Arquad 2HT-75 is another fabric softener quaternary that can be used.  It is a cationic surfactant, based on hydrogenated tallow amine.  It is a textile softening and anti-static agent that can be used as a main ingredient in many fabric conditioner formulations (see Liquid Fabric Softener and Fabric Softener 3).
