Definately more motivated than last Thursday, the girls have clearly gotten used to the darker misty mornings and have sucked up their princess attitudes. We had half the group away today sick&#8230;. You girls better have something rare and tropical, and not just be bludging because it was cold and foggy! </p>

Another huge session as we close in on fitness testing next week. The entire body was worked today with quick 45 second intervals and heart rates up. Another big calorie burning session as we hit over 800 and a great session to back up after the mountain in Monday. Only one more session to go before fitness testing Monday so stretch up girls kristy and I want huge results.</p>

Good lord what a huge session after the warm up the girls had a better idea of how big it was going to be. Training the girls to the limit today 1km sprints to get the hearts pumping and the calories burning. One girl burnt 400 calories after the first 1km run. A good long recovery walk back to base then a 900m dash and the aim 4 minutes 30 to get there. A phenomenal session by the girls a huge well done and to top It off, no wet feet!!</p>

Zero running today but the heart rates were up high with the girls trying to get as many reps as possible. In a one hour session a few groups pumped out well over 3000 reps. We welcomed Lori, Beth, Rachael and Nerida to the session and all girls had a blinder. After the big count up of reps in first place were team 8 Ursula, Karen and Bel with a huge 3806 reps. Close in second was group 5 Ann, Nicole and Kate with 3561 reps and third place goes to group 9 Beth, Lori and Lisa. Nice work today ladies big effort.</p>
