Nasi Uduk Warna (nasuwa) merupakan terobosan terbaru dari CV 1001 yang sudah mendapat banyak Penghargaan baik tingkat daerah maupun nasional sebagai Pelopor Liwet Instan. Sama halnya dengan liwet instan, nasuwa juga menggunakan beras Garut pilihan yang dihasilkan melalui tiga proses penggilingan, pencucian dalam mesin dan penyaringan yang menjadikan beras ini lebih praktis dengan tetap menjaga kualitasnya, sehingga beras bisa langsung dimasak tanpa harus melakukan lagi pencucian.

Nasuwa terbuat dari berbagai bahan alami, pewarnanya juga menggunakan pewarna alami seperti warga ungu dari ubi ungu, warna dari angkak dan warna kuning dari kunyit. Selain nasinya pulen dengan aroma yang menggugah selera, Nasuwa hadir dengan warna- warni alami yang sangat menarik.

Komposisi nasi uduk ungu :

Beras
Bumbu
Rempah-rempah
Bawang goreng
kacang goreng

Cara Penyajian :

Masukan dan bahan-bahan pelengkap lainnya ke dalam alumunium pan.
Tambahkan 600 ml air panas atau tiga gelas air panas (Beras tidak perlu di cuci karean telah melalui proses 3x penggilingan dan penyaringan).Bila menginginkan nasi yang lebih keras, kurangi lagi 25 ml air.
Aduk semua bahan dalam alumunium pan sampai bumbu-bumbunya larut dan tercampur rata.
Nasi uduk 1001 siap untuk dinasak, lebih praktis jika dimasak dengan menggunakan rice cooker.
