Fist thing’s first, read the instructions! But if you’re too lazy to click the button, here’s a quick summary:

1) Each game, you have 50 snowballs
2) To aim, put you mouse on or near the target, to throw a snowball simply click
3) Do not hit a faerie, you will loose 10 snowballs
4) If you hit Dieter the Polarchuck, you gain 10 snowballs

All of the pets earn you 10 points in the middle and 5 points slightly outside except the Meepit. This earns you double. (20 points, and 10 points.)

There are two ways of getting more snowballs. One of them was said above, hit the Polarchuck. Another is to type snowghettiandmeatball (when there is enough space). Each gets you 10 more snowballs.

One last tip. If the snow is falling to the right, click slightly to the left and vice versa.

Happy Snowball Fights! – Pendragon13

The game Imperial Exam is quite simple. You play a blue Kacheek who decides whether or not each one of the upcoming neopets gets to become a scholar or not. The problem is is that there are a lot of neopets that are posing to be scholars, but really can not spell a word. It’s your job to allow the right neopets in, and keep the bad ones out.

Now I know what you’re thinking. “UGH SPELLING!” or “UGH EDUCATIONAL!” but it’s really not that hard. It’s merely a press of a button and knowing how to spell the word. The up and down keys are what you use throughout the entire game. Up means correct, down means false. Me personally I’m a horrible speller, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t win all 5 rounds of the game just because you’re a bad speller.

The game sends out a bunch of mistakes per level. There is Basic, Intermediate, and Advance. Advance the mistakes are more challenging as well as the words (some of them you might not even know), but no worries! Yes you are timed in this game, but if you don’t know a word, don’t know if it’s right or wrong, you can turn it down and be safe. You can turn down as many neopets as you want, but I wouldn’t suggest doing that too often considering you lose 5 points every time you turn one of the right pets down. As far as pets that are wrong, you only get 3 chances and then game over.

In case you were wondering WHAT exactly the words are in all of the levels I wrote them down all correctly spelled. Might want to do a bit of studying if you don’t know.

A lot of words, but when you’re playing it doesn’t seem like much. (P.S. If I’ve missed a word please say so. I do believe I have gotten them all though.)

Common mistakes people tend to make are with it’s ANCE or ENCE. PerserverANCE and occurENCE for example. Also is it E Y or I? Receive as opposed to Recieve or Chief as opposed to Cheif. Pay attention to when you see the word. Think to yourself “Are there too many letters? With two of that letter or is it one? Is there not enough letters?”. The mistakes that the neopets can make can be in basic “betweeen” with 3 e’s rather than 2. It’s sometimes hard to notice if you aren’t fully paying attention. After a while the word becomes second nature to you.

I would suggest starting off in basic mode and trying to complete all 5 rounds without mistakes. If you can do that, or complete all 5 rounds in general, you get a 200 point bonus at the end. If you do a perfect game and complete all 5 rounds, you’ll get 1000 neopoints in the end, and that’s less than 10 minutes for one game! Afterwards then do medium. Obvious mistakes are obvious, things you are doubtful on it’s up to you to decide -5 points or losing a chance depending on how well you are doing. – sailorstars

That’s it for my guide and thank you! Questions?

FOOD:

I just read a guide (not on PinkPT) where it said, “Don’t feed your neopets, they won’t die anyway”. Yeah, you do save neopoints, but your neopets won’t like you much anymore. If you don’t want to use thousands of neopoints on food for your neopets, why not send them to the Neolodge? Where is it? In the Neopian Central. You don’t have to book them on the most expensive Neo-hotel, you can send them to cockroach towers, and order all the extras; It will cost you 300 nps if you book 4 pets!!! That’s a good deal=)

GAMES:

In many guides I have seen that they say “Play Meerca chase II, it will get you 1000 Nps in one day”. Not if your not good in it! Usually I play Jolly Jugglers, Hannah and the Ice Caves, Hannah and the Pirate Caves and Whack-A-Kass (all 3 times a day), because I’m good in those games (at least I think so!) Anyway, to make neopoints from games YOU have to play the games YOU are good in.

Of course you can play Kacheek Seek, Potato counter, Pyramids and Sakhmet Solitaire, cause all you need is luck not so much skill.

Play games you are good in 3 times a day (or more to practice), Then you WILL get better.

