The Best Ever Question & Answer Book is Coming!

Recently, I reviewed the most wonderful question and answer book by OwlKids Books. It was called WHY? and I thought it was the best ever question and answer book that had ever been or could ever be written. Seems there’s a new kid–I mean book in town, and it brags about being just as good, if not better, than its fraternal twin, WHY? The new book is called called HOW? The Best Ever Question and Answer Book. I’ve included the cover above and this video so you can get an idea of the type of information you’ll get if you decide to order the book. New Voices Award Competition 2012

Hello Picture Book Lovers, I hope you’re preparing to enter the 12th Annual New Voices Award Competition, sponsored by Lee and Low Books. What?? You’ve never heard of the New Voices Award Competition? Well, it’s a competition for writers of color to enter their 1,500-word (or less) fiction or nonfiction picture book for a chance to win $1,000 and a publishing contract. Hello Everybody, Welcome back to Picture Book Depot! I’m sorry we were gone so long, but we’ve been far, far away in the land of theme updates. Playing catch-up and making the necessary adjustments to accommodate the updated theme hasn’t been easy, PLUS, we’re still tweaking everything, so you might find it a bit cumbersome to get around.
