Hi there, ga terasa ya sudah lama ga buka blog ;p 2 tahun pun berlalu begitu cepat sejak aq married, pregnant n punya baby .... Yeaahhh, i've a little baby girl already \(^_^)/

Kalo yang follow Instagram mestinya tau ya, kan sekarang setiap hari postingan q isinya cuma kegiatan si baby Velynn hehehe....

Nantinya pasti akan ada banyak postingan tentang si kecil ini...>_<

Oya, ngomongin soal rutinitas keluarga suami q nih. Tiap tahun tanggal 29 Oktober, kami sekeluarga pasti berkunjung ke Solo untuk merayakan ulang tahun Apo (mama dari papa mertua q).

Apo berumur 85 tahun loh

Apo orangnya sangat tenang dan santai, mencerminkan perempuan Jawa yang halus ^_^ Berbeda sekali dengan watak perempuan yang berasal dari kampung halaman q. Makanya aq mengagumi sekali sosok Apo. Biarpun ketika itu, semua keluarga belum berkumpul sehingga kami harus menunggu sekitar 30 menit, Apo sama sekali tidak menunjukkan kegelisahan ataupun ketidaksabaran, bahkan tidak menanyakan apapun. Apo hanya terlihat menikmati momen itu :)

Well, sometimes we find ourselves torn between an angel and a devil..

The angel will always tell us to do the righteous thing, but the devil will try to do the opposite...

When we are facing a problem, there must be voices that try to influence our actions. Sometimes we simply can not distinguish which is the angelic or demonic voice.

Angelic voice will always gives a solution to be a good person with all kindness,
but sometimes the solution just not in accordance with our personalities.

Yeahh...some people might say that "succumbing doesn't mean to lose", but sometimes "succumbing give others the chance to trample our pride".

Every people have dignity !!!

BUT...even so, we have to avoid high self-esteem as we will be judged arrogant and selfish.

This life is hard....really hard...

If you are always forced to not be yourself (whether it be good or bad attitude according to others), one day you will feel very tired....especially when you're not a people's person..

I'm no saint at all...Trust me !!

If I am an angel then I'll be at heaven, not here in earth, living hell life as a human being with so many flaws...

This is just sad...

Some taught you to always "Be yourself" but if be yourself not according to their expectations, then they will be disappointed and offended...

Yeah, for me, there's a point where good and evil is objective.

Everyone must have a different perception depending on the point of view.

I remember watching the movie Grey's Anatomy where Dr. Christina Yang was asked to "ask politely" by Dr. Bailey and she replied "This is ME asking politely"

So, do you get the point here ?

Maybe, we just have to stop expect others to behave according to our will and respect their way of life.

Try to be more understanding so not to be offended

If we can do that, that everybody can "BE THEMSELVES" freely

If we can't do that then don't be a hypocrite...

I really need a place to put the garbage of my heart

I feel like crap...really...

So, do you feel tired of this world too ?

We are judged by appearance...

When you looks pretty, but have a bad attitude. People will forgive and understand that maybe somehow you have a bad day.

But when you are not good looking and have a bad attitude, people won't give a damn about you.

It's totally unfair...

For example, you are a gorgeous, but stubborn and unruly, people may feel that you are principled.

But, if you aren't that good looking....believe me...don't push your luck...
you'll just get nasty word about yourself...

See...then when you realize this fact, you'll try so hard to be as pretty as possible. But somehow, whatever and however you try, you won't even get close.

Some people are born beautiful, it's in their genes.

Though you realize this facts, but you'll try even harder with so many stuff like make-up, diet, and everything that make you stress. And because of that, you become a better candidate for Miss Bad Looking with Bad Attitude.

Really a pain in the a** !!!

TRAVELLING : Taiwan Part I Leisure Trip at 13 - 19 April 2013

Bulan April kemarin benar-benar sangat menyenangkan. Kami bisa jalan-jalan sekeluarga ke Taiwan selama 7 hari 6 malam ;)

Exciting banget bisa main kesana, so far saya baru pernah menginjak Singapore dan Malaysia nih. Hehehe...

Selama seminggu disana, banyak sekali tempat yang kami kunjungi loh...

