Walking to lose weight is really effective. While running to lose weight is considered to be a more well-known exercise, walking is much more acceptable for the majority of people. Also, I would not recommend anyone to repeat Fifty Cent’s weight loss success at home, as I am sure that he had good doctors and coaches around him during his experiment to assist him during the whole process.

While 50 cents weight loss example may seem effective, liquid diets are mostly used by people with some speсific health issues, rather for the weight loss itself. One big problem with any liquid diet is that once you return to eating your regular meals, your lbs will come back to you.

Diet and weight loss

Doctors have created lots of diets for weight loss and meal plans, although there are some obstacles that do not let people suffering from obesity follow them well. First of all, following a diet to lose weight almost always require a person to have a strong will power in order to keep to the diet they have chosen.

The second obstacle is that there are so many diets to choose from that it is easy to get lost. You can finally find yourself switching from one weight loss diet to another, willing to see the results as soon as possible and finally becoming very frustrated. Do not be. The key is consistency. Do one step at a time and you will certainly see the result.

My personal story of weight loss

Although I have never been very plump myself, I have some personal experience of how to drop some kilograms.

Away days with their team building games have become an annual event for some companies. Other companies do it more regularly, perhaps every few months, in the hope that the company's profits will improve significantly as a result. Often they do, but usually only because the games used in the team building process were the right kind.

There's a lot of confusion about team building event days. Often it is seen as an exercise to boost morale, to help workers bond better, and as a fun day out at the company's expense. It can be all of those things, but if it fails to improve business effectiveness, then it has failed overall.

Games and activities on away days that allow team members to gain an understanding about how other team members think and work in given situations can be the most beneficial in improving business effectiveness. It isn't enough just to be a team member; members have to understand each other and know how to react accordingly.

Being committed and being engaged in the work and understanding how each team member fits in to the overall pattern is also important. Team members have to want to be where they are and they have to understand why they are there. Team building games that can enhance and consolidate this awareness are likely to work best and have the greatest long term effect.

The company away day should be a relaxing time for all concerned. It should be a day, or several days, when team members can let their hair down to some extent. Lower ranking team members can lower their guard a little in the knowledge that the rigidity of office life is distant and not really applicable during the event. Managers and directors can become more "human" and less authoritarian, and all this is a very good thing indeed.

Games that allow this kind of relaxed atmosphere have the effect of allowing team members to see each other in ways that the work place can never do. The true person can be revealed. Strict authoritarians can be seen to have a sense of humour. Timid juniors can be seen to have a valid opinion, and ordinary people can be seen to be extraordinary in a multitude of little ways.

The true value of the games played on company away days then becomes the knowledge gained in understanding between individual team members. This can allow better relationships to be forged in the office or work place environment. The workers may go back to playing their artificial office roles after the team building event is over, but each member will not forget what they learned about the others, and that is where the real value lies.

Business effectiveness can be significantly improved when team building games have a structured programme in place. There should be specific objectives to be achieved, and there should be the opportunity for each team member to reveal the way they think and work, as well as allowing their individual behaviour patterns and attitudes to emerge. This is how team building games can improve business effectiveness.

Life Coach Certification is a a diploma or degree that states that you are certified for life coaching. Nowadays it is issued by a number of organizations.

What organizations can grant you with a Life Coach Certification?

Currently there are several organizations, both profit and non-profit ones that can give you a Life Coach Certification. Some of them are very big companies with lots of branches across the world.

International Coach Federation
The International Coach Federation (ICF) is the largest worldwide resource for professional coaches, and the source for those who are seeking a coach. They are a non-profit organization formed by individual professionals who practice coaching around the world.

CoachVille
CoachVille is the original global community for Coaches with over 25,000 members in over 70 Countries. This organization was founded in the early 90's by Thomas Leonard.

Other organizations
Some universities that have received ICF accreditation are considered as training schools for life coaches now. Besides, in some countries there are government regulations that impact the industry. For example, in Australia the Government offers a workplace training life coach certification. Some schools like for example The Life Coaching Academy have managed to meet the criteria to become what's called a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), so they can now offer you what is called Certificate IV Certification. They claim that their program is the only one in the world to currently have Government recognition. If you're considering corporate work, check for the equivalent in your country, as it might get you some bonus points.

