Perfect is the word I use to describe my wedding day thanks to Jamie Simpson. Having come highly recommended our expectations were nothing short of perfection. To say the least that is exactly what we received from Jamie’s services. He exceeded our expectations in every way. From the start he was a pleasure to work with. He is enthusiastic, personable, and truly a passionate entertainer.

After only the first meeting I felt that I trusted in Jamie to deliver the very vision that I had dreamed of  for our big day. To trust a vendor is nothing short of everything for an overwhelmed bride. It was obvious to me that this was one are of my wedding that I didn’t have to dwell on. Jamie’s experience paired with his desire to entertain was easily observable in every encounter.

Jamie created for us the most beautiful monogram that was showcased on the dance floor during our first dance. The up lighting, customized monogram, props, and music selection created the Perfect atmosphere for our celebration. Four months later and guest are still talking about our wedding, in particular the “Amazing DJ”! I had the not only the perfect wedding, but the perfect DJ; evidence by the gorgeous lighting at my reception, the packed dance floor throughout the entire night, the laughing and smiling guest, and a very blissful couple on their wedding day.

Jamie at Houserockers DJ was awesome! He was professional, flexible, and FUN! We planned our wedding out of town and were able to work with him from a distance. He helped us create a great flow for our reception and was responsive to our special requests. He also provided great ideas that made our day more personal and special. We received so many compliments on our reception and DJ. We couldn’t keep our guests off the dance floor!!!! Our guests had so much fun and keep telling us that our reception was “the best wedding reception ever!!”

I used wedding wire reviews from other brides to find a DJ and boy did it pay off!  Our guests raved about the DJ we had our reception in Pittsburgh.   Jamie and I corresponded via telephone and we were able to work out all the details-our first meeting was at the reception.  His website makes it so easy to plan and he was so flexible with us, assisting and suggesting some of our dance songs. I could not be more pleased with his services and highly recommend him to any bride!

My favorite part was at the end of the reception he had all the guest line all the way to the doors and my groom and I ran through the tunnel- what a blast!   BOOK HIM-YOU WON’T BE SORRY AND HE IS WORTH IT!!!!!!

From start to finish, Jamie from Houserockers DJ did a fantastic job of making our wedding the best party of the year and one that we and our friends and family will remember for a lifetime!

Jamie was wonderful to work with. His meetings before the wedding helped to set the stage for the day. I remember worrying a lot about how much work it was going to be to plan a reception. After meeting with Jamie for the first time, the worries were gone. He helped us to plan the order of the night and offered suggestions that complemented our style and personality. He really helped to make the day refelct “us.”

When the day finally came, he was right there leading the way with a smile on his face and ensuring that everyone knew what they were doing and that everyone stuck to the schedule. When it was time to party, he played the perfect songs to keep people on the dance floor. I have had guests ask us when we are renewing our vows, and they said that it was the best wedding that they had ever been to. We went simple and had nothing extravagant, so it had to be the music and the party scene.

After looking back on the different weddings that we had been to and picking out the ones that we had the most fun at, my friends and I realized that the common factor was Houserockers DJ. I guarantee that Jamie will help to make your day the best ever and take some of the worries off of you. He is worth every penny!!

Jamie was absolutely fantastic! Everyone enjoyed themselves at our wedding. I loved the monogram he’d made for us and the accented red lighting was perfect! The props and the music to go with it….couldn’t have been more fun. Truly an A+ performance from what I felt was the best DJ I’d ever had the pleasure of working with. Will definitely recommend his services to my friends and family, although most of them were there! :) Thank you for a fantastic time, Jamie!

Meagan and Brendan celebrated an amazing reception at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hall in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.   The evening was highlighted with a beautifully choreographed first dance.  I provided contemporary level service which included accent lighting and centerpiece pinspotting.  Check out their video blog:

 Jamie was absolutely fabulous to work with from start to finish…you would be crazy not to hire him for your wedding!

During the planning process we were unsure of what we wanted to do for entrances, songs, music planning, uplighting, etc. and Jamie was there every step of the way with fantastic suggestions and ideas to keep the party going. He was always available to help with timeline questions and to coordinate with our day-of-coordinator which made things much easier on our part and put our minds at ease. On the day of our wedding, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the creative entrance to the always-packed dance floor, he made it a night to remember. Numerous guests made specific comments about how great he was and how we made the right choice…what better compliment could you give?!?

We felt comfortable with Jamie from day one and are thrilled with the choice that we made. We highly recommend him…you won’t regret the decision! He’s worth every dollar spent and then some.
