Freedom is the Higher River

We have come to this place in our knowing. Our knowing: Our knowing has taken us into the depths of despair and pulled us out of the illusion of creations gone awry or abandoned.

Yet here we are clearly on the other side. Now what propels us forward is the feeling of love and joyousness beyond measure.

Clearly having crossed the chaotic, turbulent ocean of the great divide, we now face toward the inland rivers of love, which fan out before us as far as we can see.

There is much building and developing of these new rivers to be interwoven together as one. One. All as one.

Speaking of being human: We have traveled far, you and I. And now it is time to say goodbye: Good bye to the sadness, the failed attempts, the transgressions against the self, and say hello to today's clear blue sky.

We are many in number now. We come from all walks of life, and we are here to work together to raise the awareness of people everywhere.

We can do it. Yes. It is already done.

A new race of nations forms as we speak. Allowing of all that is: Be well, and know that you are loved.

The Higher River

The higher river of love dictates a form of allowing that sees no divide, that feels only freedom. Freedom is a feeling; a state of being that is liquid light in human form. The human body was never designed to flow in the same free-form way as the Light Being now inhabiting the human form.

The human form is rigid, and built for work--back-breaking work--that forges new territory, builds new forms, and forages (like the animal kingdom) for food.

But we are here now, fully residing in the human body, and freedom is our innate state of being.

We have come into the body to merge with what it means to be human, and there are particular advantages to being in a human body. The very same amorphous flowings that are so natural to a Light Being can be channeled through the human electrical system in such a way as to bring the higher frequencies into the lower, thus entraining the lower to the higher.

For many of my brothers and sisters of the light, we are doing just that. And to such an extent that we have created two distinct rivers of consciousness.

Many who first incarnated 3000 - 5000 years ago to begin this process of separating out from the human awareness are now ready to go home. Many more who have come in prior to that time are already on the other side of this dense reality helping those of us who are still here, or who have come recently into the body to remember more fully who we are. We are not the body is the very first awareness that comes to us. Next is whywe are here. There are many paths (projected outcomes) but few make it to their final destination. Why? Because the obstacles are so great.

The many visions that we have are so very similar because we are here to love and support one another. Even as one "makes it" we all make it, too.

All as one is a knowing that we are here now to align, vibrationally, as one light wave frequency: As One.

By doing so, we create a particular wave form that others in the body recognize. And by doing so, we wake-up, remember and re-align body, mind and spirit to the higher river or bandwidth of light.

It's a very simple process--to re-align--but it is not necessarily an easy one considering that the human race is a physical race of beings with a physical orientation to life in the body.

We light beings are accustomed to "flow" and "allowing" for what is, but to go with the flow of oneness in the physical sometimes requires us to let go of what no longer feels like a flow which brings up pain and anguish.

The human body is built for withstanding difficulty, so to simply flow, this sometimes requires considerable unearthing of human emotionality.

So what is a Light Being in a human body to do? Make the internal shift and allow the external world to adjust around you. You know how to do this so well in your non-physical state. It's your emotional body that holds you back.

Allow for joyousness in your life, and you'll find yourself back in that higher river with ease and grace.

Allow your heart, rather than your human mind, to be your guide.

"Hallowed be thy name in kingdom come as it is in heaven."

This metaphor describes the very nature of freedom and what we have come here to this world to do: To become fully present in the physical world and by doing so bring humanity into an elevated reality. Freedom is what you have come here to realize because you are already that.

Heaven: merging your vibrational home with this one.

"A Radical Shift in Global Consciousness

It has come to my attention that the age of man has come to closure. It is now the time for the Light Being that we are to come into form. We are here to shift global consciousness, not be our deeds, but by our mere presence in the lives of people everywhere.

This is not to say that we will not actively pursue personal peace and happiness: We will. It merely indicates an acceptance of Truth in the face of denial. Love where hatred and prejudice has always been. We are being asked by those who govern this game of life on earth to accept that we are not only human but divinity itself. That spark of light that animates the body-mind continuum and breathes life into form can no longer be denied.

We have just past through a great divide in consciousness and have landed squarely on the other side. For those who have decided to stay fully seated in the body, we are in for the ride of our lives. The upcoming year of 2009 promises to be the most pivotal year in the great shift in social, political, economic and environmental consciousness, ever.

By the time you receive this message, you will have already shifted from form (mind) to heart (soul), and know that now is the time to let that last remaining fear of the unknown go. Let it go.

We are new paradigm leaders who are here to build new structures. We are the teachers of the new way of being in this world--the world that accepts the higher octaves of light as an operational fact of life. We not only accept but embrace our world as a global community. The lines of statehood and nationality fade beside the concept of family.

As you move ever closer to fully letting go of whatever form in this world that no longer serves you, I pray love, honor and acceptance of all there is. And so shall it be.

To gain additional help in this area, I have posted a few self-help articles and have set aside time to explain, in greater detail, the energy patterns in play now that are bound to deeply affect the flow of your own life and how to navigate the changes upon us all.

THE ENERGY PATTERNS OF JANUARY 2009

Jan. marks the time of the great shift in global consciousness. This radical shift will open up levels or layers of light that will lead to a complete reorganization of everything you have ever known that was right and true about this world--this physical world, which is why so many of us will lose touch with our very own inner navigational signals.

We are not to worry about the great wave of sadness that is to follow this shift. It will be experienced in form as an attempt to destroy by the one who was picked to lead the great debate. We are to recognize the fuller awareness of heart, and to see the awareness as an opening; not a shut down or closing of light. An opening is to occur in all awareness of thought. And complacency must go; it is on it's way out.

