Collapse of NWS Tornado Warning and RADAR Systems Probable

The National Weather Service [NWS] is experiencing significant weather data server capacity issues even during non severe weather days. The upshot of these server issues is that under the best case scenario RADAR data may be unreliable even during good weather. It is not beyond the pale that NWS servers could completely fail during bad weather days. The potential of these server failures cascading /collapsing the NWS' entire tornado warning capability should not be discounted.

Potentialities to Risk Mitigate (in order of probability):

1) Your phone RADAR app will be effectively non-functional

2) Your local TV weatherman may face RADAR delays / outages

3) Your local TV station may not receive timely Tornado Warnings

3) Your phone's Emergency Alert may not sound.

4) Your Weather Radios may not receive alert warnings.

Risk Mitigation Strategies: (in order failure survivability)

1) Tune into your local Amateur Radio SKYWARN network

These are local NWS trained weather spotters operating on HAM radio nets. They can operate independently even if the entire National Weather Service computer systems fail. Even when everything is functional they often provide warning prior to any other warning system. A google search for SKYWARN nets in your local area should return the information you need to listen to the frequencies that cover you local area.

2) Purchase a dedicated RADAR data download license from www.AllisonHouse.com.

AllisonHouse exists because even in the best of times NWS servers can be problematic. Their data feeds can be integrated directly into some phone apps and computer programs (see list)

AllisonHouse is known to be a reliable data provider and they should prove functional in all but the worst case complete failure of the National Weather Service. Currently they are still selling monthly data licenses, but if the herd stampedes their direction they might not be able to take new customers.

3) Purchase a S.A.M.E capable weather radio.

I prefer the Sangean CL-100 weather radio because it gives the user total control of exactly which warnings trigger its alarm. However, it should be plugged into an uninterruptable power supply as its own battery back system has been reported to drain down.

4) Purchase the RadarScope phone app.

RadarScope's own severs seem way more reliable than those provided on other free or paid apps. Moreover RadarScope is designed to seamlessly integrate with AllisonHouse's paid data feed.

Summary:

1) Be aware that the typical sources of Tornado Warnings that the HERD receives may become unreliable.

2) The simplest effective countermeasure is the use of a S.A.M.E capable weather radio.

3) The professional countermeasure is purchasing an AllisonHouse subscription integrated into a RADAR imaging app before the HERD becomes aware of the issue.

4) The most resilient countermeasure is listening in on the local Amatuer Radio SKYWARN network.

The primary difference between the previous state of being 'locked out' vs "Suspended" is that previously people could still read POTRBLOG tweets and see for themselves the censorship that caused the lockout; where as now POTRBLOG has been unpersoned such that the previous tweets can no longer be read by the public.

The lockout was triggered shortly after Twitting day 58 (day 14 post election) of the Biden Censorship Twitter Ban Canary.

POTRBLOG has NEVER given Twitter our phone number(s).

As to if we'll ever give it to them, well when the Canary in the Coal Mine keels over, its time to vacate.

A Warning to People of Faith

Five Muslims, two Roman Catholics and a Jew are on a desert island. They decide to call themselves the “Higher Committee of Human Fraternity” and construct, on that desert island, three great monuments to coexistence. No longer content with campy bumperstickers, the triad of religious power conspire to create concrete dialogue in the shifting sands of Saadiyat Island.

Referred to singularly as the ‘Abrahamic Family House’, the architect who won the design competition for the monuments, describes it as three religious spaces and a fourth secular visitor pavilion (1). The fourth space will include a raised podium that will allow the visitors to peer into the religious spaces. (2)

As would be expected, such public display of fraternity is viewed with suspicion and concern. The spectre of a one world religion looms before fringe groups (3) but the architect is careful to keep the distinctions, even as he merges the values. ““There has never been a building which houses the three faiths in one form, he said. Rather than mixing the three up, he wanted to preserve “the unique experience of each of the faiths” while at the same time “connecting them all with one device”.”

Our warning is not for the danger of Chrislam in a yamaka. Nor is it specifically for Abu Dahbis’ newest zoological attraction.

