An appeal to Prime Minister

Controversy on Muslim reciting azan by loudspeaker and then reciting of Hanuman chalisa by Hindus to counter former is spreading wide and creating mutual disrespect and hatred.

Instead of creating harmony between two communities such act may boomerang and invite more violence and disturb peace and tranquility of many areas.

It may give rise to Karauli like disturbances in many parts of the country where Muslims dominate.

Police cannot provide security to each Hindu in each locality. State governments can at best punish culprits as per law later on ,but cannot restore peace and cannot bring back lost human lives. Loss to property cannot be compensated fully.

Government should immediately consult with scholars of both community, take legal opinion from experts, collct & study orders of various courts and finally pass an act immediately to restore love and peace. Please take appropriate action without much delay.

It may be noted that state governments ruled by nonBJP parties are totally biased against Hindus and it is they in disguise who promote such attacks on Hindus. On the contrary , they give all patronage and provide all security to Muslims who are involved in such attacks and loots of Hindus .

Media reporters are also mostly biased and they also try to hide crimes committed by Muslims and make a mountain of mole hill if a small mistake is committed by Hindus person.

On the occasion of Ramnavmi, we have witnessed attacks on Hindu processions at several places in the country. A section of media is trying to expose the conspiracy hatched by Muslims but large part of media appears silent.

Leftists who were blaming government of being intolerant few years back are also maintaining deadly silence.

On TV national channels, mutual ugly fight between supporters of two communities and among various political speakers is openly broadcasted which tarnishes image of the country as a whole.

You cannot give justice to all those families who became victim in such brutal attacks like what happened in Kashmir three decades ago. Hindu pundits were constrained to run away from Kashmir and similarly Hindus are now running away from Muslim dominated localities because of continuous tortures on them committed by Muslim fellows. You may verify how Hindus are leaving Karauli to spend peaceful life elsewhere.

I reiterate, Please do not make much delay and take appropriate action immediately . Please stop or issue proper guidelines for TV channels who are indirectly adding fuel to fire and allowing mutual mud slinging on TV and use of provocative languages in debates. Such freedom of speech are directly polluting minds of Indians as well as send wrong messages to foreign locations.

Above proverb holds true for Ukraine President Mr Zelensky who has ignored the advices, motivational efforts and ultimately the threats of war coming from Russian Head Mr Putin for years together without thinking about the dangerous consequences of war launched by Russia against Ukraine only because NATO countries and more particularly USA gave false assurances to help him in fight against Russia. He could not assess and understand the selfish interest of NATO and European Nations.

Now for last four days, Ukraine is burning and NATO and European countries are helplessly watching the war between Ukraine and Russia. All nations are showing sympathy to Ukraine and calling Zenesky as Hero of the war. But real sufferers are people of Ukraine and above all national property of Ukraine is being devastated .

And fact is that Ukraine people and Russian people were brothers when they were in one and same union called as Soviet Union. God knows why head of Ukraine is adamant on wedding with NATO countries who are denying its entry for several years and why he is not ready to restore friendship with Russia which was also part of Soviet Union till 1991.

This is why I like to say that if head of the country is weak, inexperienced and/ or fool or insane, entire country suffers, move backwards and become a laughing stock in international community. Development done in decades will be destroyed in few days and so called friends of Ukraine will remain silent spectator of its destruction in Russian attack.

We are fortunate enough to have a strong, experienced and wise leader like Narendra Modi as head of our country that even strong Nations do not dare speak against India.

Modi hai to mumkin hai.

Modi has taken care of all Indians who were trapped in war like situations in any corners of the world irrespective of caste and community.

Sabka Sath, Sabka Viswas and Sabka Vikas with Sabka Prayas is the true and real slogan of our PM Mr Modi and Bhartiya Janta Party BJP.

I hope leaders like Rahul, Akhilesh, Owessi, Mamta, Mayawati, Lalu will learn lessons from his actions and speeches. People who hate Modi should also reassess themselves and try to take corrective stand and start supporting PM Modi wholeheartedly so that he is soon accepted as global leader and India become undisputed powerful nation in the world and take the position of most developed country in the world.

War was confined between Russia and Ukraine only when USA and NATO as a whole denied military action in support of Ukraine. Possibility of World War 3 became remote.

Head of Ukraine appear to be mentally weak unstable and inexperienced. Due to his lack of vision and his failure to assess rightly the minds of NATO countries and specifically that of USA, war from Russia became inevitable . As compared to Russia, military power of Ukraine is too weak to defend powerful and consistent attack from Russia. Still head of Ukraine talking nonsense and due to his wrong decision or delay in surrender poor citizen of that country are forced to suffer unbearable pain and they are running for safety .It will be no exaggeration to say that another Pappu is in power in Ukraine

Suddenly Russian attack on Romania (if this news is true) aircraft may force NATO and USA to start counter fight against Russia. Now possibilities of escalating war to new countries other than Ukraine may become reality very soon. In such position this generation may witness global warming and irreparable damage to humanity.

Unfortunately China is acting behind the scene hoping to become number one economic power in the world. Fact is that China will indirectly suffer huge losses which head of that country is unable to visualize now.

I am however very much happy that our Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi is acting and responding to global situation in very much appropriate and right way. Ukraine has though requested Indian PM Modi to negotiate with Russian PM Putin and try to stop war launched by Russia against Ukraine. Our PM Modi is definitely global leader and it is substantiated when we observe that developed country like USA also expect solution for current war from India only.

Opposition parties in India and particularly Modi haters may not be happy with Modi because of their selfish interest. But those who love country from core of their heart will surely see God like person in Modi's personality, his diplomatic ability, his foreign relations and his capacity to take India to highest position in the world.

उन माँ बापों को ये नही पता कि ये बच्चे वहाँ पढ़ाई की सिवाय सबकुछ करते हैं..मुझे ऐसे ही कुछ मेडिकल के बच्चोँ के साथ रहने का मौका मिला था तो सबने रोते हुए बताया कि उनके साथ कॉलेज में दुराभाव होता है ..उनके सेक्शन को कूड़ा सेक्शन कहाँ जाता है और उन्हें यूक्रेन के छात्रों से अलग पढ़ाया जाता है..

इन बच्चों से वहां एग्जाम ही पास नही होते तो प्रोफेसर को घूस देनी पड़ती है उसके लिए ये घरवालों से झूठ बोल बोलकर पैसा मंगाते हैं। लड़कियों का यौन शोषण होता है..

एक आम यूक्रेनियन कर्ज़ों से दबा रहता है क्योंकि सरकार निकम्मी है और एक जोकर वहां का शासक है जो अपनी लिमोजिन के शीशे से बाहर नही देखता

Rule of Terrorists in Afghanistan

Afghanistan has now become war land and several terror groups having associations with Pakistan or Afghanistan or Taliban have become violently active to exhibit their power.

Not only life of Afghans is disturbed but lives of several foreigners is at stake. Various terrorist groups are fighting against each other. In such warfare, peace of many countries is likely to be disturbed including Pakistan which is now instigating terrorist groups, ISIS and ISI to support criminal Talibanis. Pakistan is perhaps wondering in dreamland that they will get Kashmir with the help of Talibanis and that of Other terror groups which are promoted and irrigated by them. Likewise, Indians, who are Modi haters and who are hardcore opponents of Modi are also wondering in dreamland.

I remember how Bhinderwale in the state of Punjab in eighties was promoted instigated and supported by the then PM Indira Gandhi later became enemy of Indira Gandhi herself and how the entire state of Punjab faced disturbances, killings and loss of mutual trust.

Similarly Pakistan has become key supporter of unlawful activities and unlawful capture of Afghanistan and there is no doubt in it that the s as me country will have to pay the price. Entire world has now understood that Pakistan is epicenter of all terrorists attacks. Still some countries are playing foul game keeping in view their vested interest.

It must be kept in mind that action of Talibanis in Afghanistan is not at all good for mankind and have no place in any country which want to live in peace and grow.

It is ironical and painful that United Nations Organisation UNO is maintaining silence.

Constitution and existence of UNO has proved to be futile.

Supporters of Taliban is in our country should also ponder over it.

USA and other powerful countries will definitely take corrective action very soon, this I hope.

Above all. Role of domestic media men is doubtful and dangerous for the country. Government should take proper preventive steps.

Role of Government And Media

Some of State Chief Ministers are busy in bringing labourers to their home state, demanding buses, trains & flights for this purpose from center, asking for food for them, but without having any concrete plan in their mind how to rehabilitate them, how factories will run without them & how jobs will be created for jobless migrants .They are inviting nothing but chaos.

These Chief Ministets can at best give a few days job to such migrant labourers under MANREGA, but this will neither fulfill hunger and desires of those labourers for good and for ever nor can they provide comforts of life to them which they were enjoying in other states while working in a factory or with some contractors.

Similarly owners of factories will find hardships in getting experience labourers and contractors will face difficulty in getting skilled labourers in every state.

Obviously the near future will come with full of chaotic conditions. It will adversely affect manufacturing of goods and services as also increase unemployment in many states. People will face lesser supply of goods and pay higher prices for available goods as per principles of economy related to demand as ND and supply. This will result in vicious cycle enhancing area and quantum of pain to a larger extent.

Some of leaders are now happy that their states are getting rid of labourers of other states and they will be able to give employment to their own state people. But this will prove to be a mirage for them. Similarly labourers will suffer in their hope states if they fail to get what they are dreaming to get now.

It is true that on account of disproportionate fear of Covid19 virus injected into their mind by some vested interests, labourers feel great relief after reaching their home states. Fact is that risk of Corona virus is throughout the country if social distancing is not maintained and proper precautions are not put in action.

I hope matured leaders in all governments will visualize the situation in its entirety , make resources based pragmatic plan for either rehabilitation of migrant labourers in home states or the heads of states (where these labourers were working before ) arranges adequate place, food, medicine and all required inputs for those labourers who are inclined and constrained to go back to their home states.

It is a fact that state governments, central government and railways ,all are spending huge amount in sending labourers to their home states. But they could have spent the same amount in retaining these migrant where they were.

Media men are also adding fuel to fire as they use to do during all crisis . When labourers were facing trouble in staying at some place, they questioned why government is not making arrangements for bringing labourers to their home state.

When government started arranging trains, buses and flights for this purpose, they are now demanding good food for them in journey and criticising government citing some heartbreaking pictures of few labourers doing their home journey on foot.

When these labourers are tested at starting point or at their destination , they question quarantine , wearing masks and social distancing needs.

When labourers reach home and spread Corona, these media men accuse government of being negligent and point out their accusing fingers towards government when number of Corona victim rises at greater speed after each day.

And so on...

In brief, mediamen opposed to BJP and Modi have a point to criticize the government for all acts it performs.

