Menopause refers to a period in a woman's life between the ages of 45 and 55 years. (...)

Menopause refers to a period in a woman's life between the ages of 45 and 55 years. The woman of this age would experience diminishing sexual desire because of various reasons some of which we would explore in this article.

Diminishing level of estrogen: This hormone is one of the androgenic hormones released by the ovaries. It is released from the adolescent ages when a girl gets of age and starts to experience monthly periods. It is responsible for development of sexual characteristics such as breasts, hips, enlarged pelvic bone. In an adult woman, it contributes to the thickening of the vaginal wall and helps provide the grip needed during sexual intercourse. The vaginal sexual fluids are also provided as part of the role of the estrogen hormone and therefore provide lubrication.

In the absence of estrogen, sex can be a painful due to thinning of vaginal walls and rough sex due to lack of lubrication. The painful sex episode would make sex less desirable in the future. One distasteful episode can lead to loss of desire for many years in the future into menopause. The lack of adequate estrogen or its lack of sensitivity can be corrected by taking hormone replacement pills from synthetic or plant origin; alternatively, one can take estrified estrogen which has higher sensitivity to the receptors.

Reduced energy levels: This is due to diminishing strength within the body muscles. Sex is a high energy activity and demands that the body must be in good condition to be able to participate in sexual activity. The vaginal walls also need to be strengthened to be able to create tension during sex. This can be corrected by taking exercises such as kegel exercises and aerobics.

Osteoporosis: this is a bone disease in which the bones become brittle. This is as a result of hormonal changes and lack of adequate supplies of calcium and iron. This affects s sex because of the fear of being hurt. The body also lacks the ability to marshal energy and strength to experience orgasm.

Emotional and mental disorders: this includes stress, depression and the use of anti-depressants. These have a negative effect on the hormonal balance and may lead to loss of sexual desire. The use of Wellbutrin SR which is an antidepressant is the one that has been found to be safe. In fact, some women with no depression have been found to have increased their sexual activity after using this anti-depressant pill.

In addition, emotional states such as stress or loneliness also contribute to loss of libido in menopause.

IT HAPPENS TO ALL WOMEN
Unfortunately it is a fact of life. Every woman will experience menopause during their life. (...)

IT HAPPENS TO ALL WOMEN

Unfortunately it is a fact of life. Every woman will experience menopause during their life. I am not going to pretend for one second that I know what it is like to go through menopause, but I have seen my mother go through it first hand and my aunties as well, and in all honesty, it is not pretty, but it has to happen. Menopause can be dangerous as it can ruin your social, emotional and physical life gradually. These hormonal changes can leave you feeling angry, depressed and confused.

COMMON SYMPTOMS OF MENOPAUSE

The more serious symptoms of menopause include high blood pressure, heart palpitation and depression and these conditions need medical supervision. Headaches, migraine and tension are caused by instability of the vascular system. These symptoms, however, vary from one individual woman to another. Hot flushes, mood swings and bloating can come and go as well and this is totally normal.

SOME TIPS TO MAKE MENOPAUSE EASIER

It is very important to have the support of family and friends during menopause, as if you are in a bad mood, they need to understand that it is not your fault and that understanding really helps you out. The support of your partner or husband is vital as well, so you should talk with them and explain that you may be moody or temperamental but it is not personal and that you would really appreciate if he could just roll with the punches and give you all the support he can. It may be hard for him at first, but I am sure his friends give him a harder time when they are at the pub so tell him to just man up and take it on the chin.

SOME MORE TIPS TO MAKE MENOPAUSE EASIER

First thing is to remain strong both physically and mentally. You should take control of your life as you have all these years Get back into the driver seat and step on the gas. This is your life to live and it is your life to enjoy. Do not be left out and let life pass you by. Keep going to the gym, take up karate or kickboxing classes. Do not be intimidated by these martial arts gyms, they welcome new people, especially women because it attracts more women and your friends and it is great for their business. I do Thai Kickboxing and it is the best release to punch and kick the pads and bags when you need to let some aggression out. And doing martial arts teaches you self control and gives you massive confidence. My mum does boxing and she loves it and it gives her an outlet if she needs to let some aggression out in a safe way and also helps her feel more empowered and confident.