SAVING:

In many other guides it says, “Don’t buy, every item you see” and I totally agree) but of course, do buy something! I think the only items you should NOT buy is plushies (if you don’t have a gallery called “my plushies”), usuki dolls (if you don’t have a gallery called “my usuki dolls” and clothes (if you… you know what I’m going to say).

THE AUTHORS’ LAST WORDS:

Now my guide is finished, and I just want to say that I don’t have a million neopoints, I don’t have much, really. But when I started to play the 4 games I’m good at every time I’m on Neopets – I have been much richer

AND I HOPE THIS GUIDE WORKS FOR YOU! =) – anniebunny923, TessuSmile, JellyBellySweetCandy, Spirt22222887 and LittleHappyLove

Get rich quick! Are you poor? A newbie, with no clue on how to make neopoints? Been on a while but still have trouble? Or rich already but want to know how to get even more? Then read this article, if you follow the tips, you will be rich in no time.

1) Open a bank account.

2) Put all your neopoints (np) in the bank at the end of each day.

3) Collect your interest every day before you do anything else

4) Only feed your neopets food you get for free (i.e. the giant omelette).

5) Go to the Tombola, Healing spring, Coltzans Shrine, Fruit Machine, etc every day. Your pets will either get healed, you will get np or a random item which you can sell.

6) Don’t buy anything! No matter how much you want it, just put it on your wishlist and maybe buy it later.

7) Only sell things that you get for free. Even junk items as every little helps you get closer to getting rich.

8) Play games every day. Even ones you don’t like or aren’t very good at. Do the best you can and send score when you think you have done well. (For example, on Meerca Chase 1 and 2 I only send score if I have got over 200 points). If you’re not doing anything, go on random games.

9) Do the Surveys whenever you can (Survey can be found at the bottom of the home page)

10) Refer people to Neopets. That way, if they join, you will get prizes (but don’t scam people in to it as that is known as scamming and you will be frozen) To refer someone get them to click on a certain link. For example, if I were referring, the link would be: http://www.neopets.com/refer.phtml?username=crashedandburned – you would need to change ‘crashedandburned’ at the end, to your username.

Daily Links

Dailies you can do once a day

http://www.neopets.com/island/tombola.phtml
http://www.neopets.com/desert/fruitmachine.phtml
http://www.neopets.com/prehistoric/omelette.phtml
http://www.-blocked-/jelly.phtml

Dailies which can be done multiple times a day

http://www.neopets.com/water/fishing.phtml (every 3-4 hours but it is completely random)
http://www.neopets.com/faerieland/springs.phtml (every half an hour)
http://www.neopets.com/desert/shrine.phtml (every 12 hours. You can sometimes get rare items from this, but not all the time, so be patient)

If you have under 3000np you can feed your pets until they’re bloated at the soup kitchen http://www.neopets.com/soupkitchen.phtml

And there are 10 tips and some links for you. These things helped me get rich quick, but it depends on how often you come on. You should come on at least once a day even if it’s only to get you interest from the bank. Got any questions then you can neomail me.

If you have any suggestions on what I could write next, please neomail me and say so as I want to help everyone and I enjoy writing these things. (Even though they may be rubbish.) – crashedandburned

Do you get mad because it seems like your pet(s) are always hungry? Or because you keep having to find food at reasonable prices? If you know how to fill up your pet without spending money then i say don’t waste your time reading this article because it will only be a waste of time to you. If you don’t know how please read on. It will be very helpful. It will not only save you loads of np, but save you time which you can be spending to make np.

First, there is the healing springs. This is random though so you might not get it. If you do it should say “All your pets are healed and not hungry anymore.” You can do this every 60 minutes or one full hour. Location: Faerie Land

There is also a giant omelette in Tyrannia which you can receive a free piece of omelette each day. You have to do this daily though. If you don’t, the piece of omelette that you have received won’t be enough. The down part is that you can feed a omelette piece only three times, so if you have over three pets it won’t be enough. Location: Tyrannia

Thirdly, there is the money tree. You can get free food, but you have to be fast because there are over 23 million owners and 36 million pets to be fed. You will find a guide on the left side of this site to help you with getting food from the money tree. Next, if you are very poor and have less than 1,000np you can go to the soup kitchen while the soup faerie feeds your pets soup. This way is very good if you are poor. Its guaranteed to have soup and it won’t cost you even 1np. Location: Shops

Then there is always Coltzan’s Shrine. This is also random because there are many possibilities. Something can happen to your pet and sometimes nothing. Sometimes you can also gain food. Its usually broken or burn desert food, but its still food. Location: Lost Dessert

