Celebrity Tattoos | Christina Ricci

noreply@blogger.com (ayang) — Tue, 21 Dec 2010 02:48:00 -0800

The child star probably is most well known for her role as Wednesday in the Addam's Family movies has several tattoos of her own. Christina's tattoos range from text tattoos, to traditional tattoos, to girly tattoos and so on.

Here's a list of Christina's tattoos:

1. A lion on her right shoulder blade. It is suppose to be Aslan from the book The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. Which was one of Christina's favorite books as a child.
2. A fairy on the inside of her right wrist.
3. Praying hands on her left hip, which used to be a bat.
4. A bouquet of sweetpeas on her lower back.
5. The words "Move or Bleed" on the left side of her ribcage.
6. The name "Jack" on her right thigh for a dead pet.
7. A sparrow on her right breast.
8. A mermaid on her left ankle.

Christina Ricci has confessed her love for tattoos, but knows that being an actress in Hollywood you have to be careful where you get your tattoos. As of right now all her tattoos are in places that can be covered up fairly easily. Because a lot of time producers in movies do not like their actress's to be covered in tattoos, because it is a pain to have to cover them up with make up if their clothes do not cover them up. However, Christina is hoping that she will become super famous one day so she can get a tattoo on her arm.

"I can't wait until I'm super-famous. I'm at the point when I should really hide them, because directors don't like them. When I'm really, really super famous, I'm going to get one on my arm - because nobody cares then."

Celebrity Tattoos | Lady Gaga

noreply@blogger.com (ayang) — Tue, 21 Dec 2010 02:42:00 -0800

The Poker Face singer is probably best known for her outlandish outfits and crazy hair and fun dance songs. But Lady Gaga real name, Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta. But do not dare call her that, she only responds to Lady Gaga or Gaga. Well Lady Gaga is also no stranger to the tattoo gun. Lady Gaga has a total of three tattoos.

The one tattoo that most everyone has seen is the black peace symbol located on her left wrist. If you look at it, it looks upside down but from Lady Gaga's view it is right side up. She says she got this tattoo because of John Lennon. She is a huge John Lennon and Beatles fan and she grew up two miles from the imagine memorial. She she got the tattoo to help reminder her about the important things in life, like give peace a chance.

She also has a tattoo on her left should blade. This tattoo is of a Hawaiian flower. Her last tattoo is on her lower back and on her side. Gaga says that she got her first tattoo when she was 17 and got a fake id so she could do so. Of course her parents were not too happy. Well Gaga obviously regrets the tattoo design she got because she has gotten it covered up. She has three very large white roses on her side with some black vines and another set of the same roses on her lower back with some black vines that Kat Von D of LA Ink did for her.

Celebrity Tattoos | Britney Spears

noreply@blogger.com (ayang) — Tue, 21 Dec 2010 02:37:00 -0800

We all know the troubled pop princess has a few tattoos of her own. You will be surprised to know that Britney Spears has a total of nine tattoos. Of course at first glance you would never know the pop princess had so many tattoos. Mainly because hers are fairly small and most of them are covered up all the time.

Here's a list of Britney's nine tattoos

1. A flower fairy which is located on Britney's lower back.

2. Kabbalah symbols. There are three symbols on the back of Britney's neck. It is suppose to translate to "healing". But there has been many reports claiming that the three symbols are out of order so her tattoo doesn't really mean anything. deliver.

3. A kanji and flower located on the front of one of Brit's hips. The kanji that is in the center of the flower was intended to stand for mystery, but some people have pointed out that the meaning of her particular kanji actually stands for strange.

4. A simple daisy design wraps around the second toe on Brit's right foot.

5. Butterfly vine tattoo that is also located on her right foot.

6. A small star on her right hand.

7. Pink dice on the inside of her left wrist. Ex-husband Kevin Federline has the same tattoo but he has blue dice.

Britney is a great example of why you need to do your homework and double check the meanings of tattoos if you are going to get a symbol from another language or religion tattooed on you.

Rihanna is a huge tattoo lover. She loves tattoos so much that she has a total of eleven and she also enjoys spending her free time just hanging out in tattoo studios. "I like hanging out in tattoo shops. When I am in New York, after all the photo shoots and performances, when I should be resting, sometimes I get dressed and go to the tattoo parlors in SoHo and hang out. I am so intrigued by tattoos. It's an entire culture, and I study it. Sometimes I go with friends or just by myself. I get bum-rushed, but I don't care. I don't take security."

