Safe Acid Cleaner – (pHL-100™)

As a cleaning solution, 1 gallon of pHL-100™ is used per 30,000 CDs/DVDs cleaned. pHL-100™ is a safer and faster cleaner compared to volatile competing products (nitric and sulfuric acid) without the fear of splash. pH Solutions, Inc. has made initial shipments in the United States and Europe. The optical media mask cleaning market (CD/DVD manufacturing) is pH Solutions, Inc.’s initial target market for pHL-100™.

Cooling Towers (ClearBlue-104™)

Treats water born bacteria including Legionella pneumophlia/Legionnaire’s Disease, inhibits corrosion and bio-film buildup

ClearBlue-104™ is applied at a metered rate of 5-10 ppm (in liquid form only) for cooling tower treatment, cleaning and maintenance. ClearBlue-104™ is a non-oxidizing, non-sensitizer that is longer lasting and safer to use at lower parts per million compared to competing products. 

Waste Treatment (ClearBlue-104™)

ClearBlue-104™ is applied at a rate of 1 gallon/60-120,000 gallons of water (depending on point of application). ClearBlue-104™ provides a non-oxidizing, stabilized use of copper in  pre-treatment for bacteria and algae control  ClearBlue-104™ acts as a supportive biocide for better waste treatment processing.

With growing commercial (cruise/shipping industries) and governmental [U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services (HHS) U.S. Dept. of Transportation (DOT) and International Maritime Organization (IMO), among others] vessel sanitation concerns resulting in stricter global regulations and heightened awareness/publicity, pH Solutions, Inc. has produced a unique Vessel Sanitation System scaleable to any-size vessel or ballast treatment amount. 

ClearBlue-104™ is delivered through an E7-Series metering pump. 

Using a Milton-Roy RoyPak™ Chemical Injection System (the Milton Roy LMIE-7 Controlled Diaphragm Metering Pump and a pH/ORP or conductivity meter) ClearBlue-104™ is directly injected into a vessel’s ballast system. 

Provides a flow-paced, controlled chemical dosing and real-time system (based on either a pre-set metered rate or based on the strength of the contaminants (bioload) found in the ballast water). 

An environmentally safe, biologically effective, operationally practical and cost-effective method for ballast water treatment.  

ClearBlue-104™ is most effective because of its unique ability to disperse into the entire water column of a ballast holding tank remaining active for longer periods of time compared to other biocides.

Remote system monitoring  or GPS systems can be used to track a ship’s performance in its use of CleaBlue-104™.

ClearBlue-104™ has been independently tested in salt and freshwater settings with results proving maximum treatment effectiveness while remaining environmentally friendly to applicable/surrounding ecosystems.  

Farm Odor Control (304-35™)

*For odor control on animal waste

Using a metered spray combination of 304-35™ and water (2-3 gallons per ton of animal waste ), 304-35™ reduces odor, improves air quality and increases nitrogen content of the waste.  In the R&D stage, cost effectiveness is TBD.

Dairy Farming (Healthy Hooves™)

One  gallon of Healthy Hooves™ + 10 pounds copper sulfate/50 gallon of water in a footbath reduces a dairy farmers  total copper sulfate use by 85%. Healthy Hooves™ out performs copper sulfate crystals and formaldehyde by a  5:1 ration on the number of cows capable of being treated in a single footbath (formaldehyde is illegal for use in agricultural settings in the United States).

Fruit & Vegetable Wash (ClearBlue-104™)

ClearBlue-104™ is metered into flume water/metered spray on conveyer belt (dependent on vegetable/fruit treated) at beginning of wash cycle. At 30-75 ppm ClearBlue-104™ results in approximately a 4-5 log kill within 30 seconds. ClearBlue-104™ is cheaper than chlorine, outperforms peracetic acid  and provides maximum treatment effectiveness as it remains active in water longer than competing products.

Aquaculture (ClearBlue-104™)

*Multi-purpose Algaecide, Bactericide and Herbicide

ClearBlue-104™ is applied at a rate of 1/4 to 1/2 gallon per surface acre of water depending on the pH, alkalinity and hardness of the water to control algae and bacteria. Suggested use is every 4-7 days during the season depending on the local water quality.  ClearBlue-104™ outperforms and is cost-competitive versus  similar products. pH Solutions, Inc. is currently in partnership studies with Mississippi State University and Auburn University.
