TERM LIMITS: Somewhere along the line, politicians learned that they could accept money from anyone and be more obliged to vote a certain way. WTF is biden REALLY doing?

We STILL have 9,000 American Citizens stuck in Afghanistan!! This whole thieving, lying, do-nothing pack of criminals is Only concerned with lining their own pockets while America burns.

His massive, “Infrastructure Bill,” that

includes NO infrastructure.”

Covid has raged on TWO+ YEARS!!

The never-ending mask mandates

The initial lock downs.

Our Southern Border is WIDE open, criminals flowing freely through it, unchecked.

Crime is on the rise across all spectrums.

Homelessness is at a near all-time high.

People are depressed and killing themselves.

And now, Putin and Ukraine.

As biden sits on his useless ass, the world is preparing for WWIII.

Coincidently, it was under the EXACT SAME situation, but different players as WWII began.

I wrote a post comparing Putin to Hitler and Putin’s Ukraine being Hitler’s Sudetenland.

The Munich Accord birthed over it.

And “APPEASEMENT,” was a precipitating factor igniting WWII, because Hitler wasn’t settling on just Sudentanland, he was reclaiming all of Germany’s previously owned countries and eventually, the whole world.

Putin recently wrote a 5,000 page Manifesto, in it detailing how he was going to reclaim all the previous states (now their own sovereign countries) that comprised the former Soviet Union and recreate the pre-Cold War USSR.

Problem is no one in our government read it until this latest incident.

So biden damn well knows that this is delicate. How can he be so impotent? How can he not get outahead of it with some diplomacy, in addition to severe sanctions??

WTF is biden doing??

This is when IGNORANCE will get us all killed.

How is no one advising this poor demented man??

Hopefully I’m not the only one who knows that appeasement is what officially started WWII??

Hitler was a megalomaniac and a German Nationalist who was allowed to create and execute the worst genocide in World History, the Holocaust. Because Hitler’s end-game was far bigger than the appeasement with Sudentenland.

Putin is a megalomaniac and a Russian Nationalist who is seeking to reclaim Every single Russian state that existed under the rule of the former Soviet Union. He’s putting the USSR back together, or trying to.

And just as England and France appeased Germany, when Germany invaded Sudentenland and absorbed it in 1938, under the Munich Accord, with the erroneous belief Hitler would stop with Sudentenland. Putin has invaded Ukraine under the pretext of cultural similarities and a shared language.

Hell, most of the world speaks English, where should we invade?

Appeasement never works. When people don’t know their history, they often repeat it.

The dumbing down of America may just lead to it’s demise.

What's a Supply Chain and Where Can I Buy One?

I just read this fantastic point-of-fact commentary about the supply-chain fiasco, and the author made such a profound statement, he said, "It doesn't matter if the ports are "open," it matters that there's enough workers and laborers to DO anything while the ports are open."

This pathetic situation shines light DIRECTLY on biden's lack of leadership, his INABILITY to govern, and his ineptitude in handling the office he holds.

It also, inadvertently, makes the painful, so blatantly obvious: WE THE PEOPLE, lack ANY faith in/commitment to this man.

First off, we'd never be in this situation if President Trump was at the helm because not only is Trump a STRONG leader and Visionary, but President Trump ALWAYS put We The People before EVERYTHING else!!

And secondly, the American People would have STOPPED AT NOTHING to pitch in and work even the longest, even the hardest hours to assist President Trump in turning this unimaginable situation around because Mr. Trump ALWAYS did Right by US(A).

With biden, it's like: what's the point of effort for no return? Why work harder when the government will just keep taking more to support: Illegals, horrific Foreign regimes, sworn ENEMIES of the State, & the pockets of corrupt government officials, etc??

Looks like, "some," of you asked for it (or else HOW WOULD HE BE PRESIDENT IN THE FIRST PLACE? 🤔) so here you go: Socialism at its finest!!

The term "gaslighting," originates in the systematic psychological manipulation of a victim by her husband in Patrick Hamilton’s 1938 stage play Gas Light, and the film adaptations released in 1940 and 1944. In the story, the husband attempts to convince his wife and others that she is insane by manipulating small elements of their environment and insisting that she is mistaken, remembering things incorrectly, or delusional when she points out these changes. The play's title alludes to how the abusive husband slowly dims the gas lights in their home, while pretending nothing has changed, in an effort to make his wife doubt her own perceptions. The wife repeatedly asks her husband to confirm her perceptions about the dimming lights, but in defiance of reality, he keeps insisting that the lights are the same and instead it is she who is going insane.

We are living in a perpetual state of gaslighting.

The reality that we are being told by the media is at complete odds with what we are seeing with our own two eyes. And when we question the false reality that we are being presented, or we claim that what we see is that actual reality, we are vilified as racist or bigots or just plain crazy. You’re not racist. You’re not crazy. You’re being gaslighted.

New York State has twice as many deaths from Covid-19 than any other state, and New York has accounted for one fifth of all Covid-19 deaths, but we are told that New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has handled the pandemic better than any other governor. But if we support policies of Governors whose states had only a fraction of the infections and deaths as New York, we’re called anti-science and want people to die. So, we ask ourselves, am I crazy?

We see mobs of people looting stores, smashing windows, setting cars on fire and burning down buildings, but we are told that these demonstrations are peaceful protests. And when we call this destruction of our cities, riots, we are called racists. So, we ask ourselves, am I crazy?

We see the major problem destroying many inner-cities is crime; murder, gang violence, drug dealing, drive-by shootings, armed robbery, but we are told that it is not crime, but the police that are the problem in the inner-cities. We are told we must defund the police and remove law enforcement from crime-riddled cities to make them safer. But if we advocate for more policing in cities overrun by crime, we are accused of being white supremacists and racists. So, we ask ourselves, am I crazy?

The United States of America accepts more immigrants than any other country in the world. The vast majority of the immigrants are “people of color”, and these immigrants are enjoying freedom and economic opportunity not available to them in their country of origin, but we are told that the United States is the most racist and oppressive country on the planet, and if we disagree, we are called racist and xenophobic. So, we ask ourselves, am I crazy?

No, you’re being gaslighted.

Capitalist countries are the most prosperous countries in the world The standard of living is the highest in capitalist countries. We see more poor people move up the economic ladder to the middle and even the wealthy class through their effort and ability in capitalist countries than any other economic system in the world, but we are told capitalism is an oppressive system designed to keep people down. So, we ask ourselves, am I crazy?

No, you’re being gaslighted.

Communist countries killed over 100 million people in the 20th century. Communist countries strip their citizens of basic human rights, dictate every aspect of their lives, treat their citizens like slaves, and drive their economies into the ground, but we are told that Communism is the fairest, most equitable, freest and most prosperous economic system in the world. So, we ask ourselves, am I crazy?

No, you’re being gaslighted.

The most egregious example of gaslighting is the concept of “white fragility”. You spend your life trying to be a good person, trying to treat people fairly and with respect. You disavow racism and bigotry in all its forms. You judge people solely on the content of their character and not by the color of their skin. You don’t discriminate based on race or ethnicity. But you are told you are a racist, not because of something you did or said, but solely because of the color of your skin.

You know instinctively that charging someone with racism because of their skin color is itself racist. You know that you are not racist, so you defend yourself and your character, but you are told that your defense of yourself is proof of your racism. So, we ask ourselves, am I crazy?

No, you’re being gaslighted.

Gaslighting has become one of the most pervasive and destructive tactics in American politics. It is the exact opposite of what our political system was meant to be. It deals in lies and psychological coercion, and not the truth and intellectual discourse.