The Abrahamic Family House Design

Our warning springs from the societal shift brought about by the COVID 19 pandemic, reflected through the lens of a Papal Encyclical. I believe most people, by this time, are aware of the Chinese government implemented Social Credit System, a ranking system that monitors the behavior of its vast citizenry. (5) Despite the libertarian alarm, it’s appeal, especially to the socialistic paradigm, is undeniable. All ready, as a result of the COVID 19 (Plandemic, as some suggest)(6), technological systems to monitor citizenry for health are in work in western countries with histories of individual freedom. (7) The trajectory is clear. Individual freedom must be suppressed for the good of all, and with that, religious freedom.

Pope Francis, the current and first Jesuit Vicar of Christ, (though he downplays the title)(8) released the encyclical “Fratelli Tutti” (9) in October (2020) pulling together the threads of liberty, justice and unity onto the spindle of charity with which he, and his brothers at the Abrahamic Family House, intend to weave the societal fabric of universal communion and common good.

Charity is the word Francis has fastened on as the pinnacle expression of the generosity and goodwill with which he and his Abrahamic brethren will judge true religious spirit of mankind.

“This is ultimately the idea behind the word “charity”: those who are loved are “dear” to me; “they are considered of great value”. And “the love whereby someone becomes pleasing (grata) to another is the reason why the latter bestows something on him freely (gratis)”. (9)

He very thickly lays down the application of charity, to the existence of life itself.

“Life exists where there is bonding, communion, fraternity; and life is stronger than death when it is built on true relationships and bonds of fidelity. On the contrary, there is no life when we claim to be self-sufficient and live as islands: in these attitudes, death prevails”(10)

“Without charity, we may perhaps possess only apparent virtues, incapable of sustaining life in common. (11)

As Francis teaches that “that no one is saved alone; we can only be saved together”(12), holding the people of world in unity is the prima facie task. To this task, the Governor of the World (13) calls the international governments to implement charity.

”it is essential to devise stronger and more efficiently organized international institutions, with functionaries who are appointed fairly by agreement among national governments, and empowered to impose sanctions” (14) I would also note the need for a reform of “the United Nations Organization, and likewise of economic institutions and international finance, so that the concept of the family of nations can acquire real teeth”.(15)

Much of the teaching of Fratelli Tutti is focused on the expansive socialistic encouragement to the international establishment of individual charity, as manifest in the aspiration of “a world that provides land, housing and work for all. " (16) where “each country also belongs to the foreigner, inasmuch as a territory’s goods must not be denied to a needy person coming from elsewhere. ”(17)

Alarming as it is, it is not the abject overthrow of national sovereignty and economic freedom that we are warning of here. Rather, we must focus on the the constant call for a global uniformity of the equity and value of every human being, that is expressed through the type of kindness that our baser human nature envisions – a kindness that never offends, and never speaks that which would demean or sadden. (18)

The Christian will rightly look askance at an global ethical system that is said to flow from our [sinful] human nature (19), and will scarcely be surprised to learn that this ethical system is not rigid, “nor does it lead to the imposition of any one moral system, since fundamental and universally valid moral principles can be embodied in different practical rules”(20) Rather, “each of us can learn something from others,” and we must find ways to “include those on the peripheries of life”(21), writes Francis.

The outgrowth of the charity of this social ethic is a cultural social covenant that realizes “some things may have to be renounced for the common good. No one can possess the whole truth or satisfy his or her every desire, since that pretension would lead to nullifying others by denying their rights.” (22) The present commitment of the Roman Catholic church to the ideal that no one can possess the whole truth is evidenced by the three temples in Abu Dhabi, each equal in size and foot print, differing internally.

The compound under development on the desert island is a physical representation of the incorpeal unity that will connect us, as one human family, where we can all see and move in all of the spaces, learning from each other in the common areas that undergird and overlook all.

In outlining the plan in Fratelli Tutti, the Pope says we must start anew. “We no longer have use for empty diplomacy, dissimulation, double-speak, hidden agendas and good manners that mask reality.”(23) Instead we must confront “those who would debase our dignity”. “True love” for those seen as oppressing “means seeking ways to make him cease his oppression” (24).

