Part 2 of Fixing Personal Growth to Natures Cycles
See part one New You For The New Moon, The 30 Day Personal Development Plan.

The Moon – Natures Time Keeper

The full/New moon is a perfect time to not only moon gaze, but to review your results from the last cycle, and to look at how things are going in your life in general. Think of the moon cycles as natures alarm clock, telling you to check in with yourself. For me the Full/New Moon is that time of the cycle, to look at my goals and clarify my direction, for the up and coming cycle. As you look up at the moon ask yourself…

How are you doing Personally and Spiritually

Has there been any recurring themes this cycles

Are there any new themes you wish to start

There are many crazy and wild myths, surrounding the moon, every thing from werewolf’s to vampires and people going a little coo coo, which we call lunatics, the word comes from the Latin root word lunar, but we are not going to go there. What we’re interested in, is plotting a realistic course for self growth and transformation, working in line with the moon cycle which averages 29.5 days. Because self growth and transformation is our point of interest, it helps to know a little about how we are connected to and influenced by the moon cycles.

Getting to Know Your Personal Phase

Observing your bigger mental and emotional cycles over the 30 day Period. Its helps to map out the mental and emotional cycles, in order to gain a deeper self understand. All you need to get started is a calender, note book, pen and time. The aim here is to demonstrate, just how connected we are, ( Me, You the earth and our moon) and to encourage you to observe yourself.

So how do we continue to understand the moon, the earth and ourselves a little better, in relation to our bigger mental and emotional cycles in lunar mouth. Other then taking part in 30 day self reflection. Questions are a good starting point, in self understanding…

How does the moon affect the people around you?

How does it affect you personally?

How does the moon effect the earth?

These are very hard questions to answer, because there are hundred of influencing factors shaping our life, Work, Friends Family, Political environment, Health, etc. The easiest connection to draw is the fact that women’s mental menstrual cycles average at 29.5 days which is the same as the average moon cycles, do you think women are more sensitive to the moon and it phases. We will explore this question in the next post. The easiest way to build theory, of our connection to the moon, is to explore the effects the moon has on the earth we stand on.

Does the Moons Gravity Move You?

Most of us are aware, of the Moon’s gravitational affect on the tides, especially sailors. On dry land, our yellow star the sun is king and a powerful force, a force that is linked to all life on earth. If the sun were hollow, you could get 64 million moons inside it. Compared to the sun, the moon is infinitesimally tiny, but don’t be fooled by the moons size. Because of the moons close proximity to the earth, the moon packs a mighty gravitational punch, or better still pull. I read an article by astronomer Donna O’Meara, where he speaks about the influence the moon has on the earth, and links the moon phase to volcanic eruptions. Donna’s theory is based upon some interesting facts…

The gravitational pull of both the Sun and the moon cause four daily tides (two low and two high)

If you could look back at Earth from outer space, you’d be able to see these tides bulging out on both sides of the planet.

The Moon gravity causes the earth to bulges by as much as eight inches.

Every two weeks the tides go from minimum to maximum heights when the Sun and Moon align at New Moon and Full Moon.

The movement of underground magma, and the movement of ocean tides are very similar, this is because magma is fluid like water. (Donna says, could the the moon influence the earth’s magma in the same way as it does the tide?) Does the moon influence volcanic activity, I believe the moon can, see unedited article

The Magnetic Earth and the Human Connection

Considering that the moon causes the earth to bulge as a result of it gravity, it is reasonable to assume that the moon, influence the earth magma which is molten (liquid) rock deep in side the earth. Following the basic principles of physics, it is safe to assume that the earth’s magma is connected to the earth magnetic fields. We are also connected to the earth magnetic field – heard of the Schumann resonance

All life, on earth adds to the sum total of the earth’s magnetic field including you. All life on earth are made up of bio electrical forces, you to have a electrical and magnetic field.

The Bio Electromagnetic Human

from Jwsj.com It is proven by scientists, that the human body emits physiological temperature field, magnetic field and electric field to constitute a “bio information field”.

Cells are the basic units that constitute the human body. Each unit has its set of charged particles that irradiate and absorb energy.

The human body is a radiation source, of low energy, which can emit various physical signals.
The known Bio spectrum, in the human body, ranges from infrared to weak microwave. emphasis added

Because we are bio electrical and magnetic beings, in a bio electrical and magnetic system (earth), dancing though space with other electrical and magnetic systems, most influence being the moon and sun, it safe to assume that moon plays a role both electrical and magnetic , which effect us biological and emotionally.

The Moons Pull on Your H2o

I believe the moon influences the electrical quality of nervous system, and brain by making small changes, the way water and bio electricity behaves in the body. Its effects may manifest in different people, to varying degrees. Even though we have natural, electrical and magnetic defences, humans live in a subset of open electrical systems (your body the solar system and earth), the human bio electrical nerves system and brain is very complex and sensitive system.