If you ever ask yourself if you’re crazy, you are not. Crazy people aren’t sane enough to ask themselves if they’re crazy. So, trust yourself, believe what’s in your heart. Trust your eyes over what you are told.

Never listen to the people who tell you that you are crazy, because you are NOT, you’re just being gaslighted.

And that's what the media are trying to exploit.

America owes NO ONE; We don't have to prove it. It's our money so with the Freedom of Information Act, we can see how MUCH we SEND everybody.

Never ANY DEPOSITS from a single country.

And if you say, "America has the budget to do that"...I beg to remind you; every dollar the government spends...IT TAKES FROM US...those our OUR tax dollars. We paid to take care of Americans. NOT foreign aid EVER, when we still have homeless, elderly, mentally ill and the undiagnosed and or non-med compliant, American Veterans living on the street, etc. etc. etc????

Can anybody (American) REALLY rationalize that in the mind as making sense?

AMERICA FIRST!!

If you want to live like an American...WORK like an American.

Our government bleeds us dry themselves. Then the rest of the world gets a piece BEFORE the people who produced the $$$$$$ through their own blood, sweat and tears get any CONSIDERATION as to how that money (with interest) is distributed?

My biggest fear for my mental health patients is that A Lot of them suffer from comorbid issues. And nearly 100% of the time, one of the issues is alcoholism.
If the liquor stores and in states where they sell beer and wine in gas stations shut down, we're going to have millions of alcoholics needing ER care as not to die from Grand Mals, etc

Judge Kavanaugh, you want my take on it? Have you observed Dr. Ford. A) have you noticed Dr. Ford has some type of Austin Powers mask over her face, you can see the poor artistry completely separating from her neck everytime she turns her head. And what's up with those reverse magnifying glasses that make her eyes bug out?

Bear pointed out that the way her hair is styled can easily cover an earpiece into which emotional reactions, body language, etc could be being fed to her. She can't remember the time or place of the incident, but she does specifically remember Kavanugh being ontop of her and then 'Matt" or whatever his name is, bouncing on the bed "twice," which caused the Judge to roll off of her?

Wanna know my true opinion? She is s pawn, just a piece in this political game. I bet she was looking at a MAJOR malpractice suit, and the dems swept in and said, 'Go along with this and we'll make your problems disappear."

It seems as though she's been heavily drugged and has continuously had false memories implanted in her mind. I'm a psych doctor, I know how easily mind control can be implemented.

Have you ever seen Jared Loughter's (?) mug shot? He is wacked out of his mind on psychedelics. His pupils cover his whole iris. This fact is as plain as the nose on your face. The government, more precisely the Democrats can't stand to lose and will resort to ANY means to reach their goal.

Unfortunately now, not like they care, they have destroyed TWO families. Judge Kavanaugh WILL BE CONFIRMED, but in the mean time, his devoted wife and two young, innocent daughters have had to sit through this bullshit and listen to the most horrifying allegations waged against the love of her life, and their hero.
Additionally when this whole charade falls apart, Dr. Ford is going to lose her medical license, her husband will divorce her, her kids will alienate her, she will be persona non grata among her circle and beyond.
Furthermore, she will be tried and convicted of perjury. And will likely spend years in jail.

On the other inconsistencies of these hearings:
Did you see the Dr's face when that Senator enlightened her as to the risk she was taking by committing perjury under oath? She looked like, "Where am I?'

Furthermore, why would a successful Dr, who is married with kids risk it all after 36 alleged years, no forensic evidence and no supporting wittnesses?

Something stinks here and it smells like demoncrap bullshit to me.

May God deal with those who bare false claims against those who serve Him.
And please pray for all embroiled in this mess, particularly the Judge and his family. And let the Democrats rot in Hell.

A LOOK BACK TO 4/4/11; ARMY LIFE:

I am re-publishing a post originally published on 4/4/11. I invited my childhood friend, fellow Patriot, and Army Wife to give ALL of US the inside story of what life was like Serving our country under the obama regime. Girl...I can't FIND YOU, but once again, I open my blog to you, and actually to ALL MEMBERS of OUR MILITARY FAMILIES, to WRITE YOUR PERSONAL TESTAMENT to what things are like living and raising a family under such tense times.

In my opinion (mind you, I defend him privately to anyone who tries to BRING THE NOISE on President Trump. I've yet to blather on about it here, but SO FAR, I couldn't BE PROUDER of OUR president)...you just publicly watched me, "eat crow," so wallow and move on...

I don't want to tred too far off topic, but wtf, I forgot my afternoon dose of my ADHD medication, soooo..........

I feel like the "swamp," Trump has been promising to 'drain,' is; or rather, what's left of it, is trying to double down to reignite those disenfranchised basement dwellers, the "outcasts" who refused to find a home in the greatest modern-day, "outcast."

RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW, I am LOVING the direction we are headed. I actually feel like we ARE about to MAGA!!!!!

On a side note; I haven't seen My Dad get such a kick out of anything/anybody other than me, since one of my shenanigans didn't dig dip DEEP into his pocket. But if I would have brought Greg Gutfield home when I was in high school, he would have been as welcomed as much as Jorge Murillo (probably spelled wrong).

I am more than a little disturbed by the proposed "budget" presented by Obama. It's a disgrace. His proposed cuts target every vulnerable population (that is/has) ACTUALLY contributed to the system from Medicare to the working poor. President Barack Obama proposed a spending plan to Congress that cuts funding to programs that assist the working poor, help the needy heat their homes, and expand access to graduate-level education, undermining the kind of community-based organizations that helped him launch his political career in Chicago.

It also targets defense spending. I am diametrically opposed to cutting the defense budget to reduce our debt. Reign in that nightmare healthcare bill, CUT WELFARE. At no other time in our great country's history have we been been under attack by enemies both foreign AND domestic...nothing good can come of this.

When they speak of cutting defense, the first to feel the pinch is going to be the men and women in uniform who RISK THEIR LIVES TO KEEP US FREE and their families who sacrifice right along with them. THIS MAKES ME SICK, FOLKS. All the money in the world won't matter when a terrorist kills you or someone you love.

So, in a show of solidarity today and ALWAYS with our troops, I have handed over my blog to a great friend and steadfast Patriot. I was shaking with fury as tears streamed down my face while reading her letter to me. She is a MILITARY WIFE 💝 and I feel she is much more qualified to tell their story than I. As an Army family I can tell you that when Bush was President you had a sense of security. You didn't fear that you could lose your job and stability. Once Obama took office that all changed. We are expendable to him. We don't matter. He makes it obvious.

He has now decided to cut into our programs. As my husband learned today. This could be anything from CYS (daycare, child youth services) to the guards we have at the gates of our posts protecting us from whoever may try to come in with the wrong intentions.

As it stands now there is a year long waiting list to get your child into daycare and they make you pay an army and a leg. If you take away certain programs the waiting list will be longer. They punish the soldier if he has financial problems and then look down upon him. Yet how can we as a family get our finances in order when only one of us can work. You can't even get on the waiting list for daycare unless you have a full time job, so what am I supposed to with my children for a year while I am on the waiting list?

As an E5 my husband makes decent money. But here's the thing: he has been in for 11 years now and we make ALMOST 36000 a year. Something is wrong with that. And yet to Obama he makes too much.

I know people who are so poor that they had to file bankruptcy and when they did their security clearance was taken away so they had to reclass (perform a different job) to basically becoming a truck driver. Which is a suicide job. So you're being punished for living in a country where the economy sucks and you can't provide cause you aren't paid enough.

When I was pregnant with my son we got 0 pay due for the full nine months, meaning we didn't get paid. All because the army claimed my husband owed them money. Which he didn't. We only survived because my sister supported us and we took out loans. They took about 15000 dollars from us claiming he owed them for a 1500 bonus.

