Mona Burtz and Jon ODowd of MJ Innovations in Lakeland will take us through Social Media Plans they have developed for two member organizations:  Sun n Fun and American Compliance Technologies, A-C-T.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Mona and Jon have done countless plans for a wide range of area clients.  In addition to showcasing plans developed for our members, they will discuss the questions you have to ask and steps you have to take to build and implement your social media plan.  Mona and Jon will also discuss some of the many options available and ways to further refine your social media initiatives.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Perhaps of greatest importance is their talent for plain talk and removing the mystery and fear from social media planning and programming. &lt;br&gt;</description>

How to sell yourself in 30 seconds or less.&lt;br&gt;- Improve your health.improve your networking.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;As Bright Houses ambassador, Jennifer Holloway makes appearances and assists with both internal and external events, ranging from employee recognition banquets and Ad Sales awards dinners to Bay News 9 tours, Business Solutions client luncheons, bulk community presentations and Call Center training.  &lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;Her new position takes her out into the community, as well, interacting directly with new and potential customers at company-sponsored events including the St. Pete Grand Prix, the Buccaneers Fan Fest and our own Customer Appreciation Days. She also supports our Community Relations activities such as teaching elementary students for Junior Achievement and narrating The Blue Planet Live with The Florida Orchestra. Jen also serves on the Board of Directors for The Clearwater Marine Aquarium and St. Petersburg General Hospital along with the Regional Board of Directors for The Dali Museum.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;While Jen may have left the anchor desk, she is still very much a part of Bright House Networks and the Tampa Bay community.&lt;br&gt;</description>

Since that time, she has acquired fifteen years of healthcare public relations, communications &amp; marketing experience with both internal and external communications.  She has worked for 2 large hospital systems, a skilled nursing facility and a private physician practice. Her experience is in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Jennifer is currently the Communications Director for the Silverstein Institute and the Executive Director for the Institutes non-profit Ear Research Foundation.  She is responsible for the PR, marketing, and communications for the entire Institute, as well as the daily operations of the Foundation.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Jennifer has a B.S. in Communications from East Carolina University, is Accredited in Public Relations (APR) and is a Certified Public Relations Counselor (CPRC).&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Jennifer became an FPRA member in 1998.  At the local chapter level she has served as Special Programs Director, Treasurer, Image Chair and Chapter President - earning Presidents Awards for Leadership Development and Accreditation.  She was the Central West Coast Chapter Member of the Year in 2003 and received the chapters 2008 Ginnie Duffey-Troyer Professionalism Award.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;Jennifer has also served on the state level FPRA Executive Committee in the positions of VP of Professional Development, VP of Annual Conference, VP of Public Relations, VP of Membership, VP of Finance and President-Elect.  She will be proudly serving as the 2010-2011 FPRA State Association President.</description>
