Last Friday's closing made our index formed a bearish divergence. Good thing is momentum has somewhat recovered as is now still accelerating upward. I am expecting our index to continue moving upward and negate that bearish divergence pattern within the week. For me our index still has some room to move up because it is still not overbought and is not also located near the upper line of its price channel. God bless to our trades.

Stock Update: ALI

Figure 1: ALI Price Chart

Today ALI broke free from its up and handle pattern.

Early last week the index had shown some weakness. A bearish divergence occurred. Luckily the index was able to find some support right at the 20 moving average line last Friday. It is now at the oversold area and is presently showing a hidden bullish divergence pattern. On the negative side, momentum is starting to accelerate downward. Keep watch this week if the index can recover back its upward momentum else if this continues the index will be in danger of breaking its upward channel.
Last week our index has exceeded my expectation. Instead of correcting/consolidating to normalize its trend before heading up. Its momentum simply accelerated upward and was able to break both its major trendline resistance and its all time high resistance at 4563. This is a good sign for our market, it simply indicates that bulls have completely taken over the bears. The only drawback for now is that it is now overextended from our 20MA (red colored moving average) which increases the likelihood of a longer consolidation so that the moving average lines can cope up with the index.

PSE Index Chart Analysis for the Week (January 8 to 14, 2012)

Figure 1: PSE Index Chart

Last week the index corrected and was able to find some support around 4320. Given the improving upward momentum I am expecting the index to break the 4400 soon and move towards the 4500 area. I also notice that after a couple of months the 3 moving averages was able to bullishly aligned again with each other.

Sorry guys, I was not able to update my blog last week because I was sick. Anyway, right now our index is encountering some major resistance at 4400 which needs to be broken. It is also short term overbought which increases the possibility of some correction/consolidation next week. Plus side is momentum is presently accelerating upward. If the market can keep this up then 4400 will finally be broken. Best to our trades.

Nothing much has change to our index last week. It moved sideways most of the week. I am expecting same thing will happen this week, specially now that our index is already at short term overbought area as indicated by my second indicator above. The holiday season is also fast approaching and many traders will be on vacation soon. The catalyst I am looking at right now is how it will react to the current US market sentiment. The US market has rallied last Friday and is on a possible mini rally on the days to come. Lets see what will happen this week. Good luck to your trades and a blessed Christmas to all.

PSE Index Chart Analysis for the Week (December 4-10, 2011)

Figure 1: PSE Index Chart

Last week our index reacted to the sudden surge of the US market. But our index somewhat remained cautious and indecisive on where it should go for it formed a two doji candles during the last two trading days. The momentum I was also expecting to manifest did not occur yet. In fact momentum is still continuing downward. Until a shift in momentum can be clearly seen I expect the market to move sideways to down. The index is also currently being held down by the 20 MA and is nearing short term overbought condition. There was also a gap last week that needs to be filled up by the market.

PX Alternative Chart Analysis

<div class="separator" style="clear: both;

Last week our index continued to correct just like what we have anticipated, but even so something has caught my attention. The index seems to be able to find some major support along the 23.6% Fibonacci retracement and the 200 moving average line. My take for this coming week is that our index will try to pullback towards 4392 to correct the current oversold condition of the market. Key support to watch will be 4230 while critical support will be the 4130. I need to see also some positive change with regards to its present downward momentum to give us some glimmer of hope for the possibility of another rally.

Stock Market Pilipinas EB Party

What: SMP December EB Mini Seminar

Last week our index has continued to move sideways, just like what I have expected it to do. But something just bothered me during the last 3 trading days, aside from slowdown in momentum upward. It is now starting to move and accelerate downward. Once the price channel is broken the immediate support I will be watching is the 20 moving average line at 4275. If that won't hold then the next major support to look at will be the confluence of the 50 and 200 moving average lines at 4175 to 4180. Good luck to your trades.

Stock Pick: AGI

Figure 1: AGI Price Chart

The three of them are very responsible young women. They work in regular jobs and know how to save their money.

After many years of savings, each of them had P100,000.

It was their mother who taught them to save a part of their income each month. Sadly, her instruction ended there. She never told them where
Penelope thinks she was wiser than her sister Pamella. Because she places her money in a bank. Result? Her money grew by 1% a year.
Penelope divided her P100,000 into these companies.

Result after one year?

Her money in Ayala Land grew by 49%.

Her money in Energy Development Corporation grew by 33% since we recommended it last March 2010.

Her money in DMCI (DMC) grew by 64% since we recommended it last Sept 2010.

Her money in Nickel Asia grew by 49% since we recommended it last Oct 2010.

And her money in Lepanto grew by 157% since we recommended it last Dec 2010.

(Note: Please don’t buy most of these stocks today. I’m recommending a new set of Stocks right now.)

Result? Her money grew over 50% to 60% in less than a year! That growth is absolutely phenomenal.

Because even at only 20% growth a year, Petunia would have P4 Million in 20 years. That’s if she doesn’t add money each month.

But that’s not our method. I always tell our Members to add their small investments each month. Even if Petunia adds only P2000 per month, at the end of 20 years, she’ll have P11 Million.

Question: Do you want to be Pamella, or Penelope, or Petunia?

Petunia is very happy with her earnings.

She’s also happy that because of the TrulyRichClub, she’s not going into the Stock Market blind. (As you can guess by now, her real name isn’t Petunia, nor does she have two sisters named Pamella and Penelope. But their story is absolutely true, reflecting the stories of thousands of people I know.)

By the way, my letter today isn’t for everyone.

Please disregard if this isn’t your concern.

I don’t expect everyone to join my TrulyRichClub.

If this isn’t for you, I apologize for bothering you with this letter.

Because today,I’m specifically writing to people who want to grow their financial life—and who want my guidance in investing in the Stock Market.

Are you tired of being stuck in a rut in your finances?

Are you tired of your lingering debts?

Are you tired of feeling the pain of wanting to help people you love, but can’t, because you don’t have the resources?

Are you tired of your big fears and uncertainty?

You can learn how to invest your money in the best way.

By the way, the TrulyRichClub isn’t just about Stock Market investing. That’s only one part. In the TrulyRichClub, aside from teaching people how to grow in their financial life, I also teach people how to grow in their spiritual life. For what’s the use of growing in your finances if you lose your soul?

To know more about the TrulyRichClub, click the link below:

Yes Bo, teach me how to grow my money!

Tell me more about the TrulyRichClub

PSE Index Chart Analysis for the Week (November 13-19, 2011)

Figure 1: PSE Index Chart Analysis

Not much was change to our index last week. It continues to move upward and was able to retest its major trendline resistance. The only drawback I can see right now is the lack of upward momentum. There was a bearish divergence between the price and the RSI indicator. Unless that major trendline trendline is broken, I am expecting our index to move sideways for now.

BEL Chart Analysis

Here's something to think about:
