I rarely drink, perhaps once in a while, if I'm at a restaurant, I'll have wine with my meal. However if I ever visit Thailand I may take to drinking heavily - very heavily:

Let me tell you why this sign really pleases me: Muslims are not allowed to drink alcohol (1) or get blowjobs from women other than their wives (2) until they get to Heaven while us infidels can enjoy both in this world. Nya, nya, Ahmed.

All Muslims are agreed that anything that causes drunkenness is forbidden. There is clear evidence for this rule from the Qur'an & the Sunnah. Again, this rule is known by all Muslims (scholars or normal people). So, any Muslim who denies this rule is denying a basic rule in the Shari'a.

Obama Version of Self-Reliance

If there is one saying that epitomizes the American way of life, or used to, it is this: "Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will eat for a lifetime." When I was a child (1952), my second-most favorite comic book character was Superman and so I truly believed that there was nothing more noble than fighting for "truth, justice, and the American way."

Why is it that whenever we elect liberal idiots like Jimmy Carter and Barack Obama, we lose any notion of American exceptionalism and respect for the American way.

Here is the Obama version of the old proverb I quoted above:

Give a man a welfare check, a free cell phone with unlimited minutes, free internet, cash for clunkers, food stamps, section 8 housing, free contraceptives, EBT card, Medicaid, ninety-nine weeks of unemployment, free medicine, and he will vote Democratic the rest of his life; even after he's dead.

Here's the result of more than four years of Obama: according to a recent Gallup poll: 50% of Americans Believe America’s Best Years Are Behind Us (1).

Interesting. Only half the country pays taxes - that's most likely the half that thinks the best years are behind us. The other half of our country doesn't pay any income taxes at all - I wouldn't be surprised if they were the ones who think the country’s best years are ahead of us. Very interesting.

Perhaps it's time to take away the vote from those who pay no taxes. Why should anyone who pays no taxes vote to possibly increase taxes on those who do work and pay taxes?

No taxation without representation is evil. Even more evil and immoral is representation without taxation.

China has lessons for Marxists the world over regarding government subsidized Solar energy (are you listening Obama?) - even with the largest building boom (1) in world history, there is not enough profit to be made to keep a solar panel company in business, despite China's generous handouts and loans.

In the photo above taken on 26 Sep 2011, a worker forklifts solar panel products at Suntech Power in Wuxi, east China's Jiangsu Province. China's leading solar panel maker, a New York-listed private company based in Wuxi, declared bankruptcy on 20 Mar 2013 (2).

As well, a few days later, German car parts supplier Bosch announced it would discontinue its solar panel manufacturing business (3).

This will not deter our President from making more investments in green energy businesses that will ultimately fail. Despite state and government subsidies, promises of lower utility rates to encourage voters to accept these projects have not panned out; even the U.S. Department of Energy experts in the matter say that solar costs three and a half times that of coal. Indeed, rates for electricity in Boulder City, Colorado did in fact increase (4).

I can't figure out which is the greater hoax: that subsidizing green energy is good for our country or that Obama is not a Marxist.

German car parts supplier Bosch said Friday it plans to discontinue its solar panel manufacturing business because overcapacity in the industry has caused prices to nosedive. Up to 3,000 workers are affected.
"Bosch is to discontinue its activities in crystalline photovoltaics," the company announced in a statement.

"Bosch's manufacture of ingots, wafers, cells, and modules will be ceased at beginning of 2014," the statement said.

As far as possible, individual units would be sold quickly and all development and marketing activities were likewise to be ended.

You can take the Arab out of his tent, but you can't take the tent out of the Arab. It doesn't sound as good as the American version, but we find a truth there. No matter how much oil money is poured into Arab countries, they still poop in the desert as Arabs have done for centuries.

In my article Oil Rich Muslims Are Science Poor, my readers learn that the oil monarchies of the Gulf spend about 0.2% of their gross domestic product on science while tiny, teensy-weensy, itsy-bitsy little Israel with no oil revenues spends 25 times as much. That is to say, Muslims simply don't know how to spend their money wisely.

Here is a perfect example of oil-rich Muslim stupidity: Dubai has built more than 188 skyscrapers [Wikipedia] in the past few decades for a population that has increased 5-fold in the same time period without spending a single Dirham (about 4 Dirhams = 1 dollar) to upgrade their sewer system (1).

