Bad dreams

Last night, I dreamed that I lost all of my lower tooth. Q_Q this is a toothy week. Last consecutive days, my molars are decayed and not in a good shape (in my dreams) . What does it means ? sigh, i'm tired of having such dreams.

Ok, it’s time for Christmas vacation. Time for stress free school works, exams, projects, research and thesis. But it ain’t that way. Yeah got an online assignment on my elective 2- Gerontologic care plus this so called vacation would prolly be my review days/weeks because after this vacation three major exams are waiting on me at opening of class next year plus I still need to pass my proposal and thesis draft . Well, I could still play my favorite mmorpg games and still could manage to study as well.

First Induction - Cancelled

Today's first red cross induction at our school was cancelled due to the fact that half of the officers was lazy enough to confirm their attendance. It was a big shame! and I won't let it pass. By this coming Monday expect for new sets of officer . Decided to cancel the training today and had a brief talk to our trainor about re-scheduling and so on.

So anyway, we end up at trinoma then sm north to check out movie time. They decided to watch praybeyt benjamin on cinema 11 and so we did. Got a fast food meal inside the cinema and had a good laugh. It was a good show, after all who would think that a gay man born under a military family has been degraded by his neighbor and other people would be able to show that someday his importance in the society would be outshine.

Sometimes I wish my dreams are real. I'm so much happier when I'm asleep and dreaming. Sometimes I hate hearing people's voice and opinion , would rather prefer to be away from them. I hate reality, I hate dealing with things that shouldn't be dealt with, shiz this event. Sigh.. when will be it consistent?..

Sometimes I hate those people that surrounds me and I'm wishing that I should have not known or met them. Wished that I was given a chance to choose those people who would play a big role in my life. I wish I was able to choose "who am I going to be". I want to blame but I couldn't. I had a dream and in that dream I was happy. Sleeping is nice and you forget everything for a while. Sometimes I'm wishing that I wouldn't be able to wake up the day after because of emotional stressors that I'm encountering.

Fck this world. People should think first and broaden their narrow minds before spitting some words.

Let's say it's 4:17 p.m. and you're driving home, (alone of course) after an unusually hard day on the job. Not only was the work load extraordinarily heavy, you also had a disagreement with your boss, and no matter how hard you tried he just wouldn't see your side of the situation. You're really upset and the more you think about it the more up tight you become.

All of a sudden you start experiencing severe pain in your chest that starts to radiate out into your arm and up into your jaw. You are only about five miles from the hospital nearest you home, unfortunately you don't know if you'll be able to make it that far.

What can you do? You've been trained in CPR but the guy that taught the course neglected to tell you how to perform it on yourself.

HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE

Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack, this article seemed in order.) Without help the person whose heart stops beating properly and who begins to feel Faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness. However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and very vigorously. A deep breath should be taken before each cough, and the cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest. A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again. Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating.

The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can get to a phone and, between breaths, call for help.

Tell as many other people as possible about this, it could save their lives!

Coughing hard which is also known as cough CPR. Cough CPR is a suggested resuscitation technique that began circulating on the internet around 1999. The premise is that by coughing and deep breathing every two seconds a person suffering a cardiac arrhythmia immediately before cardiac arrest can supposedly keep conscious until help arrives (or until the person can get to the nearest hospital). The reasoning is that coughing increases intra-thoracic pressure and generates blood flow to the brain to maintain consciousness. Although the technique is actually taught to doctors, nurses, and paramedics for use in controlled clinical situations, this widely-circulated theory confuses the difference between a "heart attack" and a "cardiac arrest". Cough CPR is intended only for imminent cardiac arrest.

To the admirable person who returned my organizer together with my red cross id and bank card, thank you so much.

A guy named Rico D. was a heaven sent man on me. He contacted my mom's cellphone and even bothered to call at our landline just to return my things.

