<p><strong>I</strong>t&#8217;s funny what a recession will do for one&#8217;s attitude. Do you know of someone that up until a couple of months ago hated their job and could not stand “The Boss”? You know the boss; the idiot, (he or she) the one with a personality of a shutdown TV. Talk to that same person today however and you will probably find they have a different answer.  Like, you know the boss is really different once you get to know him or her and the job, well it really isn&#8217;t that bad, and actually I like my work!</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>W</strong>hat has changed? Their attitude of course has changed, but why? In this scenario, the economy has drastically changed, companies are downsizing, layoffs are happening and workers are afraid of loosing their employment. </p>
<p>It is unfortunately that a <strong>change of attitude</strong> will only take place when a personal situation changes or is threatened. Like in this case the fear of loosing their job.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>W</strong>hen you stop and think about everyone you know who is very <strong>Successful,</strong> they all possess one very common trait; a positive attitude, a can do and will do attitude. He or she is the person that knows that winners never quit and quitters never win and that everyone has a choice. So why don&#8217;t we all have positive <strong>winning attitude?</strong></p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>A</strong>ctually we all have had this winning attitude at one time or another. Just think back for a moment in time when you really wanted something, anything, a bicycle, other product, a job or that special person you were smitten with. Well did you get it? Sure you did because you would not stop until you did. You were obsessed; nothing was going to stop you, because it&#8217;s all you thought about.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>S</strong>ometimes we forget just how we achieved these <strong>Successes</strong> and need to be reminded, it should not have to take a recession or tragedy in order for us to make this change. Just like a health or businesses check up, we need to do a personal check up. We need to stop and look at where we are now in our life (personally, career wise, health and financially) and ask ourselves are we happy and satisfied or do we need to make some changes? If the answer is yes, then we have to start making changes and this starts with the right attitude. <strong>Positive attitudes change everything!</strong> You can if you think you can. The road to <strong>Success</strong> is always under construction.</p>

Tennis requires cat-like reflexes with short bursts of strength. These short movements do not allow the muscles to extend their full length. When muscles are strenuously worked they become tight and can lose their elasticity unless properly stretched. Yoga exercises can increase the body&#8217;s range of motion. The lack of movement because of inflexibility binds the joints. Without the elasticity of the muscles, I think an athlete can be a prisoner within his own body. </p>
<p>Using yoga techniques makes it possible to retrain the muscles. Most tennis athletes play in a constant state of muscle tension. Yoga trains the body to relax muscle tension. Learning to begin your game in a relaxed state could mean gaining an extra step on the ball. </p>
<p>When in a ready position muscles are contracted and ready for action. To move, muscles must be relaxed and then contracted again to spring in any direction. By retraining the muscles you begin from a relaxed position, giving a quickened reaction time. </p>
<p>Yoga breathing exercises can help improve endurance and stamina. When exerting in sports or exercise we often hold the breath as a way to create strength. Yoga trains the body to create strength through breathing control. Holding the breath at points of exertion takes a great deal of energy that could be used during long sets or matches. </p>
<p>Learning the correct way while doing a yoga pose is simple. Exhale during the execution of a pose until you feel the muscles&#8217; full length of stretch (maximum resistance). Never hold your breath. Breathe normally and listen to the body. Hold for 30 seconds, then release the pose slowly. By constant practice of yoga poses you&#8217;ll soon apply breathing techniques in everyday routines. </p>
<p>A simple spine twist is excellent for rotational sports. It can help increase needed flexibility of the shoulders and back and hips. Remember to apply the breathing technique to this pose. </p>
<p>Begin the spine twist by sitting on the floor with both legs straight out in front of you. Keeping the spine straight, bend the left leg placing the left foot on the outside of the right knee. Now, place the left hand on the floor behind you with your arm straight and the right elbow bent. Positioned on the outside of the left thigh place the right hand on the left hip. </p>
<p>Slowly exhale while turning the head and upper body to the left, looking over the left shoulder. Pressure from the right arm should keep the left leg stationary while pressure from the left arm and torso gives you the twist. Stronger use of both arms increases the twist. Hold this pose for 30 seconds and repeat twist on the opposite side. </p>
