We had two of these kinds of delays with our Ethiopia adoption (fortunately pre-travel purchase) – and these things do happen for a reason. On our trip, we ended up there at the same time as Holt's second anniversary in the country and traveling with the Chairman of Holt's board…so many great opportunities as a result. So watch out closely for who you meet while you're there!

I am excited that your flight was able to be changed relatively inexpensively and sad that the date was pushed back. I love you guys so much and continue to pray for the process. You are right, God is in control and His timing is always perfect.
