</tbody></table> In its sophomore season Philadelphia looks to put the "City of Brotherly Love," on fashion's map-quest. There is such a need for innovative fashion in Philadelphia and its surrounding bur-roughs. <br />
For one of the largest cities in the United States, it is also one of the worst dressed cities, as referred to by both GQ and Men's Health magazines. Hopefully, by continuing to promote fashion more frequently, Philadelphia will be able to climb out of its fashion rut, and become a key player in the industry.<br />

Men want to dress "sexy," or "classy," like their female counterparts. It is all about taking one step at a time, and Philadelphia has taken that step.
