This will be the final post about my trip to Paris with my girlfriend

I had a total of 8 parts! It sums up 4 days and 3 nights.

We visited the Catacombs of Paris, the underground cemetery holds the remains of about 6 million people! This was very special to see, and believe me it stinks...

Before this we already checked out of our hotel. so we didn't have to go back to the hotel and see

some more interesting stuff on our way back to Gare Du Nord.

So this is part seven already of my pictures of Paris, but I can tell you it's not the last ;)

These picture are taken in Les Invalides in Paris. the site is enormous and it houses the grave of Napoleon. There is some really beautiful architectural builds around!

And some pictures of the Eiffel tower, wile we bought a ticket for a tour bout trip!

The Effel tower or Tour d' Eiffel is the most biggest structure in Paris.

Many tourist come to visit the Eiffel tower to get a beautiful look over the city of Paris.

Me and my girlfriend wanted to go up too, so we did! To bad we only could go up to floor 2, the Top was closed :(

There pictures are from Montmartre, It's famous for the Sacre Coeur and it's the highest place of Paris. The place has a nice atmosphere and it has a great view over the city Paris. We also had dinner over there, many restaurants are located here!

Back home

Getting back to The Netherlands from Paris.

We checked out of the hotel at 10pm and left to the Cattacombs. after a long time waiting we got inside. It was a long walk downstairs but realy awesome that the whole hallway is under Paris for like 2km. In the middle where all sorts of skeleton remains, they where stacked like brick wall. it was quite an amazing sight. there where so much bones inside there.

After 1hour we got out. and got some dinner. We visited 2 old churches and took of, we got on the metro, direction Gara du Nord (north train station) and got on the Thalys back to Belgium, from Belgium to The Netherlands!

It's our last 24hours in paris. Yesterday we visited the Louvre building, and then we walked to the champs elysee, it's a realy long walk straight to the Arch de Triomphe. but what a great view you have up there over the city :D

We took a metro to the Notre-dame, it's alright and a great church to visit. It was getting late so we agreed to take a restaurant and had a good meal.

The sun was setting when we took of to the biggest landmark, the Eiffel tower, since it was dark the tower was beautiful lit. when we got in the lift the view was even better. Our lift stopped at the 2th stop. And I have never seen such a nice view at night over a city, everything was lit.

Travel to Paris

At 7:00 we both woke up to begin our journey Paris. First we walked to the bus station and got on the bus to Leiden, from Leiden to The Hage to Bruxelles South/midi to our final destination Paris du Nord.

But not at our hotel, so we bought a 5-day Metro ticket to travel trough whole of Paris, and got to our hotel after some card reading xD. As we speak we are looking for a place to dinner :)

The LAN party has ended today. we had great fun and loads of frags. We ended the session with some minecraft.

Tomorrow I'm going to visit Paris with my girlfriend for 3 nights :) lets hope the mess of the tour de france is cleaned up so we could visit all important landmarks :) And expect some pictures!!