TRANSFORMATIONAL TOOL:
Manifestation and the Power of One

Steps 1, 2 and 3

In ancient times we knew what form life was to take because we were good listeners. We listened to the stillness of our heart. We paid attention to our dreams. We listened to the wisdom that came from kind words of care from others. We paid attention to the signs of life that gently or not so gently showed us the way out of any darkness. But many of us have lost touch with our very own inner navigational signals.

The following three step process is designed to get you back in touch with that which guides you. It's a way to flow with the higher octave energy patterns instead of getting tossed around by the chaos or get stuck in the mire of confusion when you lose your focus and life starts happening to you.

In the coming times ahead--and right now-- these three steps if taken even in the most confusing of times will put you right back on track.

1. Listen: Listen to the still voice inside.
2. Trust the Knowing: Acknowledge the knowing of your heart.
3. Act: Take action on that knowing no matter how small or insignificant or seemingly illogical the knowing that is guiding you seems.

Practice these three steps on a moment to moment basis, and you will cut through any distortion that the mind will have you chasing after in a flash. The practice of listening to your inner voice is the most important step but without acknowledging or taking action, your inner navigational guide will only grown weak from lack of follow through.

You must follow through in order to strengthen your awareness of your heart path. And of course what you are doing when you honor your heart's desire is giving your soul the signal that you are putting more faith in you than what or how the world would have you do or be.

Listen, Trust, Act. 1, 2, 3. With practice, it becomes a way of life and with that first step everything opens up. Practice, practice, practice.

Finally, a word about that choice that you already made about listening to your heart. If you are still sitting on top of a pile of old power dynamics, relationship issues, life-choices that no longer serve you, remember that you are looking at your past. Bless this stack of whatever it was, and go back to step 1, 2, 3.

Merging with I AM THAT

How can one truly see without the heart to feel? This question describes the difference between the mind and the body of light known as the soul or Light Being that co-creates with the human consciousness.

The human way of seeing is to think, plan, and strategize. While the Light Being feels absolutely everything, everything, everything.

No two races could be farther apart in their approaches to experiencing life. But put the two together and you have a most marvelous combination of both.

Now this may sound a bit way out there for some but as a Being of Light, I can absolutely understand the desire--in fact, the need--to merge the two races together as one.

The human race has long been viewed as war-like. Yet looking back over our history as Light Beings, there have been many different factions from a variety of star races coming and going from the human experience, which have injected many outside influences into the human consciousness. Some of these forms of consciousness have served as the impetus to propel humanity further up the evolutionary spiral. And some were designed to plunder and drive the true wealth of the human race--compassion--into the ground.

The remnants of this kind of interference are being played out in our present day reality of shape-shifting politics, grab and take commerce, military coups, and a basic adversarial mind-set toward others and the environment. As Light Beings who have purposefully adjoined our light with the human consciousness, we are not immune to how this kind of inference affects our world.

Unlike the battles that take place with guns and bombs, this warring comes from within as these lower vibrational influences, planted within us so long ago, rear their ugly heads and wreak havoc on our peace of mind. This feeling of being ill-at-ease then undermines our willingness to be open to the fullest expression of All as One.

Some may mistake these lower vibrational outbursts as attacks triggered by others who maliciously set about to knock us off balance. But in actuality the seed vibration of this kind of flare up is within us. Outside energies are only activating what is already there.

Sometimes this sense of being assaulted or suddenly feeling sad, depressed or angry happens when we come into contact with someone who carries this kind of vibration. It's easy to spot a lower vibration and simply allow it to pass right through us or change direction and avoid it altogether. But what happens when when we suddenly begin feeling these same lower vibrational emotions are triggered by joy? What then?

As we move into this higher vibrational terrain, anything at all--down the very smallest pocket of self-hatred--will be rooted out. Like pin-sized oxygen bubbles rising from the ocean floor expanding as they ascend, these lower vibrations can at times feel like they are over-taking us. But they are not. Like their oxygen counter parts, we are feeling the path through the field of oneness.

This internal process can at times feel as though you are in the middle of the war zone and in a way, you are but only if you resist the flow. As we allow the purity of heart that we are, we are called to let go of all that feels heavy and entrain to the higher.

In my experience, if you are occupying a human body, you are not immune to this merging process. When you are feeling out of sorts, here are some things that may help get you back into the flow with ease and grace:

Hold Your Center. As much as the lower vibrations are moving through your system, hold to the center of joy. It may get to where the lower emotion feels greater than the joy, but keep holding your focus on joy.
Claim Your Energetic Space. As you do, affirm I AM __ (love, joy, peace, compassion...) all the while that you set your intention like you are speaking to a small child in a firm, clear calm inner voice, and commanding that lower vibration to leave your body now. Sent it off to transcend and to merge with the onenes that you are.
Clear the emotional body. Practice EFT (emotional freedom technique) or various forms of energetic techniques to get the body moving.
Re-balance the physical body. And speaking of moving, move the body by walking, bending, and stretching, especially in Mother Nature. Standing or walking next to a body of water is always very helpful to promote inner movement of energy.
Focus Inward. As much as you may be wanting to project what you are feeling from a reactive viewpoint onto a specific event or someone in your world, keep your focus fully within.
Claim Your Power. Avoid telling your story because you will only attract those very same lower energies to you that you are working so diligently to clear.
Re-set Your Knowing. Ask for help from someone you trust: Ask someone who is clear and can hold sacred space for you to entrain to the higher vibration. Or better yet, ask yourself. Here is a technique that you can use to get a straight answer from the being of light that you are without interference from the mind.