If government increases purchase price of grains from farmers ,medicament will say that price rise has forced common men to starve and die. If government make efforts to keep prices of commodities stable and adequate they will cite the cases of farmers committing suicide. They have a few exceptional examples to malign the image of the government which they dislike. At the same time they have sufficient point to praise if government is of their choice even when the government is not performing well in any respect. They are all busy in dirtier politics and targeting their TRP only without bothering losses caused to people and to the nation.

I therefore have no hesitation in saying that media men in general are creating negativity and adding always fuel to fire.

Having seen and viewed everything, I hope government will ponder over pros and cons of entire economy and social situations, take prudent wise decision and formulate proper plan and strategies to execute plans in true spirit to win over Corona virus as well as save the economy and protect people who are in pain.

Modi haters and opponents of BJP led NDA government say that some states are being projected as culprits for spread of Covid-19 . A Campaign is going on social media to project that Non BJP states have failed to control the Corona. They further say that Maharashtra is presented as a major culprit. They apprehend that some leaders have even demanded dismissal of Maharashtra Goverent and imposition of President rule in the state. Pandemic doesn't recognise political alignment of its citizens. Anybody can fall pray to the virus. PM has already clarified that Corona doesn't make any differentiation .It seems to them that that something is being cooked in Maharashtra to see the fall of the Government?

My comment on above observations are as follows.

Fact which is visible to all need not be proved. How fast Corona has been engulfing people in these states can be seen in Corona related statistics and it's day wise graph and can be compared with that of other states.

Maharashtra,West Bengal and Delhi governments have miserably failed in containing the spread of virus due to their appeasement policy. None is interested in dismantle of government.

If government performs well, none can stop it in winning the election. But if a government does nothing but always is busy in maligning central government only or in searching black holes in others , people of those states are talented enough to understand the truth.

Why people are not blaming Orrisa or Kerala government which are led by nonBJP parties only. None is questioning the performance or/and intention of CMs of these states.

Why people are angry over Manta, Kejriwal and Uddhav Thakre only. People are not blaming even Rajasthan government which is fully run by Congress Party.

Obviously those who are criminal, who are evil minded, who are weak, who are mischievous and who are nonPerformers will always put blame on others. It is nature of some persons.

Our Prime Minister Sri Narendra Modi is good and does not do any discrimination with any person or ant party. He never put blame on any person, any community or any state government or any country for spread of pendamic Vivid 19. He takes his wise decision and always remain positive. Central government issues guidelines after making all possible research and ground condition. Now it is up-to state government how far they use guidelines in true spirit and how much they succeed in using administrative machinery for best execution of instructions coming from Central government.

Negative minded persons perform less but cry more and always hold responsible others for his or her failure. Failed states are making lame excuses to hide their failures.

But it is the need of the hour that state governments stop dirty politics and do their duty in close coordination with central government. Our motto is to protect and save Indians from fatal virus Vivid 19.

It is a fact, undeniable truth that Sri Narendra Modi is praised all over the world for his timely decision of imposition of lock down and best treatment to affected persons. He use to carry out periodical video conferences with CMs of states, with health ministers and with all who can extend some help directly or indirectly in mitigation of hardship and in getting rid of fatal virus.

Media can play a positive role in containing the virus but unfortunately a large section of it is engaged in portraying only dirty picture of it. It is they who are creating more pain by creating fear by showing terrorising scene of the virus.

I therefore make an appeal to all media men and politicians to think positive and extend their best possible cooperation, financial, physical, mental, intellectual or emotional in giving relief to Corona Victim and in protecting nonVictims from. corona virus.

3) देश की सबसे लम्बी चनानी -नौशेरा सुरंग बनाया जिसे पिछली सरकार ने अटकाया था

4) विश्व की सबसे ऊंची रेल्वे ब्रिज चिनाब नदी पर बना जिसका काम 2008 में रोका गया था

यदि इसी प्रकार चार- पाँच सालो में 80- 120 % कि बढ़ोतरी प्रत्येक सरकार 1947 से करती रहती तो हमारा देश इस समय किस ऊँचाईयो और बुलन्दियो पे होते

Extension of Lockdown up to May 31, 2020

Lockdown measures in place since March 24, 2020 have helped considerably in containing the spread of COVID-19. It has therefore been decided to further extend the lockdown till May 31, 2020. Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Government of India (GoI) issued an order, today, under the Disaster Management (DM) Act, 2005, in this regard. The salient features of the new guidelines are as follows:

States to decide various Zones

Under the new guidelines, States and Union Territories (UTs) will now delineate Red, Green and Orange zones taking into consideration the parameters shared by the Health Ministry. The zones can be a district, or a municipal corporation/ municipality or even smaller administrative units such as sub-divisions, etc, as decided by States and UTs.

Within the red and orange zones, containment and buffer zones will be demarcated by the local authorities, after taking into consideration the Health Ministry guidelines.

Within the containment zones, only essential activities shall be allowed. Strict perimeter control shall be maintained, and no movement of persons would be allowed, except for medical emergencies and for maintaining supply of essential goods and services. Buffer zones are areas adjoining each containment zone, where new cases are more likely to appear. In the buffer zones, more caution needs to be exercised.

Activities Prohibited throughout the Country

A limited number of activities will continue to remain prohibited throughout the country. These include

all domestic and international air travel of passengers, except for domestic medical services, domestic air ambulance and for security purposes or purposes as permitted by MHA;

metro rail services;

running of schools, colleges, educational and training/coaching institutions;

hotels, restaurants and other hospitality services, except for the running of canteens in bus depots, railway stations and airports;

places of large public gatherings such as cinemas, shopping malls, gymnasiums entertainment parks, etc.;

social, political, cultural and similar gatherings and other large congregations; and, access to religious places/places of worship for public.

However, online/ distance learning shall be permitted and encouraged; and, restaurants will be allowed to operate kitchens for home delivery of food items.

Opening up of Sports Activities

Sports complexes and stadia will be permitted to open only for sports activities. However, spectators will not be allowed in these complexes.

Activities permitted with restrictions

In order to facilitate the movement of persons, various modes of transport have already been opened up. Movement of individuals by trains has been permitted earlier by MHA through an order dated 11.05.2020. Further, evacuation of foreign nationals from India, return of stranded Indian nationals from abroad, sign-on and sign-off of Indian seafarers, and intra-State and inter-State movement of stranded persons by bus and train, will continue to be allowed.

Inter-State movement of vehicles and buses has also been allowed with mutual consent of the concerned States/ UTs. Intra-State movement of vehicles and buses can be decided by the States and UTs.

National Directives for COVID-19 management

The guidelines specify the National Directives for COVID-19 management, which shall apply to public places and work places.

Under these guidelines, wearing of face covers is compulsory; spitting will be punishable with fine as may be prescribed in accordance with its laws, rules or regulations by the State/ UT local authority; and social distancing is to be followed by all persons in public places and in transport. Marriage related gathering shall not have more than 50 guests. For funerals/ last rites, the maximum number of persons allowed has been kept at 20. Consumption of liquor, paan, gutkha and tobacco etc., is not allowed in public places.

The National Directives also stipulate additional requirements for work places. The practice of work from home (WfH) should be followed to the extent possible; and staggering of work hours should be adopted in respect of all offices and other establishments. There should be provision for thermal scanning, hand wash and sanitizers at all entry and exit points and common areas; and all work places and other sensitive locations are to be sanitized regularly. In work places, social distancing would also need to be ensured through adequate distance between workers, adequate gaps between shifts, staggering the lunch break of staff and so on.

Stipulations regarding Shops and Markets

Local authorities should ensure that shops and markets open with staggered timings, so as to ensure social distancing. All shops shall also have to ensure six feet distance (2 gaz ki doori) among customers and also not allow more than 5 persons at one time.

Night Curfew

Night Curfew shall continue to remain in force on the movement of individuals, for all non-essential activities, between 7 pm and 7 am.

Protection for Vulnerable Persons

Vulnerable persons, i.e., persons above 65 years of age, persons with co-morbidities, pregnant women, and children below the age of 10 years, shall stay at home, except for meeting essential requirements and for health purposes.

All activities to be Permitted other than the limited number of those that are prohibited or restricted

All other activities will be permitted except those which are specifically prohibited under these guidelines. However, in containment zones, only essential activities shall be allowed, as mentioned earlier.

States to decide on activities within various Zones

States/ UTs, based on their assessment of the situation, may prohibit certain other activities in the various zones, or impose such restrictions as deemed necessary.

Use of Aarogya Setu

The Aarogya Setu mobile application is a powerful tool built by Government of India to facilitate quick identification of persons infected by COVID-19, or at risk of being infected, thus acting as a shield for individuals and the community. With a view to ensure safety in offices and work places, employers on best effort basis should ensure that the application is installed by all employees having compatible mobile phones.

District authorities have been asked to advise individuals to install the Aarogya Setu application on compatible mobile phones and regularly update their health status on the app. This will facilitate timely provision of medical attention to those individuals who are at risk. State/ UT Governments shall continue to strictly enforce the lockdown guidelines and they shall not dilute these guidelines issued under the Disaster Management Act, 2005, in any manner.

Some people are doing nothing to help people in pain on account of Covid 19, even in their neighborhood but criticising day and night Modi and central government who has to take care of 130 crore Indians.

When migrant labours were trapped in other states, people cried for bringing them back to their states. Now when they are being brought back, people are complaining of fare or of food or of discomfort in journey.

Government never asked labourers to go on foot to reach their home town. It is their own apprehension or misleading information given to them by some extraordinary talented persons that they decided to start their home journey on foot.

Several individuals, police personnels, armed forces, NGOs and social service organisations are working day and night in helping affected poor persons and to reduce their pain to the least. But Modi haters are bent upon searching black spot in each of his good work.

As a citizen of India some people never help their colleagues in pain but always criticise Government in failing to mitigate problems.

How a government can dream of what is going on in your mind and minds of labourers . None could imagine and visualise before that Covid19 pandemic will be so much disasterous and it's intensity will be so much grave and of damaging nature. Even USA and developed European countries could not foresee the monstrous form of Covid19. It is India where Modi came forward and motivated for lockdown and since then he is monitoring progress every minute and everyday. And that is why we Indians are least affected by fatal virus.

As and when Modi felt the pain he took all possible steps to mitigate pain of common men. He motivated all state governments to do the best. Medical workers, cleaning workers, police personnels, government employees are doing good their best in containing and defeating Corona virus.

So far financial contributions to accomplish the gigantic task is concerned, Modi made an appeal long before to donate in PM care fund. Entire media is making appeal for donation. But those who have not contributed a single Pie are loudly crying against government and citing skeleton cases of persons suffering from pain.

It is easy to criticize work of others but very difficult to do the work.

We must see positive side of the situation you will find hundreds of good work. A guardian has to earn and arrange resources for making future of his children .But some of Children in some cases are habituated in criticising parent.

People are creating and collecting some emotional photos reflecting pain migrant labourers are facing but they could not see thousands of people appreciating and praising help extended to them by the government. It is government that thousands of NRI trapped in foreign countries could come back to India by special flight.