In your pc, mobile or car, small electrical changes in the processors will make all the difference. 1 mini volt, is the difference between working and not, your phone turn off and on like it had a mind of it own, your car on board computer, may become temper mental, and chooses the times when it wishes to let you in, wined down window, listen to music or start. In humans we call this emotions, which we can describe as the movement or blockage of energy.

Considering that water molecules, in the ocean are attracted, gravitationally by the moon, its is reasonable to say that the water molecules, in are own bodies are pulled by the same degree, the only difference between the water molecules, in your body and the water molecules in the oceans is, one of mass and quantity. Using observation along, it’s easier to witness the moons effect, on large bodies of water such as the oceans, than on small bodies such as a tea spoon of water. That’s easy, modern science has documented and validated this observation, we known that the water molecule under the moons gravitational influence.

I, like many other people, argue that the moon influences more then just water, but the moon is deeply related to who we are physiological, this statement is hard to prove at our currant level of science, at our level of science I don’t even think that it is possible to prove, what we already know about what influences the moons effect on the tides, without observing the oceans, our science could not prove this by observing a bowl of water, the effect are way to subtle and more complex.

Human beings are complex system, that acts and is acted upon by many forces, because of are complex nature, we all have a unique hierarchy and mix, major and miner influences. Climate, food, genetic, up bringing, age, friends, association and the list goes on, but we are all under the umbrella of the sun, moon and stars, who knows how the moon effects you psychologically, this a question you need to find out for yourself by getting to know yourself. In the quest of self knowledge , we need to look at ourselves at a personal level to notice how the lunar cycles influence us and how to use it for our advantage. 30 Days to a New You

What Possibilities the Moon Cycles Present us for Self Growth and Self Understanding.

I personally, wouldn’t attribute my highs and lows solely to the moon cycles, anymore than i would attribute it to the sun, even though I feel happier in the summer months, but I do believe, the moon sets a tone that is inescapable and inseparable, we can ignore the moon, it makes know real difference, if you directly know the moon is above your head or not, or if it influences our behaviour not, it’s like gravity you can’t escape it : )

What does matter, is how we respond to our highs and lows, what does matter, is the understanding of our personal cycles, what does matter is the learning opportunity presented to us, to understand ourselves just that much more. This only can be done by observing ourselves, in the bigger picture of our lives and development, and how we change and grow in cycles.

We can look at the moon, and the sun as natures clock, the sun is the hour hand and the moon the minute hand, un like a conventional clock , our cosmic clock (moon and the star) sets our external and internal rhythms. Consciously moving into rhythm, with these natural time keepers can only be a good thing, unlike people before us, the modern world does not rely on the moon to tell us when to plant crops or when it is safe to go out to sea, because we’ve gained a new level of mastery over these element. We still can use the moon, to mark our progress over the course of cycles gone, and to plan personal, spiritual motives for the up and coming cycles. Using the moon as our ancestors did, and that was as a clock, this for me is the gift of the moon.

Growing With the Natural Cycles

Review your results from last cycle, and how things are going in your life in general. Having a look at your goals and clarifying your direction for the up and coming cycle.

Taking responsibility, emotions or emoontions! Recognize your inner feelings, know that you (consciousness) are not the feelings, it is just energy going though your awareness, you don’t have to own it, it will past. Positive and negative emotions will always ebb and flow to differing degrees in the cycle. Each cycle being a gift of knowledge. To recognizing your feeling is the first step in mastering your cycle and self growth.

Emotions are intimately connected to our personal, spiritual, and professional result. Re equalizing your self is golden. At times of mental and emotional unbalance meditative exercises are recommended, hear are some other suggestions :-

From experience I’ve found that the mind can be influenced using affirmations.

Question.. Whens the best time read or say your affirmations..

Answer.. The best times to read your affirmations is before bed and first thing in the raising (morning) when you get up

Question.. Why do we read or say affirmations at these time

Answer.. Its all about feeding/programming the mind – its simple, things are more likely to get done if you make a plan to get the thing done.

The mind needs direction

The only difference between how your mind is today and how your minds is going to be tomorrow, is the content of your thoughts, napoleon hill said What the mind of man can conceive and believe, he can achieveCheck out this video

Part 1 introduction to Fixing Personal Growth To Natures Cycles

30 Days to Condition in a New Habit

It’s a full moon tonight so this makes a perfect time to start this spiritual and discipline challenge.