Francis makes it very clear that his church will not remain on the sidelines but rather must remain in the “political dimension of life itself, which involves a constant attention to the common good and a concern for integral human development. “ (25) The church must have a public role that “works for the advancement of humanity and universal fraternity” (26) “wherever the councils of nations come together to establish the rights and duties of man, we are honoured to be permitted to take our place among them”(27)

As part of the international bodies that will govern mankind in charity, Francis explains the boundaries that will be drawn around faith. “We believers are challenged to return to our sources, in order to concentrate on what is essential: worship of God and love for our neighbor, lest some of our teachings, taken out of context, end up feeding forms of contempt, hatred, xenophobia or negation of others. The truth is that violence has no basis in our fundamental religious convictions, but only in their distortion.”(28) “Violence”, like so many terms in this encyclical, must be considered in a Francian context, as he writes toward the beginning of the document of “verbal violence that is destructive of others” (29) and elsewhere that violence takes many forms.

As the committee on the desert island attest, the goals of the encyclical will not be achieved alone, but in cooperation with the other major religions of the world. Indeed, Francis gladly declares with the Grand Iman Ahmad of al-Azhar Al-Tayyeb (30) “religions must never incite war, hateful attitudes, hostility and extremism,”(31) and that those things only result from deviations of religious teachings.

Those familiar with the history of the Society of Jesus will recall how the society has been expelled over and over again in centuries past, often following intense political interference often resulting in assassinations or attempted assassinations . (32) The expulsions came from Catholic and Protestant nations, and the society was even banned by a Pope, Clement the XIV (33) three years before the Americans signed the Declaration of Independence.

Today, almost 250 years after America launched its great experiment in freedom, the entire world seems gripped in a neo-Christian ethos of intersectionality and “wokeness” where biblically defined categories of sin and condemnation are regarded as “hate speech” (34) (35) and arguments against social justice are labeled racism and hate. And today, half of the college of Cardinals (which now elect the Pope) are Jesuit trained (36) and a Jesuit rules from papal throne.

The encyclical of the leader of one of the triad unifying in the desert, teaches us quite clearly that hateful attitudes, hostility and extremism “result from a political manipulation of religions and from interpretations made by religious groups who, in the course of history, have taken advantage of the power of religious sentiment in the hearts of men and women” (36)

We know what is being defined by society as hate speech, and hostile attitudes, and now we can see the foundation being built for an overarching religious authority, not a one world religion, but a broad, historically based, multi-lateral authority intermingled with secular power, that is vested in making us cease our oppression, and violence, for the good of all mankind.

it means that Trump's immune system mounted  such an IMMEDIATE and OVERWHELMING response to his #SARSCoV2 infection that his lungs were being damaged at the same time his infection was just starting (very atypical)

So that brings the question how was a 74 year old man like #PresidentTrump able to produce such a rapid and damaging immune response to SARSCoV2?

IF the scenario is correct, the following can be deduced:

Summary:

Conclusion:

Given the correlation preponderance and the high impact of infection, it is a wise risk mitigation decision at the individual level to proceed as if Pigs and raw pig products were a direct source of COVID-19 infections.

13) IF farm animals become infected it may not be possible make meat products "safe" to eat without nuclear irradiation.

Seattle / King county Public Health does not want to close Public Schools because they and the CDC believe Coronavirus is already Endemic in the Public School System, and are concerned that sending kids home will result in their Grandparents becoming infected with COVID-19.

It might be grandma, grandpa, an elderly member of the family; the exact people that we're concerned about. So sometimes keeping children in the classroom and under the supervision of the school is the best advice. And then if they are symptomatic we certainly work immediately with that school and its structure that they have for the school nurse and healthcare identification."

Analysis:

1) Obviously the ONLY way sending kids home could be problematic is if the COVID-19 Genie is already out of the bottle with Coronavirus endemic in the school system.

2) Its also clear that unless there is overwhelming evidence of an outbreak at school, parents will not easily tolerate their children being locked down in school quarantine.

3) So given items (1) and (2) the only "strategy" King county Public Health can have is to keep schools open as long as possible thereby minimizing the kid's Grandparents day time exposure, while simultaneously allowing cases to fester in school until harsher action become publicly palpable.

Discussion:

While Seattle's Public Health position may make sense at the HERD level; at my individual level it's not sensible. As such, if I lived in Washington State; I would immediately file a letter of intent to have my children home schooled. I would not let my children return on Monday morning!

Unfortunately Washington state does not trust people to home school their children; Its also likely why they want to keep infected kids under their charge at in school quarantine, instead giving them back to their parents.

The shortage issue here stems from the Herd stampeding to buy a 2 week supply of food when the supply chain only has a 3 day buffer. As this effect is on going, the result will be a feast and famine cycle in which food shows up and is purchased in waves.