Stare straight ahead for a moment while settling your focus on something far away.
Keeping your head steady, move your eyes to look straight up.
Relax, then very quickly ask yourself a question. For instance, "What is this pain in my body? Repeat out loud or silently three times.
You may want to write your question down first before you do this, then as soon as you have asked the question, begin writing down whatever comes to you. Don't think just write. This will lead you to another question that builds on the first. Before you know it, you are in a flow of writing and reconnected to the feeling nature of you.

In conclusion, unlike any infectious disease, vibration is not catching. It's just that we Beings of Light feel absolutely everything so it's easy to get ensnared in the human dynamics of the mind. Without balance, we can find ourselves chasing shadows down imaginary dark alleys or engaging in games of who did what to whom. Aligning withe oneness changes all of this.

Many of us are now in the zone to create fully and completely in the reality of All as One. So this is no time to get disheartened and feel that that your game of life is lost when in fact, your path is fully paved for you to create within this new paradigm.

As more of us are awakening to this oneness that is aligned with purity of heart, we realize that we have an unprecedented opportunity to begin not only imagining but now building an entirely new paradigm community.

Here is how one person summed up her viewpoint: "I see what we have all been moving through these past months as the releasing or tearing down of the old, all of the old. Even the parts of ourselves that we like we have been asked to surrender so that the new can truly be built. And as you have shared it is the time of building the new."

So what happens from here on out is entirely up you. As I heard so clearly during our last Living the Miracle experience, "The created have now become the creators".

Let the merging of all inner worlds be complete and the building in the new paradigm of oneness begin.

Flowing in the River of Stillness as Economic, Social and Political Chaos Plays Out

The shift in global consciousness is now upon us. We are here to tell you that as you release the lower vibrational tenors and tones of your life experiences that you will find your way into the higher vibrational river that is now here--fully here--to create within the oneness of all there is.

The feeling nature of All as One comes with a price to pay: It is not an easy task to let go of all the pain and suffering that you have endured. This endurance has become your navigational guide for this world. Yet THIS world is rapidly falling away.

In its place is another vibrational world. And this world requires no striving--only receiving--receiving the grace that you are already. This grace becomes you as you learn to let go and swim freely--ever so freely--in the waters of love and joyousness. As you do, you will find your Light brethren right along beside you.

You will discover new paradigm communities forming all around you beckoning to you to come and play; to come into these new flattened hierarchies of acceptance of Self and others and to create the solutions that are calling to us now.

In this higher vibrational river, you will not find others telling you what to do or where to go. You will discover your heart's desire as an extension of full freedom of expression. You'll find this freedom by inwardly listening to the deeper levels of stillness that beacons to you to run, to jump, to create, and to play.

You will not find a system that fits or does not fit. You will find, just like when your soul plays in the Spirit world, a flow of grace that guides you home to Source.

You will find others there with you, and when you do, you will remember who you are. You will remember that life here in the physical can be just as joyous, just as much of a creative flow as it is in the ethereal realms of light. And with this feeling of joy to be your guide, that is where your grand adventure truly begins. Are you ready?

If your answer is yes, all it takes is a choice. Your choice to be free of the strife and inner turmoil once and for all. Your courage to continue moving into the higher vibrational river is what will bring you into the knowing of who you are. And that is where we will be also.

Ushering in the Third Wave

I must tell you about my travels into the land of the north. I was there to give a series of book talks that culminated in a Living the Miracle workshop Sept. 27-28, 2008. Upon my arrival in the Madison, Wisconsin area this past week, I kept feeling the land soon to be under water.I kept sensing the path, the regional changes, and the people stepping forward to create the new paradigm structures, to facilitate the mass exodus of souls from the physical plane as a part of the second wave, and to act as the gatekeepers for those wishing to leave. And the others so close to the native traditions putting the energetic call out to gather their tribe for what is about to occur. Then there are the people who are working with the children by actively weaving the light on a global scale.

It was quite a profound knowing even as I was moving deep sadness through my system as I traveled the two days to reach my final destination.

Then I opened and there it all was, the visions and the knowings confirmed by the Guideds. And to no surprise to the people who live there.

The land has already gone through its first flooding. It was declared a natural disaster in some areas recently so this information was not a surprise.

The visions of pontoon boats with big fan-like motors on the back become the mode of transportation. Fertile ground sprouts newly grown crops from non-genetically altered seed along a much wider Mississippi delta that divides the east and west. By 2017, people find a new life-rythm and get back to basics after the flood of water suddenly flows in from the North Sea in 2009.

As I spoke about the changes coming to the mid-west, the economic crisis was (and still is) playing out in the backdrop. But we were all focused on the river of stillness spoken about in this month's message, and the choice to remain in this higher vibrational river no matter what happens in the lower fear-driven river.

By Saturday evening, with the original core group of women who met in Chicago one year ago to the day and joined by others, we brought in the third wave of higher vibrational light and grounded it into the physical realm.

The group completed the task that began at the last Living the Miracle healing session just two weeks prior. With the aide of the Guides, we opened sacred space to allow the souls wishing to leave safe passage to the other side. Then we opened up a vortex of light from the higher realms and channeled in the third wave of light that allowed souls to fully ascend to humanity's highest expression by fully adjoining with the light beings here to assist them.

This process of anchoring in the third wave into the body continued on Sunday as we were joined by new faces.

There were Wisdom Keepers and the energies of the ascended masters in the form of Master Teachers, the Fairies, and individuals who carry the encodings of the new technologies in their DNA.

We anchored all these myriad energies into the earthen plane with the intention of stepping onto the path of total freedom: freedom of expression, freedom to choose a more heart-centered path, freedom of speech, and freedom to embrace a new form of leadership.