Ini fotonya sebelum pesawat terbang ya ;p

Kami berangkat ber7 yaitu papa, mama, saya, suami saya, adik saya, pacar adik saya dan mama pacar adik saya (hahaha...bingung baca-nya?=p).

Dari hari ke2 sampai hari ke6 kami menggunakan jasa tour Free & Easy ^_^v Sisanya kami jalan-jalan sendiri loh...

Hari pertama, kami menginap di VIP Hotel (hahaha...tapi ga se-VIP namanya loh ya) =p Kami naik pesawat TransAsia jam 00:55 dari Singapore dan baru tiba di Taiwan subuh jam 5-an. Begitu sampai di hotel, kami tidak diperbolehkan masuk ke dalam kamar, soalnya check-in time nya jam 14:00...

Kyaaa...bisa bayangkan bagaimana perasaan kami khan...Dalam kondisi tidak jelas seperti itu, akhirnya kami tergeletak di sofa hotel sampai jam 12 siang hahahaha....stress banget dah (>_<)

Muka merengut dan penampilan kusut hahaha...xD

Suhu di Taiwan sedang dingin sekaliiiii loh....Aq sampai harus memakai baju rangkap. Maklum selama ini tempat paling dingin yang pernah aq kunjungi cuma gunung hahaha.. =p

Sempat foto di depan Hotel VIP ;p

Hal pertama yang dilakukan adalah go shopping di XIMENDING. Kami kesana naik MRT loh...wuiihh...bayangin aja baru pertama kali ke Taiwan, sudah berani bergaya seperti penduduk lokal hahaha...

Hayooo..sambil celingak-celinguk, kami berusaha kelihatan natural dan tidak 'ndeso nich...hahaha...

Yaaa...kami berhasil khan sampai di Ximen Station...Modal nekat benerrr xD

When I read about the product description... I'm like... Woooww... OMG... Really ??! I desperately need lip balm that can moisture my lips A LOT...I mean it ! >_< My lips are very dry and cracked...

Everytime I went to facial or visit the dentist, they would complaint about my dry lips hahaha...I'm not really proud of it, that must be because I wasn't drinking enough water =p

You know right, we need to drink at least 1,5 litre of water everyday (equals to 10 glasses).

Hi guyz, hari ini aq sukses BLEACHING gigi nich...hehehe... ;p

Tau dunk kalau zaman sekarang pada ingin punya GIGI yang CANTIK, BERSIH dan tentunya PUTIH bukan ? >_<

Yaaa...salah satunya sih alasannya itu, soalnya seneng banget kan liat artis2 yang giginya PUTIH CEMERLANG, rasanya jadi begitu menggoda senyumannya.

Right ? ;p

But alasan utamanya adalah karena gigi qu yang "mengguning" tanpa kompromi sehingga cukup merusak penampilan loh...Mungkin karena aq suka makan makanan manis dan yang mengandung zat pewarna.

Kyaa...mulai sekarang kurangi porsinya deh biar ga semakin merusak gigi hikss.... ='(

So, 2 days ago, aq berkunjung ke dokter gigi, masih ingat dari post sebelumnya kan ? Saat itu aq sekalian bertanya soal pemutihan gigi... =) Setelah dijelasin panjang lebar sama dokternya mengenai prosedur dan harga, kondisi gigi qu dicek secara overall dan dibikin cetakannya untuk HOME WHITENING TREATMENT.

Aq gak sempat foto-foto ni soalnya udah dalam kondisi "TORTURE READY MODE ON" hahaha...tapi kurang-lebih seperti itu hasilnya...

Nah yang paling menyakitkan itu saat Dokter memasukkan sendok cetakan ke rahang atas loh...Aq sampai mual-mual dan sukses muntah akhirnya =P (Untung saja belum makan sama sekali, sehingga tidak ada makanan yang keluar hehehe....)

Today, aq sdh janjian jam 12 siang untuk Bleaching-nya, tapi sempat tertunda sampai jam 12:45 dikarenakan Drg LiLy sdg menangani pasien lain :)
Sejam sebelumnya, Dokter suruh minum PONSTAN loh untuk mengurangi rasa sakitnya.