<p>A total body conditioning and flexibility routine is essential for the avid tennis player. Yoga techniques could be the edge you need in developing your game.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Most fitness gurus recommend that in order to achieve firmer butt and legs, you should aim attention to them at least thrice a week. It&#8217;s not advisable to be doing them every day. Take an interval of rest for your muscles to breathe and recover from extreme tension. </p>
<p>These 4 combo exercises for your butt and legs are effective not only in firming your legs and butt but also in increasing your resistance. They are also fat-burning stances but not as much as what cardio and aerobics can do. Use any of these with barbells for men and dumbbells for women. </p>
<p>1.Swim Kick. Simply lie on the floor with your belly facing down. Bend your arms at your sides to get them adjacent to your head. Your palms should be facing the floor. Raise your legs a foot off the floor and feel the contraction on your abs to allow them not to grasp the fitness mat. In 30 to 90 seconds, quickly kick your legs up and down like how you do it when swimming. You can do three sets of this with 30-minute rest in between.</p>
<p>2. Squat. With barbell placed on top of your shoulders beneath your head, stand but spread your feet a little wider than your hip&#8217;s width. Point your toes outwardly and start squatting down like you are sitting on an invisible chair. Don&#8217;t allow your knees to crumple outwardly as you squat and feel the weight on your heels, then return to your initial position. Do 16 repetitions of this.</p>
<p>3.Ball Lunge. Hold on to a heavy fitness ball and stand up straight with your feet apart. Thrust your right leg toward the front and straightened it. As you stride forward, extend your arms forward taking the ball off your chest. As you get back to your initial position, slowly bend your elbows and take the ball back as well. Do the same stance this time with your left leg. Repeat over and over again.</p>
<p>4.Bridge and Leg Raise. Here, you don&#8217;t need a dumbbell or barbell. Simply lie flatly on the floor with your feet apart and knees bent. Raise your butt away from the floor, thereby allowing your abs to contract. Your upper back, arms and feet are the only ones that stay on the floor. </p>
<p>Hold on to this position for 30 seconds and start lifting your right leg and hold on for 30 seconds. Bring your right leg to the floor. Then, shift to your left leg. Repeat the bridges for 8 or 16 sets. Keep your torso steady as you bridge and raise your leg.</p>
<p>There are still other ways to firm your legs and butt but these are the commonly used ones. Make sure you don&#8217;t put pressure on your legs and butt too much, otherwise they will be strained.</p>

Currently, yoga is one of the most popular fitness activities worldwide. One of its appeal is that it can be practiced by elders and it can improve the overall physical fitness of athletes.</p>
<p> If you want to start practicing yoga, here is a quick guide to the basic types of yoga. While most of them are based on the same ancient postures, each yoga style has a different focus. Some of the yoga styles focus on strengthening the body while others focus on flexibility. Other types of yoga focus mainly on breathing, relaxation, and meditation.</p>
<p> Most of the yoga styles that were adopted in the west, were derived from the Hatha Yoga, which is a general term that refers to the physical branches of the ancient Indian philosophy. The purpose of the traditional Hatha Yoga was to achieve balance between mind and body through moral discipline and physical exercises, which are expressed by a series of asana: postures, panorama: breathing and meditation.</p>

During a Asthanga Yoga class, the participants jump from one posture to another. Therefore, this type of yoga is not the ideal for beginners. People who are not well fit may find it too difficult and demanding. However, if you are interested in improving your strength, flexibility and stamina and you are fit enough to deal with an hour of jumping from one posture to another, Asthanga Yoga can suit you. </p>
<p> Power Yoga:<br /> This is an American development of the Asthanga Yoga that also adopted several elements from other types of yoga styles. You can find Power Yoga classes mainly in fitness and health clubs. Power Yoga focuses on strengthening the body by performing Hatha Yoga postures for a longer time to improve both physical flexibility and mental focus. Power Yoga can be a good exercise for athletes, people who practice types of fitness activities and people who want to tone their body.</p>
<p> Bikram Yoga:<br /> A Bikram Yoga class features a series of 26 Hatha Yoga postures practiced in a heated room. It is also known as Hot Yoga. The purpose of the heat is to allow the participants to get into each of the yoga poses in a deeper and safer manner. The heat also helps clean the body from toxins promoting sweating. Bikram Yoga focuses more on the workout of the entire body, including the internal organs and less on flexibility. Bikram Yoga is not recommended to pregnant women and people who suffer from high blood pressure and heart conditions, but it can improve the physical fitness of people who recover from injuries.</p>
