<content:encoded><![CDATA[ <P>Just got back from my workout.&nbsp; This week 4 routine is quite a marked jump from the previous week.&nbsp;Here's the gist:</P> <UL> <LI>Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then: <BR>Jog 3 minutes / Walk 90 seconds / Jog 5 minutes / Walk 2-1/2 minutes / Jog 3 minutes / Walk 90 seconds / Jog 5 minutes</LI></UL> <P>Made it approximately 2.3 miles in 28 minutes, or 12:08 minutes/mile.&nbsp; I also found a good/easy way to stretch the route I had been doing here downtown out to take into account the longer times running and (hopefully) covering a bit more distance in a shorter amount of time.</P> <P>Happily my shins aren't screaming at me today, and I actually felt fairly energized coming in to the home stretch.<BR></P> <img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/PhilRandolph/~4/BobuDLfmtKo" height="1" width="1"/>]]></content:encoded>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[ <P>Within a span of 3 hours this morning I completed both a 26 minute 2 mile (approx) run/walk workout, and my 100 Pushups workout totalling 215 pushups.</P> <P>Wasn't sure how well that would work out, but really it wasn't too bad, although I don't think I had stopped sweating from the first workout before I started the second.</P> <P>Pushup sets were: 20/20/23/23/20/20/18/18/53 (30, break30sec, 23)</P> <P>I'll have to map out my run/walk route since I started from my friend's house and ended up there, but timing-wise it felt like it was close the 2 mile mark.</P> <P>For both workouts, I was listening to the <EM>Ender's Shadow</EM> audiobook.&nbsp; The 'Ender' series books by Orson Scott Card are really awesome, and it's really cool I can listen to the unabridged versions without having to read the book in the limited time I have to sit down and do that.</P> <img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/PhilRandolph/~4/3UIL_OgPmTM" height="1" width="1"/>]]></content:encoded>