Do I Need a Life Coach Certification to Start Coaching?

Have you already got some training in a related field? Are you a business trainer, consultant, speaker, counselor, fitness trainer, or financial planner? Maybe, you've been coaching unofficially for all your life? If any of this applies to you, you may not be keen on 2 years of further study - 2 years, which ignores your prior training.
But the truth is that you do not need to be certified to begin coaching. This means that you can begin coaching without certification.

How Can I Get a Life Coach Certification?

In Coachville, they don't even look at any training you do - they simply examine you on your skills. You choose which training you want to do with them, and when you decide you're ready, you just sit the exam.
The ICF, on the other hand, does not recognise any non-specific coaching training. And even specific coaching training must be demonstrated to be “aligned” with the ICF competencies. So this may not be the best course if you're already highly skilled and averse to training from scratch.
These are mostly non-profit organizations that issue life coach certificates. However, no one is the undisputed king of life coach certification yet. This independence is important for the body committed to maintaining the gold standard for certification.
So we have the ICF which doesn't train, and a lot of schools which do train. Some schools have the ICF rubber stamp so you can get both the school's certification and the ICF's certification (their course is called an ACTP). Some schools don't have the stamp but are close enough that you can still submit your training to the ICF at the end (called the Portfolio track to accreditation). And some (not many) still ignore the ICF.
At this stage, let's summarise your choices:
a) Forget about accreditation until you have 1,000 hours of paid coaching under your belt (by which time you may not care if you're accredited or not.)
b) Pick a school whose training inspires you and get their accreditation
c) Go the other way around, and set your heart on the ICF accreditation, and pick a school accredited by the ICF - and whose training inspires you - to end up with a school accreditation and ICF accreditation.

Here is a good Personal Effectiveness tip I got by email today just a couple of minutes ago, from Shane Norris, who is a good friend of mine. The message was originally composed by Terri Ross, so all the credits go to that person.
I hope this useful tip will save some human lives. Please, tell your family and friends about it.

How to achieve good vision while driving during a heavy downpour. We are not sure why it is so effective; just try this method when it rains heavily. This method was told by a Police friend who had experienced and confirmed it.. It is useful...even driving at night.

Most of the motorists would turn on HIGH or FASTEST SPEED of the wipers during heavy downpour, yet the visibility in front of the windshield is still bad...... In the event you face such a situation, just try your SUN GLASSES (any model will do), and miracle! All of a sudden, your visibility in front of your windshield is perfectly clear, as if there is no rain.

Make sure you always have a pair of SUN GLASSES in your car, as you are not only helping yourself to drive safely with good vision, but also might save your friend's life by giving him this idea..

Try it yourself and share it with your friends!??? Amazing, you still see the drops on the windshield, but not the sheet of rain falling.? You can see where the rain bounces off the road.?

It works to eliminate the "blindness" from passing semi-trucks spraying you too.?
Or the "kickup" if you are following a semi or car in the rain.? They ought to teach that little tip in driver's training. It really does work. This warning is a good one!

I wonder how many people know about this ~

A 36 year old female had an accident several weeks ago and totaled her car.
A resident of Kilgore, Texas she was traveling between Gladewater & Kilgore. It was raining, though not excessively, when her car suddenly began to hydro-plane and literally flew through the air. She was not seriously injured but very stunned at the sudden occurrence!

When she explained to the highway patrolman what had happened he told her something that every driver should know - NEVER DRIVE IN THE RAIN WITH YOUR CRUISE CONTROL ON. She thought she was being cautious by setting the cruise control and maintaining a safe consistent speed in the rain..
But the highway patrolman told her that if the cruise control is on when
your car begins to hydro-plane and your tires lose contact with the pavement, your car will accelerate to a higher rate of speed making you take off like an airplane. She told the patrolman that was exactly what had occurred.

The patrolman said this warning should be listed, on the driver's seat sun-visor - NEVER USE THE CRUISE CONTROL WHEN THE PAVEMENT IS WET OR ICY, along with the airbag warning. We tell our teenagers to set the cruise control and drive a safe speed - but we don't tell them to use the cruise control only when the pavement is dry.