Janine Marie Lindemulder celebrity art tattoos

noreply@blogger.com (ayang) — Sat, 18 Dec 2010 22:21:00 -0800

Janine Lindemulder began her film career with her gorgeous yet teenage girlish looks and incredible body, she had begun appearing in "mainstream" films in the 1980s, though in typical "blonde bimbo" roles. Among the few "mainstream" movies to her credit is Lauderdale (1989), but the films were received so poorly, however, and her performances were considered so bland that her mainstream career basically went nowhere.

She began her "adult" career in a low-budget soft-porn (although it was made by a director of hardcore porn films and had several adult-film performers in the cast) women-in-prison extravaganza called Caged Fury (1989), which featured well-known non-adult actor Erik Estrada. Having made an impression, Janine's career in the adult industry had begun. She performed in a few lesser-known films in 1990, performing sexually with male co-stars exclusively. It was during this very short period in her adult film career that her son, Tyler, was conceived. Realizing that his conception was the result of unprotected sex with male co-stars, Janine officially refused to work with men any longer. She interrupted her career during her pregnancy, but after the birth of her son she returned to the adult industry with a bang and a new condition--she would perform only with women. Her career took off, and she appeared in many popular adult films, such as the "Where the Boys Aren't" series and she had one of her most highly regarded (by her fans) roles in Blondage (1994) (V). She is a legendary figure in the adult film industry--with hundreds of scenes performed exclusively with other women, Janine is the literal poster-girl for girl/girl adult films. There are many fan clubs (male and female alike) that celebrate her choice to work with other women and her delightful, upbeat personality. Although she retired from the adult industry in 2000 in terms of performing (much to the regret of her legions of fans), she remains as a director/producer, and is one of the most famous and recognizable figures in the history of porn, right up there with Ron Jeremy, Peter North, and her "disciple", Jenna Jameson. The few scenes she filmed with male co-stars early in her adult career are widely sought after and extremely difficult to come by.

JENNY McCarthy Playboy's Sexiest Celebrities Tattoos

noreply@blogger.com (ayang) — Thu, 9 Dec 2010 22:37:00 -0800

Jenny McCarthy went from a Catholic schoolgirl working at a Polish deli in Chicago to Playmate of the Year. From there she managed to parlay that success into one of the most impressive careers of any Playboy Playmate in history, first as a host on MTV's game show Singled Out and then as a TV and film actress. Now McCarthy makes her debut as a screenwriter with Dirty Love, playing a dumped girl trying to move on and start dating again, while not noticing her loyal friends feelings for her. Of course McCarthy is known for her rather out there sense of humor and Dirty Love delivers in this regard, quickly proving to be one of the most irreverent and shocking female centered comedies in recent history. Recently I sat down with McCarthy to discuss her new film and she more then lived up to her reputation; asked the secret to keeping her looks and figure, the raunchy and candid McCarthy quipped, "Colon Plus."
McCarthy has had a lot of success already as a writer, penning two very well received books about pregnancy and motherhood. I asked her if the books helped prepare her for writing a screenplay "Actually, I wrote the screenplays first. I wrote four screenplays just to kind of see if I could do it. The first one was crap. Well actually, it's not too bad. It's was a thriller. And then I wrote Dirty Love and then I wrote a couple more after that. And just let them sit around the house. I showed them to a couple of people and they thought they were funny. But they said it's going to be hard to get financing because I'm not box office girl. So I just let it linger and then I decided to write some books. Which was good because then it kind of prepared people for me being somewhat of a writer. And then I got financing and made this movie.

She has a wrist tattoo that is in the Sanskrit word "Padma" which means lotus flower. In Hinduism, it is the symbol of spiritual development. It is the symbol of the manifestation of beauty and mental purity (the ability to rise above) - for although it has its roots in the mud of ponds and lakes, it raises its flower in immaculate beauty above the surface of the water.

She did open up about one of her latest tattoos which is of a ladybug and daisy on her neck. She said that her mom, aunt and her all went out and got tattoos one day as a "bonding experience." And all three of them got different ladybug tattoos. Also she has a bow on her lower back.