The original 30 day programme – moon style, nature’s personal development plan. We hear about 30 day challenge’s all the time, so what so special about this number, one minute search results says…

well,

NASA scientist did an experiment on a group of astronaut, basically they asked them to wear concave glass’s for a 30 days. Concave glasses invert your vision so everything you see is upside down. The scientist were surprised to see that their brains had flipped the image back up, what they concluded is that after 30 days the brain had rewired its self.

30 Days of Meditations Moon Style

Is meditation to fill up your cup or is it to empty it? I think emptying your cup is to settle the mind. Filling the cup is to immerse yourself in mental activities, visualisation and thought exercises are good examples. It’s your choice, anyway topping up on your mediation does wonders. Consider meditation as your time to settle the mind and reinforce your vision.

Their are many benefits in taking 5 – 10 mins out to meditate. A meditation practice does wonder for self awareness, and emotions, it’s a great time to listen to the mind and tune into your inner space. Try meditation out for 30 days and see how you feel.

The 30 Day Phenomenon

The ancients knew there was some connection between the moon and you. This may explain why many religious and spiritual systems used 30 day time periods, such as Islam’s 30 day of Ramadan, muslims have 30 days of fasting and prayer. Personal development guru’s are always throwing around this 30 day number, 30 day of power, 30 day goal accomplishment, 30 days to success, 30 days to do this, 30 day to do that, 30 days to get a cat.

30 Day Personal Challenge

In my opinion Steve Palvina is the king of the 30 day challenge’s. Mr Pavlina says its a good discipline exercise and an opportunity to try out something new. Steve also says after 30 day if you don’t like it, you can go back to normal, if you like it keep it. This is a great philosophy, because it’s a win win situation, giving yourself the freedom to pull out after 30 days which takes away some of the apprehension about making a permanent change, you also win because you get to build some discipline Muscles over this 30 day period.

Here’s an Example, a smoker can choose to quit smoking for a month, you could go on a diet, you may decide to take up judo, you could meditate everyday, you may choose to walk instead of taking the bus. There are some great benefits to this approach. If you decide to give yourself a break after 30 day you should feel a sense of growth and renewal. It’s also good because the discipline that you gather will synergistically infect other areas of your life.

The 29 Day Moon Phases

When you observe the moon you’ll notice that its goes though phases. At the beginning of the cycles it’s a very fine crescent, at every subsequent evening it get bigger and bigger and then it appears as a half disk, which is the end of the first quarter and then on the 14th night of the cycle, its a full moon. It then rejoins and goes into a different phase of the cycle. It rejoins to the third quarter, and then it disappear, this is what we call the new moon. It does not appear in the sky because its on the same side as the sun this cycle is 29 half day. see Dr David Neiman video

Question

How does the moon effect human behaviour

How does it affect you

They say women <del>mental</del> menstrual cycles are connected to the moon – do you think women are more sensitive to the moon and it phases.

What is your take? What is your experience? Have you got any useful facts, info , myths? Do share in the comments below.

Warning this Post uses the God word multiple times !!

Music that heals

Forget about mantras for a moment, put down your Tibetan singing bow, put your hands together and make a joyful nose on to the Lord! This post is for people who want to put some spirit into their spirituality!

Gospel for Non Christian

Non Christians can enjoy the gifts gospel music has to offer, just as non Buddhists enjoy the benefits of Buddhist mantras and meditations. The golden rule is to find gospel music that resonates with you!

Soul music

Just as rap stands as king of contemporary music, Gospel music stands as queen of the contemporary Afro Western Spirituality. Gospel music has long been the spiritual backbone of African Americans. The roots of gospel lie with the enslaved West African Christian converts. Stripped of basic freedoms and human rights, gospel music was a source of spiritual power for millions of enslaved people. Gospel continues to be a dominant arm of spiritual expression, for millions of people around the world today. In my humble opinion, gospel music is unrivalled in its capacity to touch the human spirit, emotions and soul. Spirituality without human spontaneity, energy and emotion is incomplete, like the yin without the yang. You can think of meditation as the yang and song/music as the yin. Both practises make a whole.

There is little movement of the spirit without musical vibration, ( spirit here is defined as the animating force of human expression) in African traditions, music plays a major role in the communication between conciousness and the spirit, this is because music allows the subconcious to express its self. The human spirit is a multi levelled structure, music can also be used to programme the lower levels of the spirit, motivation and sense of inspiration.

The Lessons of vibration

A lesson we can learn from the enslaved Africans and their descendants is that, when all material things are taken away, song and music remain connecting the heart and spirit. You find that its god’s spirit,(your true spirit) that lies in your heart, all you have to do is connect with it, though the power of vibration…

The hermetic law of vibration states that all that exists is in state of constants vibration, our bodies mind and spirit all exist in a state of vibrational harmony.

