Back on September 24th, one of my best friends, Dana, married her college sweetheart, Dan. I was privileged enough to be in the bridal party, so these are just a few shots I snapped when I wasn't doing my obligations as a bridesmaid, Dana had other professionals photographing her wedding.

Last wedding to catch up on :) 2010-11-12 Christine & Mike

Christine and Mike's wedding was my last wedding of the 2010 year and also my last wedding to fly back and forth from California to Indiana for after I had moved to California in July. It was also a lot of fun despite being the last Indiana / 2010 wedding! I ended up photographing Mike's because his friend Tom (of Tom and Sheila whose wedding I shot back in 2009) recommended me. Tom, Mike and I are all photographers, so that meant that like all weddings I've gotten to shoot for fellow photographers that was *ample* amounts of time allocated in the schedule for photo taking! Definitely that is my favorite part of shooting weddings for other photographers :)

This is possibly the photo that makes me laugh harder than any other wedding photo I've ever taken.

Buffy and James are dear friends of mine, I used to work with them together at Best Buy back in the day. It was such a honor to help them out in a touch situation and get them the wedding photography they deserved. They were also gracious enough to let me stay with them so I didn't need a hotel when I flew back to Indiana for the wedding :) I love you guys! So happy I was able to do this for you.

August 14th, 2010 - Suddy and Andy's wedding in England!

I had never been to the UK before...until Andy said that he would fly me out in exchange for me photographing his wedding! So Terry and I headed to the UK for a 2 week adventure and photographed Andy & Suddy's fabulous wedding in the middle of our vacation. Thanks you two for giving me the opportunity to come to Europe / the UK for the first time ever, had it not been for your wedding I still would never have been to London/Sheffield/etc! It was almost my first Hindu ceremony / British civil ceremony, so very educational day overall!

I went to college with Joy, so she asked me if I would take some engagement photos for her and her fiance. They had a different photographer for their wedding as I flew to the UK for Andy & Suddy's wedding the day that Joy & Michael were getting married. New Domain / New Facebook Fan Page

As some of you may have noticed, the URL here changed! I recently rebranded the business to "Photography by Cat" and so this meant the introduction of the new logo / new domain / etc... and since facebook doesn't let you rename existing facebook pages, that meant I had to create a new one and start moving all the fans over there.

Susan & Mike's February 6th Wedding

Last month I was flown up to Minnesota to photograph Susan & Mike's wedding at St. Olaf college. I got to attend and snap some shots at their rehearsal and rehearsal dinner and then photograph the actual wedding the following day. It was a lovely ceremony and my best wishes go to the bride and groom!

My cousins

November 15th - Jessica's Senior Portraits (college)