CDC SAYS A DOCTOR"S VISIT NOW MEANS SELF QUARANTINE [EMERGENCY ACTION MESSAGE]

The US Centers for Disease Control now directs that ANYONE seeking treatment for FLU symptoms should be assessed in a Airborne Infection Isolation Room [AIIR] AND BE QUARANTINED UNTIL SYMPTOMS CLEAR.

"Patients who are not tested should remain home until 24 hours after improvement of symptoms and resolution of fever without fever reducing medications."

If you didn't have coronavirus prior to visiting the Doctor's office, obviously CDC suspects you will have the virus after the visit. That fact is manifest obvious given that the quarantine applies to patients who did not rate having an actual coronavirus test.

The directions from CDC say that all patients with Flu like symptoms should be assessed in a Airborne Infection Isolation Room (AIIR). Unless the AIIR patient assessment room is 100% sterilized between each and every patient visit, the probability is high that a nosocomial coronavirus infection will occur. It is this high probability of acquiring the COVID-19 infection at medical centers combined with the fact that many of the West Coast COVID-19 patients acquired their infections in health care settings which is the likely driver behind CDC's direction to quarantine.

It is for the above reasons we are avoiding all medical facilities unless we face life threatening symptoms. Based on the research data, the only suitable at home method of determining if one's cough and/or shortness of breath is life threatening is with an inexpensive over the counter blood oxygen meter.

Our deep dive into the research papers and FDA's medical device database indicates that the most accurate meters are made by "Beijing Choice" also known as "ChoiceMMed". ChoiceMMed makes prescription [Rx] oximeters and Over The Counter [OTC] oximeters, the data seems to indicate that the primary difference between the Rx models and the OTC models is labeling. Note, that the manufacturer is oft sold under many different labels.

The CDC is looking for sources who can turn T-Shirts into coronavirus face masks for the general public to use during the COVID19 pandemic. Unfortunately its not a joke, but using such a T-Shirt mask would be because as soon as it is dampened from your breath the fibers will relax and any minimal protection it offered dry will disappear.

The three things to note are:

1) CDC's plan shows of how badly they see this pandemic turning out

2) Its impossible to risk mitigate effectively after the Herd stampedes the supply chain

3) The Herd is still unaware that long lasting skin sanitizers exist.

Synopsis:

High quality data from Los Alamos National Labs [LANL] indicates there is a 99% probability a Japanese tourist in Hawaii acquired his SARS-CoV-2 aka COVID19 infection during the nearly 2 week period he was in Hawaii on vacation. (source links and raw data are at the end of this post)

Given the high probability (and uncertainty on how rapidly it may spread in Hawaii's climate) combined with the high societal impact, prudent risk mitigation MAY indicate that now is the time to

1) Either, hunker down and gather supplies while it is still possible and economical to do so

2) Or, escape / evacuate the islands while it is still possible.

Analysis of Symptom Onset date vs Infection Date:

1) He was in Maui for 8 days from Jan 27 to Feb 3

2) He was in Oahu for 5 days from Feb 3 to Feb 7

3) Symptom onset was Feb 5th - Feb 6th, based on News Reports

4) Hospitalization date was Feb 8th, In Japan with a 102F fever

5) LANL data reports initial exposure to symptom onset is 4.2 days

6) LANL data indicates 99.9% of cases have symptom onset within 11 days of infection

7) LANL data indicates 99.2% of victims have symptom onset within 10 days of infection

8) LANL data indicates 98.5% of victims have symptom onset within 9 days of infection

9) The Japanese victim had symptom onset on day 10 of his Hawaii vacation [max range day 9-11]

10) Based on Infection vs Onset data there is a 99% to 99.9% probability he was infected in Hawaii

Risk Mitigation Discussion:

It is clear with near certainty that the Japanese tourist was infected with Coronavirus during his vacation in Hawaii. That infection indicates that previously undetected community spread of the SARS-CoV2 aka COVID19 virus was ongoing in Hawaii at minimum during late January and early February. The lowest bound for the 1st infection in Hawaii would probably be 12/31/19.

