O superintendente do Aeroporto Internacional Salgado Filho, Jorge Herdina, afirmou ontem que a abertura da nova área, que elevará a capacidade do terminal 1 dos atuais 6,5 milhões de passageiros anuais para 8 milhões, deve agilizar os embarques principalmente para a demanda de Natal e Ano-Novo. A TAM vai ocupar os 20 balcões de check-in que serão abertos com o MOP. Os espaços elevarão a oferta dos 40 balcões atuais para 60, alta de 50%. A área de embarque do módulo, localizado após as atuais salas de embarque, comporta um fluxo de 300 usuários por hora.&lt;br /&gt;

Hoje passam por hora pelo terminal 1, em operação há dez anos, 1,7 mil passageiros. A estrutura, que já foi chamada de puxadinho por algumas companhias aéreas, tem sido a solução buscada em diversos aeroportos pela estatal do setor como alternativa enquanto não ocorre a ampliação física da estrutura permanente. Herdina explicou que somente em 2012 deverá ficar pronto um estudo que dimensionará a expansão, que poderá dobrar a atual capacidade, que é de 8 milhões, somando os terminais 1 e 2 (antigo aeroporto), e subirá em dezembro a 10,5 milhões, agregando 1,5 milhão de pessoas no MOP e mais 1 milhão de usuários com melhorias e mais canais de embarque e esteiras de desembarque no 2. "Estas estruturas atenderão a estimativa de crescimento de 20% ao ano no fluxo", avalia o superintendente.&lt;br /&gt;

Mesmo com mais capacidade, a limitação passa a ser a oferta de vagas para aeronaves no pátio de manobras. A ampliação virá com o projeto de expansão. A TAM ficará sozinha na área do módulo provisório. "Com isso, as demais companhias vão compartilhar os 12 balcões que a empresa detém na atual área de embarque", antecipou Herdina. Para antecipar a conclusão da instalação, fornecedores de mobiliário, esteiras e demais aparelhos (como os três canais de inspeção com raio-x) já estão com a entrega e instalação previstas para até o final de novembro. A área de engenharia da Infraero fará os testes de sistemas ainda este mês. O MOP, que custará R$ 4,2 milhões, tem área total de 1,5 mil metros quadrados e chegará a 2 mil metros quadrados com o saguão de embarque. As paredes da estrutura são formadas por painéis com material dotado de isolamento termoacústico. A sala de embarque terá conexão interna com as demais existentes. "Passageiros de outras companhias poderão fazer seu embarque pelo MOP", explicou o superintendente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;h2 style="font: normal normal bold 14px/18px Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit; font-size: small;"&gt;Obras para ampliação da pista são prometidas agora para maio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;div style="line-height: 19px; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;A tão esperada ampliação da pista do aeroporto poderá começar em maio de 2012. A nova data, que já sofreu vários adiamentos, foi projetada ontem pelo superintendente do terminal, Jorge Herdina. Mas ele mesmo admite não controlar o cronograma. A estatal de aeroportos aguarda ainda o projeto executivo que está sendo elaborado pelo Exército, para depois montar o edital da licitação. A demora para dar a largada nas obras da nova extensão, que passaria dos atuais 2,2 mil metros para 3,1 mil metros, já provoca encarecimento do projeto, que passou de um custo de R$ 188 milhões para cerca de R$ 230 milhões.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
"Esperamos ter o projeto executivo até dezembro, lançar edital de concorrência em janeiro e assinar a ordem de serviço em maio", calculou Herdina. O tempo para execução é estimado em um ano e meio. A nova extensão permitirá que aeronaves de maior porte e com maior capacidade para cargas possam operar no Salgado Filho. A expansão também é aposta para o fluxo de passageiros que serão atraídos para a Copa do Mundo de 2014. Mas Herdina citou um obstáculo para o plano atual. Parte dos ocupantes de imóveis situados em área já desapropriada pelo Estado, no Jardim Floresta, e transferida à Infraero não deixou o local. São famílias que pagam aluguel. "Se toda a área não estiver liberada, tranca a obra", afirmou o superintendente. A remoção, segundo o administrador, não seria responsabilidade da estatal. "A prefeitura e o Estado precisam agir", apontou.&lt;br /&gt;

