The gut is a long digestive tube which starts at the mouth and ends at the large intestines.

I’ve been using SpiruKELP since July 2008 and I can share with you some physical health changes that I’ve noticed to date:

1. Although it is not a probiotic food like yogurt or kefir, SpiruKELP improves digestion by
cleaning out the digestive tract and by inhibiting the growth of
disease-causing microbes (bacteria, fungi, viruses). I am parasite-free
(specifically worms) so someone with parasites would have to give a

2. I’ve been excreting smaller stools so this means that my body is
actually utilizing the nutrients in foods consumed while maintaining my
weight(I take SpiruKELP 1/2 hr before breakfast — see website’s FAQ) and
my stools have a slight odor, not the disgusting odor that is associated
with eating a Western diet. Just looking at my stools and noting the smell
tell me how my body is functioning. If I eat sugar which my body has a
hard time metabolizing as we get older, the odor (and the flatulence)
notifies me.

3. Compared to most people, my physical health is generally good. I’ve
always been health-conscious and now I’m much healthier than I was 20
years ago since improving my diet and nutrition and removing poisonous
mercury amalgams from my mouth. I used to get the cold (or flu or whatever
toxic soup they pollute our air, water, food and soil with) once per year
but I’m free from that now for 4 years.

However, I started getting cold sores since taking the “flu vaccine” in
2004 — this event led me to discover that mercury in this toxic soup was
the real cause of my diminished immune function. Since I had 3 mercury
amalgams outgassing in my mouth and contaminating my brain continuously, I
unknowingly increased my body’s toxic load with additional mercury from
the vaccine (plus the attenuated virus which contained Herpes Simplex) and
my immune system could not fight off this additional load of poison.
Before 2004, I never had cold sores but I was determined to find and heal
the root cause (no pun intended) of this condition and this birthed my
SpiruKELP product. (The virus lives at the tips of nerve endings and
although “experts” claim that there is no cure, anyone who knows about the
complexes that mercury poison forms with other nasties contained in toxic
vaccine soups and works to detox/purge them, I know that there is a cure
for everything). I knew that nutrient dificiency and toxicity was the
cause of 90% of all diseases/ailments/conditions but I had no idea that I
had the nastiest poison right there in my mouth doing the devil’s work
undetected and in plain sight for years.

4. The ingredients in SpiruKELP (namely the spirulina and kelp) are whole
food supplements in themselves and combined, they are the KEY to the
acronym I HELP (immunity, health/nutrition, energy/vitality,

In summary, SpiruKELP can rejuvenate the lymphatic system:

(fancy apple cider vinegar) remedies as antiseptic and digestive aid.

Brewers’ yeasts and Spirulina are the only protein supplements that are non-mucoid forming in the intestines.

Another factor is Spirulina’s has high fibre content including 89.7% non-fibrous fibre. The non-fibrous material is possibly the main reason why Spirulina can reduce serum cholesterol levels. The non fibrous element in fibre contains fruit gelatine, a partial fibre component, plant gelatine and a gelatinous substance, all of which reduce serum cholesterol levels.

Dear Dr. Daniel, I am on GFCF (gluten free, casein free) diet. Because of this I have to eat gluten-free products and many of those contain soy. There’s not a whole lot of other options. Since I must eat soy, how do I go about choosing the healthier options.  Which brands do you recommend?  — Jeannie