While neighboring Abu Dhabi has no problem building a 400-km pipeline to transport oil across the desert, see photo above, it seems that Dubai has to transport its poop with a massive convoy of poop trucks:

Dubai’s record-setting skyline emerged over the last decades, fueled by rising fuel prices. Wikipedia lists 195 skyscrapers built or under construction in the once quiet city, whose population has more than quintupled in the last 30 years.
But all is not rosy: while the skyline was funded the sewage system was ignored. In order to avoid the wait and processing fees, some truckers have been discharging loads onto streets of desolate areas in the city, Dubai officials say, adding that they have fined several violators.

Only when these problems manifested were funds allocated for a new sewage plant.

Why Does Bottled Water Have an Expiration Date?

There's a simple answer as to why bottled water has an expiration date: lawmakers in New Jersey, as in all states, are idiots. Back in 1987 New Jersey passed a law requiring all food products to have an expiration date of two years or less regardless of the product (1). They should have excluded water - water in a closed plastic container should last a lifetime and in a glass container will last billions of years.

My wife and I have the exact same opinions on religion, child-rearing, politics, immigration, race, and all other important issues in life except for one thing: we simply do not agree on anything in the kitchen; for example, how to properly dry dishes, how to store items in a fridge, when fruit is suitable to eat, how to stir cranberry sauce, how to make a perfect hard-boiled egg, and we especially disagree the most about the meaning of expiration dates.

My wife likes to throw stuff out simply because it is past the expiration date. I tell her it's all a scam to make her throw out perfectly good food. Certain food products can last for years beyond the scam date. I tell her she should smell or taste the item before sending it into the trash bin. But she can't do it. I have had to resort to blocking out expiration dates when I buy groceries. This way she's forced to actually look at the food and smell it before throwing it away.

We have been eating expired foodstuffs for years and we're still here without a sick day in our lives, except for an occasional cold once every few winters.

Remember when Abercrombie & Fitch marketed a push-up bikini to eight year olds? Or more recently when K-Mart Australia allegedly sold thongs that say “I ♥ rich boys” under their girls’ brand? A lot of moms and dads are concerned about attire available for girls that sends the message, “I’m sexually available.”

For me, a simple bikini falls close enough to that category that I’m uncomfortable with my 8yo wearing one. I realize it’s in the gray area and I don’t blame parents who buy them for their kids, but to me, part of the purpose of a bikini is to look sexy. I understand why bathing suits need to be like this, rather than this, for actual performance reasons, but what does the bare midriff achieve other than “hey, look at this bare midriff?”

Christine also linked to an article of mine (Muslim Cleric: Unveiled Women are like Juicy Steak) in which an Australian Imam blames women who do not dress modestly for inviting rape. I left the following comment:

Veiled or not veiled, covered up or not, certain men will attack women or children no matter what they wear. However, it seems that the most dangerous countries for women are those in which they are forced to dress modestly suggesting that perhaps keeping men from releasing their tensions through ogling is not a good thing.

It is interesting to note that rapes have declined significantly in these past few decades in the US precisely at the time when we have exposed our teens and preteens the most to leering eyes. Perhaps we can discuss this revealing trend.

Yes, it's true. Since 1993, during the period in which the Internet has made porn most available and companies like American Apparel put out the most outrageously sexy ads aimed at children and teens, during that period, sexual assaults have fallen by more than 60% (1).

As I noted in my comment above, countries that require their women to be modestly dressed have high rates of sexual assault. It makes sense to me. Rape has more to do with power and control than sexual release. Countries that treat their women like cattle are doing so for the same reason that men rape women.

As for porn, it allows men to fantasize about power and control without engaging in rape, just as violent video games have helped lower violent crimes rates in the past few decades.

In response to my article Offensive Arab Jokes, a number of my readers in the comment section complained that the jokes weren't funny, didn't make any sense, were offensive, and were untrue. First let me explain why I mock Arabs.

There are approximately 422 million Arabs in the world [Wikipedia], the majority of whom are Muslim [375 million or about 88% of all Arabs Wikipedia]. These are the people I ridicule simply because anyone who follows an ideology of hate, intolerance, war, pedophilia, misogyny, slavery and brutality deserves to be made fun of. Either they know their so-called religion is a savage, primitive sect, or they are dupes who have never read the Quran and have no clue what Islam is all about.

But now to explain some of the jokes to these dupes:

Q: How do you get 30 Arabs into a telephone box?
A: Tell them it isn't theirs!

