Refreshing Cucumber Crackers

2014-10-25T23:54:00.000+01:00

Its not a common snacks for me to eat in my country but i find it interesting. This idea come from a friend of mine, L.C. It was my first time to try crackers + cream cheese + raw salmon slice on top. I never think of those combination as its pretty western-style but it taste surprisingly good. I mean out of my expectation.

Last thursday, i woke at 7am in the morning and wanted to make myself a healthy breakfast instead of the normal coffee + biscuit, but i didn't want to eat salad or toast so i decided to make this :
crackers + cream cheese + cucumber with Chia Seeds.

Taste good too.

Weymouth in Dorset, England

2013-10-23T01:39:00.000+01:00

Summer break was spent in travelling to Weymouth beach, hills and several places like Abbotsbury Swannery & Osmington Hill. The weather was rather hot its about 25 to 30 degree for the whole week during my stay, while the night was cold and a little bit windy. I've walked 2 miles full with amazing views, surrounding by shinning sea walking path and greens. Most exciting place was Abbotsbury Swannery, it is absolutely beautiful i am impressed and it was my first time watching more than 500+ swans at once. Everything in this town is so eye-catching and truly amazing that I just want to keep taking photos. More photos will be added soon.

Another september

2012-09-19T03:37:00.002+01:00

Omghh! I couldn't believe that am experience-ing the third September in this lovely place, hmm. September, another new academic year starts and it reminds me so much when I used to be a fresher in university. It is a month with full of curiosity, excitement, and joy!

Its 3am in the morning, I supposed to be in warmly bed dreaming lots of sheeps but guess what? Sitting on a urban wood chair with a red cushion eating doridos and drinking coke in the kitchen. Yes, and writing this blog entry too but don't have any particular title to write of, basically am just typing because I feel my blog entry is lack of characters. Haha!

Again. Time flies. I've accidentally abandoned this little space. Life isn't too good yet not too bad, normal routine with 40% happiness. 25% stress. 13% friends. 10% laughers. 5% tears. 5% energy. 2% Zzz.

這是另一個起點, 凭自己的力量,走出一片天.
我是只安静的怪兽,声音都画在心底.