The Fruit Machine will work to as it gives you fruit which is food. The bad part about the fruit machine is that you might get nothing. Good part is if you have a good spin you can also win np as long with the fruit. Location: Lost Dessert

Lastly, there is tombola. This is random as you get merchandise too, but you will always earn something from it. As a booby prize you can receive food. You can go to tombola every 48 hours or 2 days. Location: Mystery Island

I hope this guide will help you with feeding you pet(s). It has 4 ways and each has its ups and downs. Poor= soupkitchen Saver=Omelette, Healing Springs. The money tree fits into both catergories. Thank-you for reading Feeding Your Pet! – Shelly (ice_hail1990315)

PART ONE: A Name

First things first. You will need a name for your guild, Make it flashy and original, for instance say you were to make an anime guild, you might try the name, ~The~Anime~Club~. Flashy original, and catchy. Then you will need a good description of your guild. Don’t say something like, “LOoKIng 4 a gR8 GuILd? TheN lOOK nO fuRtHer!” That is hard to read and not very descriptive. Try something like, “Looking for a great guild? Why not try our guild? We have giveaways, contests, MOTW, POTW, PPOTW, and so much more!” That attracts a lot of people by telling them a little about your guild, and making it sound like a really good guild

PART TWO: A Layout

Another thing you need badly is a good layout. A layout has maybe one or a few pictures, similar to a blog, word boxes for contests, updates, and links. Maybe you have a guild about faeries, you won’t want a guild with a Darigan layout, as promising as that sounds Also try making the colors of your guild match the colors of the layout, or the theme. A faerie guild should have bright colors, while a Darigan guild should be a dark purple theme.

PART THREE: Good Aspects of Guilds

Most guilds have a web site. This web site is a place where you can tell people about your guild, like certain contests, it might have banners and ads for your guild. A website really draws in a crowd. Also try having an easy way to navigate it. maybe making your own layout with CSS if you know it. If you don’t, you could get a custom made on from a site.

PART FOUR: Average Contest and Give Away Types

Most guilds have a lot of different contests. Some include top donator, Member of The Month (MOTM), Member of The Week (MOTW), or other similar BLANK of The Week/Month. Others have find monster contests, most active member, most referred, etc. etc. Many of those will help get a good going guild. Newbie packs seem to be a must for a guild, a good combination which appears very commonly among the best guilds are

One Toy/Plushie
One Book
Three Food Items
One Faerie/Codestone

Those combinations are apparently good and if they help draw in members, why not?

PART FIVE: Choosing Council

Ok so you have a few members because you have been advertising, you have been advertising right? Well anyway, you have a few members and some are more active than others. Some are active often, some donate often, and some don’t do much any thing. Ones that post or donate often are good for council – generally. I don’t delete people who don’t do anything because the more members you have in your guild, the closer to the beginning of the searches your guild will be, but it’s your guild.

PART SIX: Keeping a Good Guild

A good idea is to make a separate account for your guild, to have a donation shop and giveaway shop. Don’t put this account on council because, you are already on council and that’s unfair to the members.

PART SEVEN: Good Bye

Thanks for listening and I hope your guild goes well. If you have any questions, my main username is ryu882. My guild account is ryu883. Have a good day – ryu882

A guide to your perfect painted pet: Step_by_Step to your colorful friend:

1.First and most importantly you need to choose a pet and a pet color. If you want your pet painted within less than a month dont set your goal on being a paintbrush worth over 1 mill. Try for something smaller, for ex: a glowing or a strawberry fields forever paintbrush. 2.Second, pick the color. You want a color that your pet will look cool in and that youll like for a while. If you are not interested in the cheaper paintbrushes, you may have to wait a little while. Paintbrushes are pretty easy to come by, but trading posts and auctions are the best place. Shops dont often work because the highest things can only be priced at 99,999np. And that is pretty cheap for a paintbrush.

3. Third you need to check the trading posts on how much people want for a paint brush, or what items they want. It is not likely that you already have these items, but playing games each day will get you closer and closer. Another good place to look is the adoption center or peoples personal adoption centers. Although this is a great way to adopt its a lot like the trading posts. You arent necessarily going to get the pet. Neopets’ new rules is that you now have to be 4months to adopt painted or LE (limited edition) pets.

4.Earning is the biggest part of getting a paintbrush. Its earning the neopoints! There are hundreds of guides all over Neopia on how to earn neopoints. You can also check google.com for neopets guides for more neopets or even PinkPT.com (this site)!

