Per la Riduzione:&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 cucchiai di aceto bianco &lt;br /&gt;
- 3 cucchiai di zucchero &lt;br /&gt;
- 4 lamponi &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Per guarnire:&lt;br /&gt;
- germogli di soia&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparazione:&lt;br /&gt;
mettere a bollire, vino aceto e alloro.&lt;br /&gt;
Tritare basilico, prezzemolo, capperi e aglio.&lt;br /&gt;
Con l'aiuto della pellicola battere il filetto di trota. Salarlo, peparlo e farcirlo con il trito aromatico.&lt;br /&gt;
Avvolgere poi il rotolo di trota nella pellicola, stringendo per bene gli estremi.&lt;br /&gt;
Bucherellare la trota e mettere a cuocere nella bagna .&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Per la riduzione scaldare in una padella 3 cucciai di aceto, 3 cucchiai di zucchero e 4 lamponi.&lt;br /&gt;
Fare raddensare.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

mettere a cuocere le penne.&lt;br /&gt;
Tritare le erbe.&lt;br /&gt;
Mettere a sciogliere il burro con un goccio d'olio, le erbe e fare rosolare.&lt;br /&gt;
Unire anche il formaggio spalmabile e un po' di acqua di cottura. Fare sciogliere la cremina.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;"&gt;Ingredienti:&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 cespi di radicchio&lt;br /&gt;
- olio &lt;br /&gt;
- 1 pera &lt;br /&gt;
- 100 g di scamorza affumicata &lt;br /&gt;
- 1 rotolo di pasta sfoglia &lt;br /&gt;
- pangrattato qb &lt;br /&gt;
- acqua qb &lt;br /&gt;
- sale&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparazione:&lt;br /&gt;
affettare il radicchio e metterlo a stufare in padella.&lt;br /&gt;
Tagliare la pera a dadini e la scamorza a pezzetti.&lt;br /&gt;
Aggiungere le pere al radicchio in padella e farle saltare qualche minuto.&lt;br /&gt;
Intanto stendere la sfoglia tagliandone via 3 striscioline per la decorazione.&lt;br /&gt;
Coprire la sfoglia di pan grattato, aggiungere la scamorza al radicchio e alle pere (che nel frattempo si sono raffreddate).&lt;br /&gt;
Farcire la sfoglia, fare la decorazione con le strisce di sfoglia messe da parte.&lt;br /&gt;

Si consiglia di eliminare latte, latticini e la cioccolata.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;"&gt;Vi sono anche rimedi naturali a base di erbe, ma prima di utilizzarli è opportuno consultare il medico omeopata, oppure per la parte estetica.