As I explained in my article Understanding the Middle East in Less than 5 minutes, Muslims occupy almost 1/5th of the entire land mass of our planet yet they want to also occupy Israel, which has 10,612 times less space because that land isn't theirs.

Q: What's 8 miles long and has a combined IQ of 56?
A: A Parade in Saudi Arabia.

As we learned from my article Muslim IQ, the stupidest people on Earth come from Islamic countries.

Q: How can you tell if an Arab just had sex?
A: His eyes are all red from the mace.

As was discussed in my article Muslim rapes of non-Muslim girls an epidemic, many Muslim men believe that women who do not wear a headscarf are asking to be raped. Therefore the joke is that when Muslims have sex, the women try to defend themselves against rape by squirting mace into their eyes. Is this one really hard to understand - Do I really need to explain this?

Q: Why did they close the Iraqi National Library?
A: Someone stole the book.

Arabs are just not book lovers. Visitors to my blog article Mahmud Cannot Read were informed that in the past 1,000 years, Arabs have translated fewer than 10,000 books into Arabic while tiny Norway, with a paltry 4.5 million people, translates that many every two years. Get the joke now, Ahmed? There's only one book in the whole Iraqi National Library.

So as to the charge of being offensive and not funny, yes they are offensive, that's why I put the word 'offensive' in the title. If you are offended by offensive Muslim/Arab jokes, don't read past the title.

As to not making any sense, read the articles I cited.

As to not being true, where is it written that jokes must be true? Isn't it enough that they have a kernel of truth? For example, a Jewish joke that has been circulating for years goes like this:

Q: How do you get a Jewish girl to stop having sex?
A: Marry her.

Jews and non-Jews laugh at that. Does that mean it's absolutely true for every Jewish girl who gets married? Obviously not.

So Ahmed, get a thicker skin, start making fun of yourself as the Jews have. No one makes more fun of Jews than Jews themselves. That's because we have a sense of humor. Perhaps if Muslim Arabs spent more time laughing they wouldn't be keeping millions of their fellow Arabs in refugee camps for more than 65 years just to spite Israel.

As a reward for reading this far, here are a few more offensive jokes:

This was heard in court as part of a pedophilia gang-rape case, committed by 9 Muslims men from Berkshire and Oxfordshire, accused of sexually exploiting 6 underage girls, between 11 and 15 years old.

Sobbingly she told the court that 5-6 men then came to the flat and raped her on the kitchen table.

Karrar and 8 other accomplices are being tried for a total of 51 sexual offences, including rape and trafficking of underage girls from 2004 to 2012.

She said that it hurt her “much”, and in order a stop her from crying, they gagged her mouth.

The men drank alcohol and took drugs before taking turns to rape her, she claimed.

She informed the court that Mohammad Karrar and his brother Bassam also took her to sex-parties in Wycombe where groups of men, as many as 10, would "swarm around" her, playing horrendous sex-games, including handcuffing her, horse whipping her and dripping hot wax on her.

It is a Myth That Muslim Arabs Tolerate Blacks, Muslim or Not

In my article Islam and Slavery, we discussed how Muslim Arab slave traders killed more than a 100 million blacks during 14 centuries of their slave raids into Africa. Muslim apologists will argue that in those days slavery was an accepted fact of life that Islam made more bearable.

And that was long ago anyway, Muslims say, Islam today is all inclusive and one big, tolerant, happy family - see the photo above of Muslim children of all races playing together. However, the idea portrayed is a lie. Here is an ugly secret: Muslim Arabs hate blacks whether those blacks are Muslim or not.

With the liberation of Libya come less happy reports from Amnesty and Physicians for Human Rights of rebels slaughtering scores of black Africans, believing they were all pro-Gaddafi mercenaries. While the dictator did hire some fighters from sub-Saharan Africa, the vast majority of black Africans in Libya are entirely innocent immigrants, one million of whom are guest workers.
According to a Cairo-based think tank, many of the Sudanese being targeted by Libyans are refugees escaping the ethnic cleansing of black Africans in Darfur and the South Kordofan region of Sudan. They have escaped one form of Arab racism, only to find another.