5. Trading is also a big part even if you have the right amount of neopoints and what the person wants you have to be open to rejection. You are not always going to get picked. If you feel like you must, you can also neomail the person to let them know you made an offer on their trade, but do NOT do this if it says not to. They will most likely block you (not good =/ ).

6. NOOBS! People hate most in Neopia are people who bid like 3,000np. For a baby paintbrush. You NEED to look at what people sell the item for. 590k=590,000np. NOT 590np. BEWARE (especially if you are the owner of the paint brush, make sure that they are giving you the amount of neopoints its worth)! Also please do NOT offer somebody 100k for a baby paintbrush they are worth another 500k. k=thousand. Make sure you are offering the right amount of neopoints or offering an item that is worth it!

7. Accept ion and Rejectionare the finalized deal. If youre accepted the offer is finalized and there is know turning back! If you really did not like the offer you made than you could always neo-mail that person, but dont expect them to randomly just switch again, after all they were trying to get rid of that item. Rejection is hard to deal with but youll get over it. If you know you have the right amount of neopoints then someone will eventually want to trade, but dont get discouraged if you dont get the item on your first try at the trading post.

8. Painting a Neopetmake sure your paintbrush is in your items box. Then make sure the neopet you want to paint is your main one, is BOLD. Go to the rainbow pool, which can be found in Neopia Central and then paint your pet! – Karen

There are lots of petpets in the world of neo. I am a big petpet fan, so I have written this article about ten of them. Read on

Pet rock
Yes, the first petpet well be looking at is the pet rock. The only problem with having a pet rock is a) They are not fantastic conversationalists, and b), they are always asking for Neopoints. Do you know why? Its because they are stony broke! BOOM! BOOM! Geddit? Oh, never mind. Hold on, thats two reasons why rocks dont make good petpets well have to balance that out with two reasons that rocks make good petpets well err I cant think of any at the current moment, but come back to me later and I might be able to come up with something. And when I mean later I mean in, say The ultimate guide to lots and lots of petpets part six hundred and fifty five

Gnarr
A lesser-known petpet, the gnarr is known to hang around the deserted fairground. They can be won from the test your strength game, and the reason I know this is because I won one. Yippee! The gnarr is a fierce fighter, and when your baby Jubjub says to their gnarr petpet I love Bertie, my gnarr, then little Bertie would probably rip your baby Jubjubs head off. Not a petpet to be messed with.

Wadget
You may remember in Neoquest two, in the lost desert when you were getting attacked by those annoying mutated Wadget Grundos. This therefore means that there is a large stock of Wadgets in the lost desert, together with lots of Grundos. Furthermore, I deduce, my dear Watson, that somebody is going wild with a lab ray in the lost desert! Oh no! But lets just ignore that, and leave it to the warriors of Neopia, while we sit here reading useless articles on every petpet in Neopia.

On the Wadgets description, it says that the Wadget likes nothing better to curl around your neopets neck. This is responsible for 10% of deaths in neopets, 2% higher than the figures produced from Dr. Sloths invasions. Also on the Wadgets description, it claims that Wadgets are sometimes mistaken for necklaceswhich meansoh no! Thats how this wild lab rayer in the lost desert is smuggling in the Wadgets! Eek! Were all doomed! But now, lets all sit back and relax, and read the article about the Icklesaur

Icklesaur
The Icklesaur was evolved from a Tyrannian petpet, similar to the Grarrl, except smaller. This particular colony of petpets emigrated to Neopia, and somehow got through the tough Neopian customs service, and found their way to the rainbow pool. They then had a nasty accident with a baby paintbrushand the Icklesaur was born! If you dont know what an Icklesaur looks like, you can check it out at the all petpets link at pet central.

Khamette
The Khamette is another lesser-known petpet, but maybe the most fun loving petpet of them all. On the description, it says how Khamettes pretend to be treasure, and when somebody tries to pick them up, they bite their fingers and run away giggling. This is proof of the year two scandal, when 1000 adventurers entered a tomb in the lost desert, believing it to be full of treasure, and they came back out with nothing except mouthfuls of dust and sore fingers.

Harris
The sixth petpet here is one that most people have heard ofthe good old Harris! Harrises generally dont say much, and their hobbies include climbing trees, climbing trees, anderrclimbing trees. Give Harrises a tree with lots of branches, and another tree with lots of branches, and youll have a friend for ever.

