			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Who wouldn&#8217;t love to have a flatter stomach or even six-pack abs? Six-pack abs in particular are the gold standard of health and fitness.</p>
<p>Most people know that for those ab muscles to show through you have to eat very clean. The truth is that getting six-pack abs is 80% diet and only 20% exercise. But exactly what to eat is still something of a mystery to many.</p>
<p>The best way to achieve anything is to find someone who has already done it. With that in mind, here are <strong>a few simple eating rules</strong> followed by fitness models who actually have six-pack abs:</p>
<p>  <strong>Don&#8217;t eat foods made from white flour.</strong> Avoid eating white bread or white pasta. Foods made from white flour are usually &#8220;high glycemic&#8221; (high sugar index) which means they are easily changed by your body into fat. Instead, eat products made from &#8220;whole wheat&#8221; flour. Examples include whole wheat bread and whole wheat pasta. Oatmeal is good too. <br /> <strong>Don&#8217;t eat any flour products after 4:00 p.m.</strong> After 4:00 p.m. only eat vegetables (broccoli, spinach, brussel sprouts, etc.) as your carbs. Your metabolism slows in the evening, so starches consumed late in the day are more likely to be converted to fat. <br /> <strong>Eat protein every day to maintain muscle tone.</strong> Muscle requires a lot of energy to maintain, so it helps you burn fat 24 hours a day even when you are doing nothing. Eat lean sources of protein, such as beans (any type), peanuts, fish (salmon, tuna for example), and steak (the &#8220;round&#8221; varieties are lean). Get a tub of pure <b>whey protein</b> powder to mix in smoothies or water. <br /> <strong>Don&#8217;t eat any food at all after 9:00 p.m.</strong> It&#8217;s fine to drink water at night, but don&#8217;t eat late in the evening. Especially avoid eating in the middle of the night. Midnight snacks are a great way to get fat! If you must have something, mix a little <i>whey protein</i> powder in water. <br /> <strong>Don&#8217;t drink soft drinks.</strong> Do not drink fruit juice or energy drinks. Only drink water or tea, and maybe low-fat milk. Anything else has too much sugar and artificial ingredients, most of which will not help you lose fat. <br /> <strong>Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.</strong> You might think this will cause you to gain water weight but it&#8217;s not so. Your body always wants to protect itself from thirst and starvation. If you drink lots of water, your body thinks, &#8220;Hey there must be a lot of water in this environment so I don&#8217;t need store as much water.&#8221; The more water you drink, the less you retain. <br /> <strong>Kick the junk food habit.</strong> Stop eating junk food like candy bars, cookies, pie, chips, cake, and ice cream. Have one &#8220;free meal&#8221; per week when you can eat those foods as a treat. The next time you want to eat a donut, remember that you will be wearing that donut around your middle a few hours from then.