The only person the accident victim found, who knew this (besides the patrolman), was a man who had a similar accident,totaled his car and sustained severe injuries.

NOTE: Some vehicles (like the Toyota Sienna Limited XLE) will not allow youto set the cruise control when the windshield wipers are on. If you send this to 15 people and only one of them doesn't know about this,then it was all worth it. You may save a life, perhaps even your own.

I'm currently working at the plan of my Effective Sales workshop. While scanning through the book by a great salesman Tom Hopkins - Mastering the Art of Selling Real Estate.

All of a sudden I found in his book a simple 10 steps strategy of how to overcome the crisis. I think these 10 advice are very important nowadays and Tom wouldn't mind sharing them with you.

My first self-integrity seminar

Self-integrity is the first part of my conception of Personal Effectiveness. We got some close friends together yesterday and held a seminar.

Yesterday I conducted my first seminar on my conception of Personal Effectiveness.
It was about the first part of my conception, "Self-Integrity". It lasted for two and half hours. During the seminar I gave the listeners some theory, and then we did some tests and self-development exercises. Also I put the attendants into the state of trance and improved their self-esteem.

Moreover we did some sharing which I think helped a lot. After the seminar everybody thanked me and asked about the other parts of my conception. We decided to continue next Wednesday. This time I'm going to tell them about either Intellect and Mentality Processes or about Social Communication Skills. I haven't made my mind yet.

My wife was also present at the seminar, she is also a psychologist. She has already studied for five years at university and now she is writing her thesis. She is the blonde girl sitting in the corner.

After I have finished refining all the parts of my Personal Effectiveness conception I'm ready to teach it to any person who becomes more effective in life, love or career. Good foreign language knowledge can help you greatly in your life. Learning a foreign language might seem difficult at first. In this article I will give you some tricks and strategies that can help you to speed up the whole process of learning a foreign language.

What good foreign language to choose? And why is it so important to learn a foreign language?

I would recommend learning English, Russian, Chinese and Arabic. Having learned these languages you would acquire a great benefit. These 4 languages I consider the more important nowadays.

Let me explain you why you should choose these languages.

According to Wiki, total speakers of the languages I mentioned is:

All these four languages represent 4 different styles of letters. Russian language uses Cyrillic alphabet, English uses Latin alphabet, Chinese uses logograms and Arabic uses abjad.
If you get acquainted with these 4 types of writing the learning of other languages will become easier for you. Moreover, you will develop your brain and improve the processes of generation of new ideas.

Now here are a few words about the best and quickest ways to master any language:

1) Go to the country where people speak the language you are learning

Your Fear is Your 8th Key to Your Success with Women

The 8th key to any woman's heart is your fear. Only knowing your fear and managing it you will achieve success.

Our fear is the chemical reaction of our organism to the signals that our brain gets from different channels of perception. For example if you see that a car is moving towards you at a high speed, you brain analyzes this information rapidly and gives your body various commands to react in this or that way.

Speaking about girls we can mention several points when our fear comes up front and tries to get the control of our actions.

First type of a situation happens when you see a nice girl and would like to pick her up. At this moment the fear of failure arises and you become to have some doubts. One of the ways to overcome this fear is to develop your sense of self-esteem and self-reliance. I wrote about this here. Even if you get rejected, just relax. There are many reasons for that. Even if you do everything perfectly, there is still a chance that she just has a bad day and you came to pick her up at a wrong time.

Now what about cancer? Some years ago I saw a Discovery Channel program in which they told a story of one teenager. The doctors diagnosed some form of tumor into his brain which was incurable. But this boy didn’t fall into despair. He liked Star Wars and he started to visualize his brain tumor as the Death Star. He visualized his white blood cells as Rebel X-Wing spaceships attacking this Death Star. In 2 or 3 months his tumor disappeared completely.

As for me I use this method of meditation when I have a toothache or something like that. All you need to do is just imagine your pain as a dark ball, for example. Visualize beams of light that strike this ball and small pieces of dark that come off from it and disappear forever.
Or imagine that your pain is a ball of light and use your mind to miniaturize it until it becomes a tiny dot. Then take this dot and throw it away from your body into the space.