The Army in itself sucks. But add on top of that a commander and chief who doesn't respect his soldiers and it's worse. NO ONE FEELS SAFE. We all fear that it will be our turn to be forced out of the military with BS retirement and no disability.

Perfect example: My husband was blown up by an IED overseas. He was fine but he screwed up his back. Now add on walking patrols they do with 80lbs of gear on his back. He has arthritis in his back and degenerative disc disease and if the army decided they would pay for the surgery he could either become paralyzed or sterile. Then when he got out he would get maybe 20 percent disability.

As if all that isn't bad enough he also has PTSD which he was put on antidepressants for. My husband lived with the Iraqi police in their cities and towns he was not protected on a FOB or base so to speak. They were attacked constantly and no one would send out back up to help them. He gained about 60lbs because he was put on all different meds to find the one that worked for him and now the Army has him on what they call a "Profile" for being overweight. He never had and issue with weight he always passed his PT tests and Weigh and tapes but after the meds; he failed. Their answer to that is if he can't lose the weight he will be kicked out of the army.

All the Government wants is to find a way to throw our soldiers out and give them nothing for their troubles. When Bush was in office my husband re-enlisted twice we got thousands of dollars as a bonus (a thank you) for re-enlisting. Obama took that away. Obama feels that if you choose to stay with the Army that is your choice and you shouldn't be rewarded for it. It's his way of getting people out of the Army and it's working.

We have had many things happen to us and our finances are nothing. After some bills are paid from loans we had to take out to survive when they didn't pay us we only bring in about 1400 dollars a month. That pays a 150 dollar car insurance payment, a 200 cell phone bill (which he needs because the Army gets out all information to their soldiers for work days via text or calling)***Then I'd like to know why the government isn't paying for it!!!***, 100 a month credit card bill (which we need to put food on our table) And a 200 dollar cable bill (which people will say we don't need cable) BUT our banking is done online and my children will not be robbed of television or Internet when their father fights for this country. Why should they?

That leaves us with 750. A family of 4 we usually pay about 300 a month in groceries. Gas runs us for both cars about 200 a month (with prices now). And the rest to live off for 30 days. So basically 250 dollars to enjoy life with, clothe my children. We can't go on vacations or take our kids on day trips. We can't go to the movies. We can't eat out. We basically do nothing. And yet Obama wants to take it all away.

80 percent of soldiers you talk to will tell you they hate Obama. If you are military you are Republican (if you are smart) because they are the only ones who support the military. Obama gives us no respect. He doesn't care about us. And he continues to make it painfully obvious. Next he will go after our insurance. Which is the only thing we are in the military for and even that isn't that great. Next we'll have to pay for that too.

I hope this opens your eyes some to our situation. To how it is. And let me tell you everyone I am friends with lives paycheck to paycheck we swap our children's clothes so when one grows out of something it goes to the next neighbors kid that is getting into that size. We share food because by the end of the month we are eating Ramen noodles. Our children don't know what it is to have new clothes, or the newest toys. They get hand me downs. Army family to Army family. The only people in the military that have money are the ones who are lucky enough to have both husband and wife working, Officers, or soldiers who married girls who had money. It's sad!!!

I am re-publishing a post originally published on 4/4/11. I invited my childhood friend, fellow Patriot, and Army Wife to give ALL of US the inside story of what life was like Serving our country under the obama regime. Girl...I can't FIND YOU, but once again, I open my blog to you, and actually to ALL MEMBERS of OUR MILITARY FAMILIES, to WRITE YOUR PERSONAL TESTAMENT to what things are like living and raising a family under such tense times.

I feel like the "swamp," Trump has been promising to 'drain,' is; or rather, what's left of it, is trying to double down to reignite those disenfranchised basement dwellers, the "outcasts" who refused to find a home in the greatest modern-day, "outcast."

RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW, I am LOVING the direction we are headed. I actually feel like we ARE about to MAGA!!!!!

On a side note; I haven't seen My Dad get such a kick out of anything/anybody other than me, since one of my shenanigans didn't dig dip DEEP into his pocket. I am more than a little disturbed by the proposed "budget" presented by Obama. It's a disgrace. His proposed cuts target every vulnerable population (that is/has) ACTUALLY contributed to the system from Medicare to the working poor. President Barack Obama proposed a spending plan to Congress that cuts funding to programs that assist the working poor, help the needy heat their homes, and expand access to graduate-level education, undermining the kind of community-based organizations that helped him launch his political career in Chicago.

It also targets defense spending. I am diametrically opposed to cutting the defense budget to reduce our debt. Reign in that nightmare healthcare bill, CUT WELFARE. At no other time in our great country's history have we been been under attack by enemies both foreign AND domestic...nothing good can come of this.

When they speak of cutting defense, the first to feel the pinch is going to be the men and women in uniform who RISK THEIR LIVES TO KEEP US FREE and their families who sacrifice right along with them. THIS MAKES ME SICK, FOLKS. All the money in the world won't matter when a terrorist kills you or someone you love.

So, in a show of solidarity today and ALWAYS with our troops, I have handed over my blog to a great friend and steadfast Patriot. I was shaking with fury as tears streamed down my face while reading her letter to me. She is a MILITARY WIFE 💝 and I feel she is much more qualified to tell their story than I. As an Army family I can tell you that when Bush was President you had a sense of security. You didn't fear that you could lose your job and stability. Once Obama took office that all changed. We are expendable to him. We don't matter. He makes it obvious.

He has now decided to cut into our programs. As my husband learned today. This could be anything from CYS (daycare, child youth services) to the guards we have at the gates of our posts protecting us from whoever may try to come in with the wrong intentions.

As it stands now there is a year long waiting list to get your child into daycare and they make you pay an army and a leg. If you take away certain programs the waiting list will be longer. We Are Born Innocent...

It sickens me that ANYONE, ANYWHERE, would even CONSIDER suggesting MORE gun control.

I, myself was nearly killed after some 'gangsta wannabe' shot a gun off into a crowd of innocent high school kids and changed the course of my life, FOREVER.

I was a bright, athletic, outgoing, unstoppable KID, who was/IS destined for GREAT THINGS, and a stray bullet in the night left me paralyzed from the neck down for nearly a year, and blind in my right eye.

I am STILL partially paralyzed in my lower extremities, and, as a result of the scoliosis I developed from experiencing a majority of my growth spurts while lying crooked on a bed or slumped down in a wheelchair, the "best spinal surgeons" in Dallas told me more than two years ago that there was "NOTHING" that could be done for me and I should "brace" myself, psychologically for the fact that, BY NOW, I'd be back in a wheelchair for the REST OF MY LIFE.

And yet, YOU WILL FIND NO BIGGER PROPONENT of the 2nd Amendment, than ME.

Sorry to be screaming at you, but this whole thing has opened up old wounds.

The lives lost are senseless, and horrific, and I sympathyze with the family and friends of the lost. But here's the thing that gets me:

I can't STOP thinking about the ones who lived. Particularly, those who witnessed/lived through it, but were not affected by it PHYSICALLY.

I feel the EXACT SAME WAY for all of the other teens who WATCHED ME NEARLY DIE on a city street, especially the core of them who, just kids, themselves, thought extremely quickly and SAVED MY LIFE as pre-technology circumstances delayed professional first responders from reaching me during those precious minutes when my life hung in the balance.