None of this has happened in a vacuum: in 2000 there were deadly
anti-immigrant riots in Libya. Nor is there anything unusual about Libyan attitudes: Arab racism toward black Africans is commonplace, even if it remains a taboo subject. For the Nobel Prize winning novelist Wole Soyinka, the unwillingness to confront Arab racism is rooted in the role of Arabs in the slave trade. "Arabs and Islam are guilty of the cultural and spiritual savaging of the Continent," he writes.

The Ethiopian academic Mekuria Bulcha estimates that Arab traders sold 17 million Africans to the Middle East and Asia between the sixth and twentieth centuries. Yet, there is an almost total reluctance on the part of Arab intellectuals to examine their central role in slavery, past or present.

According to Naiwu Osahon, of the Pan Africa Movement, "Africans are treated like the scum of the earth" throughout the Arab world. He claims that the Arab policy has been elimination, displacement, separation, marginalization and suppression" of black Africans since the 7th century.

Arguably it continues to this day. Black African guest workers in
Egypt, Algeria and Libya tell of being publicly ridiculed and physically assaulted by Arabs. Egyptian writer Mona Eltahawy tells of watching a Sudanese girl being assaulted and tormented on the Cairo Metro, concluding, "We are racist people in Egypt and we are in deep denial." She makes a wider point, that the Arab world has ignored the suffering of Darfur because the victims are black. "We only pay attention when America and Israel behave badly."

The Arab League and the Organisation of the Islamic Conference have repeatedly refused to censure totalitarian regimes like Sudan for killing their own black African citizens, even when the victims are Muslims. Their conferences are on safer ground offering routine condemnation of Israel for its treatment of the Palestinians.

The argument goes that Arab and Muslim leaders refuse to criticize their own while they perceive a U.S.-orchestrated crusade (to use George Bush's ill-advised word) against them. Less acknowledged is the syndrome whereby they embrace their own victimhood and persisting grievance, ignoring atrocities and human rights abuses toward minorities in their own lands.

But there is another reason for Arab indifference to the suffering in Darfur and Somalia. The victims are "the wrong kind of Muslim"; black African, rather than Arab.

Some Muslims who believe their religion is one of peace and tolerance are delusional or in denial; but some Muslims know better:

Muslim Bitch Imane Boudlal Sues Disney over Hijab

Last year I meant to update my 2010 article Disney Rightfully Bans Muslim Head Scarf where we discussed the arrogance of a Muslim Disney employee who, in defiance of Disney's dress code, wanted to wear her hijab in front of customers.

Then last year, on 12 Aug 2012, the American Civil Liberties Union sued the Walt Disney Company for discrimination on behalf of a Muslim former Disneyland employee:

The ACLU says that Imane Boudlal was fired in 2010 from her job at the theme park for wearing the hijab headscarf at work. The organization, with law firm Hadsell Stormer Richardson & Renick, filed the federal lawsuit today. In a 28-page complaint (read it here), the ACLU went after the Walt Disney Corporation on seven counts including discrimination and harassment in employment, and failure to remedy discrimination and harassment. The ACLU and Boudlal are asking for a jury trial as the plaintiff seeks applicable statutory, actual and punitive damages under each course of action as well as her legal fees.

As I wrote in Muslims Do Not Come To America to Accept Our Way of Life, Muslims don't care if wearing the hijab may be harmful to infidels as long as Muslims are accommodated. Now we see that in addition to not caring for our safety Muslims also don't care if they destroy our most revered cultural icons, as long as Muslims are accommodated. How long before Muslims start objecting to Minnie Mouse not wearing a veil?

If this gets to trial, the jury better not side with Boudlal. If it does, I will no longer be an advocate for non-violence against stupid juries. This could be the case that will finally allow Muslims to infest and transmogrify our way of life into theirs.

The ACLU will be the first thing Muslims will get rid of when they come to power. Who needs the ACLU when Shariah Law supercedes the Constitution?

As for Disney, I hope they learned their lesson: Do Not Hire Muslims. I certainly do not.

Bernie`s Islamic Bookstore and Entertainment Center

On a recent visit to a Barnes & Noble I noticed the shelves were empty of any books on Muslim science-fiction, Muslim fashion, Muslim Sports, Muslim Entertainment, Muslim Detective Stories or Muslim anything.

Now that's very curious because according to our President, "Islam has always been a part of America's story." So where are they? I know the Jews have contributed to our culture with music, songs, novels, plays, well, almost the entirety of our entertainment industry. As well Jews have helped make advancements in the legal profession, philosophy, medicine, science, and Nobel Prizes.