HOW TO CONQUER MENOPAUSE NATURALLY

Is this possible? Can menopause be conquered naturally? The answer is an emphatic yes. I will show you the secrets to the freedom of menopause difficulties and to have full control over your life. If you can conquer menopause naturally then that is always the way to do it, rather than pumping your body full of hormones. Traditional hormone replacement therapy include animal and invented molecules that are similar but not identical to human hormones and can have a negative effect on your health, both physically and mentally. It is important to learn more on staying healthy so you can live the life like you always wanted. Be vigilant about your health. You do not need to experience all the physical, mental and emotional pain of menopause. Why suffer all those things when you can do something about it and conquer menopause naturally without undergoing hormone replacement therapy.

The menstrual cycle is orchestrated by two hormones for excellence: estrogen and progesterone. The average interval between one period and another is 28 days. (...)

The menstrual cycle is orchestrated by two hormones for excellence: estrogen and progesterone. The average interval between one period and another is 28 days. Soon after the end of bleeding, estrogen levels increase - which causes the proliferation of tissue that lines the uterine wall, the endometrial. This happens to prepare the uterus to receive the egg. Estrogen continues to rise until the 14th or the 15th day of the cycle, when ovulation occurs. From that moment, the rates of progesterone also increase in favor of pregnancy, a hormone that keeps the thick wall of the uterus. Over the days, however, as the egg is not fertilized, the levels of both hormones drop suddenly.

Hormonal fluctuations recorded, mainly from the second half of the cycle are the source of most of the symptoms of PMS, according to experts. The drop in estrogen can cause headache fatigue. The increase in progesterone can trigger to anxiety and irritation and causing the body to retain fluid. Moreover, during PMS, brain levels of serotonin, a substance associated with a feeling of pleasure and well-being, fall.

Are there an explanation for depression and their greed for sweets in those days? Are reduced, although the levels of vitamin B6 and sugar in the blood and endorphins, a kind of natural opiate of the body. When progesterone declines, another hormone, prostaglandin, rises and with it, increases sensitivity to pain.

Often women and health professionals act as if menopause was a disease; it is certain that this time the woman's life should be lived more naturally and with less shock.

Menopause means the end of female fertility, neither more nor less, shall not cause disturbances or sexuality or activities that can make a woman healthy and vital.

At this stage, hormonal changes occur that cause a tendency to suffer from hot flashes and sweating, insomnia, anxiety, depression, vaginal dryness, overweight, high cholesterol, skin problems and weak bones, these disorders manifest as variable and need not affect the welfare and women's health, but are only statistically more frequent predisposition.

Food is a key factor in the life of the woman who has spent forty, at this stage must be taken that the diet is rich in calcium and minerals. Many women consume large quantities of milk thinking that these are the best source of calcium, although this belief is widespread, even among doctors, dieticians and naturopaths, this definitely is not. The milk and dairy products are too rich in protein and generate intolerance of milk sugar (lactose), factors that hinder the assimilation of it. The best sources of calcium are comparable figs, almonds, sesame seeds, watercress, cabbage, parsley and soybean; all of these foods have the added benefit of calcium have synergistic nutrients including magnesium, boron or zinc, besides providing additional quantities of fiber that help prevent cholesterol and overweight.

Another benefit of food is the possibility of adding phytoestrogens naturally, these substances have been shown to have preventive properties of osteoporosis, cardiovascular diseases, cancer, hot flashes or as an alternative to hormone replacement therapy, we can incorporate phytoestrogens paying attention to consumption of garlic, legumes, especially soybeans and their derivatives, or by supplementing the diet with propolis(honey or bees wax), ginseng.

Evening primrose oil has shown, after more than thirty years and hundreds of studies, being a hormonal regulator that provides great benefits to women's health, improving circulation problems, vaginal dryness, skin problems or emotional disorders without any effect undesirable.

As along life, physical activity is essential in menopause, especially to maintain bone density, bone mechanical load required to efficiently perform their metabolism. Once again, a sedentary lifestyle is an enemy of our health, and although the pace and intensity of exercise is determined individually, it is important to avoid any kind of immobility.

In this way, and thanks to the resources that nature provides us, the woman of today has the potential to achieve that menopause is the most vital stage of his life and happy.

As women approach the age where menopause symptoms begin to appear, some will start to show signs of weight gain. (...)