Honestly I didn't even expect that my craps would be returned on me and I haven't informed my mom about it because it was such a great loss and I don't want to make any worries about it since somehow I could handle it.

Rico D. guy was a great guy, he was not rich and was settled in a depressed area yet he still got a good conscience to return everything. He made me feel so good. Thanks to him again.

I got a bulky dream

I know that not all dreams come true.But I believed that all dreams will come true if we only have courage to pursue them.No one has ever achieved anything without a dream attached to a burning desire.

First supremacy in my life was to be able to pass the NCLEX exam and secondly the NLE exam. If ever that I'll be able to make it through NCLEX, my other dreams would be fulfilled easily.

I've done piles of promise on my family and younger brother. One year to go till I'll see the direction of my life and was hoping for the very best.

Red Cross Membership

Yesterday Oct 21 - Was able to registered as a red cross member and will be having my training soon together with my colleagues about basic life support , etc. at University of the Philippines.This will be a one week training and usually starts from 8 am till 5pm. Can't feel the semester break but yeah nothing can beat the license of being a life saver.

Last October 16- Sunday, we are expecting for a visitor. Not a human but a patron , Black Madonna. She'll be staying inside our home for one week and rosary every 6pm is necessary. So as expected we did the rosary , me and my mom and no matter what will happen I'm trying my best to catch up home before 6pm. We decided to pray every 6pm by english language instead of tagalog since we are having a hard time doing so.

Fresh red rose was being offered on her on our altar together with candle. Today would probably be her last stay on our house but we are still looking forward that she'll be back on our home by New Year.

Semester break was almost near and it calls for freedom week and yeah I'm planning to visit some good place together with my younger to refresh our mind. Here are some of the must try places and I'll make some food review soon by the time that we've tried the specialties there again.

1. Parvarti at Trinoma

Parvati is a dessert place, and not just A dessert place but THE place to go to if you want to sample the best sellers of some of home made desserts. The Parvati is a pastry shop in Trinoma that houses around 51 desserts made by 47 different home bakers.

2. DADS Ultimate Buffet

One of our family's favorite place. This is one of the best buffet that I could recommend.

With a warming ambiance and excellent food together with cool staffs.

Got a lot of scheme for my life, no matter what comes around ..priorities should come first. Love has been flaring around me but guess, it wasn't the right time. Socialization line would be till best friends.
I'm afraid that I'm setting assurance on someone. It would be better just to be friends.
It was a great feeling when the person you admire the most , crushes you back.
The new clinical instructor at our school makes me felt bad. Got tons of fallacious impressions of her, I would rather choose the old CI more than anyone else.
Ton of nuggets are waiting for me to catch up on the semester break.
Realization that online socialization website was a great waste of time has been pooping on my mind.

Today I felt so good to finish half of my paper task for school.

Was able to finish my documentation sheet about my duty at EALC.

And got my neurons till the 90th page of my case at community diagnosis. I've completed 95% of my CHN case and will finish it by tomorrow (Sunday).

Way to go! Rizal , Elective and Concept Mapping tomorrow.

Been on Metropolitan Hospital and been under a drop light. My mom keeps on making fun of me lmao, she keeps on taking pictures of me and I just can't stop her cause I felt like a veggy at that moment .

When I got back at school after 14 days (2 weeks) , everyone says that I became thin again. But its a good thing I survived and was able to see my friends again .

Ok among all my peers , I'm the only who haven't change style this semester and probably won't be able to do it since I just came from my sick bed and I need to prioritized my health first rather than style. Maybe after a few weeks or month, I'll try to fix my self.

Jana had gone into a permanent curl and so as Nikki had lose a huge pound and got a straight hair. And me I lose all the weight that I gained previously and I look so lame.

Oh yeah, after a toxic week from the school, Hola Friday/ weekend. Time to chill and rest for a while. So yeah , just been taking random picture outside our house and bragging my brother. I decided to be random for a while before starting to do my paper works.
