Teenager Kylie Jenner sported some ink on her arm, but may just be having fun with a Sharpie. The 16-year-old “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star posted a pic on Instagram, showing her reaching for a soda... with a big tattoo on her forearm.

Now, in order for the tat to be real, Kylie would have had to get consent from parents Kris and Bruce Jenner, so it is most likely another elaborate design drawn with a marker. E! News reported last month that makeup artist Nat Wood temporarily inked Kylie on her ribcage and gave Kylie’s sister, Kendall, an antelope skull on her middle finger. Kendall, 18, has also had some recent fun with Sharpie tats of a spine tracing and of a gigantic skull wearing a feather headdress.

That seems to be the general reaction to news that Robin Thicke and Paula Patton have separated: Why didn't she dump his sorry ass months ago?

You know that thing that happens in celebrity break-ups, where everyone attempts to remain fair and objective and not take sides?

It's so not happening in this case.

No matter where you turn or what you read, the consensus is that Thicke, 36, is a dog and Patton, 38, is well rid of him.

Bottom line: It's like he threw it all away.

How did Robin Thicke get to be such a contempt magnet? Since the announcement late Monday that his marriage is over, the shade being thrown Thicke's way is astounding.

Everyone has a bad word to say about the guy.

And you can't help thinking it may be well-deserved.

Thicke has been building a public bad-boy rep for about a year, ever since his Blurred Lines became the big hit of 2013 — this despite strong reaction to the misogynist song lyrics and rapey vibe. The follow-up music video was controversial for nudity and annoying for its jokey references to Thicke's large penis. So subtle.

And then there was Thicke's Blurred Lines duet with Miley Cyrus at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards. We all know how that turned out.

Too bad Thicke followed up that public debacle by being photographed playing grab-ass with some blonde fan. Most recently, he was photographed nuzzling a pretty stranger on the dance floor at a Paris nightclub. In a world where everyone's phone is a camera, his behaviour is indiscreet, arrogant, thoughtless and just plain stupid.

And how much fun could it have been for Paula Patton to be Alan Thicke's daughter-in-law? That minor Canadian celebrity was recently quoted offering this cute advice to his son Robin: “I told him, ‘You’re a power couple now. If you only adopt a few Ethiopian kids, you’d be the next Brangelina.’” Ha, ha! Charming.

If you wanted to speculate, you might guess that Thicke couldn't handle his newfound celebrity. You'd think he'd be grateful to have finally caught up with his wife — Patton decided to pursue acting and was an immediate success, making her debut in Hitch in 2005 and going on to star in such hit films as Idlewild, Deja Vu, Precious, 2 Guns and Mission Impossible - Ghost Protocol. She was far more famous than he for a very long time.

Maybe in some essential way he can never catch up with her.

The couple has been together since they met as teens, when she was 15 and he was 14. It's interesting that Thicke defends his behaviour by referencing Patton and their great romance. After the photo that showed him groping a fan turned up, Thicke said, “My only comment about the so-called scandalous photo would be that my wife and I are perfectly in love and very happily married, so, no complaints there.”

You'd assume he'd never mess with that. Or maybe he thought the relationship was indestructible?

He liked to brag about having, "The most functional, dysfunctional marriage in Hollywood,” whatever that means.

Or meant, rather.

MIAMI, Feb. 25 (UPI) -- Canadian pop star Justin Bieber has reportedly rejected a plea deal offered by Miami prosecutors regarding his DUI case.

Justin Bieber and Miami Beach prosecutors will NOT strike a plea deal in his DUI case ... and sources connected with the case say a trial is now almost certain.

TMZ broke the story ... prosecutors are offering a no contest plea to reckless driving, with strings attached ... notably Justin must submit to random drug testing for 6 to 9 months. Sources connected with Bieber say they will NOT accept any plea that has probationary terms ... especially drug testing.

Now law enforcement sources tell us ... they will not deal if Justin does not agree to random drug testing ... period. As a result, both sides are at an impasse.

With a plea deal all but off the table, a trial is likely. Law enforcement sources acknowledge there are problems with the arresting officers ... the fact that he may have lied when he said he smelled alcohol on Justin's breath (he blew a .014). And another cop claimed Justin was drag racing (at 27 MPH).

Nonetheless ... we're told prosecutors are not afraid of trying the case. And Justin's famed lawyer, Roy Black, is ready for a courtroom battle.

The two teens involved in the video of Amber Cole performing oral sex on camera have been arrested.

Amber, 14, has been ridiculed across social networking sites such as Twitter and Facebook after the video surfaced of the student performing oral sex on her ex-boyfriend while on school grounds.

In a series of tweets, Amber directed her her anger to the teens involved in the video.

She tweeted:

"Can't wait to press charges on the three boys tomorrow who were involved in the video."
"I am not fucking dead please stop spreading rumors I wouldn’t kill myself and make my family go through that."

After the arrest of the two boys, Amber tweeted again saying:

Once again, Barbie is being criticized for damaging little girls, but not because of her unrealistic proportions. The new tokidoki Barbie has pink hair and huge neck and arm tattoos, and parents are concerned that the doll will send their precious pre-teen angel straight into the arms of some bad boy known for riding bikes and breaking girls' hearts.