Traditional African understanding of music is that, Music is a tool that can be used as a two way communication, between the conscious and sub conscious mind. We can impress ideas upon the spirit as well as express ideas from the spirit. To impress ideas upon the sub conscious is to program the mind and to express ideas, is to use spiritual intuition.

Music and spirit are one an the same, the spirit can be excited with music or vibration, which has an effect the mood and physical expression, but of course we already know this power instinctively because 99 percent of us use music to rock out, relax or just to practice making babies ; ). Our lesson is, that music can also be used as a source of spiritual food and expression, as well as entertainment.

Benefits gospel music

Humility… disconnect self association from the ego. This can be witnessed during praise and worship.

Surrender to the spirit… when you surrender to the spirit during song, healing can takes place, but first the ego must be let go.

Emotional release… negative energies can be transmuted into positive energies

Moves attention… Direct attention to the higher power (god)

The gathering of the tribe

The So called new agers, who in another time would have been members of major religions, are missing out on one of the greatest gifts of organized religion and that is community. Community is a fundamental expressions of spirituality. Spirituality can be found at the individual level, but when we come together, something amazing happens, our sense of self is expand and we become enriched as well as our:

Friends

Family

Community

As a spiritual shoppers I wouldn’t call myself a Christian, but I do see the beauty in holding hand and singing, with my spiritual brothers and sisters. In fact, it can be pleasuring going to all types of religious gathering, because they share one thing in common and that’s to sing praises. Communities and individuals will do well with some old fashion, heart felt, righteous singing and worship. This is especially true for the so called spiritual new agers and people who are spiritual but don’t follow any religions. We miss out on the spiritual power of group/community gathering.

Action Plan… Bring church to your Home

Take time out to listen to some righteous music. sing, hum or whistle from the heart. If you’re somewhat of an introvert take some time out alone to express your self and connect to the spirit. This practice will have the effect of:

Raising the vibration of your environment

Raising your personal vibration

Raising your overall levels of motivation

Here are four spiritual gospel songs to connect to.. plugin your surround sound 5.1 and enjoy.

Life and sport are worlds apart but what they both have in commons is that In order to get what you want, you must work on your talents and refine your skills, this is the philosophy all successful players share.

This philosophy can be seen right a cross the board. Take these three very different characters for example. Michael Jordan, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Mike Tyson. They didn’t get to their level of success because they were talented or gifted. Will smith makes a very important point when he says that talent is some thing we all have, but skill come from hours and hours of beating away at this talent. What Michael Jordan, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Mike Tyson and Will Smith have in common is a powerful philosophy! of self growth.

The power of your philosophy

Your philosophy helps you to keep your eyes on the prize

Your philosophy will keep you to banging on when you feel banged out

Your philosophy will keep you to moving on and push forward over and over again until the moment you score.

The biggest secret is that this progressive philosophy is not some thing you have to learn, its inside you already!

The Truth about you

If it was not for your innate Philosophy you would not be reading this now and I wouldn’t have wrote these lines. There was a time in your life when you weren’t able to comprehend these words or much else for that matter. You have already conquered the biggest challenges of your life.

You learnt to walk; you learnt to deciphered and speak an alien language. By the age of 4 – 6 you refined the basics of reading. This took hard work and practice and you got there in the end, I got there in the end too, but it took 20 years more, but who’s counting, all good things are worth the effort, now I have enjoyed the pleasure of reading hundreds of books and writing thousands of words throughout the pages of this blog. Between you and me, the truth is that every game has a winning formula. Here are 12 philosophies that will secure your place in the game of life.

1. Conditioning, your programming is in your hands

The successful player conditions the mind for success, Positive thinking, Study, though trial and error or whatever it takes to keep in the game. A successful philosophy will train your mind to focus on the prize or goal like a lazer.

To maintain this lazer focus takes conditioning. Like Jesus said be child like. Think like a baby, when you fall get back up. Like a baby, keep speaking regardless if anybody understands you or not. ( Remember what Will said, you must beat away at it) The basics of conditioning is to keep holding on and turn your weakness into your strength.

2. Eat and breathe a progressive philosophy

What makes a successful player!.. Is that He/She lives by their personal philosophy. Let you philosophy define you; make it apart of you basic character. Arnold Schwarzenegger took his philosophy from the Gym, to Hollywood, to the Senate. His philosophy is something he lives by.

3. Work with the cards you’ve been dealt

Successful players make it a habit to identify the areas in life that can be improved upon, in order to better their results. Mike Tyson was not the largest boxer, in fact when he started people said he was too short and too skinny, he worked on his strength and he used his size to his advantage.

4. Be the true you Now

Successful players align their daily life with their ideal mental image of what their life should represent. This means being the person you really believe you are.