Some people want exemptions and waivers in GST , some want reduction and waiver in income tax, some want increase in salary and in their pension, some want free ration, free travelling, free medical care and so on. It means some people are suggesting more and more spending by government and at the same time suggesting all tools sufficient for reducing resources of the government.

They say Modi should do this, should have done that, did not do this and that, this could have been better, Modi failed and so on but they never say what they should do, what they have done in helping poor in pain.

When their performance in containing pain of poor is assessed they make excuse of little resources but when they suggest to government they seldom think of resources available to government.

Our PM Narendra Modi is dealing with an exceptional crisis. No PM has had to face such at situation that has impacted every part of India and every aspect of our lives. If a family member is seriously ill we get shaken. Here, 130 crore people are at risk. Some say lockdown should’ve been earlier. Some say Army should’ve been called. Some are saying intelligence failure while still others say that he is trying to appease by announcing certain measures.

Everyone has retrospective opinions but NONE are ready to bear the responsibility of 130 cr people. Only he has to.

If the lockdown doesn’t succeed then he gets targeted. If it does, still he gets targeted because the economy is hit.

Our PM's timely call for a lockdown has been appreciated by all Nations, the World over. If he had not called for a lockdown, he would’ve been hounded for lethargy even if it had kept the economy going. *He has always been at the receiving end by the opposition and it's cronies & followers who have their own axes to grind*. These people keep saying that he has called for a nation of 130 cr to stop work; for the poor to risk going without food. The rich are crying that their earnings have stopped and their lifestyles thwarted. While the middle-class criticise by saying: ‘you’re not doing enough to help us financially.’

A 69 year old man is bearing the weight of 130 cr people and their expectations without flinching, without digressing, without leveling accusations at anyone, and without giving excuses is going about doing selfless service to the Nation.

And here, some people who do not appreciate what he does, sit at home and try to become obstacles in his endeavors!!

Yes, Does his work because he feels it is his responsibility.

But then, he too is human and the pressure is enormous. Despite all the criticisms leveled against him he is doing his job with single-minded devotion & focus. This devotion and dedication is unparalleled in our history. Never had our PM, even once asked for praise. One after the other he has been dealing with India’s core issues.

The Covid -19 is the toughest of all problems Narendra Modi has been faced with.

His strong will and efforts to overcome this unique, daunting problem will also succeed.

As law abiding citizens of Bharat let us all send him positive vibes, instead of complaining and criticising him. Let us all pray for our PM's Good Health and wish him all success in his fight against Covid-19.

बैंकिंग असंतोष से जूझ रही है.

एक जमबूत नेतृत्व किस तरह का परिवर्तन ला सकता है, यह आपसे बेहतर कौन समझ सकता है. जन मन में, आप परिवर्तन और सफलता के पर्याय हैं. आप प्ररणामय बनें रहें, यही कामना है.

आपके नेतृत्व आभा में आपके सहयोगियों की चूक, अक्षमता और असफलतायें भी छुप जाती हैं. जन सामान्य आपके सहयोगियों को नहीं, बल्कि आपको देखता है और मान लेता है कि प्रधानमंत्री के रहते मानवीय भूल-चूक हो सकती है, लेकिन मंशा में कोई खोट नहीं हो सकती. आपके पास यह बहुत बड़ी पूंजी है, ईश्वर करे, यह अक्षुण्य बनी रहे.

वित्तीय क्षेत्र, खासकर बैंकिंग, की बदहाल स्थिति की तरफ हम आपका ध्यान खीचते हुए अवगत कराना चाहते हैं कि बैंकिंग एक बिस्फोटक स्थिति में है. ऐसा गहरा असंतोष और उद्वेलन, बैंकों के राष्ट्रीयकरण के बाद हमनें कभी नहीं देखा. यह स्थिति, 'आत्मनिर्भर भारत' की महान संकल्पना को साकार करने के लिए ठीक नहीं है. अत: इसका संज्ञान लेना अत्यंत जरूरी है.

बैंको में सेवारत, अधीनस्त ने लेकर महाप्रबंधक तक, संभवतः कोई ही ऐसा हो, जो संतुष्टिभाव में हो. बैंकिंग अनिश्चितता की शिकार है, असंतोष का शिकार है, अनदेखी का शिकार है. बावजूद बैंककर्मियों की हर संभव उपलब्धियों, निष्ठा और समर्पण के, उन्हें लगता है, उनके कार्यों, उपलब्धियों, योगदानों और परिश्रम का ठीक से मूल्यांकन, सराहना और कंपेंसेसन नहीं दिया जा रहा है, बल्कि उन्हें नजरंदाज, तिरस्कृत और दोयम दर्जे पर रखा जा रहा है. ऐसी मनोदशा किसी भी संस्थान के लिए आत्मघाती होती है, दीमक की तरह अंदर ही अंदर खोखला करती रहती है.

यह बात तथ्यों पर आधारित है. उनके कार्य निष्पादन, जोखिम, निष्ठा, ईमानदारी के सापेक्ष उनके वेतन और सेवा नियम कमतर है. वैसे हर लोक सेवक से निष्ठा, ईमानदारी और अच्छा निष्पादन अपेक्षित है, लेकिन व्यवहार में जो झोल है, ऐसा नहीं है कि आप अनभिज्ञ हैं. बैंकर्मियों को केन्द्र ही नहीं बल्कि राज्य सरकारों के कर्मचारियों/अधिकारियों से कम वेतन मिल रहा है. ऐसा होने का कोई औचित्य नहीं है.

1970 के दशक में बैंककर्मियों को कन्द्र सरकार के कार्मिकों से बेहतर वेतन मिलता था. क्या इसे राष्ट्रीयकरण को सफल बनाने का दंड माना जाये? इस दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण स्थिति का गहरा असर बैंककर्मियों के मन:स्थिति पर पड़ रहा है, जिसकी प्रतिकूल छाया बैंकों की कार्य संस्कृति और निष्पादन पर पड़ना स्वाभाविक है. इससे बचनें के उपाय जरूरी हैं!

संबंधित मंत्रालय इस स्थिति के प्रति सर्वथा लापरवाह है. स्व. अरुण जेटली के जाने के बाद, ऐसा कहनें में कोई संकोच नहीं है कि उनके असामयिक जाने से जैसे बैंकिंग की आत्मा ही चली गई. बैंकर्स का वह विश्वास चला गया, जो स्व. जेटली जी में था. होनी को तो टाला नहीं जा सकता और न ही जेटली जी को वापस लाया जा सकता है! यह भी है कि व्यवस्थाएं कभी रुकती नहीं.

वर्तमान वित्तमंत्री की अपनी कुछ नैसर्गिक कठिनाइयां हैं. कठिनाइयां भाषाई हैंं, आभासी हैंं, प्रस्तुतिकरण की हैंं और रही-सही कमीं भावभंगिमा की हैंं, जो बैंकिंग जैसे महत्वपूर्ण एवं संवेदनशील व्यवसायिक क्षेत्र के लिए सर्वथा अनुपयुक्त और नुकसानदेह है. उनकी सामान्य अभिव्यक्ति भी झिड़कनें जैसी होती है. न सहजता है, न शालीनता है, न सौम्यता है और न ही गंभीरता है. बैंकर्स ऐसे व्यवहार के अभ्यस्त नहीं है. अपनें कामकाजी जीवन में भी उन्हें इन मूल्यों को बनाये रखना होता है. कोई बैंकर अपने परिवार में इन बातों का अनुपालन करता हो या न हो, लेकिन उसे अपने बैंकीय जीवन में सहजता, शालीनता, सौम्यता, गंभीरता धारण ही करना पड़ता है. हमें ताज्जुब है, किस तरह से मंत्रालय के लोग ऐसे असहज वातावरण में वित्तमंत्री जी के साथ सहज भाव से कार्य कर पाते होगें!

हमें लगता है, हमारे प्रतिवेदनों को भी अधिकारीगण उनके संज्ञान में लाने से परहेज करते रहें होगे या फिर यह भी कह दिया गया हो कि ऐसे बकवास के लिए उनके पास टाइम नहीं है और दोबारा ऐसे मामले उनके सामनें ही न लायें जायें. अगर ऐसा न होता तो हमारे दर्जनों प्रतिवेदनों मे से किसी पर कार्यवाई न सही पर एकनालेजमेंट तो आता. पर ऐसा नहीं हुआ. आजतक हमारे किसी मेल का उत्तर नहीं आया. किसी भी प्रकरण में कोई निर्णय या राहत नहीं दिखी. अर्थात, किसी विषय को विचार के उपयुक्त नहीं पाया गया? अर्थात, हम जमीन पर बैठे लोग वाकई बेवकूफ हैं. यह कुछ वैसा ही है जैसा ब्रिटिश काल में ब्रिटिश हुकमरान और हम भारतीयों के बीच था.

वित्तीय क्षेत्र के लगभग 20 लाख लोग, चाहे वे कार्यरत हैं या सेवानिवृत्त, वित्तमंत्रालय की अनदेखी के शिकार हैं. वेतन पुनरीक्षण नव. 2017 से ड्यू है। जेटली जी ने जन. 2016 में वेतनवार्ता शुरू करने का आदेश दिया और चार बार रिमाइंड भी किया. ऐसा पहली बार हुआ था कि सरकार ने वार्ता-समझौता को 22 महीनें पहले हरी झंडी दी थी. बेशक बैंककर्मियों में खुशी की लहर दौड़ गई. लेकिन बैंकर्स दबा कर बैठ गये. मई 2017 में कुछ सुगबुगाहट हुई. और, अभी तक 42/43 बैठकें हो चुकीं हैं, पर समझौता दूर के मील का पत्थर बना हुआ है. खुशी की लहर आज मातम में बदल गई है.

पेंशन रिवीजन 25 वर्षों से लंबित है. वेतन पांच बार रिवाइज, पर पेंशन एक बार भी नहीं! यह कैसी बिडंबना है? पेंशनर्स नें कौन सी गौहत्या कर दी है? पेंशनर्स के स्वास्थ्य की कोई व्यवस्था नहीं! पेंशनर्स को कौन सा अमृतपान करा दिया गया है, जो वे बीमार नहीं होंगे? एक तरफ सरकार दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी स्वास्थ्य सेवा योजना चला रही है, आयुष्मान भारत के तहत साधारण से साधारण आदमीं का स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षित किया जा रहा है, दूसरी तरफ 4.5 लाख बैंक पेंशनरों को उनके हाल पर छोड़ दिया गया है; मरें या जीएं, बैंकर्स की बला से.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, वित्त मंत्रालय का प्रिफेस ठीक नहीं है. इसे बदलने की जरूरत है. सरकार का आवरणपृष्ट, अर्थात कवरपेज तो अद्भुत और अकल्पनीय है. बैंकिंग की पटकथा भी बेजोड़, बेमिसाल और समय की कसौटी पर खरी है. लेकिन प्रिफेस बिल्कुल शून्य है. आवरणपृष्ट और पटकथा के बीच प्रिफेस का इस तरह होना संपूर्ण कलेवर को धूमिल कर रहा है. कृपया इसे संज्ञान में लें, क्योंकि आर्थिक मोर्चे पर जो चुनौतियां हैं और 5 बिलियन इकोनॉमी की जो महान संकल्पना है या अब 'आत्मनिर्भर भारत' का संकल्प है, उसे हासिल करने के लिए वित्त मंत्रालय को एक मानवीय चेहरा देना जरूरी है, क्योंकि असंतुष्ट बैंककर्मियों के कंधों में अब इतना दम नहीं बचा है कि वे अवमानना, तिरस्कार और आर्थिक पिछड़ेपन के साथ आगे और बढ़ सकें.