As women approach the age where menopause symptoms begin to appear, some will start to show signs of weight gain. This may be related to the coming of menopause, and it also may just be related to getting a bit older and slowing down in physical activity. Either way, it is not a welcome side effect, and most women want to find a way to stop the weight gain and get back to a slimmer figure if possible.

The question of why this weight gain starts during this time is common – it has to do with the decrease in hormones such as estrogen and progesterone. This tends to slow down the metabolism of women, and weight gain is a very real side effect. Also, weight gain after menopause seems to be harder to lose, and the inches tend to accumulate around your abdomen rather than your hips and thighs. However this need not be the outcome if a woman can plan ahead and start to develop habits that will keep her healthier and also a bit slimmer.

Every woman’s body is different of course, and not every woman will gain weight during the start of menopause. For the one’s that do start to gain weight, it is necessary to take steps right away to limit this increase. Here are a few tips:

Exercising more - Menopausal women tend to exercise less than many other women, which can lead to weight gain. The key is to develop habits of getting exercise on a regular basis, either by joining a gym, finding a good hobby like tennis or swimming, or even just going for regular walks every day. It doesn’t have to be time-consuming, just as long as it is a regular habit.

Eating less - Eating more means you'll take in more calories, which are converted to fat if you don't burn them for energy. Make it a habit of eating less during this beginning of menopause, and if need be eat more meals per day. Eating more meals that are smaller in size and calories helps to keep the metabolism up. Of course, cut back on the sweets! These are high in empty calories.

See your doctor – make sure you see your doctor as changes in your metabolism can also mean problems with your health besides just menopause, and you need to be sure.

Take your vitamins – also take vitamins that will ensure you get enough nutrients to stay healthy, especially calcium, vitamin D, and other essential vitamins and minerals. Drinking plenty of water will also make sure you stay healthy as well, hydration is very important during this period of a woman’s health.

During menopause, the symptoms can be overwhelming. Weight gain is one of them, but if you heed these warnings you can minimize the gain.

There are many remedies for menopause – some that are natural and some that are strictly pharmaceutical. Women today are starting to lean more towards the natural methods, as they seem to be at least somewhat less of a health risk and can actually increase overall health in general.

Today I would like to discuss some of the natural herbal remedies for women, especially the ones that can help relieve symptoms of menopause. We all know that women suffer from menopause starting in their mid-forties normally to their mid-fifties (and sometimes even later in rare cases). General health can make a huge difference in how these symptoms are experienced by women, so of course taking good care of yourself is the first step.

Now let’s get to some real herbal remedies. Are there natural remedies for menopause? Some of the ones that we have researched include:

Black Cohosh – this is an herb, which was first used for medicinal purposes by Native American Indians who introduced it to European colonists. Black cohosh became a popular treatment for women’s health issues in Europe even as early as the mid-1950s. It has been used to treat symptoms of menopause, but also premenstrual syndrome (PMS), painful menstruation, acne, weakened bones (osteoporosis).

How is it used? The root of black cohosh is used for medicinal purposes, sometime ingested and other times applied directly to the skin. Black cohosh root contains several chemicals that might have effects in the body, some of these chemicals work on the immune system and might affect the body’s defenses against diseases. It is also thought that is works in a way that similar to the female hormone, estrogen. In some parts of the body, black cohosh might increase the effects of estrogen. In other parts of the body, black cohosh might decrease the effects of estrogen. This herb is very common and can be found in most health food stores.

Damiana - This herb stimulates the nerves, genitals, circulation, and metabolism. It has been reported to help regulate sex hormones in women if used consistently for several weeks.

It is also considered useful in treating depression, impotence, menopause problems, low sex drive, and urinary tract infections. The leaves are used in tinctures, teas and capsules and are also sometimes even smoked. Damiana is most well-known for it's reputation to restore sexual vitality. This herb is also a restorative tonic used to sooth

and tone the nervous system. This herb may be a little harder to find, but is found in many health food and natural herbal remedies stores.

There are many other herbal remedies that you can try – everyone is different and what works for one person may not for another. Try a few out and find one that works for you today!

Menopause is not an illness is only one phase of a woman's life that may be what each one does it. (...)