5. Embrace mistakes and focus on success

Progressive players learn from mistakes and failures. What some people see as mistakes and failure’s, the progressive player views as trial runs for the main event. This is the process of self actualisation.

6. Practice, review, practice

The successful players, directs, their growth consciously fine tuning their skills and talents to play the game, to the best of their ability.

7. Be your own boss… Thank how can I help myself

The successful players is proactive in the game of life, living consciously, taking control, or at least seeking influence over the events that shape and effect his/her life

8. Inner wisdom… Ask yourself intelligent questions

Look inside for the answers, Kids often asks questions when they already know the answer, adults often do the same thing, you already know the answers to many of your issues. You already hold the keys!

9. Self management… for peak performance

Mike Tyson once said that to accomplish your goals you must keep training keep working no matter how you feel, moods are irrelevant, this is self management and the root of personal power.

Self management starts by getting the best out of your emotions, intelligence, disciplines, attitude, fitness, mental skills and habits. All the areas mentioned are all manageable and under your influence to some degree. Asserting influence over the above aspects will positively affect the way you interact with and perceive the world around you.

11. Reflect… To Grow

Taking time to reflect will help you process what’s going on around you…Take time to learn from the past, in order to move forward. You’ll find that taking the time to reflect and meditate speeds up the learning process, keeping a daily journal helps wonderfully in setting new goals.

12. Continued Daily Progress… Thanks + 1

Continued daily progress is the goal, being better today then yesterday and better tomorrow then today, that’s a great affirmation by the way. Let me say it again, better today, then yesterday and better tomorrow then today. Write it out and commit it to memory.

………………………….

Garbage in, garbage out is a programming term referring to what you put in to a system you get out. A computer can only work with what its given. When a computer is given bad programming an error message pops up if you’re lucky! On the other hand if you’re unlucky your computer will do something crazy, like freeze up or open random files. When humans receive bad programming we don’t crash, well not like a PC but we do exhibit curious behaviours.

How are you being programmed?

Music can have a direct impact on behaviour. To say music doesn’t effect you psychologically, is to say you are generally immune to stimuli like porn or romantic movie’s – the majority of people will be affected on some level.

Some of the effect are:

Lack of concentration

Sex on the brain

Negative mood and attitudes i.e Feeling need to give someone a good kick-in

The physiological affects of music

Questions
Have you every consider the physiological impact of the music you listen to! It’s worth thinking about it, why, because music comes with a message! Here are some Tips

Tip 1 Congruence

Be congruent in your choice of music. Is the music you listen to inline with your values?

Tip 2 proactive awareness

Awareness starts by consciously analysing the content you’re mentally consuming.

Ask your self is it really necessary to have the radio playing in the back ground constantly pumping random stuff into your subconscious.

Is the content appropriate? Be conscious of the lyrical content of your music. Music is more then just catchy beats.

How relevant is a song glorifying how many girls/ bitches some rappers had sex with after the club.

How do you think such lyrics colour men’s perception of women? Are women just sex objects? is a woman’s role just to smile look pretty and shake their ass from time to time, whenever a shiny car drives past or some guy flashes a bit of bling!

How do you think such lyrics shape the attitudes of woman/girls who have been exposed to such concepts constantly though out their lives. Distorted self image, lack of self confidence, especially if a girl/woman self identity is based on their sexual appeal. Over sexualisation of young woman particularly kids and teens, are just some of the negative affect of over sexualised music.

How are you influencing the self image of your daughter, nice, sister?

How do theses one sided sexual concepts colour the mind of our boys?

Is the content suitable for children and young people?

How are you setting a example with your music play list?

Music with sexual and violent content should come with a age rating like movie’s – Its insane to think that kids can listen to Eminem rap about having sex with under aged girls as long as they have hair between their legs – kids are listen to artists like 50 cent play Rambo on a track, raping about how many niggas he’s put away. kids are listening to a crowed of misogynistic rappers disrespecting women with every other word, is this ok, should we feed these distorted images of reality to little girls and boys.

Tip 3 Use music strategically

Their’s a time and place for various kinds of music. Got a date and you want to activate your mojo and get your swagger on! Jamie fox can help you get in the zone, but you don’t need to be feed sex songs all day every day.

Got a social event but confidence and energies low, you can up lift your ego with rock, rap or ragga music.

Want to de-stress, meditate, study or work – Jazz or Classical music like Mozart, Beethoven and brahn are ideal. Research shows music with 60 beat per minute can helps with memory retention. The 60 beat per minute range is ideal for learning and work. Faster tempos can be used to stimulate the brain for other activities like working out.

Moody lyrics

Feeling depressed, is there no light at the end of the tunnel!