So where, Mr. President, are the Muslim parts of our story?

They aren't there. Let me tell you why. What Muslim will bother to add to the body of great American fiction when the greatest work of fiction, the Quran, is the only book a Muslim needs to read?

Medicine, philosophy, psychology, they all've been covered in the Quran.

Entertainment? How can one follow all the rules (1) of what is and is not permissible entertainment? After all, Muslims are told that they didn't come in this world to enjoy themselves.

Sports? Why get involved in an activity which has so many rules as to make it impossible to play or which invites bomb attacks (2)?

I hate to break it to you, Mr. President, but Islam is incompatible with western culture and even if Muslims were here for a thousand years they would, by the rules of their faith, be unable to add anything to our culture or way of life. Since they have nothing to add, they are bent on destroying our way of life.

Before any of my readers object by mentioning the great advances made by Muslims during the Golden Age of Islam, allow me to point out that that notion is a myth. As I wrote in my article Oil Rich Muslims Are Science Poor:

The Golden Age of Islam was actually the Golden Age of Arabs, Jews, Persians, Hindus and others who through sharing of knowledge brought to the world great learning and advancements in science, humanities, mathematics, astronomy, medicine, chemistry, zoology and geography.

Let me finish by saying I am a businessman. I have been a founding partner in a number of multi-million dollar companies with hundreds of employees. Normally this huge paucity of books and contributions by Muslims would signal in my Jew-brain an opportunity to make money by opening a Bookstore and Entertainment Center catering to Muslims. But that would assume that Muslims are just like us and want those things. However, that assumption would be wrong and so you will never see a place called Bernie`s Islamic Bookstore and Entertainment Center.

Muslims Do Not Come To America to Accept Our Way of Life

No immigrants coming to America have ever contributed anything worthwhile to our country. As I explained in my article Immigrants did not make this country great: all the great cultural, scientific, and artistic achievements in our country were due to people who gratefully became Americans, happily learned our language, willingly integrated into our culture and and gladly accepted our way of life. Immigrants who do not want to do all these things are here either to suck on our government teat or to destroy our way of life. Or in the case of the Boston marathon bombers, were here to do both (1).

If they're not collecting welfare or making bombs Muslims still make demands to make their culture trump ours. For example, a Muslim woman in Tulsa, Oklahoma wants a local bank to make Muslims exempt from their "no hats, no hoods" policy. According to the policy, anyone who doesn't want to remove their head covering must be escorted to and from the teller; even a cancer patient wearing a head scarf.

Now I think that's a wise and appropriate policy considering that bank robbers have been using burqas to both cover their faces and to hide weapons, see my article Philly Cop Killed: Time to Ban the Burqa. However, CAIR wants to make religious headgear exempt from the ban on hats and hoods (2). What's the point of that? If religious headgear is exempt, then a bank robber will simply use a burqa instead of a ski mask to rob the bank (3).

CAIR doesn't care about the safety of infidels or the bank, as long as Muslims get their way. Cancer patients have to be escorted to a teller, but Muslims feel that since Islam is supreme, exceptions must be made to accommodate them.

The Jews have a word, Chutzpah, to describe someone who has overstepped the boundaries of decent behavior. Chutzpah does not describe the egregious arrogance of Muslim demands. We need a new word, nay, we need a few words to say to Muslims when they make absurd demands to accommodate their sensitivities. Here's a phrase Ahmed: "Don't ask us to change our culture if it offends thee - just get the f*ck out!" Please.

Bank President Brad Scrivner wrote back, apologizing if the woman felt unwelcome. Scrivner said the bank adopted the policy in 2006 after several robberies.

The policy is meant to allow security to clearly identify and take surveillance pictures of every customer. If someone doesn't want to remove their head covering, they must be escorted to and from the teller.

Tashkent - A Birthplace I Don`t Remember

My father was the manager of a shoe factory in Tashkent during WWII. He was one of more than one million Holocaust-fleeing Jews (1) who passed through Uzbekistan during the war.

So when I came across this photo from Andrew Sullivan's the Daily Dish - the view from your window, of Tashkent, Uzbekistan, 3.30 pm. from someone's window, I thought I should write some of my thoughts about the place.