<p>It can be hard to change eating habits. But if you really want to lose that belly fat and those love handles, and maybe even get six-pack abs, you have to change what has not worked in the past. Follow the example of those who have already achieved what you want to achieve. Start eating the way they do!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Everyone seems to be surfing the web for the hardest bicep workout to help them build bigger arms as fast as possible.  While there are a bunch of decent bicep routines on the internet, I really feel that it&#8217;s important to prioritize your biceps training appropriately.  While it&#8217;s important that you learn how to train your biceps in the right manner, you really shouldn&#8217;t spend too much of your weight training time focusing on a small muscle group like your arms. If you focus too much on training your biceps, the rest of your muscle groups will suffer, and even your biceps will be affected negatively by too much attention.   Eventually the muscle group that is dominating your attention and time in the gym will begin to actually atrophy and get smaller!</p>
<p>In comparison to the bigger muscle groups on your body, the muscles in your biceps are tiny. True there is no other body part on your body that will grab the attention of the ladies quite like a bulging pair of biceps, one of the biggest downfalls of most guys is that they devote too much time to working on their arms and too little time training the bigger muscle groups on their bodies.  </p>
<p>If you really want to build bigger arms, then you need to prioritize your training in the following order (or at least somewhat close to this). First off target the bigger muscle groups on your body and work your way down the list.  </p>
<p>Start by focusing on&#8230;</p>
<p>Legs &#8211; (quads/glutes)<br />
Back &#8211; (lats)<br />
Shoulders &#8211; (delts)<br />
Triceps<br />
Biceps<br />
Chest &#8211; (pecs)<br />
Calves</p>
<p>You will need to devote a bunch of energy to hitting the larger muscles heavy and hard.  What you&#8217;ll find if you do this is that your smaller muscle groups (like your biceps and triceps), will begin to get bigger without direct training due to the amount of muscle building hormones released by your body when you perform heavy training sets for the bigger muscle groups on your body. By focusing on the larger muscle groups first and making them the focus in your workouts, you will begin to see an increase in the size and strength of your arms.</p>
<p>Also keep in mind that when you perform many of the &#8220;pulling&#8221; exercises that are target to your lats, you will be activating and in turn working your arms (usually with a much heavier weight than you otherwise would), so make sure to space your bicep and back workouts a minimum of a day apart.</p>
<p>Once you&#8217;ve got your muscle building program constructed properly and everything is in balance.  Then you&#8217;ll want to move forward and start incorporating a few basic yet effective bicep workouts.  Again, don&#8217;t make the mistake that nearly 90% of all guys in the gym make and train your arms non stop – not only is it a bad idea, but it&#8217;s also counterproductive to your goal of building bigger arms.</p>
<p>In order to build bigger biceps, you need to cut down your arm workouts to 1 arm workout per week.  That&#8217;s all you need to do to make your biceps grow!  If you try to hit your biceps hard and heavy any more than this, they will begin to shrink – so make it a point not to do it!</p>
<p>Now that you understand how to properly prioritize your workouts and how often you need to be hitting your biceps, here&#8217;s a bicep workout that will help you pack on some size on your arms quickly without taking up too much of your time in the gym.  </p>
<p>Start out with a few minutes of moderate to light intensity cardio.  I usually do 5 -10 minutes of light walking. Followed by a full body flex routine. A lot of guys only stretch out the muscle groups that they train each day – I really like to stretch out the all of my muscles each day so that I can prevent any type of injury or undue muscle stiffness.  After you get your stretching and warm up in, it&#8217;s time to jump into the weight lifting warm up sets below.</p>
<p>Awesome Bicep Workout</p>
<p>First Warm Up Set: </p>
<p>Bicep Exercise: DB Curl – 1 set x 10 reps</p>
<p>Choose a weight that gives you the ability to move the weight quickly through a full range of motion.  I typically begin with 20 lb dumbbells.</p>
<p>Warm-Up Set 2: </p>
<p>Bicep Exercise: Alternating Dumbbell Curl – 1 set x 8 repetitions</p>
<p>Again choose a weight that allows you to move the Dumbbells fairly quickly through a full range of motion, but make sure that it is heavier than what you started with. I like to jump up to 40 lb dumbbells here.</p>