Proses awalnya, Dokter akan menaruh obat-obatan pada semua gigi kita terlebih dahulu serta mengoleskan semacam "gel" untuk melindungi gusi. Sudah tau dunk kalau obat"an bleaching seperti itu dapat merusak gusi kita ? ;)

Setelah itu, mata kita akan ditutup dengan kacamata saat gigi diLASER.

Seluruh prosesnya membutuhkan kurang lebih sejam. LASERnya dilakukan 3 x 9 menit saja. Ini termasuk teknologi baru loh, karena seharusnya proses Bleaching itu sangat tidak menyenangkan karena bikin gigi kita ngilu. Bahkan Dokternya cerita kalau ada pasien yang sampai nangis, dan ada juga yang kejang2. Obatnya pun lebih keras dgn kandungan 40%, made in USA namun hasilnya lebih instan, lebih putih, serta Home Treatmentnya cukup 2x.

Namun dengan teknologi baru ini, prosesnya sama sekali tidak menyakitkan. Cuma terasa seperti kesemutan atau mati rasa gitu. Itu disebabkan obat yang digunakan hanya 30%, made in Spain...hanya saja hasilnya tidak terlalu signifikan seperti metode konvensional, dan membutuhkan lebih banyak Home Treatment.

Memang tergantung kebutuhan pasien juga ya, kalau yang memang TAHAN SAKIT dan menginginkan hasil INSTAN, sebaiknya memilih metode lama ;)

Kalau dari Drg LiLy memang sudah tidak mau menerapkan metode lama lagi karena banyaknya pasien yang COMPLAINT tidak tahan dengan sakitnya hihihi....

Jadilah aq PASIEN PERTAMA yang mendapatkan metode baru ini ^_^v

Lahhh...sdh gak sabar mau melihat hasil Bleachingnya nich ? =p

Tapi maaf ya kalau gambarnya sedikit "menganggu" hehehe....

Hasilnya lumayan signifikan yach, walaupun menurut Dokternya masih kalah dibanding metode lama =) But for me, ini sudah memuaskan karena gigi qu yang tadinya terlihat KUNING saat difoto, sekarang sudah lebih enak dilihat ^_^v

Selesai proses Bleaching, Dokter memberikan "HADIAH" untuk dibawa pulang hehehe....ini nih yang namanya HOME TREATMENT.

Cetakan gigi qu sudah jadi loh, benar-benar sesuai dengan ukuran dan bentuk gigi qu. Bentuknya lucuuuu....aq senang banget hehehe....xD

Ohya, Cetakan gigi tsb dioleskan dengan gel dan dipasang selama 5-8 jam, sebaiknya digunakan pada saat tidur karena saat itu, kita tidak diperbolehkan makan apapun.

Nah, for this part, ayuuukk kita bahas sdkt soal kuliner di Spore...tau dunk, disana adalah surganya, aneka masakan dr berbagai negara dpt kita cicipin dgn cara sgt amat cepat...u know, penduduk di Spore suka segala macam berjalan dgn CEPAT !! apapun masakannya bisa dibilang jd FAST FOOD...salut dah >.<
Mau makan apapun, kita tinggal order, tunggu 3-5 menit, ambil "food tray" yg sdh disediakan di tiap counter, okelah that's all...makanan siap disantap...very very convenient arh....

Hi lovely, today I just wanna share about my "near death experience" =p

Yeah...it's a little bit exaggerate actually >_<

Kisahnya berawal dari beberapa bulan yang lalu, gigi depanku mulai berdenyut2 lagi...minta di"manja"kan di Dokter Gigi...LAGI !!!

(coba tebak...kenapa kata LAGI sampai harus ditulis dgn huruf kapital ?) =p

Yeee...mesti tau dunk kalau yang namanya ke Dokter Gigi PASTI kurang menyenangkan...

dan selalu ditakuti oleh sebagian besar orang, betul atau betul ??? ;)

Nah tepat jam 09:30 aq menuju ke tempat "eksekusi" siap "dipancung" deh.