I was born in 1945 in Tashkent, the Capital of Uzbekistan, and left there when I was only a few months old. I obviously recall nothing about the city. For the next 50 years I never came across anyone who was also born in Uzbekistan. At one point, I thought I never would. Then 17 years ago I placed an ad in the Newark Star Ledger for a computer programmer and received a call from a young man with a slight Russian accent.

During the phone interview, on a whim, I asked the young man if he was from Uzbekistan. After a slight hesitation he stammered, "Yes....." Then I asked if he was from Tashkent. Now he was astounded. He asked, how could I know?

I told him it was merely a guess. I suppose if you are from a really far away place calling for a job interview and your prospective boss hits where you're from on the nail, it can be awe inspiring. I told him to come in for an in-depth interview and he did, although he later told me he half expected to be arrested by immigration when he arrived even though he was here legally on a temporary visa. Later that day I let him in on the fact that I too was born in Tashkent. He wound up becoming a citizen and worked for me for 10 years before striking out on his own.

I have since hired four others from Uzbekistan as programmers. Perhaps I'm on some list in Uzbekistan somewhere as a person who hires programmers.

Until the War on Terror and our use of airbases in Uzbekistan, I spent most of my life explaining to people that I was born in a country near Afghanistan. Of course, most Americans have no idea where Afghanistan is either but at least they've heard of Afghanistan (read my article Why So Many Americans Think the Boston Bombers Came From Czechoslovakia). Then I would say it's a few hundred miles west of China and everything would be clearer, sort of.

I should mention that I now live in Bayonne, N.J. Latitude N 40° 40' which is less than two-thirds of a degree south of Tashkent Latitude N 41° 16' or to put it another way, I now live about 41 miles south of where I was born latitude-wise in a sort of Geographical Kismet.

Uzbekistan is a Tyrannosaurus Rex-shaped country of mostly Uzbek Muslims, see map below:

I've googled now and then for images of Uzbekistan, but aside from some monuments and camels I never found a picture that made me feel nostalgic for a place I feel no connection with. I was born there but I certainly don't feel Uzbek. My parents were born in Poland, and I can get around speaking the language but I don't feel Polish.

However I do feel Jewish although my father, at one time a very religious Jew who later became nonreligious never once discussed anything in the Torah with me, ever. Funny that, eh?

But I feel American more than anything else. Perhaps that's because I chose to become an American citizen when I was 18 and choosing is more important than where you were accidentally born or the ethnicity of your parents.

The 1970 Soviet census showed 103,000 Jews in Uzbekistan.

Ashkenazi Jews are relatively new to the region, hardly any lived in Central Asia until Stalin sent thousands of Russian Jews to Uzbekistan as punishment. More than one million Holocaust fleeing Jews passed through Uzbekistan, with about 200,000 remaining after World War II.

Suspend Muslim Immigration, Muslim Military service, and Building of Mosques

I have for years blogged about banning further Muslim Immigration and even deporting those that are already among us, see my 2007 article The Sunset of Christianity. Had this country heeded my warnings there would have been no deaths or destruction at the end of the Boston Marathon.

On 1 Jun 2009 an American convert to Islam, one Carlos Leon Bledsoe, opened fire with a rifle in a drive-by shooting on soldiers in front of a United States military recruiting office in Little Rock, Arkansas, killing Private William Long, and wounding Private Quinton Ezeagwula. This was only one case out of many involving American converts to Islam. In my 2006 article Can Muslims be Good Americans? No. No. No., I warned that "when an American, who was born here, converts to Islam, he becomes a threat to this country." Had this country heeded my warnings to deport all Muslims, including converts, there would have been no deaths or injuries in subsequent attacks.

In my 2009 article Ft Hood Lesson: Keep Muslims out of Military, I noted that infidel countries throughout the world are now finding out that Muslims in their military is a bad idea. For example, during the 2005 civil unrest in France French authorities did not employ the army, despite calls to do so, because they feared that their Muslim soldiers would revolt at quelling an Islamic uprising (15% of the French armed forces are made up of Muslims). Had the US Government heeded my 2006 warnings that devout Muslims cannot be loyal citizens there would have been no deaths at Fort Hood because they would have not allowed Maj. Nadal Malik Hasan to join the military.

As for mosques, as I noted in my article Allowing Mosques in the US will Reduce Terrorism (NOT), there are thousands upon thousands of mosques in the US, yet we remain a target for Islamic vengeance. Allowing mosques has not made us more safe, in fact because they breed future Islamists, they make us less safe. It's time we banned the building of mosques. Of course, if we deport all Muslims, there would be no need for them.