बैंकिंग असंतोष से जूझ रही है. कोविड-19 को लेकर बैंकिंग की कोई 'मानकीय परिचालन संहिता', अर्थात स्टैंडर्ड आपरेटिंग कोड' नहीं बना. सभी बैंक तदर्थ नीतियों से काम चला रहे हैं, जो भिन्न- भिन्न हैं, भेदभावपूर्ण हैं. कोविड-19, अब हर किसी के जीवन के साथ चलने वाला है और इसके लिए एक 'मानकीय परिचालन संहिता' का होना अपरिहार्य है. इस विषय पर बैंकर्स और मंत्रालय अकर्मण्य है.

बैंककर्मियों के वेतन पुनरीक्षण में बिलंब जारी है. अत: 10% वेतन वृद्धि हर स्तर पर तदर्थ रूप से कर देने की आवश्यकता है, जिसे वेतन वृद्धि पर समायोजित कर लिया जाये. पेंशन वृद्धि 25 वर्षों से नहीं हुई है. जब तक रीवीजन नहीं होता, बैंकर्स को पेंशन में 10% की तदर्थ वृद्धि कर देनी चाहिए. पेंशनर्स को स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा दी जाये और कोविड-19 को लेकर एक 'स्टैंडर्ड आपरेटिंग कोड' बनना चाहिए, जो तब-तक लागू रहे, जब-तक कोरोना का प्रकोप है. इससे भेदभाव दूर होगा और संतुष्टि बढ़ेगी.

उम्मीद करता हूं, बिना किसी राग-द्वेष, पूर्वाग्रह या प्रतिशोध के, सरकार विशुद्ध रूप से उत्पन्न परिस्थितियों के आलोक में, विचारोपरांत यथोचित कदम उठायेगी. बैंकिंग में व्याप्त असंतोष को दूर करने का हर संभव प्रयास होगा. बैंककर्मियों में व्याप्त कुंठा दूर होगी और वे नवीन ऊर्जा के साथ अपने दायित्वों का और अच्छे तरीके से पूरा कर सकेंगें.

Bankers And Elected Representatives AND Covid19

Few days ago I had asked those bankers who always curse MP and MLA, who ask for pension equal to them, some people say that payment made to MPMLA is burden on taxpayers, some say that their pension should be stopped, some say that they are overpaid, they are not taxed and so on.

My question was targeted to those few employees who used to compare their salary with that of MPMLA knowing very well that there is no comparison between bankers and elected representatives. When roles are different, their compensation is naturally different.

After reading all comments, I am very happy that majority of them have eventually accepted that there is no comparison at all.

A few over intelligent or politically biased or fake ID holders have used even abusive language also for me to satisfy their ego. It exhibits their upbringing and their culture. I avoid commenting on them.

My Stress was that when above specified lot of employees should also come forward with proportionate donation if they find it fit to compare their pay and pension with that of MP and MLA.

Similarly Role of IAS and IPS officers is different and hence their pay packages are different .

There are employees in many other sectors who are paid very less than bankers although they are more intelligent and perform hard work. We cannot compare ourselves with them too.

As such bankers should focus more on their on issues and demand with giving justifications which they have been doing for decades while negotiating in Bipartite settlement sittings.

Some people have nothing to say other than calling me as Modi Bhakt. It is their choice. I have no hesitation in accepting that I consider Modi as incarnation of God when our country was moving from bad to worse.

Government amended Salary, Allowances and Pension of Members of Parliament Act, 1954, to reduce the allowances and pension of MPs by 30 percent, starting April 1, 2020, for a year.

This was done for managing the “health and the adverse impact of the COVID-19 outbreak in India.

Public service personnels and bank employees who always say pension and salary paid to MLA or MP is a burden on taxpayers. Now their salary and pension is reduced by 30 percent for one year. No protest from any MP or MLA.

Now the question arises whether those employees who were annoyed and unhappy with MPs and MLAs drawing pension will voluntarily accept or agree or offer 30 percent cut in their salary or pension even for a month to serve the same purpose of COVID 19

Lockdown Now And After

Indians living outside India are called NRI. Currently persons living outside state are also called NRI. Every state is busy in bringing their state NRI back to parent state as if lockdown is to stay here for ever and as if economic activities will never resume. Position is turning pathetic.

India feel pride in bringing back their citizens from other countries affected by Covid 19. Now State CMs feel pride in bringing back their state persons from other states.

Now question arises how factories in other states run by persons of other state will resume their function after end of lockdown period. Obviously entire manufacturing sector will suffer severely. On the contrary ,unemployment will increase multifold in some states.

How every state will provide job to all incoming persons is another big question. Will such crisis lead to more pain, more crime, more loot or more exploitation?

I cannot answer this question . However I request heads of central government as well as that of state governments to chalk out immediately their future course of action to settle increased workforce if they have brought more labour from other states or to feel the gap created by exodus of such a large workforce from their state.

We have to be well prepared to deal with both situations, one created by exodus of workforce and another by unprecedented rise in workforce in some states.

It is true that labourers coming back to their parent state are feeling great relief keeping in view fearful environment created by Corona pandemic. But after few days they may face another crisis created by joblessness. Similarly factories run by NRI state labourers may face huge problems in resuming their factory and industry or any other shop establishments.

Consequences of such imbalances created in society and in state demography , production of many goods and services will get affected adversely.

After all we cannot afford continuance of lockdown for a long period. We have to learn to live with this deadly virus and resume all economic activity at the earliest and simultaneously we have to use all preventive measures to protect us from deadly Covid 19.

We have eradicated and won over many deadly deceased like Polio, TB, Bird Flu, pnumania and what not. It is certain we will overcome Corona virus too and start living normal life. But we have to plan strategies well in advance visualizing all probable outcomes of Corona pandemic spread all over the world.

After end of Lockdown 3.0 on 17.04.2020 I am certain government will pave the way for resumption of schools & colleges, industrial activities and normal business activities and at the same time ensure strict discipline, social distancing and wearing of mask in all spheres of life where accumulation of people is anticipated. Enforcement of guidelines should be the duty of all connected agencies . Otherwise we may invite a bigger problem.

Indian citizens shall be pleased to know as to what Mrs. Gandhi and her siblings have personally done in this pandemic. If a common citizen, wage earners, traders etc, leave people of higher strata of society, are expected to rise to occasion and contribute to meet out challenges, we think, she & her siblings are of worthful means should have to set an example by contributing. Had it been done by them, it would have influenced her followers to improve their image in the eye of people and nation, which is hugely depleted and diminished by their fissiparous tendencies in nation spheres.

As the facts stand, they are greatest recipient of free bees like housing, SPG cover and other privileges worth of billions, so far, from National exchequers, which means from tax payers money. Their worths are shocking to honest people, middle class, wage earners, trading communities etc who couldn't get such rise of their wealth after independence and in over six decade Congress rule. Did they know some magic to multiply wealth that others don't?. Why shouldn't they tell to poor public, the key to this magic? They must disclose it to poor people so that poor people may also reap the benefits of this money multiplier magic. Obviously people think, out of fears they don't disclose this magic. If they disclose the magic of money multiplier, stupid common man would become rich and they would need no more free ration & other favours etc. It's their fear, they will lose vote catching tricks. Poors are biggest vote catch. Stupid common men are yet to understand, how great mahals of ex-kings had collapsed and they now appear in torned off clothes. But these people create one empire worth every year.

Could anybody tell, where was need to pay train fare?. All tickets have been prepaid, clearly mentioned 'ADVANCE' on face of tickets. These tickets, as per furnished list of State Nodal Officer, were issued and handedover back to Nodal Officer for onward distribution to stranded identified labourers. .

Money value is mentioned on tickets, because it has to be accounted for in the books of accounts. Of fare amounts, 85% are born by railways and 15% by States. Is it not? Who is cheating, misleading & befooling? Mrs. Gandhi, Congress or else?. Common men look to media, intelligentia and political class for right informations. One must understand, now आंख मिचौली/hide & seek is not possible and no politician can throw dust in public eyes. It's because of watchful social media! 10.5.2020

Shaheenbag Experiment and Repercussions

Shaheenbag and similar type of violent agitations in Delhi have become alarming and need to be handled carefully and effectively. I am very much confident government will take appropriate action.

Home minister has to be serious now and try their best to stop ongoing agitation in Delhi. Situation otherwise will go beyond control. Pak pockets created all over the country during Congress Party rule have become active to destroy India, Indian culture, national peace and communal harmony. Agitationists are not against CAA or NRC but something different which is now more or less open secret.

Environment of mutual respect and trust has been changing gradually and taking the shape of mutual disrespect and distrust which is very much dangerous and will undoubtedly harm us all Indians irrespective of caste and communities, region AND religion . Indian Muslims are not bad. Entire act of violence and arsoning appears to be Pak sponsored, instigated and supported and exhibit their anger and annoyance on abolition of article 370 .

Local parties crazy of Muslim votes are adding fuel to it and this must be condemned and protested by all in general and particularly by patriots within those political parties who for the sake of votes are killing Indian peace and harmony and in disguise giving power to enemy country in their act of disturbing us.

At this critical juncture it is the duty of all peace loving citizens , patriots and peace lovers to unite and remain vigilant from mischievous elements, rumour mongers and disturbance creators and anti-national elements . They need to support government by all means.

Alone government cannot do much.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi Is Great Indian Hero

Modi is doing the best for the country and RG is nowhere comparable to great Modi. Former is GOD whereas later is his opposite in letter and spirit.

Only selfish people criticize Modi because they did not get tax relief as they dreamed of, could not get wage hike as they expect from him.... And so on. But common men are very happy.

People who wear black spec on eyes and whose intentions are focused on self gain can find many faults in Modi, but the moment you ask who is as of now better than Modi, he or she will divert the issue to non issues.

If you assess Modi from election results and that too from point of view of formation of state governments, then you will definitely reach wrong conclusions because many factors play their role in elections and they differ from place to place, time to time and issue to issue.

As long as Modi is live we are in better position and we will continue to improve. There is no doubt in it. There are hundreds of alternatives to Modi in BJP to lead our country whereas hundred year old INC has to depend solely on a person like RG and his family. Other regional parties are more or less a family business affair, least bothered of common men, development of their area and safety of the country.