I OFTEN wonder, "How DID they remain level-headed enough to NOT ONLY flawlessly execute what they had learned the summer before in their CPR/life-saving classes, but perform it on someone their age, someone they KNEW. Someone who could have just as easily been THEM. And how did they manage to do it amidst all of the chaos and confusion surrounding them? A virtual stampede of kids running each and every way FROM the sound of the gunshot, the (what must have been) seemingly endless wait for the "grown-ups" to arrive, and on and on it goes in my mind.

I finally, after more than a decade of trying to kill myself slowly, diagnosed MYSELF with PTSD (which I subsequently had confirmed via Dr's) and I know, first-hand how it has directly affected every aspect of my life.

And I was, for the most part, unconscious, (literally in a coma) throughout the whole experience. So, if MY PTSD is SO bad that someday's opening the blinds is a real victory; HOW BAD MUST THEIR PTSD be?

And furthermore, have they yet even connected that night with decisions, directions, and/or events in their life that they have experienced during the ensuing years????

It's NOT ONLY the victims being buried who died on that day. EVERYONE who was there lost a piece of themselves. Never Again will ANY of them float in the protective bubble of childhood innocence. NEVER AGAIN will ANY of them BELIEVE that ANYTHING/ANYONE can KEEP THEM SAFE.

And THAT, Dear Readers, IS THE TRUE DEFINITION OF TERROR.

I was just talking to my Dad and telling him how I'd be afraid to still be teaching in the US today. I feel like these out-of-control mass shootings have mostly come about under the "leadership" of democrats. I know I taught in the States in the early 2000's and don't remember, at all, this sort of thing.

I left America in 2008, and taught and travelled the world up until a few years ago, and this is truly a phenomena of American Society. I have been researching citizen on citizen gun-related murders among foreign countries in comparison to the US (after I read a piece in the NY Post today, about some liberals take on how we should further restrict our gun-laws to emulate Israel, and then we'd have peace.)

I was fairly certain that Israel is much like Switzerland, in which every able-bodied adult between 18-34 is mandated to join the army, and every law-abiding adult citizen is issued a firearm.

I came across this article, which was an interview with an author, John Lott, who wrote, "More Guns, Less Crime: Understanding Crime and Gun Control Laws." The interview and the book were published in 1998.

I have cited in this blog, an untold amount of times how the correlation of armed citizenry and lowered rates of crime/murder are affected in a negative (which is actually a positive) way.

The Continuing Comedy of the Clinton, Inc. Stupidity

The Clinton Criminal Cabal is conspiring to continue unabated in their efforts to deflect accountability and deny any involvement in or accept any responsibility for the current mayhem unfolding in Washington.

Front row and center of their defense is, arguably, most obviously going to be; that they are far too sophisticated to have ever been involved in a scheme that is turning out to look a lot more like 'Amateur Hour At The Apollo,' than it is, 'Rhodes Scholar.'

The heart of it all will be a mea culpa to the effect of, "Oh, come on, America. We would surely have been much smarter than that..."
They will mount the defense that no one in their above-board, on-the-level, enterprising organization, um...er..."foundation," could possibly be so stupid.
And likely, much of America will agree that NOBODY, much less the Ivy League Alumni Clintons could ever be so bumblingly sophomoric while trying to execute such a lofty vision.

However, what many may likely fail to realize, is that the "stupid," was all part of their criminal con. 'Stupid' exhonorates "Personal Responsibility." 'Stupid' somehow even manages to negate, "Blame."

We don't fault the 'intellectually slow,' or 'stupid,' for choices they made or actions they took, no matter how incredibly implausible, immoral, unethical or disasterous those choices turn out for them or anyone else brought down in the aftermath.

No, we give them a pass, perhaps a slap on the wrist for their inability to comprehend the ramifications of their actions.

After all, it's not their "fault" they couldn't tell right from wrong, so determined were they, it was a simple mistake. A simple, Stupid mistake.

They used the cloak of the, "aww shucks" defense to wage as much public confusion, fear-mongering, and false-truths about what a "nightmare," a Trump presidency would look like, how he was an unlikely and unsuitable candidate planted by foreign enemies.

I, myself blogged ad nauseam about the dangers of him winning the primaries, (although I believed he was our generations, Ross Perot, planted by the democrats to split the GOP vote and hand the win to Hillary.)

And how, if he were to win, we'd all be living in this Truman Show-like, surreal Reality TVesque country brought to us by our sponsors, Coca-Cola, Mars Bars, Toyota and General Mills.

Except, it backfired. And they lost.

"But by golly, how were Bubba and the boys supposed ta know just how simplistically foolish it'd all look like in the end? They'd a had ta a been soft in tha head ta believe we'd fall fer that, again."

That will be the defense they will mount when we get there. Their lawyers will argue, and I can almost hear them now:

"How could the American people truly believe that the DNC, namely, the Clintons; person's so intellectually superior in so many ways, so acclaimed world-wide..."

**Yeah, sure "acclaimed," but NOT for being the administration that let Bin Laden get away, and under whom, eased restrictions on government subsidiaries (namely: Fannie & Freddy) to create an artificial ressurection of home-ownership, and thus: The Revival of The American Dream.

Events that subsequently led to both 9/11 (less than 8 months after GWB was sworn into office) and eventually the sub-prime mortgage collapse**

"...How could red-blooded, God-fearing, flag-waving Americans HONESTLY believe that people of unimpeachable (well, OK...impeachable, but literally unremovable) character, and intellectual superiority be so sloppily stupid as to try to implement such a Machiavellian plan so obviously transparent in an effort to hold onto/regain absolute control over the American political system indefinitely. It would just. never. happen."

And the swamp that still remains would vote in their favor. At most, and totally unlikely, but possibly rule that the Clintons "at most," be barred from any involvement in any form of politics, including: participating in, funding, lending, donating, supporting ANY political candidate for the duration of 10 years. At which time, this will all be a footnote in the history books, and they can begin prepping Chelsea Clinton for her rightful place on the throne.

But don't let them fool you. These criminals are no more (and no less) stupid than they are unscrupulous.

This is a great piece. You make A LOT of good connections. I'd only debate the premise that they got, "Stuck on stupid."

No they didn't, the "stupid," was all part of their criminal con. "Stupid" exhonorates "Personal Responsibility;" it negates, "Blame."

No, we give them a pass, perhaps a slap on the wrist for their inability to comprehend the ramifications of their actions.

After all, it's not their "fault" they couldn't tell right from wrong, so determined were they, it was a simple mistake. A simple, Stupid mistake.

Am I the only skeptic still waiting for whatever was really going on to come to light while we were all being inundated with the media blitz of “The sky is falling, the sky is falling!!” Overwhelmed by Russian collusion, Sanctuary cities, Dreamers, Roy Moore, the Mueller investigation, Trump’s affair, and then, as captivating as the Grand Finale of Disney’s fireworks spectacular, they add a government shutdown to the list.

Maybe I’m still too jaded from obama, but the past few weeks have seemed like that Jackass is still running the show. And sadly, in many ways; he still is. Half his henchmen are still keeping the seats warm in both the House and the Senate. Colluding and whatnot, to continue to cover-up their involvement in whatever Trey Gowdy has in his 4-page summation of his Investigation of Hillary Clinton's private email server, or looking for a way to further destroy evidence.

Then on Tuesday we find out that more than 50,000 texts were exchanged between two FBI officials who have come under fire for exchanging anti-Trump messages during the 2016 election, Attorney General Jeff Sessions revealed Monday.

And low and behold, another tech glitch in Washington, five months of texts between Peter Strzok and Lisa Page have apparently just…disappeared. The missing messages from Strzok and Page span a crucial window, between the presidential transition and the launch of Robert Mueller’s Russia probe -- where both officials previously were assigned.

During the window of missing text messages, a lot happened.