Bryan Fischer, Director of Issue Analysis for Government and Public Policy at the American Family Association, agrees with me on all three issues:

It’s time, for the sake of the security of the United States of America, to immediately suspend Muslim immigration, to preclude Muslims from service in our military and to stop the building of mosques.

(The matters of Muslim military service and the building of mosques will need to be subjects of future columns.)

It should go without saying that I am speaking just for myself here. But these possibilities must be addressed and discussed in a sober fashion. The reality is that we will wind up doing these three things out of necessity if we do not do them out of wisdom. We need to make these adjustments before it’s too late rather than after it’s too late.

We should suspend Muslim immigration into the United States immediately. Why? Because Muslims bring with them a totalitarian ideology that calls for the submission of the United States to Islam and Sharia law.

Pew released its findings yesterday on its worldwide survey of Muslims, and revealed that two-thirds of Middle Eastern Muslims believe in the death penalty for any Muslim who converts to Christianity, and one-third believe in suicide bombings. This is not a religion of peace or liberty. Every tenet of Islam is fundamentally, irreversibly, subversively and implacably hostile to every value we cherish in America.

Muslim immigrants bring with them a totalitarian ideology whose holy book calls for the followers of Allah to “slay the idolaters wherever you find them” (Sura 9:5). The more devout a Muslim becomes, the more likely he is to obey such a command, as Tamerlan Tsarnaev illustrates, and the more of a threat he becomes to the security of the United States and the safety of the American people.

When I first began calling for an end to Muslim immigration in 2009, I was virtually a lone voice crying in the wilderness. But Andy McCarthy has since called for the suspension of immigration from Muslim majority nations, and Frank Gaffney of the Center for Security Policy has called for precluding “shariah-adherent Muslims” from our shores, in a fashion similar to our post WWII ban on immigrants who adhered to communist ideology.

Since the Boston Muslim Massacre, Laura Ingraham has called for a ban on Muslim immigration, and more significantly, John McCain just yesterday suggested restrictions on immigration from countries with a “significant influence of radical Islamic extremism.” Both Marco Rubio and Rand Paul have openly called for considering the suspension of student visas to Muslim males.

Suspending Muslim immigration to the United States is an idea whose time has come.

Dutch parliamentarian Geert Wilders, based on Europe’s bitter experience with virtually unrestricted Muslim immigration, has been calling for this for years, and imploring America to wake up and [smell the Sharia before we seal our doom].

Of course, the majority of Muslim immigrants do not want to kill us, but they are not the Muslims we have to worry about. The problem is we have no way of distinguishing the Muslims we do have to worry about from the ones we don’t. And we can’t watch them all.

Let me add that being able to distinguish moderate Muslims from the extremists is not the only problem, as I wrote in in my 2008 article How to differentiate Moderate Muslims from Extremists:

Terrorists by themselves cannot live in isolation. They would be too easy to spot, their activities too easy to monitor, their plans too easy to discover. But put a thousand Muslims in an American city and you invite terrorists to come there. How would anyone be able to distinguish the lone terrorist from among the moderates? One cannot. Money, food, lodging, and support, all these things would now be available to him from those who are not terrorists themselves but are sympathetic to his cause.

Let me end by commenting on Bryan Fischer's assertion: "When I first began calling for an end to Muslim immigration in 2009, I was virtually a lone voice crying in the wilderness."

I was one of those virtually lone voices crying in the wilderness, but three years earlier, in February of 2006 - in my article The End of the Free World - Thanks be to Allah, the most Magnificent, the Merciful I wrote: "The time to expel them [Muslims] is now. Before it's too late."

Although I don't feel so alone anymore, there are still too many Americans who actually believe that Islam is a religion and that Muslims are not a threat to our way of life.

Islam Will Never Reform

I have many times maintained that the evils committed by Muslim extremists are not due to some misapplication of the instructions in the Quran but rather to its correct interpretation. Many Muslims would have us believe that only a teeny, tiny, infinitesimal fraction of Muslims believe in violent jihad or the stoning of women or the killing of apostate Muslims or in a world Caliphate; that it's just a handful of whacked-out tiny minority who have hijacked their religion.

As I wrote in my article 2013 And 1.5 Billion Souls Still Imprisoned Behind the Crescent Curtain, "[Muslims] ascribe any evils committed by fellow Muslims as done by outliers, people who are distorting the ideals of Islam."