One who deeply and honestly observe performance of state government led by Congress party or nonBJP parties can understand the difference very easily. One who compares performance of Modi led central government with that led by MMS and others including late Indira Gandhi , he or she is easily convinced that Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi is better than all preceding PMs.

Persons slave of ideology of one Lindie the other, or other political parties may call me Modi Bhakt or anything else, but reality of Mr Narendra Modi is praised not only by Modi Bhakts like me and Indians but also in other parts of world. Truth of Modi cannot be explained perfectly by a person like me but experienced and accepted all over the world despite loud criticism by small section of domestic hardcore opponents of Modi .

There are people who often tell me that Modi lost Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, MP and recently Jharkhand. They tell me that BJP will now lose Delhi as well, and then the Modi wave will come to an end. They often think that a loss of Modi in elections would frustrate me.

Listen guys, I do not care for win or loss in elections. I have stood behind a man unconditionally who has put interests of the country way above winning elections. It takes guts to introduce CAA, NPR and NRC, to scrap Art 370 & 35A, Triple Talaq and many other accomplishments. In India, all you need to win an election is to let the status-quo remain. Announce freebies, make ultra-populist policies, let the bureaucracy & public servants act as per whims and fancies - a victory more or less is guaranteed.

I do not care if he loses an election. I have stood behind him because of principles of putting country above everything - not to taste victory. I believe in :

If he had to enjoy power and win election after election, he would have not taken any of the tough measures, which seem anti-people in short run. He has stood for the country, and if he loses, he will go down as the bravest man who challenged the existing status-quo by fighting corruption, evil, poverty, nexus of terrorism, and people with vested interests.

He has challenged the 70 years of hollow system plagued by every kind of evil. He has shook the system in 6 years. He has fearlessly taken the devils by their horns.

Anyone who doesn't care about his life, his victory and his power has the guts to do all these - and Modi has done that : for us, for the poor people, for the honest citizens, for the common men, for the law-abiding citizens....for the country.

A win or loss is neither going to shake my faith in him, nor make me apologetic. It takes immense strength to stand by the principles at the highest level of powers, and not get distracted by it. I will happily and proudly stand by the side of truth, virtue, honesty and principles, even if it is the side which is not victorious.

Who Has Won Delhi Election

I congratulate Arvind Kejriwal and party AAP for grand victory in Delhi election. This victory is undoubtedly praiseworthy but it has given scope to different people to conclude and pinpoint reason for victory in their way. Some people say it is defeat of Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi and some say some other things.

Some people say it is freebies which enabled AAP to win and some other people say it is Shaheenbagh which boomerang. Some people say it is defeat of politics of hatredness and some claim it is victory of good work done by Kejriwal government and some other claim that good work done by Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi has helped BJP in improving vote share. Some people claim that nationalism campaign of BJP has proved futile. Some people say that election results in Delhi has given a mandate against CAA, NRC and NPA. I think none of these conclusions are fully right.

In my opinion BJP cadre has worked hard and it is their victory because there is rise of more than five percent in vote share. Popularity of BJP has gone up to a great extent. BJP could not get desired number of seats because Congress party became silent and traditional votes of Congress party shifted to AAP under a conspiracy hatched by Muslim leaders of INC. AAP has occupied the place which Congress Party used to occupy before entry of AAP in political field.

Moreover there was neck to neck fight in half of seats which means candidates of AAP won many seats with very thin margin. This depicts a weak picture of AAP and establishes anti incumbency affect against AAP. On other side nationalism campaign and patriotic work done by Modi from center has helped BJP not only in retaining their vote share but help also in increasing it.

Congress party ended it's existence only to defeat BJP. This party is no more a state party because it has secured votes only four percent of total vote cast. Congress party has to introspect why it has been consistently loosing vote base in all states. Congress party digged grave for BJP but itself fell in it. Congress party committed suicidal blunder in all states by giving more value to regional political parties with a mischievous target of keeping BJP out of power. It is their wrong strategy due to which India is marching towards "Congress Mukt Bharat"

Popular base of BJP has increased in Delhi drastically and has been increasing gradually in all states, it has gone up even in the state of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand and Maharashtra where NonBJP political party has been given power .

---AAP will celebrate victory & form government whereas Congress party will celebrate for defeat of BJP and BJP will celebrate for defeat of Congress party. It is a WinWin situation for all.

---Voters of Delhi are very intelligent, they have respected AAP for local work by giving higher seats & to BJP by giving votes higher than their last record. Again WinWin situation for both parties.

---Dream of Congress Mukt Bharat is going to be a reality very soon. Credit goes to Pappu, Appeasement policy of INC and Strategies of Muslim leaders in that party.

Jharkhand Assembly Election 2019

I do not think it will be reasonable and justified to colour defeat with caste brush or communal stick .

Defeat was caused by over confidence of BJP leaders, arrogance of Chief Minister, division of Hindu votes for various selfish reasons, polarisation of Muslim votes, right thinking people and lovers of BJP and Modi did not cast their votes whereas BJP haters made their devoted efforts for casting of maximum number of their community votes, even sitting MLAs and ministers did not serve as per expectations of local people, they did not even reach voters to listen their problems and so on.

I am blind Bhakt of BJP and specifically honourable Modi, still I try to analyse and find out what went wrong that despite all best works performed by BJP government and a good number of rally by top leaders like Modi and Amit Shah we failed to retain even existing seats.

We will have to understand ground reality at least in assembly elections. We are well aware that Muslims will not cast their votes to BJP due to hatredness and dirty campaign by Muslim leaders but we should also be aware why a large junk of tribals, Hindus, traders, business community are also unhappy with local government which worked for full term.

Having said all that mentioned above I feel relieved and relaxed that vote percentage of BJP, AJSU and that of JVM (part of it which joined BJP after 2014 election) has gone up, not faced any considerable damage. It is true that even full voting of Bhakt and hardcore supporters of BJP could have saved it from facing such a humiliating defeat .

It was well considered strategy of BJ P central committee to test water in Jharkhand without alliance with smaller parties like AJSU, JDU and LJP which were blackmailing for unrealistic number of seats.

Obviously if we view entire game of election from future prospect of BJP I feel high command of BJP and all its supporters have to learn lessons from the defeat and we should be very much certain that we will win and win in future.

It is fantastic as well as ridiculous that people of the state , leaders of Congress party, RJD and JMM and specially media experts are glorifying victory of Hemant soren and his allies knowing very well that vote percentage of JMM has come down from 20.43 percent in 2014 to 18.72 percent in 2019, vote percentage of RJD has come down from 3.13 to 2.75 percent. On the contrary vote percentage of BJP has gone up from 31.26 in 2014 percent to 33.4 percent this year, of AJSU from 3.68 to 8.1 percent.

Violent Protest Is Against CAA or It is Vote Bank Dirty Politics

Yogendra Yadav after ousted from AAP appears to have gone mad. He is talking rubbish. He is ridiculing NRC and demanding national register on unemployment.

Every country has a law for allowing outsiders to become citizen of that country.

Now after seven decades of anarchy and check less entry of foreigners from borders, Modi led NDA government has at least thought about terms and conditions for granting citizenship to outsiders. But defeated politicians like yogendra Yadav, Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, Arvind Kejriwal, Akhilesh Yadav, Owessi, Mayawati, Mamta and Sita Ram Yachuri like politicians are provoking violence in the name of protesting against CAA and raising issues related to unemployment or price rise. They and their political followers are mischievously misguiding innocent citizens and presenting fabricated wrong picture of CAA as also NRC for which no bill has been introduced till date. It is very much shameful and must be condemned by all nation loving people.

After all any country cannot allow all to enter into it. Protesters want India to allow all to enter India without any restraints which is not possible .It is undoubtedly the prerogative of our government to decide who has to be granted citizenship and who is not eligible.

Protestors talk of Democracy and Constitution. Since the Act called Citizenship Amendment Act 2019 (CAA) is passed by both houses of Parliament, it cannot be termed as undemocratic. Rather protestors who are engaged in violence or engaged in violence are exhibiting their undemocratic character and mischievous intentions. An act passed as per provisions of the Constitution cannot be called undemocratic by any sensible person or party or by any country. Our constitution provides protection and all types of fundamental rights to Indian Citizens only, not to outsiders. Obviously protesters are attacking Constitutional provisions and democratic principles.

It is very much painful and shameful that a section of politians who could not win election, whose political career is at stake and whose corruption has been exposed are disturbing peace and creating chaotic condition by resorting fake news, fake videos, false information and by misinterpreting CAA and causing loss to National properties . Journalists and TV media are adding fuel to fire by showing pictures and video of violence time and time again. I condem such mediamen who are exploiting right of freedom of speech and freedom of expression to serve their selfish motto and to fulfil their hidden mischievous agenda.

आपके सवालों के जवाब-

बहुत से पढ़े-लिखे मित्र भी NRC और CAB को आपस मे जोड़कर बिना तथ्य जाने असमंजस में हैं। इसलिए कुछ प्रश्नों के जवाब दे रहा हूँ, जो आपके मन मे भी होंगे।

1. CAB क्या है??
√ यह एक कानून है, जिसके तहत 31 दिसम्बर 2014 से पहले से(या उस दिन तक) भारत मे रह रहे पाकिस्तानी, बंगलादेशी एवं अफगान शरणार्थी (हिन्दू, सिख, जैन, ईसाई, पारसी, बौद्ध) भारत की नागरिकता पा सकेंगे (धार्मिक प्रताड़ना के आधार पर)..
उन्हें नागरिकता अधिनियम 1955 (संशोधित 1986) के प्रावधानों में जाना नही होगा।

2. मुस्लिम क्यों शामिल नहीं??
√ क्योंकि उपरोक्त तीनों देश मुस्लिम राष्ट्र हैं जहाँ मुस्लिम बहुलता है। अतः वहाँ सिर्फ बाकी अल्पसंख्यक धर्मों के लोगों को ही आस्था के आधार पर प्रताड़ित किया गया है।
यह भी समझना जरूरी है, की यदि मुस्लिमों को भी शामिल किया और डेडलाइन नही रहा, तब तो समस्त पाकिस्तानी, बंगलादेशी और अफगान नागरिक भारत मे आ जाएंगे। क्या हम यह झेल पाएंगे???