<p> Iyengar Yoga:<br /> This focuses on the physical alignment of the body and the accurate performance of each posture. Some of the Iyengar Yoga postures are practiced with the assistance of props such as blocks and belts that are designed to help the participants achieve the most accurate posture and to protect their bodies from injuries. Since the flows between postures are not practiced, Iyengar Yoga classes are less intense and therefore more suitable for people who are less fit. There are seven primary types of movements which the body can make using the yoga poses. They are flexion, extension, hyperextension, abduction, adduction and circumduction. <p>It doesn&#8217;t take long for a manager to bump into an employee with an &#8220;attitude.&#8221;  Evaluating an employee as having an &#8220;attitude&#8221; also depends on what bothers a manager, as the same behavior may be just fine with another manager. Yet, there are certain behaviors that indicate that the employee is exhibiting behaviors that affect the working environment.  So how do you, the manager handle this behavior in the most effective way?</p>
<p>==>Challenging Behaviors</p>
<p>&#8211;The employee is constantly socializing</p>
<p>&#8211;He/She is rude or inconsiderate to others</p>
<p>&#8211;If you ask them to handle something additional to their normal responsibilities, they are resistant or upset.</p>
<p>&#8211;Complains about the company or the job</p>
<p>&#8211;Sloppy performance</p>
<p>&#8211;Rolls their eyes or sighs when you or another person is speaking in your group.</p>
<p>&#8211;Chronic lateness</p>
<p>&#8211;Annoyed with the customers</p>
<p>&#8211;Knows it all&#8230;is not open to input by you.</p>
<p>&#8211;Is defensive</p>
<p>==>Create Clarity around the Issue</p>
<p>First, ask yourself how the behavior affects the business.  For example, even if the employee is performing, chronic complaining affects you, co-workers and potentially customers.  What you need to do is list the behavior, when the employee engages in it, and how it affects the business.</p>
<p>When managing your employees, you have to provide specific information to the employee, otherwise, they don&#8217;t understand their behavior and how it affects the business.</p>
<p>How comfortable are you with perceived confrontation.   Some managers are not willing to address the issue because they fear the discussion will demotivate the employee, don&#8217;t know how to approach the subject or the employee will leave and the manager is left with unfinished work.</p>
<p>If you are a manager that feels uncomfortable with speaking to your employees about their behavior, take the time to find a solution to this issue.</p>
<p>Note:  If the behavior elicited by the employee is new, then you need to handle this differently.   Usually new behavior indicates a change in the employee&#8217;s life or a change in the work environment.   This is different then an employee who has a habit of negative behavior.   Though in both cases, your goal is to understand and orchestrate the change in behavior.</p>
<p>==>Handling the Problem Behavior</p>
<p>&#8211;Create a list of situations where you have noticed inappropriate behavior by the employee.  This is so you can understand better how to deal with the situation.</p>
<p>&#8211;If the employee has several behaviors that need to change, I would be selective and choose the most important issue.  If you present several issues at once, it is too overwhelming and the likelihood is nothing will change.</p>
<p>&#8211;You need to be specific about the actual behavior because stating to the employee he/she has to change their &#8220;attitude&#8221; accomplishes nothing&#8230;they don&#8217;t have tangible examples in order to change.</p>
<p>&#8211;Present the issue as this is a problem for me and I need your support in creating a solution.    It&#8217;s a different way to approach the situation, one that elicits the employee&#8217;s help in the solution.</p>
<p>&#8211;If the employee becomes defensive, simply restate the issue.  Here is where you need to exhibit calmness and clarity.   If the employee continues to be defensive, then clearly state that this behavior has to change and you are willing to work with the employee to help them find a solution.</p>
<p>&#8211;Find a way to allow the employee to take responsibility for the solution.  If they don&#8217;t, it is likely that this issue will not be resolved.  Brainstorm on how they can change the behavior, but always keep the desired behavior as the goal.</p>
<p>&#8211;If this is the first time you are discussing the issue with the employee, create notes for your files.   If the behavior persists, then you will need to create a behavior improvement plan and formalize the process.</p>
<p>&#8211;Always schedule a follow up meeting within a short period (no more than a few weeks).  If the employee has altered their behavior, I suggest you have one more meeting to insure that they are consistent.  If their behavior has not changed, then you need to put in place a formal improvement plan.</p>

<p>Most employees want to perform well and behave in appropriate ways.    In managing employees, your focus is to set the standards and support them in meeting those standards.  Their job is to meet or exceed the standards.</p>