I was reminded as we did our work that it is not enough to call forth the energetic pathways. The time of building in the new has arrived. The group in Madison, aided by the support of those who held sacred space while we did our work, anchored this higher vibrational light into the body.

Let the new paradigm community building begin.

The time of the rapture has arrived.

And so it is.

Humility and the Courage to Listen

My heart is full with the promise and hope of tomorrow. These are the words that come to mind when I think of the remarkable people I have met on this trip. Our time in Colorado afforded us the opportunity to open up a new portal of light in such a way as to change the course of our collective future.

To my dismay, the question I found myself asking in the midst of experiencing profound waves of joyousness was this: How can four people coming together by a seemingly chance encounter change the course of the collective consciousness?

The answer from the Light Beings guiding us that particular evening was "pureness of heart." As these words flushed into my awareness, the knowing of how essential the stance of humility is to maintaining one's focus came rushing in. Humility is what aligns the soul with its higher incarnational path and allows room to witness life as the body consciousness struggles to make sense of life.

New portals are now being opened as we listen and honor the inner prompting to go, to be at a particular place in time. Whether it means that we are to get quiet in the privacy of our own backyards or travel thousands of miles to adjoin with people who are listening to the same inner calling to be there now, it's the ability to stay humble that allows us to clearly hear the calling of the soul as we listen ever so closely to the heart. That's what matters most.

And these portals of light may seem geographically related—and they are—but it's because the people in particular locations are ready to accept, to open and receive. As they do, individually and collectively, they become the place holders for others who are ready to step in to the portal with them, and to adjoin with this higher vibrational light.

I can't tell you just how important it is now, more than at any time in our lineage as souls having those remarkable human experiences, to remain focused as we hold our center, and see through the inner noise of the mind in order to make those heart-centered choices. These are the choices that always put us in the right place at the right time for creating these openings, to our delight and surprise.

The world of pain and anguish has always found its way into the world for the sake of teaching others valuable lessons around compassion, truth, justice and forgiveness among others. But our legacy as the light beings that first incarnated into human form is to transcend the cycles of violence brought on by oppression.

Our choice now is to be freed from these cycles of self-hatred and loathing by choosing to transcend them altogether. Liberation can be realized by making this one, singular choice to be free. As we do, we as a race of nations change absolutely everything about our world.

I have written these words so many times now that one would think that enough is enough. But the Light Beings tell me that we are almost there. We have almost reached the tipping point, and we are ready to amplify the force of light that we are to such a magnitude that the very primordial nature of the human species is about to radically shift.

Can you imagine it? All that love and joyousness you feel inside suddenly, spontaneously, most joyously manifesting as peaceful coalescence, collaboration, and innovation? We have witnessed the other way—the segregation, subjugation, and divisiveness—for so long that it is hard to trust. But trust is the only way to transform and transcend these lower vibrational cycles.

So back to my primary question: How can it be that four people coming together with purity of heart change the course of the collective consciousness? The simple answer is because we are ready. And so it is with each and every one of us. And so it is with you. When you are ready to listen, to shift your viewpoint or change the habitual way of being, you will.

No one else can do this for you or to you. No one. Only you.

Some of us may have to sink so far down into our own version of self-imposed oppression or violence, subjugation of self or others that we finally cry out for help.

And the help that has always been there for you on the ready will say, Yes. I am here. Take my hand. I will lead you out of the sadness, out of the pit of despair, out of the confusion. I will lead you home to truth, to peace and compassion. I will lead you home to joyousness. And so we go.

I have this choice to make the same as you. No one can know the what or why of my choice, the way that only you know YOU best.

However, the common denominator within each is courage.

Once you and I have identified the disparity between where we are and where we'd like to be, it's the kind of courage that gets us out of the mind, out of the ego, and into the heart that gets us there. Once we do, the rest is easy by comparison.

And that is how the light being that you are is changing the course of humanity...we are growing in number... one heart at a time.

Love, love, love thyself.

THE ENERGY PATTERNS OF SEPTEMBER

Energetically, September will bring much in the way of change to your life. You will experience tumultuous times ahead but by the fall of 2009, you'll look back and realize that it all began with the choice(s) you set into motion as early as right now.

If you are fully in your heart as you make your choice, you will sail right on through your creation cycle, while others around you are grasping at straws, or having to change their course or regroup.

If you are being pushed or pulled apart in present moment, its best to take a break; step back and away from what you have created to gain perspective.

Allow your mind to settle before you push onward. If pushing at all is a part of your creation, stop and regroup.

Allowing is the way to create within the stillness of your very own heart. Allow your heart be guided by the forces of nature.

There is rhyme and reason for the flow that is coming into the planet now in waves.

These waves can be tsunamis at times. But even walls of energy find land at some point. Be in a position to allow-allow your heart to be your guide. You will find that as you do, the rest will feel like a flowing river of stillness by comparison.

Transcending Racial Divide

We are at an extraordinary crossroads in our lives as we are playing human. Many of us have come to understand the peace that is required to remain fully present. The two-dimensional realities of life have never been closer together and yet so far afield.

There is one aspect of humanity that is creating the reality of oneness consciousness, and the other that is on the very edge of playing out a scenario of racial divide.

Racial divide is threatening to tear our human family apart, as one might say. But from a higher learning perspective, it is what is needed to clear oppression from the face of our human family.

The kind of racial divide I am talking about is between mind and heart, light being and body consciousness.

In our higher vibrational nature, this chaos is playing out as division between our innate wisdom and the desires of the mind to control our life circumstances.