President Trump took the oath of office; National Security Adviser Michael Flynn, whom Strzok interviewed, was fired; the controversial anti-Trump dossier was published; the president fired FBI Director James Comey; and special counsel Mueller was appointed to investigate Russian meddling and potential collusion with Trump campaign associates during the 2016 presidential election.

“The loss of records from this period is concerning because it is apparent from other records that Mr. Strzok and Ms. Page communicated frequently about the investigation,” Johnson wrote in a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray over the weekend, requesting more information and questioning whether the FBI had done a thorough search on non-FBI devices belonging to Strzok and Page during that period.

A source on one committee in receipt of the new text messages told Fox News it was “outrageous” that the FBI had not previously indicated the five-month gap in messages existed. The source said it was incumbent on the FBI to prove that the missing texts do not constitute “obstruction” of congressional oversight or “destruction of evidence.”

Last month, the Justice Department released hundreds of text messages that Strzok and Page had traded. Both served for a short period of time on Mueller’s team, with Page leaving over the summer and Strzok being reassigned late last year to the FBI’s human resources division after the discovery of the exchanges with Page.

Many of the texts revealed a clear anti-Trump and pro-Clinton bias, and included discussions of the Clinton email investigation.

Rep. Jordan said Monday that the lapse in documents is reminiscent of the mysterious disappearance of emails from former IRS official Lois Lerner during the Obama-era IRS/Tea Party targeting scandal. Lerner’s emails disappeared during congressional investigations.

“The Lerner thing was huge,” Jordan told The Daily Caller. “My gut tells me this is probably bigger.”

Maybe they were using Hilary’s wiped server as their text message relay? At least thats my best guess.

All I’m saying is my Mac auto-updated to High Sierra (again) in the middle of the night on the 21^st, wiping everything as it installed a completely new operating system, and it may have taken me a few days of relentless attempts to retrieve these 4,000+ words, but by God, I did it. And my profession has NOTHING to do with technology.

For fuck’s sake, the FBI has every bit of data we, civilian Americans transmit via a mobile or wifi data network. They have it dated/time-stamped and then securely stored for when the day comes to start rounding up the dissidents, yet they are, once again baffled as to a) how they lost sight of over 50,000 text messages (mind you, they were transmitted between two mobiles issued to the agents by the FBI.) and b) still trying to convince (us) and (themselves) that they're really not to blame. It was "a defect in the Samsung operating system," that caused it.

Funny, my new Samsung (synced to my Mac) is exactly how I retrieved this post. Sittin' right there in the 'Samsung Secure' backup folder.

I mean, come on; how much longer do they expect us to just play along?

Rep. Mark Meadows, (R)-N.C. said it best:

"It reminds me of hard drives missing with [former IRS official] Lois Lerner and email servers," Meadows told Fox News Monday night. "At what time are we going to have an IT backup system that can keep things that are appropriate? They're supposed to be out tracking terrorism and we can't even find our own text messages?"

The E-Verify program is mandatory for some employers and is a valuable tool to ensure only those eligible to work in the U.S. are being employed. U.S. law requires employers to only hire workers who are eligible to work in the United States.

In an announcement on Twitter, USCIS officials stated:

“Due to a lapse in DHS funds, #EVerify, #FormI9, #myE-Verify, Self Check and Self Lock services are temporarily unavailable. Our E-Verify website remains online, however, to provide resources.”

Well, THANK GOD for THAT.

But, DON’T WORRY!! As usual, our government has a practical Plan B. By now I'm sure you’ve all heard about the Senate's “nuclear option," open to them to resolve this quagmire. Admittedly, I was a little confused by this semantic development. Last time I checked, there was a Constitutional process for handling such situations.

“This is totally unconstitutional. They can’t do this. They have to do a quorum call,” I stated (sort of hysterically) to my Dad, so shit-sure of myself that the process was being subverted, when he corrected me by saying, "You're wrong, it goes to the "nuclear vote."

I'm sorry, say again?

We all know I spent the ‘obama years’ overseas; as I publicly vowed to do in this very blog, and that’s just where I was in 2013, when the, ‘Reid Rule,’ now known as, ‘the nuclear option,’ was passed.

But because I fancy my mind an encyclopedia, and I just don't recall that term in the Constitution, I couldn’t let it go. (lol, just tried to bring the Constitution up via Google, and here's what I got:

Thank God, I made sure I downloaded my 'Pocket Constitution' years ago!! So, quick recap for the people in the back:

I. The Constitution (1789)

A) Articles 1-3: Branches, Checks, and Balances

The first three articles of the Constitution establish three branches of government with specific powers: Executive (headed by the President), Legislative (Congress) and Judicial (Supreme Court). Power is separated and shared. Each branch can check other branches’ actions or balance the actions of other branches with their own actions. There are two forms of powers: express and implied. Express powers are granted in the Constitution. Implied powers are derived from those express powers or the branch’s role.

Lets take a closer look at the section where our Founding Fathers established the Constitutional requirement of a “representative majority,” rather than a simple majority of the members present at the time of voting.

U.S. Constitution – Article 1

Article 1 Section 5

Section 5 - Membership, Rules, Journals, Adjournment

Each House shall be the Judge of the Elections, Returns and Qualifications of its own Members, and a Majority of each shall constitute a Quorum to do Business; but a smaller Number may adjourn from day to day, and may be authorized to compel the Attendance of absent Members, in such Manner, and under such Penalties as each House may provide.

Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings, punish its Members for disorderly Behavior, and, with the Concurrence of two thirds, expel a Member.

Each House shall keep a Journal of its Proceedings, and from time to time publish the same, excepting such Parts as may in their Judgment require Secrecy; and the Yeas and Nays of the Members of either House on any question shall, at the Desire of one fifth of those Present, be entered on the Journal.

Neither House, during the Session of Congress, shall, without the Consent of the other, adjourn for more than three days, nor to any other Place than that in which the two Houses shall be sitting.

Article 1 Section 7

Section 7 - Revenue Bills, Legislative Process, Presidential Veto

All bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills.

Every Bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it become a Law, be presented to the President of the United States; If he approve he shall sign it, but if not he shall return it, with his Objections to that House in which it shall have originated, who shall enter the Objections at large on their Journal, and proceed to reconsider it.

If after such Reconsideration two thirds of that House shall agree to pass the Bill, it shall be sent, together with the Objections, to the other House, by which it shall likewise be reconsidered, and if approved by two thirds of that House, it shall become a Law. But in all such Cases, the votes of both Houses shall be determined by Yeas and Nays, and the Names of the Persons voting for and against the Bill shall be entered on the Journal of each House respectively. If any Bill shall not be returned by the President within ten Days (Sundays excepted) after it shall have been presented to him, the Same shall be a Law, in like Manner as if he had signed it, unless the Congress by their Adjournment prevent its Return, in which Case it shall not be a Law.

Every Order, Resolution, or Vote to which the Concurrence of the Senate and House of Representatives may be necessary (except on a question of Adjournment) shall be presented to the President of the United States; and before the Same shall take Effect, shall be approved by him, or being disapproved by him, shall be re-passed by two thirds of the Senate and House of Representatives, according to the Rules and Limitations prescribed in the Case of a Bill.

How a bill becomes a law:

A. Legislation is Introduced

- Any member of either the House or the Senate, collectively known as, “Congress,” can introduce a piece of legislation

House: Legislation is handed to the clerk of the House or placed in the hopper.

Senate: Members must gain recognition of the presiding officer to announce the introduction of a bill during the morning hour. If any senator objects, the introduction of the bill is postponed until the next day.