There is just so much fat that accumulates in that area that it tends to solidify and sit there, getting bigger with every bite that you take. Getting rid of that belly fat can be done in many different ways though. It all depends on what you do and how you do it. Do these simple exercises to get rid of that belly fat. </p>
<p>Sit-ups should be done &#8211; Everyone&#8217;s learned how to do these, but you may need to brush up on it. But this is probably the easiest exercise that you can do. You don&#8217;t have to go to the gym to do sit-ups. Make sure your legs are properly supported and lift your upper body however you can. Try doing 10-20 sit-ups everyday in the morning time or before bed. Your abs will get stronger while you burn that belly fat.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Trying to get <b>six pack abs</b> comes down to two things, losing the fat in the abdomen and strengthening those muscles in the stomach as well. We all know the exercises that we need to do the lower ab exercises as well as the upper ab exercises and of course the obliques and intercostals but really the eating is the core of getting 6 pack abs. First of all lets be clear, there is no such thing as spot reduction. It seems over the last few years there have been even more creams and pills that have promised to melt away the fat in the abs but really these miracle 6 pack ab solutions are not miracles at all and will not get you any closer to the six pack that you desire. Instead you need to lower the amount of bodyfat on your whole body. OK, so how are you going to lower your bodyfat? Are you going to low carb like Atkins? Are you going to rely on getting all the fat out of your diet? These are two options that may work but in the long term you will probably want this six pack next summer as well as this summer so you need to choose a diet that you can stick to always. I believe that the best six pack diet is the one that you can always follow. Instead of counting calories and grams of fat, protein and carbs I believe that it is best to look at the plates of food that you are dishing up. Do not look at that bag of chips as being a bag but instead picture it on a plate instead. I think that you need to have 6 plates of food everyday and this food should be broken up into thirds on the plate. So instead of looking at every bit of food that you are eating instead try to break up your whole day into six meals each with three things in the meal. You will look at each meal having one third protein and two thirds carbs. As you should be aware your fat comes from meats and packaged snack foods and condiments. There is not fat in rice or potatoes but there is fat in the butter that you put on them or in the chips in the bag. OK so if each meal has a meat or protein component what should they be? well beef, chicken, protein powder, eggs all come to mind. The other two thirds are supposed to be carbs so what do you want there? Good carb foods are fruits, vegetables, rice, potatoes, and oatmeal. Many people think that they could never eat 6 meals a day since they are already gaining weight on just three meals a day but realistically it is important to note that if you are eating giant meals that your body can not process anyway, or if you are eating a lot of snack foods then this idea of having six meals broken up throughout the day should help you to lose weight just by the fact that you are feeding your body not dumping junk into it and you are feeding it often so that you body does not resort ot crazy insulin swings. This plan is not something that you do for just a while as I said before. The most important thing for this diet is to make it easy for you and consistent so that you will be able to lose weight and at the same time feel healthier. You know I am sure that if you want to get <i>six pack abs</i> that you need to exercise and do the right ones but I hope you know as well what to eat and when to get that six pack to show though instead of covering it in fat.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Knowing what the best flabby arm exercises are can help you to come up with the solution to your problem. There is a way to get rid of the fat by performing two simple and very well known flabby arm exercises. Here we are going to discuss what they are, and how they can work for you. Keep in mind that they are common, but highly underestimated. In fact, the two exercises that we are going to talk about are the ones that all of the models and bodybuilders use to develop and keep their attractive arms.</p>
<p>If you&#8217;re a woman and you have flabby arms, then you know it. You may not like to think about it and may wear long sleeves to cover them up. It&#8217;s definitely a depressing thought, but the good news is that it&#8217;s not impossible to get rid of them. The only thing you have to do is cut back on your unhealthy eating and exercise.</p>
<p>One of the best flabby arm exercises that help to tone the muscle and burn off fat are triceps pull- downs. You can also use a free weight to perform a movement with the same effect called triceps extensions. For the pull-down, you will simply adjust the weight to an amount that you can lift no more than 10 times. If using a free weight for the triceps extensions, make sure it is also one that you cannot lift over 10 times.</p>
