceiling fans are available for your comfort.</p><p>BATHROOM</p><p>In addition to the en-suite facility is the family Jack and Jill bathroom which is also accessable from bedroom 2, with the usual facilities of a bath, with shower over, W.C. and wash hand basin.</p><p>LINEN &amp; CLEANING</p><p>A weekly cleaning service along with a change of bed linen and towels is provided for your comfort. You will be supplied with bed linen, one hand towel and one bath towel per person per week. Beach towels are available for a small extra charge.</p><p>ROOF GARDEN</p><p>On the roof is the private spacious sun garden which is accessed via the entrance stairs and up a metal spiral staircase upon which you will find sun beds and sun umbrellas. It is ideal for anyone looking to enjoy luxurious accommodation in a beautiful setting, whilst being on the doorstep of some of the best skiing in Bulgaria.  It is also a wonderful base for a summer holiday, with its hot summer climate and proximity to the lovely Lake Iskar as well as the Rila mountains for walking.                                                                        </p><p>A holiday based in Chalet Elizabeth gives you the best of both worlds. You have easy access to the bustling ski resort of Borovets,but can experience a little more of the local flavour of the country you are visiting in the quiet rural escape that is Govedartsi. Here you will find the real Bulgaria with its friendly people, not to mention all manner of farm animals wandering free around the village. A real spectacle in itself.                                                                                         The chalet is finished to a high western standard and provides generous, luxury accommodation for eight to nine people. Its oil fired central heating and woodburning stove in the living room make it a cosy retreat after a long day''s skiing, whilst its large bright and airy rooms provide a break from the hot summer sun.                                                                                           There are two bedrooms downstairs, one double, which has its own entrance to the terrace, and one twin.There is also a shower room with toilet. The main feature of the ground floor is the  large open plan living room with a well equipped, fully fitted kitchen at one end and a  spacious dining area with large dining table and log burning stove at the other. Stairs go up from the kitchen to the first floor. This features a cosy sitting room leading onto the balcony with stunning views of the Iskar valley.The large, double master  bedroom is on this floor as well as a further twin bedroom. The luxury bathroom has a bath with shower above, washbasin and WC. There is also a further, foldup single bed.                                                                                          Outside, there is a large garden with  plenty of private parking space. Garden furniture is provided. There is also furniture on the balcony upstairs where you can enjoy the lovely scenery.                                                                                     The chalet has been furnished to a very high standard. All furnishings are brand new and have been carefully chosen to complement the traditional chalet design. All the rooms are very spacious. In particular, there is plenty of storage space in all bedrooms. Good quality bedlinen (duvets) and towels are provided, as well as tea towels in the kitchen. The rental price includes all central heating and electricity costs. Logs are also provided.                                                                                                                                                                                    Arrival time 4PM.                                                                                          Departure time 10AM.                                                                                                                                                                                        Our resort manager will meet all guests on arrival to hand over the keys and for a welcome drink . He will also take the security deposit of &pound;200 (or equivalent in Euros/BGN) from you. This will be returned at the end of your stay.He will advise on all aspects of your holiday and answer any queries you may have. He will be available throughout your holiday.                                                                                      There will be a daily maid service, including emptying the bins, 6 days a week. This does NOT include washing up! Together with orange juice, tea and good coffee, this will set you up for a strenuous day on the slopes.                                                                                       When you arrive back in the late afternoon, you will be greeted by afternoon tea including a varied selection of Bulgarian and home - made cakes and biscuits.                                                                                     Later on, when you are rested and refreshed, we will serve you a delicious 3 course evening meal with a wide variety of home cooked dishes to suit all tastes. This will be accompanied by a glass of wine or soft drink.