<p>Rest for 1.5 minutes</p>
<p>Third Warm Up Set:</p>
<p>Exercise: Alternating Dumbbell Curl – 1 set x 6 reps</p>
<p>*Perform this warm-up set with a weight that you can move though the full range of motion easily and under control, however this time begin to up the ante a bit. the goal is to complete 6 repetitions with a weight that is getting closer to your training weight, but light enough so that it doesn&#8217;t make your biceps tired before the workout even begins. I typically move up to 50 lb dumbbells for this warm-up set.</p>
<p>Now rest for 2 minutes</p>
<p>Keep in mind that the goal of the warm up sets in this bicep workout is to get the blood flowing through your arms and to warm up your tendons and ligaments.  That&#8217;s the only goal of the warm-up sets. Make sure that you do not prematurely fatigue your biceps muscles during the warm up sets by either using weights that are too heavy or by shortening the rest intervals. If you do this your biceps workout will be far less effective and as a result you will not be able to stimulate as much muscle growth as you otherwise would! </p>
<p>Now we&#8217;ll jump into the actual training sets for the arm workout.</p>
<p>Bicep Exercise #1: DB Curl</p>
<p>After completing your bicep workout warm-up&#8230;</p>
<p>*Perform 2 sets x 6-8 repetitions</p>
<p>**Make sure to use a weight that you can control for at least 6 quality repetitions, but heavy enough that you can&#8217;t possibly perform more than 8!</p>
<p>*Rest for 3 minutes between sets</p>
<p>Exercise #2: – Incline DB Curls</p>
<p>*Perform 2 sets x 6-8 reps</p>
<p>Again make sure to use a training weight that allows you to complete the exercise with decent form, but heavy enough that you can&#8217;t possibly perform more than 8 reps with.  that&#8217;s exactly how to get your biceps to grow.  If you try to use a weight that is too heavy, you&#8217;ll wind up injuring yourself and if you use a weight that&#8217;s too light you wont stimulate any growth.</p>
<p>When it comes to making your arms grow, that&#8217;s really all there is to it.  Learn how to prioritize your workouts to target the bigger muscle groups on your body first, and then move on to a single but intense bicep workout each week.  As long as your muscle gain diet is set up properly and you get enough sleep each night, you will gain muscle mass quickly and your biceps will get bigger!</p>

<p>While it is important to incorporate the resistance training to tone and tighten the glutes, it is also important to incorporate the very best cardiovascular exercises that are directly affecting the size, shape, and definition of the backside.  A fantastic technique that can be used to give lift and shape to your butt is interval training on the treadmill.  Interval training is a technique that combines short bouts of high-intensity work with short bouts of low-intensity work.</p>
<p>The technique that will give you some great benefits is interval walking on the treadmill.  You will rotate one-minute of speed walking on a steep incline of at least 7-10 degrees, with thirty seconds to one minute of low-intensity walking on a lower incline, such as two to four degrees.  This workout will look like this:</p>
<p>1.    3-5 minute warm-up</p>
<p>2.     1 minute of speed walking at 7-10 degree incline</p>
<p>3.     30 seconds of normal walking on 2-4 degree incline</p>
<p>Repeat #2 and #3 until you have performed 15-20 minutes on the treadmill.</p>
<p>This technique can be used at least 3-5 times per week, and will stimulate the gluteus maximum and gluteus minimum very intensely.  After just a few weeks of performing this exercise, in combination with squats, lunges, and a solid nutritional plan, you will experience some great results and build a backside that you will be proud to show off.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Right after giving birth, a new mom has to face a new chapter in her life that involves waking up at three in the morning, changing poop-filled diapers and figuring out how to lose all the weight gained in the process. It&#8217;s not necessarily a glamorous life, but most satisfied mothers can attest they wouldn&#8217;t have it any other way, save for all the excess pounds.</p>
<p>It can be difficult to shed the fat after pregnancy with all the demands a newborn makes on your time (and one tiny tot can be very demanding), but getting back in shape is possible with postpartum exercises. Regaining your pre-baby figure becomes even easier if you&#8217;ve kept yourself physically fit during the entire course of your pregnancy.</p>