Women probably will kill me if I tell you about this. It's their top secret. So open your mind guys and listen up attentively.

OK, guys, now I am going to tell you about the secret that really is not much spoken about. I address to guys only as girls already know it. They use this secret intensively in relations making us fall in love with them like crazy. Few men actually know about it and those who do have a huge benefit from this knowledge.

Again as in my previous post I’m going to draw parallels with animal world (Don’t blame for that I consider doing this necessary). During my university studies I heard about one interesting experiment. This experiment has been made on animals in order to better understand the mechanisms of affection. Animals were divided into 3 groups.
The first group of animals was treated with love. The experimenters were telling them endearing words and treated them very affectionately.
The second group was treated in a rude way. The experimenters were scolding the animals and shouted at them.
The third group of animals was treated with a kind of mixed attitude. The experimenters were showing their love to the animals as well as sometimes were treating the animals rudely.

After the experiment was over the results were surprising. Can you guess, animals from which group got more attached to the experimenters? The answer is: the animals from the third group.

Same mechanisms are working with people. Women like to show their interest in us for example today, and tomorrow they behave as if they barely know who we are. Then the next day they might show their kind attitude to us once more. Poor men do not know what to do and are lost in their thoughts about what is going on.

So the key to success is: why can’t we use the same trick with them? This is a very powerful technique but it requires a bit of training. Boys and men might consider impolite not to call her for a couple of days. Believe me, this technique works and gives results. This is a great book that changes minds. It is about the connection between the words we speak and our way of world perception. As soon as I have read this book I felt like I’m the God or like I can do just anything I want. This book describes easy but powerful techniques of reframing your mind. For real. I thought I became a magician or something. Anything is possible.

Is money really important for getting what you want? Find out how to get The Girl of Your Dream without money.

Yesterday I posted an article revealing the 4th principle of making success with the opposite sex. To my surprise, there were a few comments on the post stating that the only key to a Girl of Your Dream’s heart is money, money and money once again. To tell you the truth, having read these comments I had a mixture of feelings. At one point people who were claiming that – were right. The striving for money and material benefits is genetically in women’s nature. However I would like to shake these men’s convictions. In the course of my life I came to an opinion that money is not that important and let me explain you how to get what you want without it.

First of all we need to understand what money is and what is its purpose. Money is a universal medium of exchange. According to Wikipedia: “Money is anything that is generally accepted as payment for goods and services and repayment of debts.” (Pay attention that I stressed the word ”anything”).

The more money anybody has – the more he or she can afford. We can actually buy almost anything, except immortality and the sincerity of other people’s feelings. In my previous post there was a parallel between people and animals (sorry for that but there are some things that we need to take into account). In animal world a female mostly chooses that he-male which is the strongest, the healthiest or the smartest (as for example cuttlefish). Following this rule the female is guaranteed to have the best pattern of genes passed to her posterity.

The same thing happens to people. We choose our partner according to the same principles. More money means more possibilities for our children and better chances for them to survive.

Ok, now that we know this principle how can we use it to achieve our goals? To get what you want you should be different from those other males who want to get The Girl of Your Dream too. And now recollect what Wiki tells us about the money (at the beginning of this post). The second thing is you need to offer her anything that would substitute money. If money is the key to her door, and you do not have this key, then you need to fit a lock-pick.

What can be a substitution for money and guarantee The Girl of Your Dream that if she chooses you this would be the right choice for her and for her children?

And the answer is ...simple. It’s your non-verbal promise that her needs will be satisfied. You need to show through your actions that you are the only man with whom she would feel comfortable. That your kids will have their best chances in life, survive, and their life will be prosperous. Substitute money with your regular attention to her and her interests, give her small presents, showing her that she is important to you. But remember about the dangers which I wrote about here.

These article would look incomplete without an example. And of course a good illustration of this theory is my own story. I met my first girlfriend when I was 17 and I married The Girl of My Dream when I was 27. I don’t have a house of my own, or a solid bank account, but my wife is beautiful and we love each other. It took me ten years of many defeats and learning in order to finally reach my goal. I have learnt valuable things about life and relations between men and women and now I share this knowledge with you.