3. क्या भारतीय नागरिकों को परेशानी होगी या मुस्लिमों को चिंता की जरूरत है???
√ बिल्कुल नहीं, क्योंकि किसी की नागरिकता छीनी नही जा रही। जो भी भारतीय नागरिक हैं (किसी भी धर्म के) वो भारतीय थे, हैं और रहेंगे।

4. अभी ही क्यों लाया गया, जब देश की अर्थव्यवस्था बुरे दौर में है, अन्य समस्याएं हैं??
√ यह विधेयक 2015 में भी लाया गया था, लेकिन राज्यसभा से पारित नही हो सका था। यह कानून BJP के घोषणापत्र में बहुत पहले से है, जैसे 370 या राम मंदिर। कोई ऐसा संसद सत्र नही जिसके आगे पीछे देश मे चुनाव न हो। अतः टाइमिंग या मंशा पर सवाल उठाना जायज नहीं।

5. NRC क्या है??
√ यह एक नागरिकता पंजीकरण रजिस्टर है, जिसका उद्देश्य घुसपैठियों (जो बिना किसी दस्तावेज के विभिन्न पड़ोसी देशों से भागकर भारत आ गए हैं तथा जिन्हें SC भी देश की सुरक्षा के लिए खतरा मानता है) कि पहचान करना है।
यह 1985 के असम एकॉर्ड में राजीव गांधी के द्वारा असम गण परिषद और वहाँ के छात्र संगठन को किया गया वादा था। जब इसे पूरा नही किया गया और मामला SC पहुंचा, तब SC की निगरानी में सरकार के संसाधनों से इसकी प्रक्रिया शुरू हुई।

6. क्या NRC गलत है या इससे कोई नुकसान है?
√ पहली बात तो यह, की NRC फिलहाल सिर्फ असम में लागू है। हाँ, कुछ विसंगतियां हैं, लेकिन जिनका नाम NRC से बाहर है उन्हें मौका दिया भी जा रहा है। गलतियों को सुधारा जा रहा है और अंतिम रूप में आने तक हमें इंतजार करना चाहिए।

7. क्या NRC से किसी भारतीय को घबराने की जरूरत है, क्या चिंता का विषय है??
√ अभी तक NRC पूरे देश मे कराने की सिर्फ घोषणा की गई है। अभी कोई तिथि, प्रक्रिया, डेडलाइन या कुछ भी निर्धारित नहीं, फिर चिंता की कोई बात ही नहीं।
हम भारत के नागरिक हैं, हमारे पास उपयुक्त दस्तावेज हैं, न्यायिक प्रक्रिया है, हमने सरकार को चुना है, सरकार हमारे लिए है, फिर डर किस बात का।

8. NRC का विरोध क्यों??
√ यह पूर्णतया राजनीतिक है, क्योंकि घुसपैठियों का प्रयोग फर्जी मतदान, रैलियों की भीड़, हिंसा, आपराधिक कृत्यों में राजनीतिक दल करते रहे हैं। यदि उन्हें पहचान कर भगा दिया गया, तो कई दलों का राजनीतिक भविष्य खतरे में होगा।
लेकिन, देश की सुरक्षा सर्वाधिक महत्वपूर्ण है अतः घुसपैठियों की पहचान जरूरी है।

9. मुस्लिम समुदाय क्यों विरोध कर रहे हैं??
√ क्योंकि अधिकतर घुसपैठिये मुस्लिम समुदाय से हैं, जिन्हें राजनीतिक रूप से पताड़ना झेलनी पड़ी है।
क्योंकि भारतीय मुस्लिम समुदाय को (सिर्फ कुछ लोगों को) धर्म के नाम पर भड़काया जा रहा है राजनीति के लिए।

10. NRC और CAB को जोड़कर क्यों देखा जा रहा है??
√ क्योंकि अधिकतर लोग "शरणार्थी" और "घुसपैठियों" में महीन अंतर नही समझ पा रहे हैं, इसी का लाभ उठाया जा रहा है।
लोगों में अफवाह फैलाई जा रही है कि जो NRC से बाहर होंगे, उनमें मुस्लिमों को छोड़कर अन्य धर्मों को CAB के जरिये नागरिकता दे दी जाएगी। मुस्लिमों को बाहर कर दिया जाएगा।

यह बिल्कुल अफवाह है, भरोसा न करें। NRC और CAB बिल्कुल अलग हैं।
उदाहरण- अधिकतर घुसपैठिये म्यांमार के रोहिंग्या हैं, जबकि CAB में म्यांमार तो है ही नहीं।
फिर दोनों को आपस मे कैसे जोड़ सकते हैं???

11. विश्वविद्यालयों में तनाव क्यों??
√ यह तो हम सभी जानते हैं, की हर विश्वविद्यालय में विपक्षी दलों के छात्र संगठन भी हैं, जो मोदी सरकार के विरुद्ध हैं।
इन संगठनों ने शांतिपूर्ण प्रदर्शन का निर्णय लिया, जिसका उन्हे अधिकार है। लेकिन, उनके आंदोलन में सुनियोजित तरीके से असामाजिक तत्वों को शामिल कराया गया, जिन्होंने हिंसा की। अब चुकी, प्रदर्शन छात्रों का था, इसलिए बदनाम वो हुए और रोटियाँ राजनीतिक दलों ने सेकी।
वैसे छात्रों में भी सब दूध के धुले नही होते, हम छात्र हैं इसलिए इतना तो जानते ही हैं। कुछ उपद्रवी छात्रों ने भी दंगाइयों का साथ दिया, उन्हें विश्वविद्यालय के अंदर लेकर आए इसमें कोई संदेह नहीं।

12. दिल्ली में क्या पुलिस दोषी है???
√ मेरी नजर में नहीं। हालांकि वास्तविकता सिर्फ ईश्वर जानते हैं।
मेरी नजर में नहीं, क्योंकि पुलिस ने पहले प्यार से समझाया था। छात्रों को बताया गया था, की दंगाई तत्व विवि. में प्रवेश कर चुके हैं, जो पत्थरबाजी कर रहे हैं। छात्रों के प्रतिनिधियों से बात करने की इच्छा भी पुलिस ने जताई थी।

दंगाई विवि. और छात्रों को नुकसान पहुंचा सकते थे, इसलिए पुलिस मजबूरन अंदर घुसी। असल छात्रों के साथ क्या हुआ, उसके कई वर्जन हैं सच्चाई कोई नही जानता, इसलिए इसपर कुछ भी बोलना उचित नहीं।
लेकिन, यह भी सही है जौ के साथ घुन पिसता ही है। सम्भव है कुछ निर्दोष छात्र भी घायल हुए हों, मैं इनकार नही करता।

अफवाह यह फैलाई गई, की छात्र मरे हैं, उनपर गोलियाँ चली हैं, जो बिल्कुल गलत साबित हुआ।
यह भी भ्रान्ति फैलाई गई, की पुलिस बिना VC की अनुमति के विवि. में नही घुस सकती।
जबकि, CRPC की धारा 46 और 47 में स्पष्ट लिखा है, की विपरीत परिस्थितियों में पुलिस हिंसा से निपटने हेतु भारत मे कहीं भी कार्यवाही कर सकती है।

मैं किसी दल, धर्म या वर्ग का कोई प्रवक्ता नहीं। किसी को मैं क्लीन चिट दूँ या दोषी बताऊँ, मुझे हक नहीं।
मैंने सिर्फ कुछ तथ्यों को स्पष्ट करने की ईमानदार कोशिश की है। अफवाहों से बच सकें, इस हेतु सच्चाई बताना (जितनी मेरी समझ है) जरूरी लगा।

Indian Citizenship Amendment Act 2019

It is common sense that Indian constitution is meant for Indians and not for protecting foreigners. Law of equality applies to Indians not on infiltrators. It is prerogative of a Nation to accept anyone as refugee or not, it is right and discretion of a sovereign country to grant or deny citizenship to any outsider and it is the right of Indian Parliament to frame laws for this purpose as per demand of the time.

Leaders of Congress party, TMC, RJD or NCP or DMK should first read lines of Constitution on such matters and refrain from wasting valuable time of the Parliament or Judiciary. They should stop creating confusion in minds of people and stop provoking violence.

Further it is only Union Government which has right to frame laws and guidelines as per suitability of the time. It is not a part of state subject nor that of concurrent list. As such, none of state government can defy directive of Union Government. If any of state government dare defy or show disrespect to Union laws, central government is well empowered to remove such state government .

Similarly judiciary has got no power to question or reduce power of legislation invested in central government by our Constitution. Opponents of Citizen Amendment Act 2019 can file any number of case in any court of law, they will get no relief at all.

Mediamen should also stop creating misinformation about CAA and cooperate government in execution of the act.

Government has repeatedly assured Parliament and people of India that the said act will not harm any Indian citizen and not hurt sentiment of any region or any community. Inspite of this, some section of people are instigating violence by spread false information and by resorting to fake statistics.

What is CAA?

The Citizenship (Amendment) Act, 2019 is an Act of the Parliament of India amending the Citizenship Act of 1955 to give a path to Indian citizenship to illegal migrants who are Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains, Parsis and Christians from Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Pakistan, who entered India on or before 31 December 2014. It also seeks to relax the requirement of residence in India for citizenship by naturalisation from 11 years to 5 years for these migrants.

The Act excludes Muslims from such eligibility. Immediate beneficiaries of the bill, according to IB records, will be just over 30,000 people.

The Bill makes illegal migrants who are Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains, Parsis and Christians from Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Pakistan, who entered India on or before 31 December 2014, eligible for Indian citizenship.

The Bill relaxes the 11-year requirement for citizenship by naturalization to five years for persons belonging to the same six religions and three countries.

These provisions of Bill will not apply to the tribal areas of Assam, Meghalaya, Mizoram, and Tripura, included in the Sixth Schedule to the Constitution as well as the areas which are regulated through the Inner Line Permit.

The Bill provides that the registration of Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cardholders may be cancelled if they violate any law notified by the central government.

The Union Cabinet cleared the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill, 2019 on 4 December 2019. It was passed by the Lok Sabha on 10 December 2019 and, subsequently, in the Rajya Sabha on 11 December 2019.

It received the assent of the President on 12 December 2019 and assumed the status of an act.However, it is not yet in force.

The passage of the bill caused protests in India. A petition opposing the bill was signed by over 1,000 Indian scientists and scholars. The bill was also criticized by the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom. Some critics of the bill believe it legalizes religious discrimination.