<p>The pull-down exercise will require you to stand in front of or behind the rope or bar. All you will do is simply reach up to grab the rope or bar, pull it down, and then allow it to go back up again very slowly. For the free weight flabby arm exercise, you will take the weight, lift it up over your head, and then slowly lower it behind your head for a count of 10. Do about three sets of 10 per arm.</p>
<p>It is important to pay attention to how you are lifting the weights. You want to make 100% sure that your movements are very slow and controlled. When working out, your main focus should be on your form. A lot of women get confused and believe it is all about how much they do. In reality, it isn&#8217;t about how much is done so much as it is the amount of weight that is being lifted &#8211; and how safely it is being done. What you want is a safe, slow, and effective movement.</p>
<p>The flabby arm exercises mentioned above should be done at least twice per week for beginners. In about a month, you should start to notice a decrease in the fat surrounding your arms. You are also going to notice that the tone of your muscles are a lot less jiggly. If you&#8217;re eating healthy, you&#8217;ll notice an overall decrease in your body weight. Performing flabby arm exercises will provide an added bonus to your new look.</p>
<p>Once you start to notice a change, your self-esteem is going to improve. It&#8217;s funny how much better a woman feels about herself when she takes the time out to focus on her health. Instead of just living life and accepting the way things are, (given that you have been provided the right knowledge) you have the power to transform your current situation simply by getting up and doing something about it!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A winning attitude is they key to success. It allows you to focus on the things you want most, and more importantly, it allows you to discover ways of moving closer towards achieving your goals. </p>
<p>There are three major factors to developing a winning attitude:</p>
<p><b>1. You become what you think about most</b></p>
<p>Earl Nightingale wrote that “we become what we think about, most of the time,” and a winner&#8217;s mentality exemplifies this principle. Just as a magnet attracts anything that is metal, our minds attract the things we think about most of the time. By thinking about what you want more than anything else, your mind will become aware of the opportunities available to you, and this will allow you to turn these thoughts into physical reality. </p>
<p>If you think about limiting beliefs, you will see more limiting realities. If you think about positive things that will allow you to succeed, you will become more aware of these as well, and you will be on your way to developing a winning attitude. </p>
<p><b>2. What you focus on expands</b></p>
<p>If you continually think about possibilities and opportunities, you will become more aware of these around you. The more you focus on these positive things, the easier it is to develop a winning attitude, and the more opportunities you will see that will allow you to succeed. </p>
<p>If you were to think of negative things you will inevitably become aware of negative things in your life. Not only will this limit your success, it can be destructive to those around you as well. Even if you try not to think of something, unless you replace it with a positive thought, you will think about it, and you will become aware of it.</p>
<p><b>3. The power of being positive</b></p>
<p>By thinking positively, and focusing on success, you will begin to act positively and believe that you will succeed. This belief is integral to achievement, as you must believe in your own abilities if you are to develop the winner&#8217;s mentality. Once you act positively and with confidence (not arrogance, but confidence) these acts will become your habits, and your habits will make-up your new winning attitude. </p>
<p>Aristotle once said that “we are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” When you develop positive and success-oriented habits you will inevitably achieve more than if you had destructive habits, and this will allow you to achieve your goals.  </p>
<p>It all starts with you mentality though. People who succeed in reality, first must think success. Those who do not succeed in certain endeavours are those who do not think they can succeed. Immediately, they put themselves in unfavourable positions. But they never realise they can succeed through changing the way they think. </p>
<p>You can achieve great levels of success in life by developing a winning attitude. Focus on growing and learning all the time from your achievements and your mistakes, and concentrate on achieving your goals, believing in yourself, being persistent, and ultimately concentrate on successfully completing the task. </p>

<p>Working on your legs can improve your stamina, shape and overall fitness. If you don&#8217;t work on your lower body as well &#8211; you won&#8217;t see the kind of ‘whole body&#8217; benefits that you CAN achieve and the body shape won&#8217;t be in proportion. Great leg and butt exercises are a must. Here are my current top 10 leg exercises:</p>
<p>1.      Step Calf Raises</p>
<p>This exercise is great for toning the calf muscles &#8211; you&#8217;ll need a step and some dumbbells. Stand on the step and position your feet so that the heels are slightly off the edge. Hold the dumbbells to the side and push up on to your toes.</p>