The LANL analysis indicated that 'in China it is estimated that early in the epidemic the number of infected individuals doubled every 2.4 days, and the R0 value is likely to be between 4.7 and 6.6'

IF those conditions hold true in Hawaii, and making the conservative assumption that the Japanese tourist was infected by Patient Zero, the LANL data would indicated that as of Valentine's Day there would have been approximately 48 to 213 undetected SARS-CoV2 cases in Hawaii. Whether those replication numbers apply in Hawaii's climate is uncertain, but given the certainty of community infection and the societal impacts of COVID-19 infection. I can only draw the conclusion that if I was in Hawaii

1) I would either immediately hunker down and accumulate needed supplies while such actions were still viable.

2) Or, I would evacuate the Islands while there was still capability to do so.

If Hawaii's Department of Public Health takes zero action, LANL's data indicates there will be over 1 million cases by mid-March.

Data Strength and Weaknesses:

Strengths:

1) Credibility of Los Alamos National Laboratory

2) Highest Quality Raw Data Available

3) Raw data is from Individuals who 'had all traveled to Wuhan a short time preceding symptoms onset. Since these individuals were the first cases detected in the provinces outside of Wuhan, it is likely that the infection occurred during their recent stay in Wuhan'

Weaknesses:

1) While the infection / onset data is very high quality, it is drawn from a pool of only 24 people.

2) Hawaii is not China, hence COVID19's Reproduction number R0 may be lower and rates of spread may be different.

Based on a EXTREEMLY CONSERVATIVE uniform data fit of COVID-19 Coronavirus incubation data taken from 1099 infected Chinese patients reported as having a 3 day Median and 0-24 day range

Analysis:

1) There is a 52% probability the Japanese man acquired his infection in Oahu, Hawaii

2) There is a 57% probability that the Japanese man acquired his infection in Maui, Hawaii

3) Overall there is an overall 67% probability that his infection was acquired in Hawaii.

Discussion:

1) Using a uniform distribution of infection on either side of the reported 3 day Median incubation period is an extremely conservative approach.

2) A conservative approach was chosen to establish a minimum boundary condition.

3) A less conservative but more likely accurate approach would have used a left skewed distribution with a high degree of kurtosis around the 3 day mark and a long tail stretched out to 24 days.

4) We expect that more accurate curve fit would indicate a 90+ probability that the Japanese tourist was infected in Hawaii

5) Its terrifying that a SARS-CoV2 aka COVID-19 infection was able to occur in Summer weather, as this indicates that this outbreak will continue and worsen through Summer.

6) Further confirmation of transmission in Hawaii, or in Summer weather locations like Australia and Indonesia would require the highest levels of risk mitigation

7) Confirmation of Summer weather transmission would be a strong indicator that this virus was Weaponized

8) Optimistically weaponzation would have been carried out for the sole purpose of making it easy and cost effective to infect Laboratory animals under humane temperature / humidity conditions.

CDC Distributing 160,000 nCoV Tests to 115 US Labs; Primary Care Doctors To Get Rapid CoronaVirus Tests In Mid-June

1) The CDC has created a nCoV detection grid across the USA by deploying ~92,000 Coronavirus tests spread uniformly across 115 CDC qualified laboratories in the USA.

2) The CDC is holding a surge reserve of ~68,000 Coronavirus tests to throw at which ever US city(s) experience sustained transmission.

3) Each of these tests takes a minimum of 4 hours to perform

4) The Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) has released a solicitation seeking RAPID in vitro coronavirus tests to be available no later than mid-June

5) The deployment of the RAPID Coronavirus test to Primary Care Doctors, ER's, and Urgent Cares in June will vastly improve the nCoV detection

Analysis:

1) CDC's coronavirus test kit deployment strategy allows us to derive the Concept Of Operations (CONOPS) in regards of how CDC sees the coronavirus pandemic exploding in the USA.

2) From the surge reserve CDC is holding, it is clear that CDC expects that their current protocol limiting testing to persons with no more than 1 degree of freedom from a Chinese traveler will eventually fail and will result in the undetected breakthrough of sustained person to person transmission in the USA

3) The size of the surge reserve at ~68,000 tests indicates that the CDC is expecting the USA outbreak will be similar in size to the current outbreak in China as of Feb 10.

