Very easy to make and really adds some crunch to your homemade tacos, tostadas, taco salad, etc.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;shredded cheese &lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Place cheese in a thin layer on a piece of parchment paper.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Microwave for 1 min. at a time, until cheese is bubbly and starts to slightly brown.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;While the cheese is still flexible, use the parchment paper to bend the cheese to give it a taco shape.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Let the cheese cool while in this shape.