<p>While we see supermodels already conquering the runway just three weeks after giving birth without an inch of fat in their bodies, it&#8217;s always wise to give yourself time to adjust before undertaking any rigid workout program. Your obstetrician will tell when you can resume your normal exercise routines and will give you gentle exercises to do in the meantime to prepare your body for more challenging physical activities ahead.</p>
<p>Here are some postpartum exercises that you can do to ease your way back to shape. Keep in mind, however, to proceed only when you&#8217;re ready. Breathe regularly during the whole routine. Stop and see your health care provider if you notice increased bleeding or bright-red blood during your routine.</p>
<p>Even before discharge from the hospital, postpartum women are encouraged to ambulate and walk to prevent complications like thrombophlebitis and pneumonia from lying in bed too long. To tone and strengthen your abdominal muscles and relieve backache, do pelvic tilts. Begin this exercise by lying on your back, with your knees bent. Tilt your pelvis by tightening your stomach and butt muscles. Keep the small of your back flat against the floor. Hold for 2 to 3 seconds before relaxing. Try to increase your hold to 10 seconds as you get more used to the exercise. Repeat it for five times.</p>
<p>Another postpartum exercise that you can do one to two weeks after you&#8217;ve given birth are diagonal sit-ups. This helps you trim back your waistline. To do this properly, begin by lying on your back with your knees bent. Breathe out as you raise your head and right shoulder, pointing your right hand toward your left knee. Make sure that your heels are on the floor as you hold for five counts. Gradually lower your head also for five counts as you breathe in through your nose. Repeat with the other side.</p>
<p>You may also choose to enroll yourself in a Yoga or Pilates program. While certain Yoga poses, especially those involving inversions, are generally not recommended immediately after pregnancy, the basic ones help to increase the blood flowing and tone your muscles. Pilates exercises also serve to strengthen your muscles and improve core strength and flexibility.</p>
<p>Observing an exercise regimen after giving birth ensures that you get your old figure back. Just make sure that you do these at a pace that&#8217;s right and comfortable for you.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>First of all, this article will not make you a soloing genuise, and its only intention is to provide you with a little bit more information to get you one step closer to learn guitar solos that you like. In order for this to really work, I&#8217;m going to have to give you tips as though you were wanting to be creative and write your own guitar solos. This may seem strange to you, but learning someone else&#8217;s work and coming up with your own requires the same set of skills. So lets look at these skills.</p>
<p>Develop your ear to learn guitar solos. This one seems obvious but people neglect it none the less. This isn&#8217;t an over night thing, but the more aware of it that you are, the more that you can devote to training your ear. You don&#8217;t need perfect pitch, just the ability to put a visual sense of your guitar neck with what you are hearing. This simply takes a lot of experimenting and practice. How did I do it? I listened to every type of music that I could get my hands on and then picked out pieces of things that I heard. This helps you learn the landscape as I would call it of the fretboard.</p>
<p>Do learn scales and modes. I&#8217;m pretty famous for saying something that guitarists consider blasphemy. Scales and modes are not the key to writing or learning a solo. However, they can be the building blocks if you choose to use them like that, and most importantly they will again over time familiarize your eyes and ears with the fretboard. </p>
<p>Now, if you are reading this and you just want to learn a specific guitar solo that&#8217;s plaguing you, you can jump to tablature, but most tabs are innacurate, and don&#8217;t capture the feel of the player. You can always have a teacher break a solo down to you, or you can have a teacher who will help you <a rel="nofollow" onclick="javascript:_gaq.push(['_trackPageview', '/outgoing/article_exit_link/1420117']);" href="http://hubpages.com/hub/Learn-and-master-guitar" target="_self">learn and master guita</a>r playing by teaching you what makes the threads of the fabric of solos.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>One of the major characteristics shared by nearly all of those people who are in the 95% of the population not experiencing the lives they desire is the propensity to have richly developed negative mental attitudes. A characteristic shared by nearly all people in the 5% who live their dreams is they have richly developed positive mental attitudes or PMA. </p>