<p>2.      Lunges</p>
<p>Stand holding dumbbells at your sides with your feet about a hip width apart. Step forward with one foot &#8211; when the foot hits the floor bend it and lean forward so that your other leg bends towards the floor.</p>
<p>3.      One Legged Squats</p>
<p>Stand sideways next to a wall and place the palm of your hand on the wall just under the level of your shoulder. Extend your arm and position your body so you feel comfortable &#8211; you&#8217;ll use the wall for balance and support. Make sure that the foot that isn&#8217;t next to the wall is at a 45 degree angle and bend the leg nearest the wall back. Keep upright and lower your body until the knee that isn&#8217;t bearing your weight is close to the floor then push back up again.</p>
<p>4.      Hamstring Bridges</p>
<p>Lie down flat on your back. Keep one foot on the ground and lift the other one up and hold it there. By using your hamstrings in your leg you can lift your body and then lower it back down again.</p>
<p>5.      Squats</p>
<p>Using either dumbbells or a barbell, stand with your feet a shoulder width apart and lower yourself down until your knees are fully bent at a 45 degree angle and you are squatting. Push up until you are upright again.</p>
<p>6.      Dumbbell Step Ups</p>
<p>Take your dumbbells and use one leg to step up on the step. Then step up with the other leg and step down again.</p>
<p>7.      Dumbbell Plie</p>
<p>Squat down with your legs around a shoulder width apart. Hold your dumbbells in front of you with the palms of your hands facing inwards. Move into a standing position whilst opening your arms in a T position.</p>
<p>8.      Leg Presses</p>
<p>Sit on a leg press machine &#8211; your feet should be around a shoulder width apart. Without altering the position of your hips bend the knees to a 45 degree angle while lowering the weight, then push it back up, extending and straightening the legs.</p>
<p>9.      One Legged Press with Exercise Ball</p>
<p>Sit on your exercise ball and walk/roll forward until your knees are bent. Straighten out one leg, keeping the other one bent. Use the heel of the bent leg to push up on the exercise ball and push down on the heel of the extended leg as it drags in the movement.</p>
<p>10.  Leg Circles with Exercise Band</p>
<p>Lie flat on the ground with one knee bent  and the foot placed flat on the floor. Then extend the other leg straight up toward the ceiling. The band should be wrapped round the foot that is pointing upwards. You need to hold both ends of the band in the hand on the side of the leg that points up &#8211; keeping your leg straight, start to make circles with your leg at the hip in a counter-clockwise direction. Reverse and switch legs.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Here&#8217;s something I bet you have never considered. Did you know that yoga poses can improve your complexion? A while back I tried yoga, not only for relaxation but also to help improve my circulation which in turn improves skin tone, elasticity, and clarity. But it was too slow and boring for me. I&#8217;m one that likes to work up a sweat when I workout and I didn&#8217;t have time to do yoga and a more strenuous workout as well. All you yoga buffs are probably thinking that I don&#8217;t realize that yoga can be strenuous. I know that&#8230;.however being new to yoga I would have to work my way up to strenuous and I didn&#8217;t have the patients for that. LOL, if anybody needs yoga it&#8217;s me. Just reading what I just wrote makes me realize I&#8217;m wound a little tight these days. See, this is why journaling is good, it makes us hear ourselves and realize how stupid we sound. Okay back to the subject matter.</p>

<p>Yoga gives your skin a healthy glow by balancing your hormones and boosting the flow of oxygen-rich blood to your skin. There&#8217;s not a woman out there who doesn&#8217;t need hormonal help! Yoga also tones the muscles in your neck and face, which like any other muscles in your body responds by tightening up.</p>

<p>One of the most common and easier poses&#8230;.and the only one I can give instructions on&#8230;..because I listened to my yoga tape and wrote down exactly what he said, lol is called the Downward Facing Dog. This one&#8217;s an inversion, which means the head is lower than the heart which results in helping to maintain a rosy glow, a firm neck, chin, and throat, and plump skin. Botox? I think not! Start in child&#8217;s pose and then straighten up into a V-shape, with your heels on the ground, legs straight, and palms on the ground. Adjust your feet so that your body looks like a triangle and hold.<br />
Doing Yoga&#8230;..or any type of regular exercise keeps your skin to glow not only during exercise but afterwards as well. Exercise will help accelerate the cell turnover rate not only in your face but in your entire body, making you healthier. &#8220;Healthy&#8221; shows in the condition of your skin, right? Yes that&#8217;s right. So take a long walk, go for a run, go to the gym or to a yoga class&#8230;.and instead of your motivation being to lose weight, have your motivation be to become healthier. Looking better as a result is just a really cool bonus.<br />