Ask your self this, are lyrics such as “Life isn’t worth living”, “I’m on a long road to hell”, mentally beneficial! Don’t be hypnotised by the drums and cool guitar rifts. The beat is what we hear first, this is what gets your feet taping, and your head nodding but asks yourself, do you need theses lyrical affirmations?

Music can help you get that girl or guy

I, like 99 percent of the populous have used music to set up a Romantic atmosphere hopping to get lucky. Image how many children have been conceived as a result of listening to Barry White songs. That’s something to think about when your on a date feeling all loved up with music is playing in the background, are you feeling that person or are you feeling the effects of the music?

Music is more then partying and dancing

Socially conscious Music has the power to radically enlighten the mind. Personal, socially conscious music done what school failed to do, introduce me to relevant social, political concept and even history, That’s powerful

Socially conscious music

How much of your music is socially conscious?

Entertainment vs edutainment. The music industry have pretty much hid culturally conscious music or edutainment from the public, you need to be proactive in finding it yourself. The music industry had struck society a major blow by not taking responsibility for the effects music has upon the public and the roll socially conscious music plays in a civilised society, particularly as a means of communicating Thoughts, Idea’s philosophy and Culture.

Musician’s and emcees are not just crowd-pleasing comedian’s with slick tongues; they’re commentators, storytellers and an educator’s, but we hear little to no socially conscious music on the mainstream radio stations or on TV. Generally we here the same 12 songs all day on every station.

Why conscious music is desirable

As a society music shapes our group conscious and philosophy

Music puts us in touch with our inner beliefs and desires

Music is a part of societies mental landscape

Music is the heat beat of the nation

Has your musical taste matured with age and level of consciousness?

98 percent of mainstream music is written by Kids or Clowns

The majority of mainstream music is targeted at Kids not Adults

This is the first time in history that the social tends, fashions and values are set by Kids – Do Adults need to emulate the kids?

Summery: Music is like an affirmation, it should go hand in hand with your intentions. The best music is in line with your would vision, values and philosophy, The best music is progressive music.

Here’re some socially conscious artists and musicians…

Theme’s give your goals vitality

A goal is nothing more then an idea of how an activity or a action will take place. The theme is the idea in action. Take football for example or soccer as it is called in some of the more stranger part of the world. When football was created the idea was to kick the ball in the back of the net.

The idea or plan to get the ball in the back of the net became the theme. Rule‘s of football, you can use any part of your body apart from your hands to get the ball from one end of the pitch to the other, kicking it was the most effective method, hence the name football my American friends. Anyway Know matter what happens on the pitch the theme remains constant, the ball has to be played from one end of the pitch to the other without picking up the ball or hurting anyone, that’s something my american’s friends need to bear in mind, that being said, Fouls and injuries, streakers and flasher and other interruptions happen from time to time, but there are only momentary Interruptions, The game goes on because the theme remains constant, get the ball at the back of the net!

Key Point’s

Things don’t always go to plan

If you find you self off plan or distracted from your goals simply get back on theme

It helps to remember the theme of your goals

Football the greatest game in the world

Football is a great analogy for living, because life demands that we stay on the ball, Even with our most basic goals. But some time’s there are interruptions on the pitch like the odd flasher or striker – you may momentarily shop and stare at the tits and ass running across the pitch or play your ball off side, or even score an own goal (messed up), you may be stunned to hell at some flasher’s meat and two veg. What ever happen’s you have to remember the goal – the game must go on. You know the theme; is to score goals – by working within the frame work of the rule’s or law and your highest values.

They say just showing up = 80 percent psychological drive, 20 percent mechanics, that mean 80 percent of a goal success is based on our mental theme.

You can think of a goal as theme which is a set of ideas in your minds eye, hopefully it is written down too. You may be aware of it physically as day dreams or random thoughts implus. You may feel it and as a sense that frame’s and colours your awareness. You can appreciate this when you think back to a time when you, was really excited about something it really coloured your awareness, this may have been a wonderful idea that came to mind a new job or the feeling of being on holiday in a new and different environment, this experience became a theme.

Maintaining themes and setting Goals

Over the last 3 weeks or so I’ve been off course with my blogging or better still – off theme. That’s because I did not have my blogging goals in the for fount of my mind – I took my eye off the ball (it was a flasher) I failed to daily check in with my goals and set new goals. Sometime’s we play the ball of pitch – but I’m not going to cry about it, like one of these’s weird football fan – atic’s who burst out crying when their team loser’s, those guy’s need Jesus, if Jesus can’t help personal development is a good idea…

Seven Reiterations to keep on Theme

The devil make’s work for ideal hand – there are so many fun and important things to do other then what know you should be doing/ working on your long term and short term goals

Read goals daily

Set goal daily – this is how you build you theme and keep it in mind

Work within defined time’s – give yourself a time to accomplish a task and work like and run with your allotted time and like a streaker to accomplish your goals

Choose today what god you will serve – Every moment of the week/mouth is full of completing themes – choose your dominate theme.

