AC Bonifacio’s stunning dance cover of BLACKPINK’s recently released hit “How You Like That” has reached more than 2 million views on YouTube in just three days.

The young dancer wowed fans on YouTube last Wednesday, July 1, with her take on the Korean girl group’s choreography, which she showcased in a well-produced video that drew inspiration from K-pop music videos.
The 17-year-old dancer, who currently has almost 1.6 million subscribers on YouTube, also previously made dance covers of other BLACKPINK hits including “Kill This Love,” “Boombayah” and “Forever Young,” among others.

Dahon. Ginagamit din ang dahon ng bawang upang ipanggamot sa ilang mga karamdaman. Madalas itong pinakukuluan kasama ng bungang ugat ng bawang.

Ano ang mga sakit na maaaring magamot ng Bawang?
1. Altapresyon. Kilalang mahusay na paggamot sa sakit na altapresyon ang bawang. Kadalasan, pinapanguya o sinisipsip ang hilaw na bawang upang mapabagsak ang mataas na presyon ng dugo. Ang pag-inom ng pinaglagaan ng bawang ay mahusay din sa pagpapababa ng presyon ng dugo.

2. Ubo. Mabisa ding gamot ang pagnguya ng hilaw na bawang sa pagpapaluwag ng paghinga at pagpapalambot ng makapit na plema sa tuwing inuubo. Maaari ding inumin ang pinaglagaan ng dahon at bungang ugat ng bawang upang mas mapabuti ang pakiramdam.

3. Rayuma. Ang pagpapahid ng dinikdik na bawag sa bahagi ng katawan na dumadanas ng pananakit dulot ng rayuma ay pinaniniwalaang mabisang nakakaalis ng pananakit.

4. Tonsilitis. Ang katas ng dinikdik na bawang ay mabisang panglunas sa pamamaga ng tonsils na siyang nagdudulot ng hirap sa paglunok.

5. Pananakit ng ulo. Pinangpapahid sa sentido ng ulo ang dinikdik na bawang upang mabawasan ang nararamdamang sakit.

6. Hika. Ang katas ng dinikdik na sariwang bawang ay epektibong gamot para pahupain ang mga sintomas na nararanasan dahil sa hika.

7. Sugat. Mahusay ding panglinis sa sugat ang katas ng sariwang bawang. Dapat lamang ipahid ito sa paligid ng sugat upang hindi maimpeksyon.

8. Kagat ng insekto. Ang pagpapahid ng dinikdik na bawang sa kagat ng insekto ay mabisa ring gamot upang mawala ang pangangati o hapdi sa bahaging apektado.

9. Kanser. May mga pag-aaral na nagsasabing may epekto raw sa pagpapababa ng posibilidad ng pagkalat ng colon at prostate cancer ang tuloy-tuloy na pagkain ng bawang sa loob ng ilang linggo.

10. Impeksyon ng mikrobyo sa tiyan. Mahusay din na panglinis sa daluyan ng pagkain gaya ng tiyan at bituka ang pag-inom sa katas ng bawang.

Apart from that, the video, as of this writing, is currently at the #4 spot among the trending entries on the video-sharing site.

"How You Like That" marks BLACKPINK's comeback which the BLINKs, like AC, have been waiting for so long.

For AC, "the song is about eagerness and confidence, 'to rise high in the midst of darkness.'"

Dahon. Ang dahon ay kadalasang kinakatasan o kaya ay nilalaga upang ipang-gamot.

Bunga. Ang katas ng berdeng bunga ng ampalaya ay karaniwang ginagamit na panggamot sa maraming uri ng karamdaman. Maaari itong durugin at gawing inumin o kaya ay kainin mismo ang bunga bilang gulay.
Ugat. Ang ugat ay kadalasang pinakukuluan at pinapainom din upang ipanggamot.

Ayon sa mga pag-aaral at nakagawian ng ilan, ang ilan sa mga sakit na maaaring malunasan sa pamamagitan ng paggamit sa halamang ampalaya ay ang sumusunod:

1. Pananakit sa katawan. Ang pag-inom sa katas ng dahon ampalaya ay sinasabing may epektong analgesic o nakapagpapawala ng pananakit sa katawan.

2. Pamamaga o pamamanas. May kakayahan din daw ang katas ng dahon ng ampalaya na alisin ang pamamanas o pamamaga sa katawan.

3. Diabetes. Ang katas mula sa dahon at bunga ng ampalaya ay may malaking tulong daw sa pagsasaayos ng lebel ng asukal sa katawan lalo na sa mga may sakit na diabetes. Ang bunga rin ay tumutulong sa pagpapalakas ng produksyon ng insulin sa pancreas o lapay.

4. Ulcer. Nakatutulong din daw sa mas mabilis na pagpapagaling ng ulcer sa sikmura ang pag-inom ng katas ng dahon ng ampalaya.

5. Sobrang timbang. Sinasabing ang katas mula sa bunga ng ampalaya ay makatutulong daw sa pagbabawas ng sobrang timbang at bilbil sa katawan.

6. Dengue. Ang katas ng dahon ng ampalaya ay maaaring makapagpabuti sa pakiramdam ng taong may sakit na dengue.

7. Impeksyon ng fungi. May ilang pag-aaral ang nagsasabing may epekto ang pag-inom at pagpahid ng katas ng ampalaya sa bahagi ng katawan na apektado ng impeksyon ng fungi.

8. Pagtatae o disinterya. Ang pinaglagaan ng dahon ng ampalaya ay karaniwang ginagamit bilang gamot sa pagtatae o disinterya.

9. Pagtatagihawat. Ang pinaglagaan ng ugat ng ampalaya o kaya ay pinaglagaan ng dahon ng ampalaya ay makatutulong daw sa pagbabawas ng tagihawat sa katawan.

10. Impeksyon ng bulate. Ang katas ng mismong prutas ay makatutulong upang tanggalin ang mga bulateng naninirahan sa sikmura.:
