Global dance music icon, Kylie Minogue is celebrating 25 years in the music industry. Known for her biggest hit “Can’t Get You Out of My Head,” the 43 year old released the single for her fans “Timebomb.” Shockingly, the song exploded on iTunes in over 30 countries. It even shot up to the top 40 on U.S iTunes, her weakest market. Could this be her biggest U.S. hit in years? Watch the enticing video below.

The song is very catchy, and it sounds very reminiscent of something Gwen Stefani would do. Her label needs to capitalize on this sudden explosion on iTunes, and send it to radio immediately. The fact that none of her singles have touched the iTunes top 100 until now is a hint that the U.S. may be ready for Kylie Minogue again. For a 43 year old woman, she looks very young, and that may work in her favor.

I like this track because it compliments Justin’s current voice and doesn’t come across as pretentious and contrived — unlike the Justin Timberlake rip-off, ‘Boyfriend.’ If Justin continues down this path, and stops trying to gain a “hood pass,” he will be taken more seriously.

The “Diva” singer revealed a behind-the-scenes look at her first post-baby concerts yesterday (May 24), where she discusses her anticipation, and anxiety for hitting the stage after almost a year.

“It is exciting. I feel a little nervous. I’m enjoying being a mother so it’s like going back to my old job. It is a little strange, but it’s important that you don’t lose yourself, still have your own passions. I’m back to work, I’m back to business,” says the 16-time Grammy winner.

In the video, we also see King B throughout the various stages of planning the concert including: staging, editing, choreography and more.