B. Committee Action

- The bill is referred to the appropriate committee by either the Speaker of the House, or the presiding officer in the Senate. Most often, the actual referral decision is made by the House or Senate parliamentarian. Bills may be referred to more than one committee and it may be split so that parts are sent to different committees. The Speaker of the House may set time limits on committees. Bills are placed on the calendar of the committee to which they have been assigned. Failure to act on a bill is equivalent to killing it.

Bills in the House can only be released from committee without a proper committee vote by a discharge petition signed by a majority of the House membership (218 members).

Steps in Committee:

-Comments about the bill's merit are requested by government agencies.

-Bill can be assigned to subcommittee by Chairman.

-Hearings may be held.

-Subcommittees report their findings to the full committee.

-Finally there is a vote by the full committee - the bill is "ordered to be reported."

-A committee will hold a "mark-up" session during which it will make revisions and additions. If substantial amendments are made, the committee can order the introduction of a "clean bill" which will include the proposed amendments. This new bill will have a new number and will be sent to the floor while the old bill is discarded. The chamber must approve, change or reject all committee amendments before conducting a final passage vote.

*In the House, most bills go to the Rules committee before reaching the floor. The committee adopts rules that will govern the procedures under which the bill will then be considered by the House. A "closed rule" sets strict time limits on debate and forbids the introduction of amendments. These rules can have a major impact on whether the bill passes. The rules committee can be bypassed in three ways:

1) Members can move rules to be suspended (requires 2/3 vote)

2) A discharge petition can be filed

3) The House can use a Calendar Wednesday procedure.*

*Calendar Wednesday: A procedure in the House of Representatives during which each standing committees may bring up for consideration any bill that has been reported on the floor on or before the previous day. The procedure also limits debate for each subject matter to two hours.

C. Floor Action

1. Legislation is placed on the Calendar

House: Bills are placed on one of four House Calendars. The Speaker of the House and the Majority Leader decide what will reach the floor and when. (Legislation can also be brought to the floor by a discharge petition.)

Senate: Legislation is placed on the Legislative Calendar. There is also an Executive calendar to deal with treaties and nominations. Scheduling of legislation is the job of the Majority Leader. Bills can be brought to the floor whenever a majority of the Senate chooses.

2. Debate

House: Debate is limited by the rules formulated in the Rules Committee. The Committee of the Whole debates and amends the bill but cannot technically pass it. Debate is guided by the Sponsoring Committee and time is divided equally between proponents and opponents. The Committee decides how much time to allot to each person. Amendments must be germane to the subject of the bill - no riders are allowed. The bill is reported back to the House (to itself) and is voted on. A quorum call is a vote to make sure that there are enough members present (218) to have a final vote. If there is not a quorum, the House will adjourn or will send the Sergeant at Arms out to round up missing members.

Senate: debate is unlimited unless cloture is invoked. Members can speak as long as they want and amendments need not be germane - riders are often offered. Entire bills can therefore be offered as amendments to other bills. Unless cloture** is invoked, Senators can use a filibuster*** to defeat a measure by "talking it to death."

**Cloture: A motion generally used in the Senate to end a filibuster. Invoking cloture requires a vote by 3/5 of the full Senate. If cloture is invoked, further debate is limited to 30 hours; it is not a vote on the passage of the piece of legislation.

***Filibuster: An informal term for extended debate or other procedures used to prevent a vote on a bill in the Senate.

3. Vote

The bill is voted on. If passed, it is then sent to the other chamber unless that chamber already has a similar measure under consideration. If either chamber does not pass the bill then it dies. If the House and Senate pass the same bill then it is sent to the President. If the House and Senate pass different bills they are sent to Conference Committee. Most major legislation goes to a Conference Committee.

D. Conference Committee

Members from each house form a conference committee and meet to work out the differences. The committee is usually made up of senior members who are appointed by the presiding officers of the committee that originally dealt with the bill. The representatives from each house works to maintain their version of the bill.

If the Conference Committee reaches a compromise, it prepares a written conference report, which is submitted to each chamber.

The conference report must be approved by both the House and the Senate.

E. The President

The bill is sent to the President for review.

A bill becomes law if signed by the President or if not signed within 10 days and Congress is in session.

If Congress adjourns before the 10 days and the President has not signed the bill then it does not become law ("Pocket Veto.")

If the President vetoes the bill it is sent back to Congress with a note listing his/her reasons. The chamber that originated the legislation can attempt to override the veto by a vote of two-thirds of those present. If the veto of the bill is overridden in both chambers then it becomes law.

F. The Bill Becomes A Law

Once a bill is signed by the President, or his veto is overridden by both houses it becomes a law and is assigned an official number.

Why should any of this matter to you?
That’s simple:

Because the Standing Rules of the Senate, that were enacted to protect us for an unrestrained government led by the few to control the many, were, for intents and purposes, revised to serve the wants of the few while totally disregarding the Good of the many.

The Standing Rules of the Senate are the parliamentary procedures adopted by the United States Senate that govern its course of action. The Senate's power to establish rules derives from Article One, Section 5 of the United States Constitution: "Each House may determine the rules of its proceedings..."

**The Constitution provides that a majority of the Senate constitutes a quorum to do business. Under the rules and customs of the Senate, a quorum is always assumed to be present unless a quorum call explicitly demonstrates otherwise. Any senator may request a quorum call by "suggesting the absence of a quorum"; a clerk then calls the roll of the Senate and notes which members are present.

In practice, senators almost always request quorum calls not to establish the presence of a quorum, but to temporarily delay proceedings without having to adjourn the session.

Such a delay may serve one of many purposes; often, it allows Senate leaders to negotiate compromises off the floor or to allow Senators time to come to the Senate floor to make speeches without having to constantly be present in the chamber while waiting for the opportunity. Once the need for a delay has ended, any senator may request unanimous consent to rescind the quorum call.

During debates, senators may only speak if called upon by the presiding officer. The presiding officer is, however, required to recognize the first senator who rises to speak. Thus, the presiding officer has little control over the course of debate. Customarily, the Majority Leader and Minority Leader are accorded priority during debates, even if another senator rises first.

All speeches must be addressed to the presiding officer, using the words "Mr. President" or "Madam President." Only the presiding officer may be directly addressed in speeches; other Members must be referred to in the third person. In most cases, senators do not refer to each other by name, but by state, using forms such as "the senior senator from Virginia" or "the junior senator from California."

There are very few restrictions on the content of speeches; there is no requirement that speeches be germane to the matter before the Senate.

The Standing Rules of the United States Senate provide that no senator may make more than two speeches on a motion or bill on the same legislative day. (A legislative day begins when the Senate convenes and ends with adjournment; hence, it does not necessarily coincide with the calendar day.)

The length of these speeches is not limited by the rules; thus, in most cases, senators may speak for as long as they please. Often, the Senate adopts unanimous consent agreements imposing time limits. In other cases (for example, for the Budget process), limits are imposed by statute. In general, however, the right to unlimited debate is preserved.

The filibuster is an obstructionary tactic used to defeat bills and motions by prolonging debate indefinitely. A filibuster may entail, but does not actually require, long speeches, dilatory motions, and an extensive series of proposed amendments.

The Senate may end a filibuster by invoking cloture. In most cases, cloture requires the support of three-fifths of the Senate; however, if the matter before the Senate involves changing the rules of the body, a two-thirds majority is required.

Cloture is invoked very rarely, particularly because bipartisan support is usually necessary to obtain the required supermajority. If the Senate does invoke cloture, debate does not end immediately; instead, further debate is limited to thirty additional hours unless increased by another three-fifths vote.