If you don’t have a plan for your time then someone else does

Planning ahead is the key and sticking to the plan is the only way to get the ball forward.

and KEEP ON THEME LIKE M.A.D

What Theme’s do you need to keep on track with, Personally my major theme is to meet my blogging and speaking goals – What’s your Theme – When you’ve got your theme, “RUN” for your goal like a streaker

……………………………..

Human beings love routine. We are extremely ritualistic in nature. Knowing this fact we can use it to our advantage to develop magnetic rituals and disciplines. For instance years ago I struggled to develop the habit of jogging in the morning, at that time I was a smoker.

I had a powerful urge to stop smoking and increase my fitness level, so instead of sticking my head outside the window to have a smoke. I would go out to the garden. After I had finished smoking I would have a little exercise – this would be jogging around the garden, running on the spot, push ups, star jumps etc. – this took a little effort at first but after a month or so the routine /pattern became automatic, I didn’t have to think about it.

This ritual habit evolved into going out for walk to have a smoke, having a smoke then going for a run around the block, evolving to running around the park on a daily basis and of course quitting smoking.

This one act of going outside for a smoke kicked off the fitness freak in me, Thi chi, Qi gong, Yoga and material arts came out of this seed – This is the magnetic power of a rituals – it can grow attracting more of the same, This is called Synergism.

Here’s 3 Simple Steps To a Magnetic Rituals

Start Simple

Do it daily (regular practice)

Make a commitment to a thirty day effort. This helps to condition the habit into a ritual

The first thing that we must remember is that we are walking magnets. we attract and repeal things, people and events in to and out of our lives’ and just like magnets this power to pull and push is depending on the way we are positioned.

Think MAD – Positioning yourself for magnetic attraction

If you have something that is to be done routinely as in tomorrow, next month or as far as your eyes can see, put it in a Mad ritual. You my be thinking Lloyd’s gone mad, yes I’ve gone absolutely bonkers Mad, so mad I’m now using the mad Rituals, Check it out. This is how it works. Mad is an Acronym that stands for Magnetic, Attraction, Discipline, “MAD” YESSS Gold star for Lloyd my first Acronym.

Think of M.A.D AS A METAPHOR

M – Magnetic Like a magnet. Your ritual holds in place you’re current or desired behaviour routine/ patterns

A- Attraction Your routines/ rituals are magnetic. Your routines/ rituals pull to you and hold only situations circumstances or feeling your ritual was designed it to attract or build. For example if you do 100 push up every day by the end of the year you would have total 36500 push ups. You would have attracted a body like the hulk, if you eat 10 rashes of bacon every day your going attract the body of a pig. Anyway Like a magnet, what you do on a regular basis magnetically manifest your results.

D – Discipline your Discipline increase the magnetic power of your ritual. Discipline is like a electric current that super changes the power of your rituals or routines.

The Power And Effectiveness Of Our Rituals Are Central To All Or
Success.

Here’s some rituals to think about refining

Eating rituals. Eating time and what you eat (diet)

Financial rituals. The way you spend and invest money

Fitness rituals. The way you Exercise and move your body.

Sleeping routine.

Going to the toilet. Are you having regular bowl movements

How do you use your free time.

Just be M.A.D

We all have ritual’s that are set in place, be it good or bad, be sure to tilt your rituals to the positive spectrum to accomplish your goals – Just think M.A.D.

When your motivation levels are low, remember your rituals are the key to positive momentum – Just think M.A.D.

From small acorns huge Oaks trees grow. Plant that seed and – Just think M.A.D. What is it? Magnetic, Attraction, Discipline.

In the words of veterans Hip Hop legend Naz, “My life is like a movie, the good guy wins and the bad guy looses”

How to look for a good movie/story

Finding inspiration and motivation in a movie is easy. You know the deal, it’s an old age formula, think about it this way. Good parents tell their children inspirational motivational and uplifting stories. Planting seeds to shape the Childs mind and character. A good story informs, inspires and entertains. All good stories has a moral code or a lesson to take home, this assists in the child growth, and this is equally true for adults.

How to look for a good movie/story

Look for the moral code or life lesson’s

Inspirational, motivational and uplifting stories.

If it doesn’t help you on life’s path, it’s junk and it has no place in your head or under the sun!

Inspirational and motivational movie’s

Me personal, I’m a child of the 80s, It was a great time for inspirational / motivational movie’s and wonderful stories, Star War’s, Star Trek, The Never Ending Story, Superman etc. My parents shielded us form the horror movies such as Freddy, Jason, hell riser, Friday 13. My mother would say it serves us know use, inviting negative images into our mind, so our house was horror movie free.