Psimouse
A rather spooky petpet, even though it does not hang around the haunted woods. It has three eyes, one for seeing, another one for seeing, and one for seeinginto the future! But nobody knows why they always carry that mysterious green umbrella round with them And usually Id leave it there and move on to the next petpet, but instead I interviewed a Psimouse to see just why they always carry round that green umbrella

Me: Psimouse, why do you carry round that mysterious green umbrella?

Psimouse: In case it rains.

So there you are, the total and complete truth on why the Psimouse carries round that mysterious green umbrella. Of course, after this interview I thought to myself; if he was carrying an umbrella, he must have foreseen it raining. All of a sudden, surprise, surprise, we get a heat wave. Psimice cant be right all the time, you know

Filamen
You dont have to read the Filamen any booksits already very bright! BOOM! BOOM! Thats the second absolutely fabulou err corny joke Ive made in this article. I wonder if I can get my hatrick Anyway, the Filamen also looks like a pot plant, if you turn it upside down andumuse your imagination. Alright, enough said about the Filamen, lets move on to the penultimate petpet its the

Baby blu
The Baby blu resembles the Bumaroo and my tale of olde can tell you why

It was a long and stormy night, and OKAY, CUT! Skip all that rubbish and get on with it!

Okay, put simply, a colony of Blumaroos moved, yes, with the colony of pre-Icklesaurs, to Neopia central. They wandered into a large white building, and saw a saying Lab ray do not touch, but they were Blumaroos, and they spoke Blumaranian, so they couldnt read it. They pressed a button and shrank, and then, not being used to their size, clumsily waddled into a little puddle, next to a huge, vast pool and got painted maraquan! So theres the story of the Baby blu!

Thank goodness! Can we get on with the article now?

Alright then. The last cry! petpet on the agenda today, is the

Screwtop
The Screwtop is a rather largeerr screw, with a toolkit in his head. The Screwtop is the only petpet to be banned from the bring in your petpet day at Neoschool. The reason for this is that he provides an opportunity to cheat during D.I.Y. exams.

So there it is. Bah! I didnt get my third corny joke in Ah, well, theres always The ultimate guide to lots and lots of petpets part two! Well, bye for now! – ben100100100509notice

I started playing Neopets about three months ago because a friend was playing it. I was sceptical at first, but when I started playing it, I got immediately hooked. The pets, the battle dome, the shops, the items, all of it, was a cool experience and I would recommend this to anyone who wants something to do that’s fun. One thing that should be changed is the ridiculously high prices for some of these items.

I am a new battle dome player and am enjoying it really well, yet some of the better items that are available are priced WAY to high, and that discourages some players who are new to the game. I like the idea that there are other neoplayers to challenge in a battle, and you can challenge other people that are already there like the Snowager (I haven’t gotten that far yet), and other characters. If there was a way that players like me can obtain some items, without giving an arm and a leg, then it would be helpful for all. Other than that, being a battle dome player is a fun thing to do.

Another thing that a new person can have fun with is all the games that you can choose from and receive awards and trophies for it. Playing games is a great way to earn neopoints, and put your name up on some high scores so that others can see. It can also help you if you want to send your pet to school and let him or her learn some cool new moves. All the games itself are pretty straight forward; follow the instructions and you will be a pro in no time.

The shops are also something that can help people out big time. Whether you are on constantly, or just have a couple hours a day to play, making a shop and having some nice items in it can help out in the money section. The shop wizard is the best way to price your items as to how other people are pricing them. Knowing how to use the wizard effectively and knowing what items to buy is a very good thing. Some other ways to make money is the trading post and putting up an auction. All it takes is practice.

Knowing what times that you can get some really nice free stuff is also something to consider. When the Snowager sleeps, when to go to the money tree, when to go to the Coltzan’s shrine, these are some things that can help you out. They also have some other freebies such as the giant omelette, jelly world, tombola (VERY COOL!!), and the lost city. If you remember to get these items daily, you won’t have to worry about buying anything for your pet to eat since you already have free food for your pet.

These are just some of the things that you can experience on Neopets. The only way that you can understand what I’m trying to say is to sign up and play it for yourself. So go on, what do you have to lose??? – ryche

It’s real simple. All you do it put the item you plan to feed the Turdle with, in the trading post. After that go to the Turdle Racing page and choose the item you put in the trading post from the drop down menu. Then you place your bet and that’s it. Nothing to it. You increase the chances of your Turdle winning and you don’t lose a food item in the process. – Dusty Taylor