But is it just outliers? A recent world-wide survey has found that a substantial minority of Muslims in many counties view attacks against civilians as a legitimate means to defending Islam against its enemies, believe in honor killings, that apostates should be executed, etc. - that's hundreds of millions of Muslims, not just a tiny fraction, believe in the same things as Muslim terrorists (1).

Some of my readers may pooh-pooh the significance of these high numbers by saying that the Muslims of Afghanistan and Pakistan may be excused for their opinions because they are poor and ignorant; I'm sure Liberals believe that 99% of the Muslims in America do not support terrorists. Ah, Liberals, wrong as usual: in the Pew Research poll cited above we discover that about one-third of Muslim Americans either hold a favorable view of al-Qaeda or are not convinced it's a even terrorist organization.

Moderate Muslims are a Threat

But let us ignore the polls and surveys - let us suppose that 99.999% of Muslims are just like you and me: let's suppose they don't believe in anything violent. Even if the vast majority of Muslims in our country never read the Quran and were brought up as decent human beings they would still be a threat to our way of life. Let me explain why this is so.

If there were no Muslims in America, there would be no hiding places for Muslim terrorists. No one to arm them, fund them, or help them carry out acts of destruction. The problem with moderate Muslims is that they are afraid of Islamic extremists and so the extremists control the community. This is the reason that you don't see thousands of moderate Muslims demonstrating against the actions of extremists. This is the reason that Islam, after 1400 years of slavery, tyranny, misogyny, stonings, amputations, beheadings, and other evils has not gone through a reformation. Those who suggest reform are usually killed.

2,000 years ago, Jewish lawmakers abrogated almost every brutal, savage, and draconian punishment in the Old Testament. Despite what you read in the Old Testament, since then, no Jew has been executed for not observing the Sabbath or for committing adultery or any other former Capital offense.

But Muslims will continue to execute their fellow Muslims who convert to Christianity for the next million years. They will continue to Honor kill their daughters, sisters, wives, and other female folk for adultery or suspicion of adultery. The reason is simple: the extremists accuse reformists of apostasy and usually kill them; for example, we recall the execution of Mahmoud Mohammed Taha (2) and the assassination of Farag Foda (3).

That nice, friendly, moderate Muslim coworker you see in your office; the nice, friendly, moderate Muslim filling your gas tank; the nice, friendly, moderate Muslim serving you coffee at the Dunkin Donuts, will one day be afraid to be nice, friendly, and moderate.

Things will only get worse in the Muslim world

Moderates will one day be forced to be devout. The devout will one day be forced to be extremists. As I wrote in my article Muslim Sexual Harassment in Egypt, "In 1958 no Egyptian women wore the veil and now ... the veil is 'worn by more than 89 percent of Egyptian women from the ages of 15 to 29.'" And Egypt is called a secular country?

Without a strong secular dictator, Muslim countries will only become more extreme. 40 years ago, women in Afghanistan could walk like human beings. Then devout Muslims took control of the country.

I fear for my grandchildren.

Mahmoud Mohammed Taha, was a Sudanese religious thinker, leader, and trained engineer. He was executed for apostasy at the age of 76 by the regime of Gaafar Nimeiry.

On Jan 5, 1985 Taha was arrested for distributing pamphlets calling for an end to Shari'a law in Sudan. Brought to trial on January 7 he refused to participate. The trial lasted 2 hours with the main evidence being confessions that the defendants were opposed to Sudan's interpretation of Islamic law. The next day he was sentenced to death along with 4 other followers (who later recanted and were pardoned) for "heresy, opposing application of Islamic law, disturbing public security, provoking opposition against the government, and reestablishing a banned political party." The government forbade his unorthodox views on Islam to be discussed in public because it would "create religious turmoil..."

Farag Foda was an important Egyptian professor, writer, columnist, and human rights activist.

Based in Cairo, Foda was noted for his critical articles and trenchant satires about Islamic fundamentalism in Egypt. In many newspaper articles, he pointed out weak points in Islamist ideology. Shortly before he was assassinated, Foda had mocked an ongoing dispute among ulamas about sex in paradise. That discussion had ensued after Egypt's most popular preacher, Abd al-Hamid Kishk, had told "his audience that Muslims who entered paradise would enjoy eternal erections and the company of young boys draped in earrings and necklaces."