In our lower nature, the schemes of win or lose will play out as have's and have-not's, division and subjugation of others.

The visions and knowings that I have been connecting with of late have been showing me that not only are we each at a crossroads, but our entire family of humanity has come to this choice point in the road of life.

What will we choose? Will we decide that hatred of the other is the only way to move through this period in time? Or will we decide that it is finally time to lay down our collective sword of division, and get on with the business of accepting that beneath the fear of the mind, we are all one light, one heart.

Many of us are playing out these choice points in our present moment. Questions like "Do I stay in the same joy, same oppressive, confining relationship or is it time for me to trust my heart's calling to be free?

"Am I to remain complacent about what is happening in my world, or am I to stand up and speak my truth?

"Am I to love and honor myself or continue to allow my desire for freedom, love, and acceptance of self to go unnoticed?" speak to this same divisional nature."

These are very basic quality of life questions for those of us who are working on the finer nuances of racial divide. But as you make a choice that is totally honoring of Self, and thereby honoring of others, you will be doing your part to shift the global consciousness away from oppression--the kind of oppression that pits one family member against the other.

And so shall it be.

We have an unprecedented opportunity before us to transcend our human nature all together and create a feeling nature of balance and harmony. What will you choose in your life choices? It takes great courage to make a different choice but in the end you'll be so glad you did.

GLOBAL ENERGY PATTERNS
In the month of August, there will be three additional waves of social, political and acts of reformation thrust upon the peoples of South Africa. These acts of reformation will cause the under current of self-hatred to rise above the strife and declare victory over its human faculty. South Africa leads the way in reformation. India, Pakistan, and Southern Iran will follow. It is a revolt against division as economic sanctions are lifted.

In the Western hemisphere, we will continue to define our lives by have's and have not's until such time as hatred rears its ugly head, and we are subjected to mass violence, and social upheaval. This social restructuring will take on acts of kindness in the face of adversity.

Brother will be pitted against brother but will walk away in disgust for the old and embrace the new. We, as a race of nations, will move through this six to nine year period untouched as we work together to build the new social, political and economic structures to support the growing masses that recognize the failed systems of governance, and call forth a better, more equitable way of living.

Allowing for the Big Shift in Your life

There comes a time in everyone's life where the choice to go this way or that presents itself. Some of us decide by not deciding at all, but by allowing what is and what is to come to carry us along. Others recognize the time to change course by reason and logic.

Yet others see the way ahead, and when that time comes they sense and feel the very nature of their circumstance, then make the choice to stay, to go, to sit tight, or to resolve to stay the course, to keep going.

Many of us are in that zone right now. Some of us have most certainly connected with what I have come to call a "choice point," a point in time and space when a choice about one's life-path is challenged. But this is no ordinary challenge. The choice that presents itself represents the culmination of everything that we have been working toward, and now the choice will prove to be a pivotal directional pointer on the road of life. And in making that choice, everything, absolutely everything, will change.

Whatever your version of the choice that has already or is about to present itself to you, you are in that same zone as 6.6 billion others. The universal energy that is prompting you to make a choice at this particular moment, marks the cornerstone of the life you that have been building for the last five to seven years.

I can say this because we are all a part of a collective consciousness, and the collective is about to reach critical mass. Some call this the tipping point. Whatever the name, you can count on very big changes coming your way.

Why? Because inside any group, colony or village, there are many houses. Inside many lands there are many people. We are individuals having a human experience but in this experience we are always mirroring someone in one aspect of life or another. And the learning that comes from mirroring is the catalyst that pushes us to grow, to make different choices.

If you are like most, this mirroring of Self eventually causes tension between you and another because no two people are alike, which at some point calls you to grow by making a choice to open, to move, to change directions, etc. Like putting a new pointer on a different region on your map of life, making a new choice marks that next step in your grand adventure.

Choices send us signals about what we are learning.

In the lower vibrational form of recognizing a choice-point, the aspect of mirroring that prompts you to make a new choice is often described as strife, turmoil or division. But in the upper echelon, you are likely to experience mirroring as a challenge, growth or an opportunity to expand your horizons.

No matter how you might experience the prompting to change in the context of your personal world, I encourage you to do so with calm and peace. No matter what choice is presenting itself, making your choice in this vibrational river is the answer to everything.

And what about how others are bound
to react to your choice?
You know how you embrace or resist change in the context of your own life but what about others? What happens when your life and your choice point dramatically affects another? What then?

Humanity has names for this occurrence too, names like conflict, violence, disagreement or disarmament describe the more dramatic differences that are playing out in the world today. Even though humanity continues to play out group choice points in that way, it's quite possible to experience both the individual and the group choice points in more gentle ways such as awareness, enlightenment or exhilaration.

These descriptives of how your choice is bound to be experienced or expressed in reaction to your choice is about to be put to the test in a big way. I bring this to your attention because in our world, we are about to play out a plethora of choice points, first on the individual level from now until mid-September. What choice each of us make during this time will be acted out as a group choice point--first on a variety of group levels from mid-September through early to mid-November then on a global level shortly thereafter.

But first, we'll experience a sense of euphoria or lull from early December through mid-January, then a domino effect will trigger a tipping point, which will play out beginning in December.

If you can imagine the events and all the power packed emotion that went into the human creation cycles from 1926 - 1937, then add on top of that the events that played out from 1957 - 1962, you will begin to understand how important it is to hold to the center of peace, to hold to the higher echelons of allowing for love.

We will each experience our own version of the individual choice at some point during this time but whatever shift in consciousness occurs on or around Sept. 28, 2008 will be a direct tie-in and correlation to what will explode, expand, awaken within global consciousness on or around January 21, 2009.

