Zoya Nail Polish Collection

As of August 21st 2011, this is my Zoya collection.

As many of you may know, Zoya is my favorite nail polish brand. They have a huge selection of amazing colors! I feel like the Zoya team really puts a lot of effort and care into every color they create. I applaud them for having such great taste in nail color design.

I purchase all of my Zoya products at a local beauty salon. I've heard Ulta carries a small selection as well. Although I don't have an Ulta in my area so unfortunately I can't offer any further information about what they have available. I suggest contacting your local salons and beauty supply stores. You can also order online from the Zoya website or ebay. Hope this helps!

*For color reference, the pinks and corals appear very washed out on camera. They are much more vibrant and richer in real life.

How To Tie a Tie: Half Windsor Knot.

Now personally I love ties, I think they're quite sexy. I don't believe they can only be worn by men either. I actually wear ties myself... yes in public! To me, they are just another accessory, like scarves, necklaces, chokers or anything else. Yes, I realize I'm unusual and weird but that's me... I have no fear of being different. In fact, I prefer being different. I wear what I like... when I like... what would be weird is... if I didn't.

Anywho, I made this video to help anyone, men or women who want to learn how to tie a tie. The Half Windsor is one of the easier knots, so I thought it best to show you this style first. I plan to do a follow-up video showing the Full Windsor knot as well. I hope you find this tutorial helpful.

Hey guys! Here's a few items I recently picked up. Walgreens is having some great deals on Organix hair care this week! I just used the Organix Brazilian Keratin last night and LOVE it!! Went back to Walgreens this morning to buy another full set while it's on sale! I'm going to give it a week or two and do a full review. I'm using all of the products in this line except the "Treatment" but if any of you have tried it or have heard anything about it, let me know!

Project Minimalist update! Super excited to finally get my makeup drawers cleaned out! Last night was my Tarte, Too Faced, NARS, Dior, etc. drawer clean out.

What's Next?
~I only have one makeup drawer to go, drugstore products!

~Then I have two big drawers of all kinds of beauty related things, samples, backups, lotions, lashes... I'm dreading those drawers because they are just completely out of control, it's really a mess and is in need of some serious attention!

~Makeup brushes will need to be sorted through as well.

~Nail Polish Collection. Even though I change my nail color almost daily, I still have too much!

So far that's all I can see on the horizon. I think after those tasks are completed we will be ready for a great Blog Sale! I'm already thinking about the best way to set up the sale and since it's really all about you beautiful people, I'd like your input.

Fossil Ceramic Watch

Purchased this lovely time piece recently. Really been enjoying it. I love the clean pearly finish of the white ceramic. Before purchasing I spent months looking for just the right watch and nothing caught my attention more than this white ceramic Fossil with sparkling bling.

I can't remember the exact price but I think it was just under $250. Of course you can find similar looking styles for less, made with white plastic or white enamel coated over metal. But they just aren't the same quality and I always opt for quality regardless of price.

I'm so excited to see Walmart is carrying Essie Nail Polish! Thank you Walmart! This is the first time I've had access to the Essie brand. Since I basically live on a rock in the middle of the Pacific Ocean my shopping options are limited.

So I picked up a few polishes yesterday. Essie: French Affair, Mink Muffs, and Sew Psyched.

Today I'm wearing Sew Psyched.
