The river can fill up to the roof in about 30 minutes, so if you’re a traveler that wants to experience River Fleet, you should be aware of its danger, and get out as soon as the water starts rising.

When this network of tunnels were made, the river water was clean and clear, but throughout the years it has gotten rather pollute by waste and blood. So soon it became a place you could throw junk into, even dead bodies.

A lot of things were tried to be done to fix everything, but the stink was unbearable. Luckily its somewhat clean today, and you can visit the whole network, just be safe. And here are some other places in London that you can visit while you’re at it.

Their art work screams the 90′s, and we love it, especially if you were young during that period of time. And not to mention the colors that are just popping.

These two artists have a design studio in Nice, France where they put their two heads together and create amazing paper sculptures, and they called this retro piece “Back to Basics” which is a personal project it seems.

The sculptures are all handmade which is amazing because some of their pieces have incredible details.

A teen would probably like to have these creations in her/his room, it gives the perfect young and fresh touch to a room. Other amazing creations made from paper is this funny mini office.

He then photographer the same people in his studio one week later in their finest clothes. He made them pose the same way as they did in the park with the same kind of lighting so the photos would be the perfect “Before and After”.

It is very interesting to see the results. Some of the models look so different that you wouldn’t believe it’s the same person without all the fancy clothes and make-up. Well, that’s what make-up and styling do, right?

Now, who is ready for some jogging? And while you contemplate, you would take a look at these before and after pictures of drug addicts.

At the border of China and Russia in the far east there were this prison that photographer Aleksey Kuznetsov went to and took some photos in year 1891. The prison is located in Nerchinsk, and on the photos you can see how the prisoners lived.

There are even a female prisoner which you may thought they didn’t have. They worked all day, and when it was time to rest they got cuffed in heavy chains and got some very thing pillows to sleep on.

Money management is one of the most crucial skills we should have. You need to know how to not get in to debt and how to save so that you can have a good financial future. This is something that is not often taught in schools and many parents do not pass their knowledge on either.

There are some good websites and books that can teach you what you need to know though and you will be able to pass this knowledge on to your children so that they have good money management skills as well. It is not that difficult to learn or even to practise, but unless you have actually been taught what t o do, you may not understand the best way to handle your money. Learning how to swim is a skill that could save your life. You do not need to be a fantastic swimmer or even have any awards for it, but to know how to stay above water and swim a little bit could save your life.

If you fall in to water, then you need the ability to be able to save yourself and without having the ability to swim, you could end up not being able to do this. Just having a few basic skills could be something that you will regret not having and learning does not take that much time, money or effort.

Most people have a local pool that will have swimming lessons for babies, adults and children and so there is no excuse not to learn. It may cost money, but it is worth it if it could save your life one day.

How To Cook

Learning how to cook is something that is extremely useful. You do not necessarily need to know how to cook the very best three course meal so that you can entertain people, although that is a good thing to be able to do. It is useful though, to know how to look after yourself.

There are shortcuts available, so you can buy fast food or ready meals but this is not a healthy way to live. This is why cooking is so important. Many foods have ingredients added in that we do not even know are in there let alone what they will do to us.

Vanessa Selbst

Vanessa Selbst is a US professional poker player who won the 2008 world series of poker $1,500 pot limit Omaha event. She has made three finals and two heads up semi finals in the World Series of Poker.

She has had 11 first place finishes in total and won two WSOP bracelets. Her total tournament winnings exceed seven million dollars and she is just 28 years of age.

Kathy Liebert

Kathy Liebert is a 45 year old American professional poker player. She has 1 WSOP bracelet and won money at more than 36 major international tournaments.

She started playing when she was 12 and has had 13 first place finishes in tournaments including the $1,500 Hold ‘Em Shoot Event at the 2004 World Series of Poker which was worth $110,180.

Jennifer Harman Traniello

Jennifer Harman Traniello is a US poker player who has amassed over $2.5 million in prize money. She is 48 years old now, but started winning at poker at the age of eight years.

She is one of the most feared players in the game and has two WSOP bracelets. She has had four first place finished in her professional career which she started in the mid 80’s.

Liv Boeree

Liv Boeree is a British model and TV presenter and started off playing poker in a reality TV show which led her to a poker career. She has had two first place finishes including the EPT making her the third woman to have ever done so.

She also won a Caesars Palace event which gave her a $19,000 entry to the 2007 5 Diamond Classic tournament at the Bellagio. Her total winnings are $2.2 million.

Sandra Naujoks

Sandra Naujoks is from Berlin and a tough poker player. She is the European Player of the Year and has had two first place finishes in her career.

At just 31 years old she has also got the title of European Poker Tour Champion under her belt and was the second female to ever achieve this. She has won $1.8 million in total and most recently won over $11,000 in the France Poker Series Main Event No Limit Hold’em.

Mimi Tran

Mimi Tran was born in Vietnam but now lives in California. She started player poker in 1989 after being taught by her boyfriend in exchange for teaching him to speak Vietnamese.

She did not start by playing in tournaments but since she started in 1998 she has won over $1.5 million, most recently coming 50^th in the LA Poker Classic WPT Event Season 11 with a prize of $21,840.

Victoria Coren

Victoria Coren is a UK television presenter and author as well as a newspaper columnist. She won the 2004 Celebrity Poker Challenege and was the first ever woman to win an EPT events. Her total winnings are over $1.3 million and she has had two first place finishes.

Annie Duke

Annie Duke came from a home where her father and brother continued to beat her at poker. This taught her well and she has now won a WSOP bracelet, has had four first place finishes and over $2 million in total winnings.

She started playing at the age of 22 and now at the age of 47, continues to play making sure she has enough time to spend with her four children as well.

And we all known that they have had a tough life which shows in their faces. Jeffries was a sports photographer, but he changes his interest when he met a homeless girl in the streets of London.

Before taking a photo of the homeless people he sits down and talks to them, because he wants to know their story. His perception complete changes, and these people become the subject of his art.

You can see the people are tired and dirty with a completely unhealthy look. The old ones has many wrinkles; it’s like each of them are telling their own story of the hard life as a homeless.

Another photographer has captured how homeless people are living under the roads of Las Vegas in huge flood tunnels.

Just a few pay attention and give some money to the owners of the monkeys, but most people don’t even bother looking. They earn very little on this street performances, but for them it’s better than nothing. Luckily the street monkeys have been reduced since Jakarta is getting more and more affluent, and the Jakarta Animal Aid Network are doing there best to put a stop on this animal cruelty.