आज अगर अमित शाह की जगह कोई दूसरा गृहमंत्री होता तो चिदंबरम आज भी अपने घर पर मिलते। वे डरे हुए न होते। लापता न होते। वाकई बहुत ही दिलचस्प राजनीतिक लड़ाई है। संयोग देखिए। पी. चिदंबरम आज भागे हुए हैं और आज देश का गृह मंत्रालय अमित शाह के हाथ में है। कभी तस्वीर एकदम उल्टी थी। तब चिदंबरम देश के गृहमंत्री थे और अमित शाह साबरमती की जेल में थे। तब चिदंबरम नॉर्थ ब्लॉक स्थित गृहमंत्री कार्यालय में बैठकर "भगवा आतंकवाद" की फाइल तैयार करवा रहे थे और अमित शाह अपने बचाव की फ़ाइल में रोज़ ही नए पन्ने जोड़ रहे थे। अमित शाह इस मामले में हिसाब किताब पूरा रखने के आदी हैं। मुरव्वत करना उनकी आदत में नही है। ये अमित शाह के गृहमंत्री होने का खौफ ही है कि चिदंबरम रातोंरात लापता हैं।

यही अमित शाह के काम करने की शैली है। किसी ने कभी उम्मीद नही की थी कि एक रोज़ कश्मीर में यूँ बाजी पलट दी जाएगी। उम्मीद तो ये भी नही थी कि कभी देश के सबसे ताकतवर मंत्री रहे चिदंबरम का ये हश्र भी होगा! पर यही अमित शाह हैं। उनकी किताब में "रियायत" नाम का शब्द नही हैं। सही-गलत क्या है, ये फैसला वक़्त और कोर्ट पर छोड़ते हैं। आज सिर्फ राजनीति की नई इबारत को पढ़ने की कोशिश हैं। चिदम्बरम मार्च 2018 से लगातार अपनी गिरफ्तारी पर रोक का आदेश हासिल कर रहे थे। मगर आज किस्मत जवाब दे गई। उनके खिलाफ ठोस सबूत हैं। एक भी आरोप हवाई नहीं हैं। विदेशों में परिवार के नाम हजारों करोड़ों की संपत्ति के कागज हैं। आईएनएक्स मीडिया और फिर एयरसेल-मैक्सिस के मामले में एफआईपीबी नियमों को तोड़ मरोड़ कर सैकड़ों करोड़ का फायदा पहुंचाने और उसका एक बड़ा परसेंटेज अपने बेटे की कंपनी तक पहुंचाने के पक्के सबूत हैं। ये सब तब हो रहा था जब चिदंबरम देश के वित्तमंत्री थे।

यकीन मानिए कि इस देश की राजनीति वक़्त के एक निर्णायक दौर में पहुंच चुकी है। परिवार, खानदान, प्रभावशाली लोग, बड़े नेताओं से मीठे रिश्ते जैसे सियासत के खानदानी शब्द राजनीति की इस नई डिक्शनरी से साफ हो चुके हैं। अब ये आर-पार की लड़ाई है। आज चिदंबरम की बारी आई है। नोट कर लीजिए, कल दस जनपथ का बुलावा आएगा। इन पांच सालों में बहुत कुछ ऐसा होगा जो इतिहास में कभी न हुआ।

नोट कर लीजिए कि भारत की राजनीति के ये 5 साल अगले सौ सालों तक राजनीति के पंडितों के लिए शोध का विषय रहेंगे।

कुछ ग़द्दारों के लियें यहाँ
इशरत "बेटी" है,
कन्हैया "बेटा" है,
दाऊद "भाई" है,
अफ़ज़ल "गुरू" है,
लेकिन,
भारत "माता" नहीं !!!
आखिर...ऐसा क्यों है........???

मोदी जी को सीएम रहते 2002 दंगो के केस में जब हर महीने दिल्ली पेशी में बुलाया जाता था और घंटो उन से बेफिजूल की पूछताछ की जाती थी, वो बिना विचलित हुए सबका सामना करते रहे!!
पूरा मीडिया, देश की सारी जांच एजेंसियां, सारे चंदे पे पलने वाले एनजीओ, लश्कर और जैश भी उनके पीछे लगाए गए,
उन्हें मौत का सौदागर जैसे उपमाओं से उनको नवाजा गया, वो तब भी विचलित हुए बिना गुजरात को डेवलप करते रहे,
और फाइनली उन्हें सुप्रीम कोर्ट से क्लीन चिट मिली।

इशरत के मरने के बाद लश्कर ने उसकी मौत को शहादत बताकर उसे अपना बताते हुए उस पर फक्र किया था,
सोहराबुद्दीन के एनकाउंटर के बाद उसके मालवा स्तिथ गांव के कुंए से कई एके 47 और घर से कई हैंड ग्रेनेड बरामद हुए थे,
लेकिन उसे मुद्दा बनाकर,
गुजरात के गृह मंत्री रहते अमित शाह को गुजरात से तड़ीपार किया गया, लश्कर आतंकियो के एनकाउंटर को फर्जी बताकर उन्हें जेल भेजा गया,
वो तब भी विचलित नही हुए, सबका सामना किया,
और बेदाग बाहर आये।

इतना कुछ हो गया इन्होंने कभी विक्टिम कार्ड नही खेला,
ये दोनों नेता सच्चे हैं, इन्होंने दोषी साबित हुए जाने पर फांसी पे चढ़ने को तैयार थे लेकिन इन्होंने माफी मांगने से इनकार कर दिया,
ईमानदारी हमेशा गरजती है और बेईमानी हर वक़्त मिमियाती है,

अगर गलती न हो तो एक आम आदमी भी पूरे शासन प्रशासन से भिड़ कर उन्हें नाकों चने चबवा देता है,
आप के कागजात पूरे हैं, तो मजाल है पुलिस आपका 100 रुपये का भी चालान काट ले,
आपका कंस्ट्रक्शन नियमानुसार है और वैध है, तो मजाल है टाउन एंड कंट्री प्लानिंग आपकी एक इंच जमीन खिसका ले,

गलती किये हो, इसलिए भागे भागे फिर रहे हो मिस्टर लुंगी, कांग्रेस के सारे बड़े वकीलों को मैदान में उतार दिया है,
ये आदमी कांग्रेस का सबसे बड़ा इंटेलेक्चुअल माना जाता रहा है लेकिन आज खुद की पैरवी नही कर पा रहा,
ये आदमी प्रख्यात अर्थशास्त्री माना जाता रहा, लेकिन खुद ही अपने काले कारनामो का सबूत छोड़ गया!!

असल बात ये है कि ये कांग्रेस का सबसे बड़ा फंड मैनेजर है, इसी के दम पर पूरी कांग्रेस पार्टी है।
ये संपत्ति में आज गांधी परिवार से भी बड़ा हो चुका है,
और अगर इसकी गर्दन दबोची गयी मतलब पूरी कांग्रेस पार्टी के काले कारनामो का पर्दाफाश, और कांग्रेस की रीढ़ की हड्डी टूटेगी,
इसलिए गांधी परिवार समेत सारे कांग्रेसी इसके बचाव में उतर आये है और विक्टिम कार्ड खेला जा रहा,
चिदम्बरम को भी पता है अगर वो कानून के हाथ लगा तो यही सारे जो आज उसे बचाने उतरे हैं ये उसकी जान के दुश्मन बन जाने हैं!!

लेकिन सामने इस बार मोदी और शाह की जोड़ी है,
कोई पैंतरा कोई विक्टिम कार्ड तुम्हारे काम नही आना,
देश मे कांग्रेस की क्रेडिबिलिटी कितनी बची है ये सबको पता है,

Long awaited decision taken today by Mr. Modi led NDA government. Section 370 and 35A removed from Kashmir
Congratulations.

Now there will be real development and once again Kashmir will become heaven.Reign of Abdullah and separatists ended today, their loot will end and fund sent by central government will be used for welfare of Kashmiris only.

INC leader Gulam Nabi Azad says that BJP should first win the hearts of Kashmiri people, take them into confidence and then try to integrate Kashmir into India.

I ask Gulam Navi Azad and his followers,

Why congress party failed in seven decades of their rule in winning the hearts of Kashmiri people?

Fact is that leaders of Congress party were , are and will remain busy in winning the heart of Pakistani leaders. It is they who by supporting separatists and anti nationals promoted and irrigated hatredness and anti national feelings in the state of Kashmir. They during their rule did nothing for welfare of Kashmiri people. They in fact never tried to solve Kashmir issue ,rather aggravated it. Leaders accumulated wealth for themselves and made the life of Kashmiri people pathetic and pitiable.

Now he and his party is preaching sermons to Modi and BJP .Sheikh Abdullah, Farooq Abdulla and Amar Abdullah belong to same category which Gulam belong to.

If a secret vote is carried out in Congress party, among its top leaders or bottom leaders, I think majority of them will extend support to all actions taken by Modi government and specially revocation of article 370 and 35A.

Since congress party is a conglomeration of flatterers and bribe earners only they do not like to take the risk of going against any thought of Nehru family.

As a matter of fact there is no democracy in INC , it is a party by the family of Nehru, for Nehru family and of Nehru family. Not only this , they have their gang of workers posted and introduced in large number in media, in administration and in judiciary too. Obviously our beloved Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi and NDA government will have to bear with protest from Congress party on every actions taken by them.

But opponents of Modi are too small in number compared to number of Modi followers and hence we need not worry at all. But we have to be alert from those people who are trying to divide our society, who are creating hatredness in place of mutual love and respect and who are trying to disturb the country .

वक्त तेजी से बदल रहा है, जो सही है वही टिकेगा!

प्रशांत किशोर को लेकर मैं अक्सर विचलित होता हूं. 2014 के चुनाव में मोदी जी की स्ट्रेटेजी टीम में प्रशांत किशोर थे. 2014 में मोदीजी हिट हुए तो प्रशांत क्लिक हो गये. कांग्रेस को लगा कि प्रशांत नामक चिप डालने से पप्पू का ब्रेन चल पड़ेगा, लेकिन कुछ हुआ नहीं. आजकल वे बिहार में नितीश जी का काम देख रहे थे कि अचानक पक्षिम बंगाल में जय श्रीराम ने ममता का नीद हराम कर दिया है. अब प्रशांत राजनीतिक पागलपन का भी इलाज करने लगे हैं, ऐसा पता चलने पर, बंगाल से उनकी मांग आई और पता चला कि अब वे ममता के साथ डील करेंगे.

प्रशांत की असलियत लोगों को मालूम नहीं है. असलियत यह है कि 2014 के चुनाव के बाद मोदीजी ने जो चिप प्रशांत में डाली थी, चुनाव बाद उन्होंने उसे निकाल लिया था. लोगों को भ्रम है कि प्रशांत चुनाव के मार्केटिंग गुरू हैं. कहते हैं, काठ की हांडी़ एक बार ही चढ़ती है, दोबारा नहीं.

मोदीजी के बाद, कांग्रेस दो लौंडों की जोड़ी ऐसे पेश किया, जैसा किसी जमाने में कांग्रेस ने अपना चुनाव चिन्ह दो बैलों की जोड़ी पेश की थी. दो लौंडों की जोड़ी जनता की समझ में नहीं आई और फ्लाप हो गयी. प्रशांत को नितीश ने लपका, पदाधिकारी भी बनाया. कोई फर्क हुआ, ऐसा लगता नहीं. भाजपा से गठबंधन और मोदी वेब का असर रहा की बिहार में भाजपा और नीतीश को बड़ी कामयाबी मिली.

काफी मिलावट का दौर है. शत्रुघन सिन्हा को कांग्रेस की खुजली तो उनकी मैडम को समाजवादी की. बुआ-बबुआ: साईकल पर हाथी सवार, साइकल चकनाचूर, हाथी खुश. महागठबंधन के मसीहा चंद्रबाबू सीन से गायब.मार्क्सवादियों का सफाया. जनता ने धूर्तों की अच्छी पहचान की, आरजेडी का कोई खाता नहीं खुला.ममता मोदी को तमाचा मारने से रही ं, पाव से जमीन खिसक गई. 6 महीने पहले छत्तीसगढ़, मध्य प्रदेश, राजस्थान में कांग्रेस की सरकार बनी, लोक सभा चुनाव में कांग्रेस काफूर हो गई.