Since most 5-year-old aren't familiar with Italian designer Simone Legno, we're guessing his tokidoki Barbie is intended for collectors. Particularly because her spikey pet has a somewhat risque name. According to Mattel's discription:

Obviously Barbie's molded plastic hand is better suited to grabbing wine glasses than beer bottles, but the the point stands. As anyone who witnessed Quinn's brief involvement with the Skanks on Glee knows, tattoos and pink hair can only lead to debauchery and sassing authority figures. We must do everything in our power to ensure that this limited edition $50 collector's doll that's already sold out until November doesn't warp girls into thinking that hair color and body art are personal style choices that have nothing to do with moral character.

Lindsay Lohan, the troubled actress - whose probation was revoked in a Los Angeles court yesterday (19.10.11) - was pictured last week with badly stained and damaged teeth and her dad Michael believes the damage stems from her smoking the illegal substances.

He told 'Issues' host Jane Velez-Mitchell: "That's from smoking a pipe with meth or crack. She's smoking either crack or meth, one or the other. I'm not going to shade it.

"If you're talking about prescription medication it would affect all your teeth, not just your two front teeth. You can't dance with the devil and expect to go home with Jesus."

Michael - who has a strained relationship with the actress and her mother Dina - has called for the court to force Lindsay to be tested for drugs and wants a sober coach appointed to ensure she stays on the right path.

Referring to yesterday's court hearing in Los Angeles at which Lindsay was cuffed and taken into custody after her probation was revoked, he told HollywoodLife.com: "I hate seeing my daughter in cuffs. She belongs in rehab! Why don't they institute drug testing? Get drug testing involved! Keep her straight! Make sure she's in an outpatient programme.

"They need to put a sober coach with her! A no nonsense sober coach! I'm sick of this, when she wants to be honest with herself and live up to her responsibility she'll turn her life around. But she has learned too much of the opposite from her mother."

The showbiz patriarch also wants all negative influences to be made to stay away from his daughter - who has been released from custody after her $100,000 bail was posted.

He said: "My mission is to get rid of all the people in her life that are kicking her down. I'm going to eliminate them from her life. I'm going to do all I can … not physically but I'm going to put them in a position where they can't be around her."

Lindsay Lohan, Probation Revoked HANDCUFFED in Court

Lindsay Lohan is facing more legal trouble after a judge revoked her probation on Wednesday for missing too many community service appointments.

Lohan was handcuffed in a Los Angeles court and taken away by sheriff's deputies following a half-hour hearing. A sheriff's deputy confirmed to PEOPLE the $100,000 bail that was set will be processed at the courthouse and that the actress will be released.

Lohan is expected back in court for a Nov. 2 hearing to formally determine whether she violated probation.

Judge Stephanie Sautner said on Wednesday that Lohan "blew off" nine scheduled appointments at the Downtown Women's Center, where the actress had been ordered to complete 360 hours for her necklace theft case. Because of the no-shows, Lohan had been kicked out of the program.

The actress's attorney Shawn Holley argued it was premature to find Lohan in violation, saying the missed appointments were due to work commitments abroad.

Holley also pointed out that Lohan received a "glowing" report from her psychiatrist. "The report says Ms. Lohan has reached a turning point in her accountability and maturity," Holley argued in court.

The judge retorted: "Failing to show up nine times [to the shelter] is reaching a turning point in her maturity?"

Lohan also has yet to begin janitorial duty at the L.A. County morgue, where she was previously ordered to complete 120 hours.

Lohan, who wore a sleeveless white blouse and her hair in a ponytail, looked calm as she was led away.

If she's found in violation at the Nov. 2 hearing, Lohan could face a new jail sentence, but whether that amounts to hard time remains to be seen because of severe overcrowding issues at Lynwood Jail.

Lohan is currently on probation for three years and was sentenced to community service after she pleaded no contest to misdemeanor theft. The actress had been ordered to complete all her community service hours by the year's end.

In June, she served 35 days of home confinement and was released early because she's a nonviolent offender and there are budgetary issues and jail overcrowding.

Al Davis, the legendary owner of the Oakland Raiders, died today at the age of 82.

The team announced his death on their website, with no further details. They did released a statement saying, "Al Davis was unique, a maverick, a giant among giants, a true legend among legends, the brightest star among stars, a hero, a mentor, a friend."

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said Davis "defined the Raiders and contributed to pro football at every level. The respect he commanded was evident in the way that people listened carefully every time he spoke. He is a true legend of the game whose impact and legacy will forever be part of the NFL."

Davis has been involved with the NFL for 60 years, starting off as an assistant coach with the San Diego Chargers. He was inducted into the NFL Hall of Fame in 1992.

Not even an hour after she lost at the award show nude photos surfaced online via her Twitter, which she says was hacked. But this might be more than just a case of stolen nude photos as the 21-year-old rapper claims the pictures were taken when she was underage.

My twitter got hacked today by some anti-hollywood extremists. They sent out wack ass tweets and promoted their odd message of anti-jew stuff and deleted my twitter.. Oh and they leaked out private photos of me while I was underage. Real nice guys! Spreading child-prono [sic] thats cute. VMA’s was insane on top of that. Can I shit man?

I ain’t even mad.

Kreayshawn's Twitter account is currently suspended and the nude photos have been posted on several websites. If the rapper really was underage in the photos, those website hosting the images could be in a lot of legal trouble.
