Since the iPhone 3GS Jailbreak has become available we have heard people are having problems with Push Notification.

Either the Push Notification is not working, or not working properly. The Dev Team have noted they still have some remaining 3.0 jailbreak issues to investigate including push notification, especially as Purplera 1n and redsn0w are now coming on line with iPhone 3GS Jailbreak solutions.

If you already have the new 3GS phone, done a full USB dump, captured your img3’s, signed with your ECID then you are fine, you should always be able to jailbreak. If you are looking to buy the 3GS iPhone you will not already have an ECID (unique chip ID).The jailbreak requires at least one signed iBoot-family img3 for your device and needs to have an exploitable bug, you either have your signed exploitable iBoot ready to use or you have nothing. Look here for more information.

Apple is always looking at ways to improve on the iPhone operating system and today we learn from unwired view about several new Apple iPhone OS patent applications.

Now it has to be said that these may or may not appear in the next major iPhone OS update, but what we got we’ll pass along anyway, so here they are…

Real world object identification patent which is kind of similar to Nokia’s Point & Find service whereby you point your iPhone at real objects and it will deliver relevant info…Face detection and recognition; well this one needs no explanation.

Text Message Filtering enables the filtering and controlling of various text communications…Smarter messaging interface to make the overall messaging experience easier…Changes voice output whereby it is possible to alter audio output from the iPhone.

Anything you would like to see in the next iPhone OS?

The HTC manufactured T-Mobile Dash 3G has now finally made an appearance on the T-Mobile website according to a report on mobileburn and commanding a price tag of $169.99 with a 2 year contract although the suggest retail price is $349.99.

For putting your signature to that agreement you’ll get a Windows mobile 6.1 Standard Edition based T-Mobile Dash 3G with a full QWERTY keyboard, and a 2.4 inch QVGA display.

Other specs include Microsoft Exchange support, GPS, WiFi, 3 megapixel camera, Bluetooth 2.0, and available in red accents that makes the original Dash seem somewhat outdated.

Well according to an article on engadget mobile, T-Mobile has no less than 17 accessories to go along with your new T-Mobile myTouch 3G.

The accessories range from a black or white USB cable to a cool snap on battery extender that boosts battery life by some 50 percent, or maybe you’ll opt for a myTouch logo computer mug along with a few customised myTouch shells.

Obviously a must see for all those U2 fans out there, but it is only 60 seconds long but the song seem kind of cool, and basically that is all one can say about this short video.

So all that is left for me to say is hit up the BlackBerry Loves U2 video below and enjoy the song, and no doubt more BlackBerry U2 video ads will surface soon.

It appears, according to an article on phone arena, that the Samsung technical design bots have been busying themselves trying to come up with a way of packing a QWERTY keyboard into their touch screen mobile phones.

Samsung has filed a patent application for what looks to be two side mounted half QWERTY folding keyboards which flip down from inside the phones body.

I’m not too sure just how comfortable this design would be to use or just how stable those flip QWERTY’ would be, but it is good to know the phone designers are still trying to come up with new things.

Automattic have kept their promise of a Wordpress app on Blackberry devices, much as they have on the iPhone platform. Obviously time is needed for the application to become polished but even at this time looks and feels great, is nice and smooth, easy to configure and able to admin all functions direct from your Blackberry right down to approving and unapproving comments.

Page creation and picture uploading right from the device’s camera are all supported although according to Simon Sage he uses microSD memory card with adapter in his current point-and-shoot and says “a little switcheroo would make uploading quality pics to the blog while on the go simple enough”.Bold, Curve8900, Storm and 8700 are all supported in the WordPress have a look here at the video.

There’s been quite a bit of news about the T-Mobile myTouch 3G handset lately, and today we bring you a myTouch 3G hands-on video for your viewing pleasure.

The review found the stock Android 1.5 keyboard to be a “step back,” and although usable they missed the space bar, while responsiveness simply was up at the level of HTC.

However the prediction was fairly good, but generally the handset seems to be last generation rather than new generation. Anyway, enough of me; hit up the video below for more insight into T-Mobile’s next Android handset.

I am sure you will be quite intrigued by this concept Feutrefon Feltphone mobile phone designed by Matthias Pugin.

The Feutrefon Feltphone is a concept foldable mobile, featuring leather and felt case. The inner black body and outer white surface of this mobile phone would capture the attention of a whole range of users. When unfolded, the Feutrefon becomes flat, without any noticeable joints between the lower and upper part, it folds closed nicely and opens up without any break in any of the materials.

Its keyboard is designed in a way in which to give the impression of touch buttons, includes leather surface, Velcro washer, display electronic module keypad, SIM slot, battery and laser-cut felt and is available in three different colours, blue, white and green. The Feutrefon comes across as being a bit like a wallet, fold it up and put it in your pocket.

According to an article over on tmonews, if you take a good look at the T-Mobile myTouch 3G mini site there is mention of Visual Voicemail.

There has been much rumour of Visual Voicemail coming to T-mobile sometime this month, round about the 16th, and rumour of it alongside the myTouch 3G.

Thus it does look like the rumour is to become reality and if not by the 16th then surely at the latest sometime in August, so anyone whose pre-ordered the myTouch 3G can soon look forward to Visual Voicemail.

You’ve probably heard of the Sony Ericsson Rachael, so how about a cool glimpse at the Sony Ericsson Rachael Android operating system?

We have below for your viewing pleasure a video showing the Sony Ericsson Rachael user interface demonstration which shows quite a few applications and is certainly different to the Android OS on my G1.

It has to be said, the nicest feature is the way your contacts stack up like a pile of cards while a sideways swipe allows Facebook and Twitter categories along with email. So hit up the video demo below and get to know the Sony Ericsson Rachael Android UI.

Looks like the mobile phone toting ladies are about to get a real life hero from the Carphone Warehouse as pocket-lint info shows that the Carphone Warehouse Coming soon page shows a pink version of the HTC Hero.

Apparently the Pink HTC Hero will launch at the same time as the other in July although the Carphone Warehouse hasn’t stated the availability of this particular colour.

The Pink HTC Hero looks subdued and not a garish as most pink handsets targeted towards the ladies, so may just do well when it becomes available.
