PiggyDrop

Yeah, an update!

2011-03-12T15:29:00.000+01:00

I just released version 0.9.9 a second ago, recent changes are:

- Added a Calibrating-Function, this should fix the bug that it's not woring on the moto xoom, if it still doesn't work, please sent an e-mail asap!
- Added an option with which you can align the buttons on the left or right side of the screen -> improving one-hand playing
- Fixed the character-selection bug on HTC Hero (yes you can stop giving bad ratings because of that now)
- Added a new Character!

and we even made the cat unlockable for the free version!

Enjoy! I could upload some screenshots of the new character now but the screen-capture function of my phone somehow bugs around, I'll probably add some of those later! Oh and it's a sheep, btw.

What the- ?

2011-03-10T22:10:00.001+01:00

Ha, I thought nobody would actually read this blog, that's why it wasn't frequently updated.... but, I checked just now, and we actually have a bunch of visitors, that's amazing, I'll make sure to post the updates sooner and more often ;)

Future Updates.

2011-02-07T13:07:00.001+01:00

As you might have seen, piggy drop doesn't have a 1.x.x version number. That's because it's not finished yet. There are still a lot of features that we will add in the up coming weeks.

1. Some new gameplay possibilities. You don't have to use those but if you do, you might get a better score.
2. Improved graphics.
3. Sounds.
And we will add new game modes from time to time. Like "classic" or "disco".

SCORELOOP!

2011-02-07T13:01:00.000+01:00

Piggydrop does have an online highscore! We added scoreloop support as a easy to use and decent leaderboard. Try to get to the top of the list!

New PowerUP

2011-01-04T01:50:00.000+01:00

Added a new powerup or rather powerDown which shoots you straight up in the air
I also modified the fire a bit so it might either harm or help you, except if you play the dragon it'll always be good for you

Screen of the new PowerUP

A simple red arrow pointing upwards, nothing special atall.

Improved the platform shrinking and extending powerUps

2011-01-03T18:47:00.000+01:00

I updated those two powerUps, because it had almost no effect atall in the last version, I also added some colorfull glowing effect to those platforms
Screens:

Green PowerUp: Increases the distance between the platforms

Red PowerUpDown: Shrinks the holes

Other things I did: Imrpoved performance, doesn't allocate that much memory anymore, hope it works better on some weaker devices now

Hint to unlock characters

I added a tiny note about how to unlock the characters
I'll also show a screenshot of those hints here, so you won't have to wait until the next update to see them:
