		<description>I have been a little re-miss in keeping this blog updated with news and encouragement in the past few weeks. The studio has been busy and the results are showing in all who regularly workout within the Movement Space. While Pilates Mat and Reformer sessions are regularly attended, capturing video images as I teach these classes is next to impossible.