We are being presented with an unbridled opportunity to shift the entire spectrum of human consciousness between now and then. Everyone counts. This is what we have all come into the body to do: Transcend human violence, hatred and division on all levels and layer of consciousness by choosing peace, joy, love in every facet of our lives.

There will be enough of us who will become confused and fall into the lower realms of chaos, but well enough of us who will hold to the higher. There are definitely two rivers of consciousness strongly in play now but some of us are still a bit shaky as to which river we wish to play in. This is where the beauty and harmony of this kind of "big shift" in consciousness comes into play.

A very small percentage of people can dramatically influence or even steer any group creation cycle toward a difference outcome by simply choosing joy as a path of service. Peace is always stronger than violence when intentionally created. Violence, as an unconscious behavior, will always find resolve in a sea of peace.

As we begin to move through the vibrational landscape that will at times challenge some us to our very core, I encourage you to make your choice for peace now, and not wait until turmoil threatens to overtake you.

How can you do this? By intending your life--your inner life--to be that peace now then to become vigilant about clearing whatever inner disturbance comes your way.

We have perfect reflections of those disturbances every day, which are just perfect for allowing more love, more joyousness into your life.

This kind of choice point brings into your awareness the path ahead because you can see so clearly the learning from the trail you have left behind. The choice now is to stay in the stillness of your heart so that you will not be pulled into the chaos. What will you choose? I choose transcendence.

I've been reminded of late that there is no use pushing the river or for that matter, standing back and watching life. For me, I am getting my sea legs around the dynamic of flow, the kind of flow that defines the river of consciousness that that guides me into the stillness.

Sometimes our own personal viewpoints are like oars that get put into the waters of life. We take action at just the right time to cause a shift (a shift in perspective, circumstances or life choices) and sometimes our actions cause us to step back and away from what might otherwise be a good thing.

The question that I have been asking lately is "How do you know when the mind (one's viewpoint) is what's steering the boat?"

There are as many opinions on this as there are potential answers but the bottom line is feeling. We know when we are allowing the mind to steer us off course because we can feel it. This feeling is different for each of us. There are many paths that will lead you to this same knowing, this same feeling, but it is the stillness of the mind that will determine your direction.

We are living in a time of radical change. I have been hearing these words in my head for as long as I can remember. But hearing and experiencing are two very different realities. Just recently, I viscerally connected with the knowing that everything the Guides have given to me over the years is true - absolutely true.

The lack of understanding or confusion came from my perspective at the time. They said that there are warring factions trying to take over and govern this sector of the galaxy, and that is true. They said that our world (our physical world) will go through a period of earth plane shifting, and that is certainly true.

They said that the two rivers of consciousness would go through a period of great divide but are destined to come back together as one. That has certainly happened - the separation of the two rivers, that is.

When I even begin thinking of putting my oar back into the water of the other (self-doubt, self-loathing, resentment, anger, etc.) I just can't go there. Something so strong pulls me right back into the stillness. I'm even getting to the point where yearning or longing from the perspective of my human nature just not working for me either.

The guides have also talked at length about the upheaval of social, political, economic and environmental aspects of our world. All that is now certainly upon us.

But they also said that it doesn't have to be so dramatic to our human energy systems. In our orientation to the physical world, we might even experience this kind of cathartic change as traumatic. But these two divergent experiences all depends on which of the two rivers your boat is flowing. No matter which river, we can change our future right now in our present moment.

But how? This has been the prevailing question that I have been asking the higher vibrational beings of light, and from all angles, for years.

They have not only given me the how but the what, when and where. However, just like each of us can imagine our future by looking around at our present and discern the signs of change all around us, there really is only one answer to this question of how: We are to go into the stillness. That is the foundation, the building blocks, and the right timing of when where and how we, each, are to put our oar into the water of life to affect vast global change.

This stillness that I speak of is not static, either. Nor does it place you squarely in the Non-doing State. Quite the contrary.

Within the stillness there is great movement, the kind of movement that moves mountains over rivers, as the Guides so often say.

The stillness is the mind. The stillness is your innate ability to listen to the heart above the static of the mind, to go deeper in to see what lies beneath the inner and the outer noise of your life. The stillness is what will guide you to realize your heart's desire. The stillness is your best friend, your mother and your father. You are to trust the stillness within you beyond measure because the stillness is you, the real you, Mr. or Miss/Ms. Being of Light having a human experience.

This next leg of our journey, here all together on this earthen plane, is bound to get pretty dicey in the coming months and years ahead.

I was reminded the other day that we are the generation that creates the bridge into the new paradigm of "all as one." And it will be our children and their children who will carry the work into the physical realities of their lives.

In saying this, our work is simply to put our oar in the water when our heart tells us to - not before and not unless. Can you imagine a simpler calling than that?

Dreaming Big
The energetic star gate has opened and with this opening is a most wondrous opportunity to shift global consciousness by connecting with our very own heart's desire. Will you come and play? These past few moths have not been easy, as we have been called to integrate the original star matrix into the human body.

Now is the time to dream. Pay close attention to what comes to you in the stillness of your very own heart. Dream it Big.

In meditation the other day, I heard the following: "Dream small and you'll get small. Dream it big and you'll get big."

For as many people as I have traveled into the higher dimensional realms with to help them to bypass the mind, I have always been amazed and in awe of who they truly are. Their truest nature is much bigger, freer; more expressive than anything they allow themselves to be in the physical. The perspective of the mind does that to us. What will you believe?

Let the stillness be your guide.