<p>If you want to know how pervasive negative attitudes are, take a few minutes and listen, really listen to the conversations going on around you on a daily basis. Turn your attention away from your own inner self talk and pay close attention to others. Half the day or maybe the whole day might pass without you hearing one conversation that indicates that someone with PMA is speaking.</p>
<p>Just what is a positive mental attitude? What is a negative mental attitude? Which do you have? How do you know which you have? Before I give you the definitions that I have adopted, I ask you to pause a moment and think about how you would describe your overall mental attitude. </p>
<p>The PMA definition I adopted and practice was provided by Dr. Dennis Waitley, author of The Psychology of Winning, who said that A POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE IS THE (CONSISTENT) EXPECTATION OF THE BEST POSSIBLE OUTCOME IN ANY AND ALL SITUATIONS. This is not an attitude of merely wishing or hoping. A positive mental attitude is a state of positive expectancy at such a high level that it borders upon certainty. Developing PMA is the cornerstone for mastering your mind power.</p>
<p>A negative mental attitude I define as consistent expectation of the worse outcome in most situations. A certain indicator of the presence of a negative mental attitude is when you hear people talk about how they hope for the best but expect the worse related to a particular situation, or they hope for the best and prepare for the worse.</p>
<p>Rich Dad, Poor Dad author Robert Kiyosaki says that people in the 95% of the population, who he calls poor, live in perpetual fear. By the way, rich and poor are the only two financial classes of people in his world. Nearly all of the decisions poor people make are motivated by fear, primarily the fear of losing. </p>
<p>Events unfolding in the financial markets around the world, during the final weeks of September of 2008, have spawned fear so thick that you can almost cut it with a knife. Here is something you should consider. Fear cannot be sustained in a mind where PMA resides. </p>
<p>Imagine how powerful and wonderful it is, or would be, to stare down this financial turmoil with PMA; to positively know along with Napoleon Hill that EVERY ADVERSITY (INCLUDING THIS ONE) CARRIES WITHIN IT THE SEED OF AN EQUIVALENT OR GREATER BENEFIT (for those people with PMA); and to expect the best possible outcome in this situation. </p>
<p>You have just had two very powerful affirmations handed to you. There is absolutely no better time than right now to start repeating them without ceasing as is written in the Christian Bible as related to prayer.</p>
<p>Also make sure you have a big, worthy goal toward which you are moving. Do not be sidetracked by the so-called evidence screaming at you from the television and newspapers. Believe in yourself. Trust yourself to make good decisions. The same power that guided Bill Gates, Donald Trump, Robert Kiyosaki, and Napoleon Hill on their journeys resides within you right now, in this moment, to guide you on your journey. </p>
<p>This I know for sure. You can claim or re-claim control of your own mind power. You are the most miraculous of all living beings on earth. You are the owner of a mind that is so stupendous, that as you truly begin mastering your mind power and consciously using it, there is no dream that you can dream that you cannot achieve.</p>

<p>You can minimize problems with back pain with exercises that make the muscles in your back, stomach, hips and thighs strong and flexible. Some people keep in good physical condition by being active in recreational activities like running, walking, bike riding, and swimming. In addition to these conditioning activities, there are specific exercises that are directed toward strengthening and stretching your back, stomach, hip and thigh muscles.</p>

Hatha yoga is an ancient hindu system of working with the human nervous system. Because it releases tension and endows one with renewed energy, far too many 20th century people, yoga teachers included, have come to look upon the venerable Indian physical science as solely an exercise for health and vitality of mind and body. It is that, but it is also much more. Hatha yoga practices are more spiritual than physical, more subtle than gross, more a means of understanding than an exotic way to relieve stress or limber up the body.</p>
<p>The sages who developed hatha yoga designed it as a way to gain conscious control of our life energies, a way to go within, to harmonize the external so the innermost Self could be encountered. To them, it was about states of consciousness, about living a divine life, and it was a preparation for meditation.</p>