Menopause is not an illness is only one phase of a woman's life that may be what each one does it. Keep an eye on your health, you should contact your doctor about how best to ease any symptoms and face this step with optimism. Menopause is a natural biological process and defined as the last menstrual period of women. This step, in which ovarian function ceases to exist to establish a new hormonal balance, usually occurs between 40 and 55 years but could, due to lifestyle such as smoking, occur earlier.

Menopause or post menopause occurs when a woman hasn't had her period for 12 consecutive months. Once hormones have leveled off, most of the symptoms experienced during per menopause will disappear although some women have occasional hot flashes, anxiety, bouts of depression, et al, for a few years after they become postmenopausal.

The first effects of the woman concerned are hot flashes and night sweats." However, usually also be present "as insomnia, headache, palpitations, depressive mood, anxiety and fatigue."
Want to get best sexual experience and tighten loose vagina use Lady Secret Serum.

Menopause Symptoms: -

Like vaginal dryness, pain during sexual intercourse, decreased libido, more frequent urination and sometimes incontinence.
For most women, weight gains with alteration in body image are of great concern, in addition to changes in the skin and coat.
All of these symptoms, if present, could "severely diminish the quality of life of women".

Menopause doesn't happen in a vacuum. It's part of the bigger transition of aging. Other things that could cause depression and anxiety include: -
* Having depression during your lifetime
* Feeling negative about menopause and getting older
* Increased stress (look at the world we're living in)
* Having severe menopause symptoms
* Children growing up and leaving home - empty nest syndrome
* Smoking
* Being sedentary - not being physically active
* Not being happy in your relationship or not being in a relationship
* Not having a job, or being unhappy in your current job
* Continuing working during a difficult menopause
* An unfulfilling marriage / marital problems
* Financial problems
* Not having the social support you need
* Feeling isolated
* Regretful that you can't have children anymore

Lifestyle- Whether to minimize the risks of menopause, whether to mitigate its unpleasant effects, the woman can and should be in the lifestyle some valuable aid.

In relation to food, intake of calcium through dairy products should be enhanced to strengthen bones and reduce the risk of osteoporosis, should be preferred lean foods, not only to help keep cholesterol at adequate levels, but also to control the excess weight and cardiovascular risk.

Thus, saturated fats such as fat cheeses, margarine or animal should be avoided, while the consumption of fruits and vegetables is advised.

Also physical activity can help overcome and the menopause. Exercise, in addition to being beneficial for the heart, leads to higher energy consumption, thereby preventing weight gain, so common at this stage of life, due to the slowing of metabolism. It is also a good way to maintain bone mass.

The deepest acting natural remedies for menopause are, in my opinion, homeopathic. Homeopathic remedies work by using your unique and individual symptoms to arrive at the most appropriate remedy.

So, not only does homeopathy respect your uniqueness, your personal symptoms, it also works by raising your immune system.

You know, all health issues are a result of your immune system not working well. Once you raise that, all manner of ailments disappear, because now your immune system is suddenly able to work efficiently.

Without a doubt, herbs, a good diet, dealing with stress, getting enough sleep, etc will all contribute to your immune system working more efficiently. But homeopathy can work so much faster.

Whilst there are many natural remedies for menopause within the homeopathic materia medica, there is one which is not only one of the most common, but also is available in most home prescribing kits.

When you are looking for an appropriate homeopathic remedy for any condition, you need to be able to see at least three strong keynotes of the remedy in your symptoms. So list your symptoms of menopause in order of importance.

Now let’s look at the homeopathic remedy Lachesis. This is a strong hormonal remedy, so any hormonal imbalance can come under its influence. Those who most benefit by this remedy are those for whom the use of the oral contraceptive pill have caused problems.

The strong keynotes for Lachesis, as related to its hormonal and general sphere of action are:

your menopause symptoms may be flushes of heat, headaches or depression

menopause symptoms which are worse for heat

menopause symptoms which are worse in the morning, on waking, or less often, can be worse during the night

generally you have a high libido

you may be a very jealous person, especially of your partner, it’s a bit out of control

typically you’re more irritable during this time

very often you have a phobia for snakes - you’re more than naturally fearful of them, you can’t even watch a program with snakes in

you may be intolerant of any tight clothes around your neck, such as a polo neck sweater, even a necklace

Lachesis is one of the most effective natural remedies for menopause, for problems with periods, from effects of the pill, in fact for any hormonal imbalance.