When debate concludes, the motion in question is put to a vote. In many cases, the Senate votes by voice vote; the presiding officer puts the question, and Members respond either "Aye!" (in favor of the motion) or "No!" (against the motion). The presiding officer then announces the result of the voice vote. Any senator, however, may challenge the presiding officer's assessment and request a recorded vote.

The request may be granted only if it is seconded by one-fifth of the senators present. In practice, however, senators second requests for recorded votes as a matter of courtesy. When a recorded vote is held, the clerk calls the roll of the Senate in alphabetical order; each senator responds when his or her name is called.

Senators who miss the roll call may still cast a vote as long as the recorded vote remains open. The vote is closed at the discretion of the presiding officer, but must remain open for a minimum of 15 minutes. If the vote is tied, the Vice President, if present, is entitled to a casting vote. If the Vice President is not present, however, the motion is resolved in the negative.

The filibuster is a tactic utilized in multiple types of Congressional negotiations. 1. There is the filibuster used for executive appointments excluding Supreme Court justices, 2.there is the filibuster for Supreme Court justices, and 3. there is the filibuster for legislation. With the last of the three being most significant.

By eliminating a Constitutionally protected quorum call in the Senate, leaving only the historically uncommon, cloture, as the final fail-safe against a run-away government, Sen. Reid accomplished exactly what he set out to do According to a February 15, 2016 Washington Post opinion piece by Senator Harry Reid:

“In response to unprecedented Republican obstruction, Democrats changed the Senate rules in 2013 to allow qualified nominees to be confirmed by a simple majority vote, instead of 60 votes. This change alleviated judicial emergencies across the country by allowing a flood of qualified nominees to be confirmed. (We stopped short of changing the threshold for Supreme Court nominees—maybe that was a mistake).”

Similarly, in October 2016, Reid was quoted as saying:

“I really do believe that I have set the Senate so when I leave, we’re going to be able to get judges done with a majority. It takes only a simple majority anymore. And, it’s clear to me that if the Republicans try to filibuster another circuit court judge, but especially a Supreme Court justice, I’ve told ‘em how and I’ve done it, not just talking about it. I did it in changing the rules of the Senate. It’ll have to be done again.”

And that is why Senate Rule XXII is such a CRUCIAL addition to our parliamentary procedures, and it states, in part,

“…Notwithstanding the provisions of rule II or rule IV or any other rule of the Senate, at any time a motion signed by sixteen Senators, to bring to a close the debate upon any measure, motion, other matter pending before the Senate, or the unfinished business, is presented to the Senate, the Presiding Officer, or clerk at the direction of the Presiding Officer, shall at once state the motion to the Senate, and one hour after the Senate meets on the following calendar day but one, he shall lay the motion before the Senate and direct that the clerk call the roll, and upon the ascertainment that a quorum is present, the Presiding Officer shall, without debate, submit to the Senate by a yea-and-nay vote the question:

“Is it the sense of the Senate that the debate shall be brought to a close?” And if that question shall be decided in the affirmative by three-fifths of the Senators duly chosen and sworn — except on a measure or motion to amend the Senate rules, in which case the necessary affirmative vote shall be two-thirds of the Senators present and voting — then said measure, motion, or other matter pending before the Senate, or the unfinished business, shall be the unfinished business to the exclusion of all other business until disposed of.”

That a majority of the Senate constitutes a quorum to do business, thus protecting the Constitutionally mandated two-thirds supermajority normally required to amend the rules, and replacing it with a simple 51 majority votes to end debates, set a precedent that lowered the vote threshold required by Senate Standing Rule XXII for invoking cloture on most presidential nominations.

The precedent did not change the text of Rule XXII of the Standing Rules; rather, the Senate established a precedent reinterpreting the provisions of Rule XXII to require only a simple majority of those voting, rather than three-fifths of the full Senate, to invoke cloture on all presidential nominations except those to the Supreme Court. And that precedent, we will come to find, will now be, "just the way it is," on every matter that comes before the Senate.

So, to sum it all up for you, the end result from Tuesday’s “win” by use of the nuclear option, may very well kill America as She has always been. May be time for us all to start building our “Fallout Shelters.”

Our Constitution explicitly protects specific government employees, and historically, according to the Congressional Research Services, which issued an extensive report on shutdowns in November, federally furloughed employees who were furloughed under a shutdown generally have received their salaries retroactively as a result of legislation to that effect,” it explains.. For instance, the Executive Branch, a class of workers called “excepted employees” still need to come to work and do their jobs, but they can’t receive checks until the shutdown ends. This group includes people appointed directly to office by the President.

Members of Congress will still get paychecks, under two parts of the Constitution. Article I, Section 6, says that congress members “shall receive a Compensation for their Services, to be ascertained by Law, and paid out of the Treasury of the United States.” The 27th Amendment also forbids any change in the compensation rate for Congress during a current term.

In the federal government’s non-political branch, the Judiciary, the Supreme Court Justices and all appointed Justices also will get paid. Article III, Section 1, says, “The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behavior, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services, a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office.” And like in the Executive Branch, the court determine which essential staff members are needed to support “the judiciary under the Constitution, including activities that support the exercise of Article III judicial powers (i.e., the resolution of cases).” The staffers would need to report to work and would get paid after the shutdown ends.

So, what is really going on here? Lets take a LOOK:

The government "shutdown" forced U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to temporarily suspend parts of the operation of its E-Verify employment eligibility verification program on January 20, 2018.

The E-Verify program is mandatory for some employers and is a valuable tool to ensure only those eligible to work in the U.S. are being employed. U.S. law requires employers to only hire workers who are eligible to work in the United States, the E-Verify website states.

In an announcement on Twitter, USCIS officials stated:

“Due to a lapse in DHS funds, #EVerify, #FormI9, #myE-Verify, Self Check and Self Lock services are temporarily unavailable. Our E-Verify website remains online, however, to provide resources.”

I'm sure you all have heard about the Senate's "nuclear option," in breaking this filibuster. Admittedly, I was a little confused by this semantic development. I even debated my Dad when he corrected me and said, "You're wrong, it goes to the "nuclear vote."

I'm sorry, say again? I know that I spent all of the obama years outside of the country (as I publicly vowed to do in this very blog), but my mind is like an encyclopedia, and I don't recall that term in the Constitution (lol, just tried to bring the Constitution up via Google, and here's what I got:

Thank God, I made sure I downloaded my 'Pocket Constitution' years ago!! So, quick recap for the people in the back:

I. The Constitution (1789)

A) Articles 1-3: Branches, Checks, and Balances

The first three articles of the Constitution establish three branches of government with specific powers: Executive (headed by the President), Legislative (Congress) and Judicial (Supreme Court). Power is separated and shared. Each branch can check other branches’ actions or balance the actions of other branches with their own actions. There are two forms of powers: express and implied. Express powers are granted in the Constitution. Implied powers are derived from those express powers or the branch’s role.

How a bill becomes a law:

A. Legislation is Introduced
- Any member can introduce a piece of legislation

House
- Legislation is handed to the clerk of the House or placed in the hopper.

Senate
- Members must gain recognition of the presiding officer to announce the introduction of a bill during the morning hour. If any senator objects, the introduction of the bill is postponed until the next day.

B. Committee Action
- The bill is referred to the appropriate committee by the Speaker of the House or the presiding officer in the Senate. Most often, the actual referral decision is made by the House or Senate parliamentarian. Bills may be referred to more than one committee and it may be split so that parts are sent to different committees. The Speaker of the House may set time limits on committees. Bills are placed on the calendar of the committee to which they have been assigned. Failure to act on a bill is equivalent to killing it. Bills in the House can only be released from committee without a proper committee vote by a discharge petition signed by a majority of the House membership (218 members).