So my first lessons was – Don’t polluting your mind with negative movies/stories

My father’s has always been a fun of Kong fu and action movies. I think these kind of movies fuel the one man can take on the world attitude. For me action movies are about…

Being bold

Working hard and smart

Listening to your inner voice

Working with/ finding a master or role model

Action movie’s – The one man take’s on the world theme

In the 80s action movie’s inspired the one man can change the world mentality. Maybe it was good old fashion American propaganda aimed at inspiring the gun hoe hero/ warrior in their troops. I’m a man of peace but I’m sure when it comes to actions movies, the story line give’s the troops a sense of divine purpose, a kind of holly mission.

On a positive note, I think inspiration can be taken form these movies and applied to the challenges of every day life.

What we can take from these movies is that self motivation come’s form within you, you have to dig deep, work hard , work smart, you have to be the kind of person who takes no shit and give’s no shit (please excuse my French). I WAS INSPIRED by RAMBO, COMMANDO, one man vs a thousand. This is a kind of metaphor for self determination.

Rocky Barbor – The king of inspiration and motivation

When it came to the rocky movies, I felt like I was in the ring, I was with rocky form the beginning to the end. A rookie fighter, undisciplined, no causes, no vision, unfocused. Sight given to him by the mentor. The vision of the mentor ignited young Rocky’s fire. The eye of the tiger was now open.

Walking in the hero shoes

We was with rocky though all his training, running though the streets’. We felt/lived his victory, when he won his first fight, We felt/lived his pain when he lost a fight. when he picked his self up and went back to training, We was inspired by his hope and determination. Through all of this the eye of the tiger was born in millions and millions more to come, this is the power of a good movie, to inform, inspire or uplift.

The key point to remember about these movies is that

What ever happens to you, keep on pushing on.

Be a hero

Be confident

When the odds are against you, That’s your opportunity to take centre stage and show the world, what you’re capable of.

The last dragon – There’s greatness within you

In this movie, our young hero Leroy searches for the “master” to obtain the final level of martial arts mastery known as The Glow? …Along the way he fights an evil martial arts expert. While getting his ass kick, the bad guy dunks our hero Leroy’s head in a barrel of water and say’s these unforgettable words “WHO’S THE MASTER”….

While under water…

Leroy has a flashback of all his experience’s, the words of his teacher and friends, people he’s met on his journey, this triggers a revelation in our hero Leroy… The bad guy again says “WHO’S THE MASTER ” as he attempts to strike our hero a deadly blow

Our hero Leroy – intercept the blow and grabs hold of the bad guy and say’s these words of conviction…

“I’M THE MASTER”

“At that moment the Hero’s body lights up – He get the glow and then kicks the bad guy’s ass

What did I learn?

That in our own right, we are masters and student’s

Just about every thing you need to be successful is in us now

Bigger then Hollywood

Hollywood movies were not the only place to find Inspiration, you can learn from cartoons. Do you remember Transformer the movie, when Optimus prime he jumped out of the space shuttle to face the Decepticons and defend Autobot head quarter. His famous last words “untill all are one” He defeated megatron but lost his own life in the process.

Transformer’s a cartoon, but the message behind it was real. Life can be like war but we live for peace. Optmas prime defined what it means to be a leader by his…

Wisdom

Selfless sacrifice

Inner strength

Here’s something’s that I took home form our hero optimus prime…

Humility is a worthy virtue

Courage is a must!

Care for your inner world

First of all, in the bin with any form of entertainment that doe’s not inspire inform or uplift. It all boils down to Managing your mood’s and emotions. Stay clear of entertainment that are of a low vibrational quality. Programmes or movies that basically depress you or leave you feeling low and uninspired.

The Open source – you analogy

What is the open source you analogy? Think of it this way, your brain is like a peace of computer hardware and the mind is the open source software.

Open source is a programming term which refers to any program whose source code is made available for use or modification. The human mind is a bit like an open source programme. We are highly influenced by our environment.

In a nut shall, because the mind is like an open source programme the brain software can be influenced from the out side. This can work to our advantage when we exercise care and control over what people, media and place’s you choose to be influenced by.

Be inspired; be informed. Use the energy of the movies to fuel your inner drive and brighten your inner world.

I heard somewhere that, Life is a movie, you are the star, all you need to do is choose your role and be you. Feed your mind with positive thing’s that up lift, inform and inspire. The power of synergism will do the rest.

Here’s some fun inspirational movie music to get you dancing.

Ollie and Jerry – There’s No Stopping Us

Rocky Music Video-Eye of the Tiger

Rocky ‘The Italian Stallion’ Balboa

……………………….