अब बंगाल में प्रशांत बचवा आ गये हैं. बंगाल में मर्ज राजनीतिक नहीं, मानसिक है. फोबिया की शिकार ममता को अपना अंत सामने दिख रहा है. अब खतरा और बढ़ गया है. राजीव कुमार, वही जिन्हें बचाने ममता उनकेमघर पहुं गईं थी, सीबीआई अफसरों को गिरफ्तार करवा लिया था, अब सीबीआई की गिरफ्त में हैं. ममता का हबहे बड़ा राजदार हलाखों के पीछे तो जायेगा, लेकिन ममता को भी लेकर जायेगा, यह ममता को मालूम है. हिंसा से राजनीतिक सवाल हल नहीं होते. ज्योति बसु से ममता को कुछ तो सीखना था.

राजनीति कोई बंद कमरे का विषय नहीं होती. भारत जैसे विशाल देश में 6 दशकों का विशाल कालखंड राजनीति ठगरी का धंधा था, जहां जाति, धर्म, संप्रदाय, समाजवाद, सेकुलरिज्म, लिबरल, आश्वासनों, नारों, लालच के नाम पर सत्ता अधिष्ठान का श्रृजन होता रहा और बेखौफ लूट हुई. वोट बैंक बने और अब वोट बेच कर कुछ राजनीतिक परिवार अपना घर परिवार चला रहे हैं. देश का सबसे बड़ा और पुराना राजनीतिक राजवंश तो दीवालिया हो गया है और सनक में ऊल-जलूल बकता रहता है. मसलन प्रधानमंत्री चोर हैं, जबकि मां, बेटे बेल पर हैं, जीजा रोज कोर्ट से मोहलत मांग रहे हैं, जीजी जीजा को यहां-वहां ले जाने- ले आने के काम में लगीं हैं.

मोदी दोबारा प्रधानमंत्री बने तो कितने लोगों ने आत्महत्या, देश छोड़ने आदि का एलान किया था, पर अभी तक किसी एक ने भी अपना वादा पूरा नहीं किया.

लुटियंस और खान मार्केट के दिग्गजों की घिघ्घी बध गई है. ये लोग सत्ता के ट्रेंड सेटर थे. इन्हें गुरूर था कि वे कुछ भी कर सकते हैं. अंदाजा इसी से लगाया जा सकता है, जब भारत का प्रधानमंत्री इन दलालों को शराब पिलाता हो और सरकारी खर्चे से विदेश यात्राओं पर ले जाता हो. पांच वर्षों मे ये तो लुट गये, बरबाद हो गये, हराम का खाना-पीना बंद हो गया. पिछले चुनाव में इन्हें मोदी के खिलाफ सबसे ज्यादा दंड-बैठक करते देखा गया. इनके सामने खुद के पुनर्वास का सवाल था, थो कांग्रेस की वापसी में सन्निहित था. सारी ताकत लगाया, पर दाल नहीं गली. मोदीजी तो दूर दर्शन पर क्या गये, इन दूकानदारों को दूर दर्शन से न्यूज और विजुअल खरीदने पड़ने लगे.

भारत का मीडिया दलाल बन गया. उसका अपना हित और कांग्रेस का हित देश हित से बड़ा हो गया. दुनिया में ऐसा शायद ही कोई देश हो जहां की मीडिया देश-बोध और सामाजिक सरोकारों को दरकिनार करते अपना मतलब साधती हो. भारत एक मिशाल हैं, जहां की मीडिया देश द्रोह से भी परहेज नहीं करती.

बात जब देश, राजनीति, मीडिया की हो तो अमित साह को कैसे भुलाया जा सकता है! उन्हें तरह-तरह के नामों से पुकारा जाता है. कोई उन्हे चाणक्य तो कोई राजनीति शास्त्र के विद्यालय का प्रिंसिपल कहता है. मैं उन्हें विशुद्ध रूप से राजनीति शास्त्र के एक दार्शनिक के रूप में देखता हूं जो अपने दर्शन को अपने प्रयोगों और परिणामों से परिभाषित करता है.

राजनीति कोई बच्चों का खेल नहीं, बल्कि एक समर्पण का सतत् खेल है. मौके की राजनीति करने वालों का दौर छोटा होता है. नजर डालिए बहुत से लोग खर-पतवार कि तरह आज हवा के साथ उड़ रहे है. ऐसे लोगों का काम खुद के हित के इर्द-गिर्द होता है. यूपी में दो लोग हैं, जो अब टिकट बेंच कर अपने को राजनीति मे बनाये हुए है.

कांग्रेस बूढ़ी हो गई है. इसकी हालत आया राम-गया राम की है. जो मुस्कराया उसी के पीछे हो लिए. लोगों की समझ में राजनीति तिकड़म का खेल बन गई थी.

वक्त बदला है. राजनीति में वही टिकेगा, जिसके एजेंडे मे राष्ट्र और लोग होंगे. मोदी निष्काम भाव से देश और जन को समर्पित हैं. उनका मुकाबला कोई मोदी ही कर सकता है और देखें तो पायेंगे कि मोदी स्वयं अपना मोदी गढ़ रहें हैं. मोदी केवल सत्ता ही नहीं देख रहे हैं, बल्कि उन विषयों पर भी काम कर रहे हैं जो उन्हे लम्बे समय तक अपरिहार्य बनाये रखे. ऐसा काम कोई मनीषी ही करता है. नये प्रयोग, नये विषय, नये लोग पार्टी हो या सरकार, दोनों, स्तर पर देखे जा सकते हैं. सबको साथ लेकर चलना ही सबके विकास की कुंजी है और सबका विकास ही सबके विश्वास की कुंजी है. मोदी का आत्मविश्वास इतना मजबूत इसलिए है कि वे ईमानदारी से सोचते हैं, काम करते हैं, निर्णय लेते हैं. उनकी अपनी कोई कमजोरी नहीं हैं, यह उनकी मजबूती है. नौकरशाही को अपनी दौड़ में सामिल करना, उनका कौशल है.

विचारणीय विषय है, देश की अन्य राजनीतिक दूकानों को अपने उत्पाद पर गौर करना चाहिए, उनके उत्पाद की कमियों ने, उन्हें बाजार से बाहर किया है. कोई विरोधी अच्छे उत्पाद पर उंगलिया उठा कर, अपने घटिहा उत्पाद का बाजार नहीं बना सकता. मोदी देश और जनता की जरुरत बन चुके हैं. सामाजिक गुणा-भाग कर राजनीति की मोहरे बैठाने का समय जा चुका है. खेल खेल है, वही जीतेगा जो अच्छा खेलेगा.

An Appeal For Peace and Social Harmony

Opposition parties are bent upon disturbing peace of the country and especially in states where elections are due in near future. They are trying to malign BJP led NDA government by hook or by crook. They are ready to divide society on caste and communal line to enhance domain of their vote bank at the cost of loss of lives and properties. They are really intolerant of Modi and BJP. There are also few followers of ruling party who are behaving like extremists and engaged in creating divisions in society.

Some people are ready to sacrifice even pride of the country to fulfill their vested interest. It indicates the dangers looming large on peace of the country. Love and mutual respect among people of different caste and communities is at stake. Indian culture of pluralism and that of humanity has been jeopardised by clever and purely selfish politicians.

Concept of Parliamentary Democracy is in danger. Media men are adding fuel to fire. Social Sites are being used by anti-national forces to inject hatredness and poison in minds of innocent common men.

It is the time for people of India to apply their wisdom and take their wise decision and thwart the efforts of anti national forces.

Let us join together to keep our country peaceful. Let us not be swayed away by misinformation campaign launched and spread by politically ambitious persons or by anti- nationsl agencies. Let us take oath to verify all information before forwarding them to friends and relatives.

If you and anyone dislike Modi or BJP or NDA, you may remove the party from power by casting votes in favour of parties you like in forthcoming election. Poor constitution allows a duly elected government to rule this country for five years. Present government has almost completed it's term.

Those who hate BJP should plan to defeat Modi in next election instead of disturbing peace and tranquillity of the country and that of disturbing communal harmony.

Love and mutual respect is the backbone of development of a country as well as prosperity of all individuals. Violence and arsoning reduces production activities and creates more unemployment.

Leaders may come to power or may be removed from power by votes. But survival of common men and pride of the country depends on those leaders who are honest in speech , in action and in making of laws and execution of laws.

It is the duty of specially educated class to help the society live in peace and happiness .They should at least refrain from spreading hatredness and violence and if possible try to stop others who are indulged in anti_ social activities.

Some people, particularly who are Modi haters or anti nationals, read only The Wire and Watch only Ravish kumar on NDTV like channels. They consider all news and information as fake which appear in other channels or on social sites. This habit keep them in wrong position many times.

Unless and until we read and watch all information and analyse then before trusting them, we will remain misinformed and misguided. We have to stop copy paste exercise. We should stop forwarding messages without reading, understanding and verifying the veracity of that message.
To know and understand the reality , one must have open mind and remove all prejudices.

We do not have any greed in this age, we are not going to get anything from any politician, but we have to see the intention, intelligence and integrity of the leader to whom we are going to choose.

If the leader of a party is capable, talented, experienced , well intended, honest and devoted to nation, he or she can motivate his or her entire team and entire workforce to move in right direction. On the opposite of it , if we choose a bad and incompetent leader we are going to risk our family, our society and our nation.

Some misguided persons advice to use NOTA while casting vote.

My humble suggestion for them is as follows.

One who is unable to assess overall quality of a good leader and who is perfectly focused on self interest only will only use NOTA.

If one find Rahul Gandhi or Owessi or Mayawati better than Modi, it is their well considered assessment and they can cast vote to them. If people like Mr Narendra Modi and consider him best leader he or she must cast vite in favour of NDA .But in no case , one should not waste his or her precious vote.

Country cannot run without a leader. State can be run under president rule without an elected government but central govt cannot.

A person can like his child to grow like Rahul Gandhi or Mamta Banerjee or as Modi. It is his or her choice. Every conscious mind must assess and decide the leader who can protect our country better and one who can ensure better growth and unbiased administration.

NOTA can be used by those whose mind is empty or who is guided by anti national forces or who is perfectly selfish..

Above all , country is supreme and we must think for the country in preference to self interest.

A wise parent search a good school before going for admission of his child in a school. They search best doctor for treatment of their relatives. Similarly they should assess who is considered as the best icon to lead this country and who can be followed by their lovely children in their day-to- day life.

A good parent cannot ignore searching and cannot allow his children to remain illiterate only because they do not find a teacher or a school of their choice. We have to choose best option among available options only.