O secretário estadual de Habitação, Marcelo Frison, disse que o governo já fez a sua parte, concluindo as desapropriações no ano passado. A desocupação de pouco mais de 20 imóveis, advertiu Frison, dependeria de ações do município. "São moradores que locam as moradias. Não têm direito. Os donos já foram pagos", explicou o secretário. Frison lembrou que propôs, há cerca de dois meses em reunião com a Infraero, que Estado, município e a estatal dividissem os custos estimados em R$ 100 mil dos aluguéis sociais para a transferência das famílias, sendo R$ 40 mil da estatal. A despesa manteria as residências por um ano e meio, até a construção de habitações definitivas. O prêmio apresentou os vencedores das 33 categorias e foi entregue na noite de ontem (19/10), no Morro da Urca, no Rio de Janeiro, em solenidade que contou com as presenças dos principais representantes do setor de turismo nacional e internacional.&lt;br /&gt;

Na época o movimento do aeroporto era insignificante em relação a hoje, sem levar em conta a pretendida ampliação, que tornaria a situação insuportável. A área mais atingida é o início da Avenida dos Gaúchos e arredores, onde os aviões passam rasa&lt;/span&gt;ntes, como um massacre. Acontece que o problema ainda poderá ser resolvido em parte, evitando problemas maiores, com um recurso aceitável pelos moradores, no sentido de que seja construída uma pista em direção à freeway ou paralela, ao lado da freeway. O custo será um pouco mais do que uma emenda, mas é insignificante em relação a outros projetos planejados para a Copa. Também há uma outra solução, que parece mais razoável. Com a resolução da construção de um aeroporto em Canoas, na Nova Santa Rita, cujo projeto poderia ser ampliado, e assim o aeroporto Salgado Filho poderia ser desativado. Com a desativação do aeroporto, as instalações e a área poderiam ser vendidas e, com o valor da venda, o novo aeroporto poderia ter um custo zero. (&lt;i&gt;Elmer R. De acordo com a Empresa Brasileira de Infraestrutura Aeroportuária (Infraero), contabiliza-se o cancelamento de pelo menos 30 voos no aeroporto, sendo 15 partidas e 15 chegadas.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Das 85 partidas previstas, 15 foram canceladas e 8 estão atrasadas. Entre as 73 chegadas previstas, 15 sofreram cancelamento e outras 12, atraso. De acordo com a&amp;nbsp;Infraero,&amp;nbsp;das 11h30min até o início das 16h, o aeroporto operou por instrumentos, mas já opera visualmente, sem precisar da ajuda de aparelhos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
De acordo com a FAB, a visibilidade horizontal no aeroporto de Porto Alegre durante a tarde era de 4 mil metros.&lt;br /&gt;

Os voos de vários aeroportos sofreram com a fuligem liberada pelo vulcão. Na Argentina, eles começaram a ser normalizados ontem, lentamente, apesar de a nuvem de cinzas permanecer em parte da região. O Serviço Meteorológico Nacional da Argentina divulgou boletim ontem à noite informando que o alerta foi reduzido, mas que a nuvem de cinzas ainda ronda a região metropolitana da capital.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Elas serão reassentadas no loteamento da avenida Bernardino Silveira Amorim, 1.915. As mudanças serão feitas das 8h até as 12h e das 13h às 16h30min.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A previsão é de que a nova etapa seja concluída em cinco dias úteis. Serão entregues oito apartamentos e 56 sobrados, além de oito unidades comerciais. Localizada há cerca de 30 anos na avenida Dique, a remoção da vila possibilitará a ampliação da pista do aeroporto.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Até o momento, 484 famílias foram reassentadas, de um total de 1.476 que irão para o loteamento. A transferência dos moradores começou em outubro de 2009.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Este ano, a empresa incorporou – e já estão em operação – cinco dos 15 Airbus A318 recentemente adquiridos.