4) The delay in deployment of Rapid Coronavirus tests to Primary Care Doctors until mid-June, is an indication that CDC is optimistic that phase one of the Coronavirus outbreak will wind down by June, similar to the way Flu season winds down during late Spring and early Summer. And as a result, delaying Rapid Test acquisition until they are proven, outweighs the risk of quickly deploying a not fully vetted Rapid Test. FEMA just DOUBLED a contract for 4 Billion Dollars in case of a Presidential Emergency Declaration. The contract was just let at the 1st of January and 15 days later something happened to make FEMA double the budget. The primary unplanned for situation that pops to mind during this time frame is the SARS-like outbreak coming from CHINA. Note this is just top of the Pyramid type spending; Billions and Billions more will have to be thrown at a major outbreak, fortunately most of that planning was already done in contracts tied the H7N9 influenza outbreak the fizzled several years back. Unfortunately the media is not reliable enough to accurately characterize the risk associated with this Coronavirus outbreak. Typically if the media and CDC is fomenting panic it is for clicks/views and budget increases. But if the media and CDC publicly underplay a disease risk it is because they fear a public panic will interfere with their planned actions. It is recognizing this latter situation that allows the astute observer to react prior to the herd of humanity stampeding. Often the best risk assessment can be garnered by looking at what the Government is contracting in reference to any particular situation. The fact that FEMA just had to DOUBLE its spending limit, just days after the settling a contract, for top level Presidential level disaster response is telling. Our initial assessment is that People will NOT be dropping like flies; that said, it takes very little to disturb the normalcy of a 1st World medical system. The SARS-like outbreak has the potential to shut down hospitals, dialysis clinics, and make normal medical treatment difficult to find. More people would be likely to die from being shut out of treatment for normally treatable chronic diseases than would from the SARS-like virus itself. More to follow: Sources:

Oroville Dam Failure Begins at the 908 Foot Lake Level According to The California Department of Water Resources

Information recently released by the California Division of Water Resources indicates that

1. Oroville Dam failures will begin at the Emergency Spillway when lake levels reach 908 feet

2. Oroville Dam failures will begin at the Main Spillway when lake levels reach 908 feet

3. At a 899 ft lake level it only takes ~ 6 inches of rain in 21 hours to reach the 908 foot failure point

4. No risk assessment has been performed on the unreinforced section of Emergency Spillway

5. The Emergency Spillway no longer has capacity to be a redundancy for the Main Spillway

6. The Emergency Spillway can now only handle a 100K CFS flow rate (was 450K CFS)

7. The Main Spillway can now only handle a 269K CFS flow rate (was 301K CFS)

8. Oroville Dam can no longer survive the Maximum Possible Flood ( an 1,800 year flood)

9. Oroville Dam can not handle the Standard Project Flood when lake levels are above 848 feet

10. Global warming will make the 1,800 year Maximum Possible Flood occur more frequently

11. Global warming will make the 440 year Standard Project Flood occur more frequently.

12. No risk mitigation work has been done on either the Spillway Gate or Hyatt Power House

13. Down stream levee failures will occur when release rates exceed 150K CFS,

The above data assumes that Oroville Dam will function 100% as claimed by the California Division of Water Resources.

We question the veracity of 100% dam operations for the following reasons

1. Even after massively reinforcing the top half of the Emergency Spillway, the hillside is so unstable that the Spillway flow rates had to be dropped by ~80%

2. Oroville Dam authorities have shown an inability to problem solve real time, as proven by their 2017 decision to use the Emergency Spillway despite an obviously eroding hillside, leading to issue 3

3. Oroville Dam authorities have an inability to recognize life threatening situations until the last possible moment, as evidenced by declaring an Emergency Evacuation after continuous claims of safety just moments prior.

3. In an Orwellian maneuver, Oroville Dam renamed the Emergency Spillway to the "Auxiliary Spillway" after its use resulted in a MASSIVE EMERGENCY EVACUATION; this renaming shows they WILL place and push a false appearance of safety above actual safety.

4. News organization were complicit in renaming the Emergency Spillway to the Auxiliary Spillway

5 During the recent low flow Main Spillway usage, we noticed an anomaly possibly affecting future Hyatt Power House operations. (more to follow)

6. Insufficient live Main Spillway testing has been done despite unusually high lake levels

7. Their Risk Analysis understates risks, as all risk events treated as separate and not interrelated.

Radioactive Orange Snow

According to Minneapolis National Weather Service the red dirt causing Minnesota's orange snow was picked yesterday from the North West Texas area by the jetstream.