What a committed group of people can do to change the world

"We are here to tell you, my daughter, that the first and foremost gateway, star gateway, has now just been opened. You are aware of this opening because it occurred when you, the people of Washington, DC, were channeling their hearts into the center of the vortex of light. We were there with you, just on the other side of the veil aware of the opening between the two worlds. All is well."

By any measure of love, we should not be standing upright today. There are many forces of nature that are surprised that we broke through the matrix of light that held to the power dynamics of control and manipulation. But we did it. When hearts are opened wide to receive the very grace of God that we are already, modern-day miracles do occur.

What we discovered is the power that is invoked when a group of committed souls come together for love-for no other motive other than to serve as conduits for the greater good. "We are here with you now my dear ones. All is well."

When the first part of the that writing came through, I questioned the validity of the statement because it felt so personal, especially since I had just intended for highest good for all who will be reading this message. But then I stepped back from the feeling nature of what I had just written. I read it again. This time out loud. And it sunk in. Life is different now.

Everything feels very different than just a few short weeks ago. The world has been building up to a huge cliffhanger, a potential crash into chaos. It doesn't feel that way now. Suddenly that inner drive to push forward has disappeared. Now I know why. We did it. We poked just enough of a hole into the fixed matrix of control and manipulation that now light, light of all magnitude, is already pouring in to our earthen plane. How about that.

It wasn't just what we did in Vienna. The deep-level healing work that 12 remarkable women did in Chicago created the opening to occur in Washington, DC. And Chicago reaped the benefit of all those courageous souls who opened to unconditional love in Richmond.

And I am aware of others who, for some unforeseen reason, felt compelled to do the same in-groups of three or more on that very same weekend, Oct. 20/21. As we neared the time of the Activation in Vienna, what I kept hearing over and over from the Guides, was that it was time for us to clear the energy that was pushing the world toward a third world war, a holocaust.

This holocaust was headed toward playing out as total economic colapse, a financial crash of such magnitude that it would have taken us up to 25 years to work through. The Guides called this potential crash the third probable future, or lowest possible outcome from the energy patterns that have been in play since 1942. Now this scenario is being transformed. It's like the top of a mountain has been shaved off so that the approaching plane does not crash.

The kind of chaos that we will begin to move through from here on out will be, instead, a very different kind of chaos. So here we are, at the very beginning of building a new version of our collective probable future, and it feels so very right.

What will you choose?

How to integrate the energy shifts from the Activation into your daily life.
Symptoms of Ascension

I have received a record number of emails asking questions about what happened, how to assimilate what is going on in the body, mind, emotions. What specifically happened during the activation?

Profound knowings were realized by many on myriad levels, and for some the mind has now kicked into gear.

In our home, Mark went straight into a deep level physical processing out. He experienced body aches, headaches, muscle tension, etc. I was flying high all week before crashing into an old emotional pattern, then worked through it to clear it from my body. Then back up the vibrational spiral I went, but not without the help of a trusty friend, and the benefit of tuning back in to Mark's music. Just a few minutes of listening, put me right back inside the channel. What joy!

Mark and I have been through these kinds of dramatic shifts many times before so we have developed a process that helps us move through it a little more gracefully than when we first started doing this work. But for those of you who are moving through this intense period, what do you do to honor the integration of the higher vibration as you are also getting on with your life?

For deep-level body aches, seek out a practioner of choice: Cranial sacral, polarity therapy or energy work for balancing; massage for muscle tension. For headaches, migraines, suspect an emotional block.

Emotional clearing: EFT, witness the emotions like a movie playing outside of you even as you are releasing it through statements of affirmation. Bless and release any heavy emotion as it is leaving your body. Some of these patterns have been with us for a very long time, so the leaving process sometimes feels like pullng skin from skin.

Here is the big one: Relationships suddenly become volatile! Why? Your light is stepped up and what was okay before is not alright now. This is simple work but not easy. Keep focused on the joy, and with compassion speak your truth. Allow your heart, not your head, to be your guide.

Cure-all: Get out in Mother Nature. Move the body, clear the head. Practice meditation, yoga, Qigong, walk, and lots of it to move the energy through the body. Take hot salt baths and drink lots of water.

Keep a positive attitude and give thanks for this time in your life. Above all expect miracles to happen. As the old energy moves out to make room for more who you truly are, know that you are moving up the spiral and new surprises await you.

As your vision opens up, accept what is without trying to push to understand with your mind. If you are feeling vulnerable or are holding onto hurt feelings, let them go.

Above all, encourage yourself during this time of integration that you are headed home to joy.

Oneness. "We are all one...one energetic lightwave frequency." I have heard these words spoken through me so many times, as the Guides weave the light this way or that, depending on who is in the room or looking back at me. I have always found this statement to feel quite alright within yet have never been able to fully grasp it until - well - this weekend.

This weekend I worked with a most remarkable group of women just outside Chicago proper. Who would have known? I have also heard people talk about the Divine Feminine but, frankly, in my understanding, I never fully grasped or related to the essence of the meaning of what they were saying.

This, too, all came together for me-through feeling-as we wove and interwove the light of God that we are into a pattern of sacred geometry. The *lacremetre, as I heard and read the words upon my arrival home last night, is the closest approximation of what holds the key to merging heaven and earth, and we did it. We co-created within the oneness, within the inner planes of existence and birthed the structure (of the inner planes) into form. Life, at least for me, will never be the same again. I am transformed by the oneness now seated fully in the body. All is well.