<p>As you perform the asanas, concentrate on feeling the energies within the nerve currents. Sensitize yourself to knowing when the body has been in each position long enough to tune the nerve currents involved. Then shift smoothly into the next asana. It&#8217;s like a dance, a deliberate, fluid dance. During all postures, inhale using the diaphragm, not the chest muscles. Do not stretch unduly or force the body. Relax into the poses. Don&#8217;t worry if you can&#8217;t perform them all perfectly. In time, you will find the body becoming more flexible and supple. Free the mind of thoughts and tensions. You will be more aware, more alive, more serene.</p>
<p>While there are many more complex hatha yoga routines, these twenty-four asanas provide a balanced system for daily use. For the simple purpose of quieting the mind in preparation for meditation, this is all you will ever need. For best results, hatha yoga should be taught personally by a qualified teacher. These instructions and drawings are meant only as a rudimentary aid. For more elaborate regimens, inquire at a recognized school specializing in hatha yoga.</p>
<p>The scene of hatha yoga has a spiritual purpose &#8211; to balance physical and physic energies in preparation for meditation. It is not only meant to make us young, beautiful or creative, but to aid us in quieting the mind, body and emotions that we may awaken enlightened consciousness &#038; know the Self within.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Successful futures traders have a positive mental attitude, and maintain that positive attitude every single day they trade. It takes confidence in your abilities, confidence in your decisions, confidence in your charts and confidence in your system to succeed as a futures trader. Confidence hinges on your mental attitude. </p>
<p>If you think you can do it, you will.<br />
&#8220;Your actions affect your attitude and your attitude drives your actions. It can indeed be powerful to get your actions and your attitude working consistently in the same direction.&#8221;</p>
<p>I find these words from the Daily Motivator* of particular import to my life as a futures trader. More than anything else, your daily attitude affects your ability to perform successfully as a futures trader. If you stay positively focused, you will be able to assess your position with confidence and pull the trigger at the precise moment to ensure maximum profitability. If you allow negativity or self-doubt to eat away at your confidence, you will fail.</p>
<p>The Negativity Factor<br />
Once negative thoughts creep into your thinking patterns, you start to second-guess your abilities, your decisions and your system. Pretty soon, you&#8217;re making bad trades, you can&#8217;t pull the trigger and things start crumbling around you. Without a positive attitude you cannot succeed as a futures trader. You will crash and burn before you complete the first lap.</p>
<p>Everyone has the occasional bad day. But whether it&#8217;s a trading loss or a crisis in your personal life, you can&#8217;t let feelings of negativity engulf you. You have to &#8220;shake it off,&#8221; &#8220;get back on the horse, &#8220;get back in the game.&#8221; Hackneyed though the sayings may be, they carry a large truth.</p>
<p>The only way to succeed is to refuse to allow yourself to be beaten down. You have to maintain faith in yourself and confidence in your ability to succeed. You have to stay positive.</p>
<p>Successful futures traders succeed because they have a positive mental attitude and believe in themselves and their system. It&#8217;s not the other way around. We&#8217;re not happy because we succeed. We succeed because we&#8217;re happy. A positive attitude gets positive results.</p>
<p>Cultivating Success Through Attitude<br />
There are many ways to renew your positive energy each day. I enjoy a brisk walk or run in the early morning. The exercise recharges my physical batteries and participating in the beginning of a fresh, new day revitalizes my spirit. Exercise, daily motivations and personal affirmations are all ways to recharge your positive energy before you tackle a new trading day.</p>
<p>Because different approaches work better than others, you&#8217;ll need to experiment with and discover those activities that keep you positively motivated, and then make them a daily part of your life. The more positive energy you can maintain in your life, the better trader you&#8217;ll be.</p>
<p>Why is a Positive Mental Attitude Essential?<br />
Success as a futures trader is 90% attitude. Develop a positive mental attitude and your success will increase as your skills grow. A positive mental attitude will allow you to:</p>
<p>1. Focus on making profitable trades. Even if you have a losing streak, positive focus will allow you to turn things around and snap back into the profit zone. </p>