Tapi...ternyata setelah dicek dengan sangat amat seksama oleh Drg LiLy yang cantik, rupanya kondisi gigi masih bagus, bahkan tidak terdeteksi adanya lubang yang mengkhawatirkan.

Namun karena aq lumayan ngotot bilang terasa berlubang, akhirnya gigi aq difoto dan dipajang di monitor TV...Lah dari situ terlihat deh sedikit retakan pada gigi depan, walaupun tidak perlu digubris sebenarnya.

Hehehe...dasarnya karena sudah siap "tersiksa" ya aq minta ditambal aja sama Dokternya. Sekalian bersihin karang gigi, terakhir kali sudah duluuu...sekali loh.

Setelah kurang lebih sejam perjuangan menahan rasa ngilu dan miris mendengar "mesin2" penyiksaan (jadi teringat film SAW) hahahaha....aq survive jg melewatinya... I feel proud of myself... xD

Telusur punya telusur, ternyata 3 tahun yg lalu keempat gigi depan q tumbuh KISTA. Memang dulu dirawat berbulan2 sama Drg LiLy dengan telaten sekali...Tiap kali berkunjung selalu membersihkan akar gigi dan dirontgen. Tapi waktu itu, Dokter sama sekali tidak memberitahu bahwa ada KISTA...

(Mungkin karena tdk mau aq panik yach...)

Soalnya sekarang diinfo sama Dokter sdh gak terlalu kaget maupun takut sih ;)

Ini ada beberapa deskripsi mengenai KISTA GIGI :

Kista itu sendiri, menurut drg Elsa, adalah rongga patologis yang biasanya berdinding jaringan ikat dan berisi cairan kental atau semi likuid. Kista dapat berada dalam jaringan lunak ataupun keras seperti tulang. Rongga kista di dalam rongga mulut selalu dibatasi oleh epitel.

Kista periapikal adalah kista yang terbentuk pada ujung apeks atau akar gigi yang jaringan pulpanya sudah nonvital atau mati. Kista ini merupakan lanjutan dari pulpitis atau peradangan pulpa. Dapat terjadi di ujung mana pun dan dapat terjadi pada semua umur. Ukurannya pun berkisar antara 0.5-2cm. Tapi bisa juga lebih. "Kalau kistanya membesar, bisa menyebabkan syaraf oleh kista tersebut," sambungnya.

Kista ini tidak menimbulkan keluhan atau rasa sakit, kecuali yang terinfeksi. Pada pemeriksaan radiografis, kista periapikal memperlihatkan gambaran seperti dental. Granuloma, yaitu lesi radiolusen, terlihat jelas. "Yang membedakan kista periapikal dengan dental granuloma adalah garis putih," imbuhnya.

Perbedaan mendasar adalah adanya epitel yang membatasi rongga kista. Gigi yang bersangkutan dengan kista ini biasanya tanpa gejala atau keluhan. Namun kadang batas ini tidak jelas sehingga diagnosa kista sulit ditegakkan. "Kista terjadi tidak hanya dari makanan. Bisa juga terjadi dari trauma akibat terjatuh," katanya.

Biasanya pasien tidak mengeluhkan adanya nyeri dan tes perkusinya negatif. Karena berhubungan dengan pulpa yang telah mekrosis, stimulasi thermal akan menunjukkan nilai yang negatif. Gambaran kista periapikal ditandai dengan adanya rongga yang berlapiskan epitel jenis nonkeratinizing stratified squamous dengan ketebalan yang bervariasi. Dinding epithelium tersebut dapat sangat proliferatif dan memperlihatkan susunan plexiform.

Secara khas dapat dilihat proses radang dengan ditemukannya banyak sel radang, yaitu sel plasma dan sel limfosit pada dinding kista tersebut. "Biasanya baru dapat terlihat ketika sudah dirontgen dan kelihatan kerusakan pada tulang," tambahnya.

Pengobatan

Kebanyakan kista periapikal ditemukan secara tidak sengaja selama pemeriksaan rutin. Karena merupakan kelanjutan dari nekrosis pulpa, pada pemeriksaan fisik akan didapatkan tes thermal yang negatif dan tes EPT yang negatif. Periapikal terlihat sebagai gambaran radiolusen yang menempel pada apex dari akar gigi.