Steps in Committee:
-Comments about the bill's merit are requested by government agencies.
-Bill can be assigned to subcommittee by Chairman.
-Hearings may be held.
-Subcommittees report their findings to the full committee.
-Finally there is a vote by the full committee - the bill is "ordered to be reported."
-A committee will hold a "mark-up" session during which it will make revisions and additions. If substantial amendments are made, the committee can order the introduction of a "clean bill" which will include the proposed amendments. This new bill will have a new number and will be sent to the floor while the old bill is discarded. The chamber must approve, change or reject all committee amendments before conducting a final passage vote.

*In the House, most bills go to the Rules committee before reaching the floor. The committee adopts rules that will govern the procedures under which the bill will be considered by the House. A "closed rule" sets strict time limits on debate and forbids the introduction of amendments. These rules can have a major impact on whether the bill passes. The rules committee can be bypassed in three ways:
Members can move rules to be suspended (requires 2/3 vote)
A discharge petition can be filed
The House can use a Calendar Wednesday procedure.
C. Floor Action
Legislation is placed on the Calendar
House: Bills are placed on one of four House Calendars. The Speaker of the House and the Majority Leader decide what will reach the floor and when. (Legislation can also be brought to the floor by a discharge petition.)

Senate: Legislation is placed on the Legislative Calendar. There is also an Executive calendar to deal with treaties and nominations. Scheduling of legislation is the job of the Majority Leader. Bills can be brought to the floor whenever a majority of the Senate chooses.

Debate
House: Debate is limited by the rules formulated in the Rules Committee. The Committee of the Whole debates and amends the bill but cannot technically pass it. Debate is guided by the Sponsoring Committee and time is divided equally between proponents and opponents. The Committee decides how much time to allot to each person. Amendments must be germane to the subject of a bill - no riders are allowed. The bill is reported back to the House (to itself) and is voted on. A quorum call is a vote to make sure that there are enough members present (218) to have a final vote. If there is not a quorum, the House will adjourn or will send the Sergeant at Arms out to round up missing members.

Senate: debate is unlimited unless cloture is invoked. Members can speak as long as they want and amendments need not be germane - riders are often offered. Entire bills can therefore be offered as amendments to other bills. Unless cloture is invoked, Senators can use a filibuster to defeat a measure by "talking it to death."

Vote - the bill is voted on. If passed, it is then sent to the other chamber unless that chamber already has a similar measure under consideration. If either chamber does not pass the bill then it dies. If the House and Senate pass the same bill then it is sent to the President. If the House and Senate pass different bills they are sent to Conference Committee. Most major legislation goes to a Conference Committee.
D. Conference Committee
Members from each house form a conference committee and meet to work out the differences. The committee is usually made up of senior members who are appointed by the presiding officers of the committee that originally dealt with the bill. The representatives from each house work to maintain their version of the bill.
If the Conference Committee reaches a compromise, it prepares a written conference report, which is submitted to each chamber.
The conference report must be approved by both the House and the Senate.
E. The President
The bill is sent to the President for review.
A bill becomes law if signed by the President or if not signed within 10 days and Congress is in session.
If Congress adjourns before the 10 days and the President has not signed the bill then it does not become law ("Pocket Veto.")
If the President vetoes the bill it is sent back to Congress with a note listing his/her reasons. The chamber that originated the legislation can attempt to override the veto by a vote of two-thirds of those present. If the veto of the bill is overridden in both chambers then it becomes law.
F. The Bill Becomes A Law
Once a bill is signed by the President or his veto is overridden by both houses it becomes a law and is assigned an official number.

The American dream ended on November 6th, 2012 in Ohio. The second term of Barack Obama has been the final nail in the coffin for the legacy of the white Christian males who discovered, explored, pioneered, settled and developed the Greatest REPUBLIC in the history of mankind.

A coalition of blacks, Latinos, feminists, gays, government workers, union members, environmental extremists, the media, Hollywood, uninformed young people, the "forever needy," the chronically unemployed, illegal aliens and other "fellow travelers" have ended Norman Rockwell's America.

You will never again out-vote these people. It will take individual acts of defiance and massive displays of civil disobedience to get back the rights we have allowed them to take away. It will take zealots, not moderates and shy, not reach-across-the-aisle RINOs to right this ship and restore our beloved country to its former status.

Loretta Lynch released a disturbing, and somewhat perplexing video earlier in this month, calling for people to bleed and die. In a seemingly veiled challenge to a populace still reeling from the unfulfilled promises of Barack Obama’s first term pledge of, “Hope and Change,” and his second term battle cry of, “Forward!” (How he even managed a second-term victory when it was apparent after his first four years that he possessed neither the experience to be the leader of the free world, nor the commitment to his constitutes, OUR country, or his oath; is questionable, at best…but that is a discussion for another time.)

His 2008 catch phrase of: “Hope and Change,” left us feeling, “Hopeless” and evidently the “Change” part referred to what was all we would have left in our pockets. But then, something happened…mass amnesia, voter fraud...(Did I say that?)…Because apparently we fell: hook, line, and sinker when he coined, “Forward!” as his 2012 slogan. It didn’t take long to realize we were definitely in the wrong gear.

Loretta Lynch seems to be encouraging the violent riots that have broken out after the election of President Donald Trump and calling for even further violence. Ironically, her assertion that, “this is a time of concern for people who see our rights being assailed, being trampled on, and even being rolled back,” seem more like projection on her part.

Projection is a theory in psychology in which humans defend themselves against their own unconscious impulses or qualities (both positive and negative) by denying their existence in themselves while attributing them to others. For example, a person who is habitually rude may constantly accuse other people of being rude. It incorporates blame shifting. Lets take a look at the text of her actual speech below:

What rights has President Trump assailed, trampled on or rolled back? Hmmmmm, if recent memory serves, it was obama who passed the NDAA in the middle of the night on New Years Eve 2011.

On December 31st 2011, US President Barack Obama signed into law the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012 (NDAA). The Act was passed in the House of Representatives on May 26, 2011 by a vote of 322 to 96.

The Act was passed in the Senate on December 15, 2011 by a vote of 86 to 13. Below is an excerpt from the Act, the wording of which makes it legal to incarcerate United States citizens without recourse to any form of judicial process. Essentially these words say that if the government deems any person to have committed a “belligerent act” that person can be detained indefinitely without trial. [The law includes ALL OF US.]

Subtitle D — Counterterrorism
SEC. 1021. AFFIRMATION OF AUTHORITY OF THE ARMED FORCES OF THE UNITED STATES TO DETAIN COVERED PERSONS PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORIZATION FOR USE OF MILITARY FORCE.

(a) IN GENERAL. — Congress affirms that the authority of the President to use all necessary and appropriate force pursuant to the Authorization for Use of Military Force (Public Law 107–40; 50 U.S.C. 1541 note) includes the authority for the Armed Forces of the United States to detain covered persons (as defined in subsection (b)) pending disposition under the law of war. ***{When is the US NOT in some “undeclared,” ‘conflict,’ somewhere?}***

(b) COVERED PERSONS. — A covered person under this section is any person as follows:
(1) A person who planned, authorized, committed, or aided the terrorist attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001, or harbored those responsible for those attacks.
(2) A person who was a part of or substantially supported al-Qaeda, the Taliban, or associated forces that are engaged in hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners, including any person who has committed a belligerent act or has directly supported such hostilities in aid of such enemy forces.
(c) DISPOSITION UNDER LAW OF WAR. — The disposition of a person under the law of war as described in subsection (a) may include the following:
(1) Detention under the law of war without trial until the end of the hostilities authorized by the Authorization for Use of Military Force.