For those of you who have not yet experienced the Divine Feminine in its fullest form, I highly recommend it. The power and force is what is guiding us, bringing us home. The Guides have called the Divine Feminine Shakti or peace, and now I know it fully as oneness. This oneness that we are all returning to is fueled by unconditional love, which can only be realized by the merging of Truth with Compassion. Truth without compassion is incomplete, and compassion without truth sets us up for resentment and anger until we realize the truth of who we are. One without the other cannot be birthed as onenesss. But merge the two as we did this weekend, and the world, your world, our world together as a collective consciousness, will never be the same again.

The Guides describe the birthing of oneness consciousness this way: Peace beyond measure; all is well.

That's another phrase that I now more fully understand: all is well. Yes. By knowing without a doubt that there is a divine flow, all is well.

If you suddenly take a wrong turn on a busy highway with a plane to catch, all is well. If your loved one dies or your child catches a cold, all is well. If your dreams are thwarted by fate, all is well. All is well when we are happy and when we are not.

When we die, it's often because we have given up so much of our life force to battling the elements of the flow. But if we truly know that all is well, then we are at peace with all of our creations that we have labeled good, bad or indifferent along the way. Once we are at peace with how our lives are flowing, the choice to change, to choose differently becomes a breeze.

Surreality sets in because we ascend to a lighter vibrational level. Like cream rising to the top of freshly drawn milk, we float or rise above the mind. The confusion or chaos, what was within us that has manifested outside of us is no longer holding us down. And we let it go. Let anything that feels heavy go. Some might call this way of seeing disassociation from reality. But I see it, now, as settling into the flow of a soul having a human experience. We don't have to struggle. Absent the struggle does not mean that there is a lack of movement. Quite the opposite. Within the stillness - peace - there emerges freedom, and within freedom is boundless movement.

Back to this weekend, I watched with my energetic sight how this is done in the physical, and it was quite mesmerizing. Freedom is exhilarating once we realize who we are.

As you read these words, I encourage you to step away from the mind, and to feel your way into the oneness of beingness that you are. Imagine yourself within the feeling of peace as you flow into your joy. Now you are free to dance, to move, to create however you wish. Once you have totally melded into the feeling of peace, and are trusting yourself, then whatever you choose is right because you feel the exhileration of being one within the flow. Now that, that feeling right there, is pure joy!

In our next Community Activation, I have absolutely no doubt that the feeling of flow through oneness, freedom and peace is bound to be more deeply and profoundly explored. What I have also discovered is that, with each Activation, the energetic shifts from one group to another is exponential. From Richmond to Chicago, and next from Chicago to Washington, DC. Whew! Are you ready? Will you come play!!?

Energy Shifts for Opening the Heart

A Tele-session Participant writes:
Thank you for a most interesting tele-conference call. I want to share with you something that happened to me when you started going through the questions.

[When] you got to the questions, I felt a tremendous surge of energy that began in my left ear and ended in my heart region. The energy surged down the left side of my neck and ended up in my left breast where it then shot from my body. It reached a height of 12 inches (I checked with a ruler) and it lasted about 15-20 minutes. During this time it was as if the phone was glued to my body and I was not to move although I did manage to move my right arm and hand, which is what I used to see where the energy was radiating from my body. When I say the energy was intense, that may be an understatement as it was bordering on hot.

Last night I could feel "something" in my left neck and shoulder and checked in the bathroom mirror after I hung up from the call to see if I had gotten burned. Again, there was no sign of a burn although the energy of "something" didn't dissipate for another hour. When I woke up this morning, I could feel my left neck region more so than the rest of my body...Evidently, the guides were jump starting my heart for some reason.

Preparing for the Chaos

Many of us have come through the eye of the needle these past few months in preparation for the work ahead. Our hearts are open and full of joy as we have learned (the hard way or the easy way) that the world, our world, is shifting changing, transforming before our very eyes.

For those who have put their focus to letting go of the heaviness of heart and taken concrete steps to making our dreams come true, those dreams have already taken form. For those who have stepped back and away out of fear, take heart, your way will challenge your sanity at times, but there is still hope.

Over the next few months, the world is preparing to move through a 14-18 month period, (starting late-November 2007), through a kind of cathartic clearing. What is out of balance will be challenged and pushed aside. What is in balance will remain so. The world is destined to go through a deep time critically viewing at what is important in life, and what is broken. What is broken will be challenged on every front.

This upcoming time of re-balancing is not for the weak at heart. As much as we will witness modern day miracles occur, we are also bound to experience profound tragedy. By the fall of 2008, we will realize that the way things were, will not ever be the same again.

Bygones.

This era will be known as the downfall of capitalism as we have come to experience it.

In our lives, we are to shore-up what brings us joy and know that anything that feels like a heavy weight around our necks will only amplify-out to the point of becoming unbearable by late Fall. Let it go. Let it all go.

We will find that by early 2010, what we are holding onto now, will feel totally insignificant and unnecessary.

We are preparing for walking away from our lives in 2010 by letting go of the heaviness now.

In short, our future history, in many regards has already been determined as a race of nations, but it will be the power of the individual to transcend the upcoming chaos.

Know that as you release hatred and malice that you are not only doing the world a favor, but yourself also.

To answer this question: Are you holding onto hared and malice? Ask yourself the following questions:
Have I told someone that I love him or her within the last 24, 48, 72, 144 hours?
Have I remembered how much I appreciate myself for having spoken my truth?
Have I looked myself in the mirror of late with joy and gladness of heart?

If the answer is no to any of these three questions, then consider this: Life is like a flower. As we open to receive warmth from the sun and drink from the rain, we are nourished.

Allow your heart to open in all manners of being and know that you are loved.

All is well.