Pengobatan dilakukan dengan pembersihan di mana semua jaringan gusi yang mati dan karang gigi dibuang. Karena pembersihan ini menimbulkan nyeri, digunakan obat bius lokal. Beberapa hari pertama setelah pembersihan, pasien diharuskan berkumur-kumur dengan larutan hidrogen peroksida (setengah bagian hydrogen peroksida 3 persem dicampur dengan setengah bagian air) beberapa kali dalam sehari.

Selama dua minggu, pasien dapat mengunjungi dokter gigi setiap 1-2 hari. Jika bentuk dan posisi gusi tidak kembali normal, dokter gigi akan melakukan pembedahan untuk kembali membentuk gusi sebagai langkah pencegahan terhadap kekambuhan dan periodontitis.

Jadi ceritanya begini, this Chinese New Year, adik cowok ane & pacar tercintanya berkesempatan main-main ke Jakarta.

yuhuu...tmn", finally aq balik jg dr Malaysia stlh perjalanan slma hampir seminggu dr tgl 7 - 13 Maret 2010 ^_^v Kami menuju ke pelabuhan Stulang Laut, Johor Bahru dgn menaiki kapal Sentosa. Tiket PP seharga 380rb aja lho...masih tetap murah meriah khan...ckckck...
Setelah kurang lebih 3 jam, kami sampai jg di Stulang Laut Ferry Terminal, dr situ kami naek taxi ke Larkin Bis Terminal, hanya 10 menit perjalanan RM 15.

Then kami lgsg membeli tiket bis Jadassa seharga RM 19, perjalanan kurang lebih 3 jam jg. Setelah menghabiskan waktu di dalam bis dgn bobo, akhirnya kami tiba jg di Melaka Sentral ;) Tp perjalanan msh berlanjut lho, dr situ kami naek taxi lg menuju hotel, cukup 10 menit seharga RM 15 jg

Malamnya, kami istirahat di Hotel tanpa sempat jalan" lg...uda kecapekan seharian menempuh perjalanan selama hampir 8 jam lebih ;p Bobo dl utk mengisi tenaga bt besok pagi ya...

Tgl 8 Maret, papa q medical check-up di Mahkota Medical Centre ^_^v

Kami menyempatkan jalan" di situs" bersejarah setelah makan malam. Tau kan klo MallacaCity itu terkenal dgn julukan Negeri Bersejarah jd byk banget bangunan bersejarah disana ;))

        Hi everybody, aq mau sharing dikit ni pengalaman jalan" ke Spore pas tgl 23-24 Feb 2010...

I went there with my fiancee n his mom ^^v Kami hanya kesana selama 2 hari 1 malam, mamanya mau medical check-up soalnya hihihi...

Untuk menuju ke Spore, kami naik kapal ferry loh, namanya Penguin Endeavor, tiket PP idr 310.ooo only. Cheap..cheap...rite ? no need to pay Fiskal too, cos I have my own NPWP already >.<

    Hihihi…ini ada produk baru yg aq sukaaaa banget…pertamanya sich cukup heran aja, abis namanya Finger Food ckckck…setau q, ada prdk Skin food…blm pernah tau yg satu ini deh…

    Pas liat packagingnya jg menarik n girly bgt…so, aq tertarik utk membeli 1 pc sbg bahan percobaan. Aq pilih tipe Steam Milk – soalnya memang kandungan bahan ini yg paling bagus buat kulit yach (katanya sich hehehe…) ;p

What's inside the box ?

- 1 pc bioglo blackhead lotion

1) AmbiL sebuah KaPas, semprotkan 2-3 tetes BiogLo bLackhead Lotion hingga basah di atas kapas tsb.

2) Tempelkan kapas td diatas hidung, khususnya di area" yg tdpt bintik" putih / komedo yg pingin disingkirkan. (sorry fotonya kena efek cahaya, jd aneh deh muka q hahahahaha...)

3) Siapkan air panas ( utk menghasilkan efek SAUNA), ambil sehelai handuk kecil dan basahi dgn air panas tsb.
