Taka babka to świetny sposób na wykorzystanie zalegających (jakoś tak brzydko brzmi) bananów (mogą być nawet z pociemniałą skórką). Do ciasta dodałam wiejskiej śmietany, ale babka powinna wyjść również z dodatkiem jogurtu.&lt;br /&gt;

Ostatnie dni spędziłam w prawdziwym jabłkowym raju - w starym rodzinnym sadzie, w którym spotkać można jeszcze Szarą i Złotą Renetę, Malinówkę Oberlandzką i Landsberską.&lt;br /&gt;
Robiłam racuchy z jabłkami, kompot z cynamonem, prażyłam jabłka na zimę. Odkryłam, że mój syn, który ku mojej rozpaczy nie lubi surowych owoców, ubóstwia suszone plastry jabłek. Najlepiej z cynamonem.&lt;br /&gt;