<p>2. Focus on profit-making goals. A positive focus will give you the strength and courage to persevere if the going gets tough.</p>
<p>In his Daily Motivator of December 22, 2007, Ralph Marston says:</p>
<p>&#8220;Whether it&#8217;s through your actions or through your attitude, there&#8217;s always a way to introduce a more affirmative perspective into your life. Stay focused on the positive possibilities and life will continue to grow more richly rewarding.&#8221;</p>
<p>These are words to succeed by.</p>

<p>First, you need to understand the difference between getting <i>six pack abs</i> and simply losing body fat. Getting <u>six pack abs</u> is a all about having extremely low levels of body fat. For men, the optimal body fat percentage is around 8% and for women it is around 15%. Training and eating to get body fat levels this low is much different than someone who just starts a diet and wants to lose 20-30lbs.</p>
<p>If you are just trying to lose a lot of weight, then making small changes to your diet will help you make a lot of progress very fast. For example, if you were to only drink water, unsweetened iced tea, and green tea, then you will not be consuming any calories from beverages. For someone who just wants to lose weight, a small modification such as this can make a big difference.</p>
<p>For someone who wants to get six pack abs, the process is much more detailed. These are two common mistakes that people make when trying to developing six pack abs.</p>
<p>Six Pack Abs Mistake #1: They try to do too many crunches and ab exercises.</p>
<p>While crunches and other ab exercises will help to build a stronger core, they will not help you get down to a low level of body fat. Trying to use endless reps of ab exercises simply does not build enough muscle or work your body hard enough to burn significant calories.</p>
<p>The myth of &#8220;spot&#8221; reduction is where a lot of people get caught up. The concept of spot reduction basically states that if you want to lose fat in a certain part of the body you should work the muscle underneath it. Our bodies do not store fat in one specific place, therefore you cannot lose fat in one specific place either.</p>
<p>I guarantee you will never see someone who has six pack abs in the front and is flabby around the rest of their midsection. If spot reduction actually worked this is what would happen. In the real world however, you need to concentrate on losing fat all over your body in order to develop a toned and sexy six pack.</p>
<p>Six Pack Abs Mistake #2: Trying to use infomercial ab gimmicks</p>
<p>When you see an advertisement for an &#8220;miracle&#8221; piece of ab equipment, the people who are using them usually have great bodies, low body fat, and a great six pack. However I can guarantee you one thing, and that is they did not get that way to using one single piece of abdominal exercise equipment.</p>
<p>Like we just talked about with why lots of crunches do not help you get six pack abs, the same holds true for any ab crunch machine or anything else you see on an advertisement.</p>
<p>This all goes back to the false concept that working the abs with lots of exercises will directly lead to a six pack. All the people who have the best abs got them by exercising their whole body and by adhering to a very strict diet. Not by using some ab crunch gimmick for &#8220;two easy payments of $29.95.&#8221; Six Pack Abs Mistake #3: Eating too many calories.</p>
<p>Sounds overly simplistic doesn&#8217;t it?</p>
<p>This is one of the core concepts that is absolutely crucial to understanding how to lose body fat and getting six pack abs. So many people try to eat healthy and still have trouble losing weight. Sometimes they think they have something physiologically wrong with them and their bodies simply cannot lose weight.</p>
<p>Before you fall into this trap and start seeking &#8220;miracle&#8221; quick fixes, you need to know that not being able to lose body fat is simply a matter of taking in too many calories. If you try keeping a food journal for a week and counting the calories you consume you will be amazed at the insight it will give you.</p>
<p>Even if you eat 400 extra calories a day from little snacks here and there (which is not difficult at all), you will be taking in an extra 2,800 calories per week. For some people, taking in an extra 500-1000 calories per day can easily come from foods that are extremely calorie dense but do not help you feel full. Such foods include bagels, donuts, muffins, potato chips, soda, any kind of fast food, and more.</p>
<p>So before you think that getting six pack abs or simply losing body fat is impossible for you, try taking a few days to really track what you are eating. You will be surprised that losing weight can really be as simple as cutting out small calories dense foods from your diet.</p>
