During my last senior session with Kylee I snuck in a few pictures of Jbaby before and after and even a couple in between. She wanted to get out of the stroller and have her picture taken, but posing isn’t really her thing yet. I’m hoping that we will reach the stage of posing and holding still for a minute soon.

I’m so glad that Kylee asked me to do some Spring Senior pictures for her. You can see her first Senior session that I did last Fall here. We had a blast walking around downtown Salt Lake. We started at the Main Street Plaza and ended in an alleyway, with more than a few stops along the way. Luckily the rain stayed away while we were out adventuring.

When you schedule a portrait session for April 10th you would think that you’d get a nice Spring day with blooming trees and flowers and maybe even some green grass in the background. But not always the case in Utah. Instead I can’t tell for sure if these pictures were taken in November or April. And I sit here writing this post on April 30th watching the snow fall outside my window. Sometimes I feel that I live in Michigan or Montana or some other more northern state. Spring is fickle in Utah but when it does arrive and decide to stay, it is beautiful.

In spite of the weather we had a great session. In between poses everyone put their jackets back on and we’d get hopeful everytime the sun would peek from behind the clouds. Have fun on your mission Zak!!

I took a few shots of my girls before some sessions at Wheeler Farm. I know I’m baised but I think they are absolutely beautiful. Now that my kids are grown it’s hard to get pictures (or even time) with them all together. It seems I’m always missing one, and this day we were missing the Daniel. Time to gather them all together for some updated pictures. I just love taking pictures of my kids. And everyone knows how I feel about pictures of my grandbaby.

Look at these beautiful eyes! She is just so adorable and she let me snuggle with her! She’s only 6 months younger than Jbaby, but oh she made me realize how fast Jbaby is growing. I’ve turned into this mushy Nana person that wants to snuggle all babies. Oh wait, I already was that person even before being a Nana.
